Little Livia Jenson of Aurora calmly called 911 when her Mom fell to the ground sick.

Courageous Bakery is now open for business! Owner Laura Pekarik opened up shop for the first time this morning in Elmhurst.

INSPIREme readers
may remember Laura. Back in May of 2011, we spoke with her and her sister,
Kathryn, who started baking cupcakes and selling them out of their green
truck labeled  "Cupcakes for Courage". (Click here to read the story)
