It’s Day 31 and we’re in the final chapter of our Proverb-A-Day challenge. A “well done” is in order to those of you who have participated with us throughout the month. Hasn’t this been a great way to study God’s Word? Our team has certainly enjoyed the discussions here on the Internet Campus.

Well, don’t stop here. Continue to have a daily quiet time. Dig into the Scriptures. Allow God to speak to your heart!

We recently (August 1st) launched a new version of our Internet Campus — one designed with community in mind. The heart behind the site is not to simply communicate — its to conversate. And with the Proverb-A-Day Challenge we’re off to a great start! In just 2 weeks time, we’ve had over 1300 different people connect with us. Discussions are taking place. People are engaging with one another and the Word! A real sense of community is forming! Isn’t technology awesome!

Like any real world community, it takes people pulling together for it to function properly.

Here’s how you can help:

Share posts with your friends. Email a link to family members. Post it on Twitter, Facebook, or any other place you hang out online. We’ve made this easy for you. Just click one of the share buttons found below each post.
Participate. Add your own thoughts. Comment on what others are saying. Engage in the discussions. Then, come back later to see what’s being said after you. The goal is to create conversations.

This past weekend, as we talked about The Debt Deception, we shared a 60 Minutes video about people choosing to “strategically” walk away from their home mortgages. This is a prime example of a Value Vacuum in our culture.
