Mystic Healing Art is, a profound instrument, of meditation and abstraction, that takes us to a mystical experience, clearly defined, in which we learn to see, that other spaces and times exist inside us. When we change the reference, of the superior reality, then, we realize that this reality is based on a universal, rather than, on an individual vision and perception. The "I" is not contained, in the space of the present but in the universe. Man and the universe, are energies flowing and only this stage of knowledge, allows to understand ,that the universe is a whole of vital energetic emanations. We all are included, in the Call of the Spirit, which is a sustainable good. The human destiny is a common destiny altogether, since the Earth is, like a great ship traveling by space, as one man, searching for his destiny. We all are one, and one we are all .

We are individual beings and this is an absolute truth but also, and in the same way, we are beings with an identity, that is to be common but not like an atheistic communism, but like a shared in common heart, that beats by the harmony of a healthy and useful body. We are like a hand. The fingers are different but as a whole, they conform an equilibrium. Just like the musical notes. Like the raindrops. We form a whole and this whole is "one." But, there is something important in this unit, that can't occur only, by thought or reason but by something more important.

And not by enthusiastic, obsessive fanaticism, mistakenly called religious. But rather by Love, which arises from the true God, who knows, how to give from Himself, and who shares with us the mystery of life. Making us to participate in the existence. And in the science of Love, through the common cause of good. Life, is not an accident nor a fortuitous chance. There is a profound and responsible reason, that has as its purpose, the freedom to be and to live in eternity But nothing of this, would make any sense without Love, in order to live and to be.

God is the source, the grace, inspiration, the power, the knowledge, the art of creation and is life itself. The spiritual experience happens, when we discover all this in our own life, but not only to keep it as a treasure. Since to do this, would be like finding a seed and doing nothing . Nevertheless, we must be like a luxuriant tree, that welcomes everyone who needs from it. And at the same time, in its expansion, is humble and glorifies its Creator, since man is a creature of divine similarity, because God has put breath of life in him; and man is not God but he is the one who faithfully loves God. And to know this, is more than wisdom. It is illumination.

The stars are in the sky, not only to illuminate the darkness, to guide the navigators in the sea or to dream, about them. They are in the sky, to glorify the infinite light, which is the Love of the eternal Creator. A wise person is the one who is free from vanity and pride. But wisest is the one who shares his spirit of devotion, his surrender and abnegation, in the path towards true Love, always giving the best of himself. But man can't do this alone. He needs the right inspiration, the integral force of the true God.

This is the reason why, spirituality is, an eternal divine romance between the Creator and His creature. Between the creature and the Creator. From this same source, from this same principle and because of this same reason, art is inspiration of the Creator. And His creature should naturally bring forth, the foundation of Love.

The meditation on the Mystic Healing Art, develops and expands our experience with the Cosmos, allowing a consciousness, without the frontiers of thought, time and space.

It begins with the awakening of the consciousness of the inner space.

The Process of Learning. Spiritual Teachings

The process of learning, is in truth, the process of experiencing, and what the spiritual science refers to, is that the living experience should try to, and should finally reach what can't be reached by any other method : A lasting peace, which, of course, will take us to a personal relationship with God, including in this whole dynamics, an elaborated improvement in our consciousness and in our conduct, towards all that exist in the universe.

So that, to learn is to initiate us, in the discernment of the conscious practice, of the method of spiritual awakening, discovering and recognizing the real needs that cover life expectancy.
Because, the aspects that are evident as love, service, surrender are not the only ones that are spiritual, but the elemental aspects are also spiritual, as the ones required in daily life : to love, to breath and to self develop in all the stages, including, of course, from the economic to the intimate things, because the spiritual life is like that. It is not something distant to look at, but is something of the daily living.
God exists here in this instant -sensible and profound,where our heart beats as well as all the hearts of our fellow men, and it is also here, in this now, where we live and solve all the necessary matters of the human social behavior and not only the behavior of man to man, but the behavior of the whole nature. And of course, this is the spiritual science since is the spirit himself who has to do with the most agile and at the same time, the most complex, with the most evident and the most hidden.
We are not in a world, that is in conflict with truth or with love. There is in fact a lot of chaos in our planet but we will not find the answers by traveling beyond the stars, neither by looking to be born or to embody, but on the contrary, we will find the answers, by living fully as when we are thirsty, even the last drop is important and in the same way, even the last gesture or expression of thought or feeling are important and necessary because, in the same way that a man takes care of his children and even an animal takes care of his litter, in the same way, the spirit can't be less and for this reason it will be said in the spiritual science that learning is the consciousness of the here and now.

You Thought

You might have thought that all the fields were green, that the sun would always come out, that the sea would kiss the shores, that the birds would fly in the sky, that the rivers would always sing and happily would take its water to fertilize the ground and to finally surrender to the sea.

You might have thought that the hearts would go on beating unceasingly.

You might have thought that you had the world in your hands, that the fruits were ripe and that you did not have anything else to do.

And with these ideas in your mind, you went to sleep but the next day when you awoke, it was still night and you waited and waited, thinking that the sun should have been out a while ago but the day was gray, dark, somber, there were no birds , no flowers, the ground was empty, the earth was dust and the sea was gone and dry.

And you said: " This must be a nightmare" But an inner voice, between sobs, said: " The nightmare just started because Love abandoned us."

True Friendship

People were searching for the most positive and collaborating person, in the town of this story; they wanted to find the model of good friend, meaning, not only who gives support in happiness and sadness but who promotes and wants the best. And with this purpose in mind, they placed big signs, and distributed pamphlets, saying: " Reward, we are searching for the True Friend "

The day of the event was set and -as expected, many persons came along with rivers of people bringing music bands, food, abundant gifts. Others, also came, making all kind of promises, some, even a little drunk, while others were talking about their own experiences. There was a great diversity, that seemed like a fair of give away and gifts. Three days passed and finally the turn came for a man, who was empty handed and wearing simple clothes,

- Where did you leave the gifts, the wine and other enjoyments? How do you dare to show yourself in front of us without anything to offer? he was asked, while they look at him contemptuously, as if he was fool or mad and he was requested to make the promise of bringing something and to offer his excuses.

-I knew about this competition but I did not mean to be part of it, since I only want to share part of this happiness, which would be enough for me, just to be able to see the joy in you, would fill me in a moment, and would make my day. But I understand that you were expecting other things that I can't give now, since I am a humble man of the fields, who watches you pass every day, and who is able to see your lives, somewhat, while wishing you all the best. My work is hard and my hands bleed at times, while working in the fields, but I can only think of offering the best to you. I did not bring anything. Your happiness makes me happy but I am leaving now, I do not want to bother you.

These words, somewhat, went into the hearts of all the persons who were there, who clearly understood, that they did not know the true meaning of Friendship. While that humble man did, since the true and real Friendship can't be bought or sold, can't be exalted, prostituted or spoiled. Friendship is like the flower of the fields: natural, spontaneous, sincere, true and humble.

And that day in that town, the true meaning of Friendship was discovered.

We will understand the purpose of life when we understand the simple things in life. These are and will always be: natural, constant, just, and also benevolent.

We will forget the way to Truth when we believe that we have grown beyond our own stature. We will be completely apart from Truth when the intellectual pride prevents us to reflect and to communicate with all the simple and elemental.

There are, of course, great complexities, mysteries, that seem infinite, but they all start from some first steps. Children, who are the source that will offer life to the human species, begin in a fragile and delicate way.

The first steps are always slow but later, great skill is acquired and wisdom increases in a unexpected way.

Evolution is given one step after the other, one smile after the other. It means, understanding and tenderness turning into confidence, judgment and a wise and deep wisdom.

All great works have been done by men and women, who at the beginning, did not know about the topic, but they decided to give their best. Then, in this way, life will guide us to embrace her, because eternity will naturally be. the destiny of the cultivated soul. Love will makes us Free.

How to Overcome Suffering

The answer may surprise you and you might decide not to keep reading but I would like to invite you and also to recommend to read this to the end because the first impression might not be right.

In order to overcome suffering what is needed first and is essential is to accept it and to elevate it as the incense in a temple that arises to the highest dome. And to offer it with our deepest feeling.
But what is the meaning of this? Can we tell a father or a mother to accept the death of a child?
Can we tell other persons to accept the loss of the couple, of a friend, of a pet, or our lack of health or the loss of our job or something so deep as the broken, destroyed family?
Can we take burning coals, take them to our chest or place them in our lips while saying that they are sweet as honey? How to praise suffering with acceptance?
Now, the person who kept reading this writing is courageous, interested and profound.
Here is the explanation: Suffering, pain and sacrifice are accepted only when we place God as the unique provider of our destiny.
Dear God, I surrender my spirit in your hands, I can’t carry this load, this pain, but if this is your will, let it be. My clamor is that you carry the wound of my heart because You only can heal my open wound, You only can quite the hurt of my soul, You only can fill the emptiness left by the loved one and then to accept the suffering.
Thus, it is possible to recognize the facts and to understand that God has to intervene and then to get our strength in prayer.
If we choose other ways, as anger, resentment and hate, the wounds will not heal. Only God has the voice of power, that supreme authority of transforming darkness into light, of overcoming death and to have a new life. Only God can explain what is unexplainable, of giving consolation to what is inconsolable.
Dear God, I kneel in front of You, i am as dust of any insignificant path, see my anguish, loneliness and sadness, give me your presence, your consolation, your infinite and sublime love, who repairs, heals and exalts. And where there is not understanding nor compassion, please give me the sublime resignation to know that you bless what can’t be changed, and you make path of eternity out of death and you know how to bring elixir and medication to the worse conflicts.Oh All Powerful God, be the center of my life.
Suffering is a terrible experience that hits the strongest persons, makes plains out of mountains, dries the rivers and the seas but in God is found the strength, trust and as final recommendation, eternal life and peace are found in God.

How to Have a Positive Mind

Positive is everything that edifies or constructs and is part of a sustainable and lasting good. The mind is able to sustain, maintain and produce positive energy when the heart has something like a flame, where wisdom prevails. Without this presence, even the light of the day would be darkness. For that reason, joy must always be present in the heart. Then, the mind and the thought will flourish with enthusiasm and good disposition.

A positive mind is a courageous mind, that takes the channel of life, as if it was a rough river but as expert navigator and without doubts and fears uses the experience and wisdom to give the best of himself. And if the day comes for sadness and melancholy to touch his door, then, his positivism will say : “You have arrived to the place of enthusiasm and here spring blooms, the bird sings and the flower opens every morning ” And he also will say :
” Today, sadness and melancholy are going to be changed because a positive mind, transmits its enthusiasm and removes the pain. There is only place for love here because, we build, here we embrace. We give the care, the tenderness and all the best. We nourish hope and illusions for a better tomorrow ”
The positive thought is a commitment, is the union with life. And beyond everything, what is good will last forever.

Here is the explanation: Suffering, pain and sacrifice are accepted only when we place God as the unique provider of our destiny.Dear God, I surrender my spirit in your hands, I can't carry this load, this pain, but if this is your will, let it be, but my clamor is that you carry the wound of my heart because You only can heal my open wound, You only can quiten the hurt of my soul, You only can fill the emptiness left by the loved one and then to accept the suffering.
Thus, it is possible to recognize the facts and to understand that God has to intervene and then to get our strength in prayer.
If we choose other ways, as anger, resentment and hate, the wounds will not heal. Only God has the voice of power, that supreme authority of transforming darkness into light, of overcoming death and to have a new life. Only God can explain what is unexplainable, of giving consolation to what is inconsolable.
Dear God, I kneel in front of You, i am as dust of any insignificant path, see my anguish, loneliness and sadness, give me your presence, your consolation, your infinite and sublime love, who repairs, heals and exalts. And where there is not understanding nor compassion, please give me the sublime resignation to know that you bless what can't be changed, and you make path of eternity out of death and you know how to bring elixir and medication to the worse conflicts.Oh All Powerful God, be the center of my life.
Suffering is a terrible experience that hits the strongest, makes plains out of mountains, dries the rivers and the seas but in God is found the strength, trust and as final recommendation, eternal life and peace are found in God.

The Mystery of Reality

Everything is a path in life, with a first step and a last step, and in the middle, innumerable experiences, almost as deep as to unite those first and last steps.
Reality, is not only what happens to us, but how we react to what happens to us, and how this will leave a mark and this mark will manifest in our lives. And after this, our life will break like a shell and a new life will arise. And everything else, will not be like a dream, but like the pieces of a puzzle, that when united, are complete and form a whole, which becomes something solid and absolute, and in reality, is the whole life, but also the dreams, even the deceits, also the accomplishments and the errors. And we will take this, like credits or debits, in our favor and against us, many of ourselves and many of others.
And this is our reality, is not, of course, the last spiritual reality, but is the reality of man, and with a little of yesterday, of today and tomorrow.
Many, pretend to have a safe reality, and to reach shores of hope, with no pain, suffering or needs. But in truth after we know our spiritual origin, we will become that reality because everything else, no matter how big, complex and deep, will pass, not as a drop of water, which consumes on the earth, it will pass like a deep footprint which engraves in the heart, and which sometimes knows how to laugh and another times, how to cry.
But this reality is also part of a greater reality, the one that we live in a dream like world, but when we wake up, we no longer return to the dream. We have had enough dreaming and enough dreams.
And now a last reality, will stay, and this is only known when we find God. And this does not depend on our effort, since this reality does not come and goes. Everything has its right time, therefore: "Let each one live his mystery, which is life, and reality will arrive someday. It will arrive"

How to find Strength. For Reflection

The spiritual life is integral and sustains, cures, modifies and improves all the areas of the human being. For this to happen, of course, is necessary to dedicate time and attention, in order to have the optimal and most appropriate resources, to overcome and transform every type and grade of limitation, that is to say:
The lack of knowledge is a limitation. The misinformation is a limitation. The excesses are limitations. The deficiency is a limitation. The lack of purpose is a limitation. The lack of interest is a limitation. The lack of responsibility is a limitation. The lack of humility is a limitation. And thus, we can find many forms of negation and each one will have to do with the knowledge and applied use.
It is easy to become enthusiastic in both opposites and to tire out or to lose confidence and stability and not to have self understanding. Confusing, then, the priorities and to walk in life as a disoriented person. Even worse, as a person who lives in negation of himself and his actions.
The limitations cover many aspects. and are like a plague that comes to society and becomes a center of destruction. Mainly, when the limitations belong to the psycho-emotional health, by example, people who use drugs. These persons, self limit themselves, creating dependency. In addition, they have lost hope and they live locked up in the limits of passion, vanity and pride.
In order to overcome the limits, man needs to revive his spiritual values. The key is found in having confidence and friendship towards what is good and healthy. And to do this as a discipline of life, not like a load, but like a practical doctrine, in which he works to make specific, direct, and immediate goals, in order not to feel alone or abandoned. Also, to make future goals where he will reach success and achievement, that will bring mental sanity. The only limits of man, are found when he does not know: Love, charity, surrender, and service. But when these virtues of life, are applied, man retakes life and leaves beyond distrust, getting stronger every day in a spiritual path of peace and progress.
In God, we find our strength. And in the heart of man, the possibility of reaching it.

When We feel too Exhausted

When we feel too exhausted to continue on the spiritual path, let’s remember that the strength is not in us but in the Love that God has placed in us.
What could be more pure, sincere and more powerful than knowing than Divine Love is truthful and gives all for rescuing the thought, the spirit and the action of man, who, many times forgets the right step in the path of Truth but then, when he looks inside of himself and claims for the sun of justice, he starts to value the decision of the Creator.
Every man, every woman, every child is always called to be fullfilled, to rest, to resolve and leave behind death and sickness and this is possible, thanks to the Love who is alive.
Oh traveler, who have arrived here, to contemplate a small light. Be always a path. And then your heart will become -by Divine Grace- a worthy light of the ardent fire of the true God !

Forgiveness. How to.

Forgiveness is one of the deepest and most intense spiritual manifestations. And from the spiritual perspective, it has to be completely honest, integral and absolute. It requires of a great effort and after this, follows the experience of conciliation and then balance and harmony.
Why is so difficult to forgive ? Because wounds, bruises, traumas have formed and often with innumerable crisis, which may be hidden or waiting to be resolved, but definitively with a big load of frustration, bitterness and resentment. And this is like an extremely corrosive poison that hurts and affects our whole life.
The person who has not forgiven or the one who feels that cannot forgive is severely afflicted, poisoned and full of sadness, loneliness and even of desire of revenge. This is really mortal since the person who does not forgive, then, makes the conflict to grow, to magnify and in turn the person feels tortured.
Forgiveness is directly related to many circumstances which are very painful. The pain, the rage, the frustration have to be overcome, otherwise life will become a perpetual conflict. And we do not want to experience this. We do not want to be filled with more bitterness and hatred, we have to be free of all this.
For forgiveness to really happen, we must look not only for psychological help but also the center of the forgiveness has to come from God Himself. If God does not allow us to forgive, we may say it, or promise it or look for it but it will not last.
Forgiveness is liberating, renovating, regenerating and in addition it changes us from the victim’s position, to self confidence, appreciation and spirit of good.
How can we reconcile the issue that when we forgive, we forgive what we repudiate ?
Forgiveness is not the apology of evil, nor the justification of mistreatment and offense. It is the evocation, the clamor of the victim to God saying : Oh Lord take from me any poison that is in my heart, since this is like the smoke that hurts and blinds my vision.
Life must not coexist with infinite hate, on the contrary, it must return to Peace. And when there has been affliction, physical and moral harm, then forgiveness is a miracle, which means the direct intervention of the Presence of God.
We all make mistakes and the human being goes wrong in many ways but when there is misuse of power, abandonment, misery, then this does not go away in a moment and traces stay. Forgiveness has the wonderful aptitude to heal these deep wounds.
To forgive is really self transformation, it is like emerging of darkness, of death. Nothing can be compared to Forgiveness. It is the conciliation of heaven and earth, the annulment of evil, of sin, of pain, of conflict and even of death. The person who forgives, discovers in his heart that God exists since forgiveness is the understanding that allows to receive the grace, which means, the Presence of God in the whole plenitude of the inner life.
Then, nothing can confuse or upset us, because there is a revelation of life, there is understanding; and we forgive because we have been forgiven. It is not possible otherwise, only the one who receives forgiveness, then, receives the power of inner Peace and in this Peace, in this wonderful conciliation, God opens the heart and makes possible that we look beyond everything and beyond ourselves. And in this way, Forgiveness arises and shares the presence, the teaching, the revelation of life, where the glory of glories is born. Because Forgiveness specially is the way of grace and this is the grace of Peace.
