Anche questa settimana torna l'appuntamento con il TG Wild, la rassegna satirica di alcune tra le notizie più interessanti della settimana.

''Se si continua cosi' sara' difficile, ho idee pazze per la testa che per ora non voglio dirvi... Lo afferma Silvio Berlusconi, intervenendo all'assemblea dei gruppi del Pdl.

Nel centro di Oslo si sono radunate migliaia di fan per un concerto gratuito di Justin Bieber. Troppe per gli esigui spazi intorno al palco: nonostante gli inviti alla calma di Bieber e del suo manager su Twitter, le giovanissime si sono fatte male per davvero urlando, piangendo e spintonando, causando il ferimento lieve di 49 persone.

Cesare Prandelli si sfoga a Rai Sport all'indomani delle notizie sull'informativa della Guardia di Finanza sui momenti bancari del portiere azzurro Gianluigi Buffon: "Se ci dicessero che per il bene del calcio la Nazionale non deve andare agli Europei non sarebbe un problema".

In Svezia e precisamente a Malmo dei condomini hanno denunciato un loro coinquilino per la sua masturbazione troppo rumorosa. Il giudice ha affermato di non potersi esprimere in merito, in quanto sarebbe necessaria una "prova" del fatto.

Sobria ed essenziale doveva essere, e sobria ed essenziale e' stata. Infine, sono stati 850 mila i fedeli presenti alla messa che Benedetto XVI ha presieduto questa mattina a conclusione del settimo Incontro mondiale delle Famiglie. Il Papa infatti è in un viaggio di 3 giorni a Milano.

Per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal festival giornalismo di Perugia, siamo riusciti ad intercettare al volo anche Luisella Costamagna, giornalista e conduttrice di Robinson su Rai3.

La prima domanda ha riguardato la fine della collaborazione con il programma In Onda, che conduceva in coppia con Luca Telese su La7. Costamagna dice di non conoscerne le ragioni e di non avere una spiegazione, ma in fondo non le interessa e preferisce guardare avanti: il passato non conta.

Siamo poi passati a chiederle del nuovo programma su RAI3, Robinson. A contattarla fu Di Bella, e successivamente è stata formata una squadra. Dal lavoro di redazione è poi nato, grazie a diversi spunti e idee, il programma Robinson, che come sottolinea la stessa Luisella, si evolve di settimana in settimana, cambiando la propria formula che quindi resta sempre incompiuta e in divenire.

Abbiamo chiesto come pensa di integrare il contenuto generato dagli utenti durante la trasmissione con la trasmissione stessa: “tengo conto di quello che ci scrivono”, però sottolinea, rimane sempre un programma televisivo. Il Lunedì la conduttrice si dedica sempre ad una video chat, mentre per quanto riguarda l’aspetto dell’integrazione ci spiega che talvolta le osservazioni più interessanti arrivati via web dagli utenti possono poi essere usati come punti di partenza nello sviluppo di una puntata.

Un altro punto di contatto con il web è l’integrazione delle battute di Spinoza.it all’interno del programma: nonostante nascano come battute e contenuti esclusivamente online, portarle all’interno della trasmissione le fa rientrare di fatto in una dimensione televisiva.

La dieta mediatica di Luisella comprende vari programmi di informazione, soprattutto da satellite, ma anche telefilm e serie televisive americane. Legge naturalmente anche molti giornali, tra cui il Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, Libero, Il Fatto Quotidiano, Il Giornale, La Stampa e il Messaggero, giusto per citarne alcuni. Per quanto riguarda la loro fruizione, solo parte di essi vengono letti nel formato digitale: Luisella rimane sempre molto legata all’aspetto fisico del giornale, di cui ama ritagliare le notizie più salienti e interessanti da portare poi in trasmissione.

For the Intervistato Journalism Festival Series, directly from the Journalism Festival in Perugia, we managed to interview Luisella Costamagna, journalist and conductor of Robinson on Rai3.

The first question was about the end of the collaboration with the program In Onda, which she conducted together with Luca Telese on La7. Costamagna says she doesn't know the reason of the break up, and that she doesn't have any explanation for it, but in the end she doesn't really care and prefers to look forward: the past doesn't matter.

We asked her something about her new program on Rai3, Robinson. She was contacted by Di Bella, and then a team was formed. The program Robinson was born, thanks to the work of the editorial team: it evolves every week, changing its formula which remains always unfinished and developing.

We asked how she thinks to integrate the content generated by users during the show with the show itself: "I consider what they write", but then she adds "it remains a television program, though". On Mondays she does a video chat, while for the integration aspect, she says that sometimes the most interesting observations collected online can then be used as inspiration for the development of a show.

Another point of contact with the web is the integration of Spinoza's satire inside the programe: even though they are born as jokes and content for online use, bringing them inside the show makes them descend in a purely television dimension.

Luisella's media diet includes several information programs, especially on satellite, but also telefilms and American seris. She also reads many newspapers, among which Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, Libero, Il Fatto Quotidiano, Il Giornale, La Stampa and Il Messaggero, just to name a few. As for their frution, only a part of them is read in digital: Luisella remains very fond of the physical aspect of the newspaper, and she loves to cut out the most interesting news and then bring them in the program.

Durante le intense giornate del Festival del Giornalismo, i ragazzi dell'Isola dei Cassintegrati hanno consegnato la loro maglietta a Caparezza, la maglietta rossa con scritto "Capa" sulle spalle.

Dato che avevano pensato che non sarebbero mai stati invitati al 1 Maggio, hanno chiesto a lui di rappresentarli indossando quella maglia durante il Concertone, per portare il messaggio a quante più persone possibile.

"Al 1 Maggio sarò vestito tutto di nero, farò il possibile" ha detto Capa. Quando abbiamo acceso la televisione, la sera del Concertone, abbiamo scoperto che aveva fatto anche più del possibile.

I Cassintegrati scrivono sul loro blog: "C’è voluto coraggio ad indossare la nostra maglietta sul palco della CGIL (per oltre 20 minuti), per questo Capa: Grazie di cuore. Un grande musicista, e una gran bella persona. Caparezza, figlio di operaio."

Intervistato.com | Michele Salvemini - Caparezza #ijf12

During the intense days of the International Journalism Festival, the guys from Isola dei Cassintegrati have given their tshirt to Caparezza, their red tshirt with "Capa" written on the back.

Since they considered they wouldn't be invited to the 1st of May, they asked him to represent them by wearing the tshirt during the Concert, to bring the message to as many people as possible.

"On the 1st of May I'll be all clad in black, I'll do the best I can" said Capa. When we turned on the TV, the night of the Concert, we found out he'd done more than possible.

The Cassintegrati write on their blog: "You have to have a lot of courage to wear our tshirt on the stage of CGIL for more than 20 minures, so for this we say: thank you with all our hearts. A great musician, and a great person. Caparezza, son of a woker".

Il #terremoto in Emilia e il deposito di gas naturale sull'epicentro

E' passata poco più di una settimana dal sisma che ha colpito l'area della bassa padana, identificata tra le provincie di Modena, Bologna e Ferrara, e che ha fatto sei vittime e oltre 7000 sfollati. Lo sciame sismico prosegue e, dicono gli esperti, potrebbe proseguire ancora per mesi.

Con il sisma però, oltre ai drammi e ai danni, sono arrivate sul vassoio della cronaca nazionale anche le polemiche e le preoccupazioni (più che motivate) riguardanti il progetto del mega impianto di stoccaggio Gas che dovrebbe sorgere a Rivara, frazione di San Felice sul Panaro.

Il primo a parlarne è Giovanni Tizian in un articolo del 21 maggio 2012, il giorno dopo il sisma. Lo fa sull’espresso in un articolo in cui viene ricordato come proprio nell’area dell’epicentro, a Rivara di San Felice sul Panaro, “la società Ers (Erg Rivara Storage) vuole realizzare il deposito di gas naturale, presente nel sottosuolo di quell’area. L’impianto permetterebbe di stoccare 3,2 miliardi di metri cubi di gas a 2800 metri di profondità nel sottosuolo”.

Del deposito di Gas si parla da anni nella zona. Dopo il terremoto gli enti locali e i comitati cittadini, che hanno sempre posto dinnanzi al progetto un rigoroso NO, si sono tornati ad interrogare sulla faccenda che rappresenta un interrogativo sia sotto il profilo della sicurezza che della tutela ambientale. Quell’impianto non lo vuole nessuno, nessuno a parte la società in questione e l’onorevole Carlo Giovanardi (PDL), che sulla realizzazione dello stesso ha insistito fortemente. Ancora fino a 20 giorni prima del terremoto, come scriveva anche Tizian. Sulla questione si era mosso anche l’allora governo Berlusconi cercando con un decreto ad hoc di venire incontro alle pretese dell’allora Ministro Giovanardi. Le cronache riportano anche un botta e risposta tra l’ex presidente del consiglio e l’onorevole Giovanardi. Lo trovate a questi due link: 1 - 2.

All'opera si era opposta anche la Lega Nord (come affermava Angelo Alessandri (Lega) in un articolo di Gazzetta di Modena del 29/05/2011) votando per la risoluzione in Commissione Ambiente della Camera. Il Pdl invece si era espresso contrariamente. «Abbiamo cercato una mediazione - ha spiegato Alessandri - ma non l'abbiamo trovata. Nonostante ciò non c'è una spaccatura, anzi ho apprezzato il mancato ostruzionismo che dimostra come Giovanardi abbia posizioni personali».

Ma tornando ad oggi c'è da annotare la dichiarazione di Grayson Nash, amministratore delegato di Ers, che il 23 maggio sera si esprimeva così: «Non sono un sismologo, ma abbiamo coinvolto i geologi dell'Università di Catania. La zona rimane a bassa sismicità» e ancora in riferimento all'evento sismico del 20 notte: «è del tutto prevedibile ed inferiore alle previsioni nei nostri studi».

Ma a riguardare la fattibilità del progetto, con tutto ciò che ne consegue, vi è anche la relazione ISPRA (Istituto superiore per la protezione e la ricerca ambientale). Interessante da leggere perché analizza e riporta sia le proposte e le analisi del richiedente, sia le verifiche dell’istituto. Chi vi scrive non è un esperto di sismi, ma in alcuni passaggi di quella relazione si fa più volte riferimento alle dinamiche sismiche del territorio. Lungi da me esprimere un giudizio in merito. Mi limito quindi a riportarle:

Riporto alcuni passaggi:

2.2.3.11.3.2 Caratteristiche sismiche della zona

Dall’esame del catalogo sismico INGV (1981-2006) il Proponente (cioè Ers, Erg Rivara Storage) ricava che la zona in esame “è caratterizzata da scarsa sismicità, localizzata fino a profondità crostali di 25 km…Negli ultimi 25 anni si sono verificati sporadici terremoti di magnitudo inferiore a Md 3.5 lungo l’alto strutturale e principalmente a profondità inferiori ai 15 km (vedi figura). Non sono presenti, all’interno del catalogo della sismicità strumentale, sequenze di terremoti ravvicinati nel tempo o sciami sismici. La sequenza sismica più importante avvenuta diversi chilometri a sud ovest dell’area è quella di Reggio Emilia (1996), con repliche che si sono protratte per circa un mese a seguito di un mainshock di ML> 5.0”.

La relazione continua nei suoi passaggi in riferimento al contesto sismico riportando:

4.3.3.1 Analisi geologico-strutturale-sismologica della struttura di Rivara

E’ stato accertato (vedi figura) che la struttura di Rivara è costituita da una piega anticlinale fagliata, sviluppata a seguito della propagazione di un sovrascorrimento sepolto sotto la Pianura Padana. La struttura è ulteriormente frammentata al suo interno in più blocchi, secondo faglie o sistemi di faglie che vengono distinte in faglie di tipo compressivo (sovrascorrimento principale, splay e retroscorrimento) e ulteriori 2 sistemi di faglie (dirette), la cui natura però non viene indicata nel dettaglio. Il serbatoio dello stoccaggio è in posizione di alto strutturale ed è delimitato dal sovrascorrimento principale, dallo splay e dal retroscorrimento verso NE, NW e SW, ma non risulta chiaramente confinato verso SE. La conoscenza di tale assetto strutturale deriva principalmente dai rilievi di sismica a riflessione già realizzati da ENI entro gli anni ‘80 per l’individuazione di giacimenti di idrocarburi e dalla perforazione di alcuni pozzi profondi.

In particolare è stata evidenziata (ERS_04_0_00_R_SUO_01_00, ERS_04_0_00_R_UNI_01_00, ERS_04_0_00_R_DOG_01_00) l’interpretazione geologica di una linea sismica che attraversa l’area della concessione in senso SW-NE, sulla quale sono stati proiettati i pozzi Camurana 2 e Rivara 1 (vedi figura seguente)

Inoltre, a partire dall’interpretazione di tutte le linee sismiche disponibili sull’area è stato sviluppato il modello tridimensionale del sottosuolo, interpretando le linee a partire dagli orizzonti sismici e dalle faglie riconosciute. Interpolando ai nodi di una griglia e tramite apposito contouring, sono state ricostruite le mappe strutturali in tempi doppi riferite agli orizzonti interpretati. Successivamente, operando la conversione nel dominio delle profondità, sulla base della curva tempi-profondità registrata con un check shot sul pozzo San Felice al Panaro 1 e delle velocità intervallari calcolate per gli altri pozzi presenti nell’area, sono state ottenute le profondità in metri dei vari orizzonti sismici. Da ciò discende il modello della struttura, ricostruito però solo per alcuni orizzonti che “delimitano dei gruppi di unità con comportamento geomeccanico comparabile (superficie topografica, top della scaglia, base delle Marne del Cerro, top Lumachella)”. La formazione delle Marne del Cerro a diretto contatto con le rocce del serbatoio costituisce il seal, cioè il sigillo superiore all’eventuale perdita di gas in corrispondenza del culmine del serbatoio, e mostra localmente uno spessore di soli 7 metri. Spessori comunque contenuti sono stati indicati anche nella maggior parte delle perforazioni eseguite nell’area (Camurana 2: spessore 6 m; Spada 1: spessore 26 m; Bignardi 1: spessore 49 m). La sequenza di copertura sovrastante, che è considerata impermeabile e in sovrapressione al pari delle Marne del Cerro, comprende la formazione della Scaglia Rossa, composta principalmente da termini calcarei con livelli marnosi e quindi a potenziale comportamento fragile in conseguenza di intense deformazioni tettoniche. Pertanto, tenendo conto di quanto dichiarato riguardo all’intensa fratturazione dei Calcari grigi di Noriglio, della Maiolica e delle successioni condensate giurassiche sottostanti, è verosimile che anche le Marne del Cerro e soprattutto la Scaglia Rossa possano essere interessate da fratture, anche se in minore entità. L’assunzione dell’impermeabilità della scaglia è basata sullo studio eseguito dalla Schlumberger per sviluppare il modello geomeccanico della struttura a partire dalle analisi petrofisiche e dai logs geofisici eseguiti lungo i pozzi profondi. Lo studio, che è stato condotto per verificare la possibilità di variazioni delle tensioniinterne alla struttura, tali da poter riattivare le faglie e danneggiare l’integrità della roccia di copertura, con il variare della pressione durante le fasi di iniezione del gas, ha concluso che non vi è rischio di rilievo né di riattivazione di faglie né di fratturazione significative delle rocce di copertura. In tale ambito si rimarcano però alcune considerazioni:

• dal confronto tra l’analisi petrofisica eseguita sul tratto 3,750-4,260 metri di profondità lungo il pozzo Spada 1 e il profilo dello stesso pozzo, si evince come all’interno della formazione della scaglia calcarea esistano dei livelli potenzialmente fratturati o almeno con una sensibile permeabilità di matrice. Pertanto, anche perché i dati di perforazione costituiscono sempre dei valori puntuali mentre la caratterizzazione dal punto di vista della permeabilità secondaria per fratturazione è una problematica da valutare alla scala del giacimento, sorgono alcune perplessità riguardo a quanto è stato asserito circa l’evidenza che:

- la roccia di copertura, che includerebbe anche la Scaglia Rossa calcarea, abbia sicuramente un adeguato stato geomeccanico e un comportamento schiettamente plastico e impermeabile;

- la transizione tra roccia serbatoio e roccia di copertura sia effettivamente netta. In definitiva, sebbene la roccia del serbatoio sembra essere stata modellizzata dal punto di vista strutturale abbastanza compiutamente, per quanto riguarda le rocce che costituiscono la copertura (soprattutto la Scaglia) non sembra esserne stata verificata adeguatamente l’integrità strutturale e la continuità laterale.

• non è detto che sia realmente assicurata la tenuta nel fianco rovescio dell’anticlinale, dove è presente lo splay nel sovrascorrimento principale;

• la problematica relativa alla presenza, nella zona degli interventi, di terreni soggetti a possibile liquefazione in seguito al moto sismico non è stata definita con sufficiente dettaglio, considerando la presenza di strutture sismotettoniche attive;

• non è da scartare a priori la possibilità che, essendo presenti giacimenti di metano in posizioni limitrofe e non nella zona di Rivara, dove sono state rilevate solo perforazioni sterili, l’anticlinale in oggetto potrebbe non essere in realtà idonea a fungere da “trappola” per gli idrocarburi.

Infine, è stata descritta una faglia diretta con rigetto circa 950 m nel fianco normale SW dell’anticlinale (§6.2 del documento ERS_02_C_AC_R_AMB_01_000), quindi con risvolti non banali sulla tenuta della struttura stessa, che non ha riscontro nelle varie sezioni interpretative elaborate, e potrebbe pertanto rappresentare un refuso da verificare.

Qui vi rimando al link con la relazione completa, mentre questo è il sito di ambientesaluterivara dove sono disponibili documenti, comunicati e altro materiale inerente al progetto dell'impianto stoccaggio Gas.

La mappatura sismica del paese viene stilata in base alla memoria storica e agli eventi che via via in epoca moderna sono stati studiati e registrati. L'evento sismico del 20 maggio richiederà forse nuove valutazioni. Va inoltre ricordato che il Ministro Clini nei giorni scorsi ha intrapreso una retromarcia sul progetto indicando la necessità di effettuare nuove valutazioni, e pure la regione Emilia Romagna ha ribadito il suo NO: "Le nostre preoccupazioni legate alla sismicità erano fondate - afferma l'assessore Paola Gazzolo - Le ragioni delle nostre contrarietà non possono che essere ribadite con maggior forza".

Ricordiamo inoltre che il progetto aveva avuto assenso sia dal governo Prodi che da quello Berlusconi, oltre ad una strenua difesa da parte dell'On. Carlo Giovanardi.

La questione sull’impianto non è ancora chiusa, da quel che ho capito. Ma dopo il terremoto, i morti, i feriti, i danni, una rivalutazione generale forse è d’obbligo.

Prima di tutto, prima degli interessi, vi è la sicurezza dei cittadini.

The earthquake in Emilia and the Gas storage plant on top of the epicentre

Just a bit more than a week has passed since the earthquake that has hit the southern part of the Padanian plane, identified between Modena, Bologna and Ferrara, which has claimed 17 victims and more than 7000 evacuated people. The swarm continues and it might continue for months, experts say. With the earthquake, apart from damages and drama, other issues have been raised, such as the worries (more than motivated) about the project for the huge implant of gas storage that should be built in Rivara, fraction of San Felice sul Panaro.

The first to talk about it was Giovanni Tizian in an article dated May 21st 2012, the day after the earthquake. He writes about it on L'Espresso in an article in which he reminds that in the area of the epicentre, at Rivara - San Felice sul Panaro, "the company ERS (Erg Rivara Storage) wants to realize a natural gas storage implant, since the area is quite rich of it. The implant would allow to stock 3.2 billion cubic metres of gas, 2800 metres under the ground."

In the area there has been talk of the Gas deposit for years. After the earthquake, the local institutions and citizen comittees, which have always said NO to this project, have returned to ask questions about this matter that is quite peculiar, both from a safety and an environment point of view. Nobody wants that plant, nobody apart from the company that should build it and Mr. Carlo Giovanardi (PDL), who has insisted very much on the realization of this project. Up until 20 days before the earthquake, writes Tizian. On the matter the former government Berlusconi tried to intervene by creating a decree to satisfy Giovanardi, who at the time was minister. Newspaper archives also reveal a QA between Berlusconi and Giovanardi at the time. You can find it at these two links: 1 - 2.

Lega Nord had also opposed the project (as Angelo Alessandri stated in an article on the Gazzetta di Modena, dated May 29th 2011) voting for the resolution in Environment Commission in Parliament. PDL had expressed a contrary opinion. "We looked for some common ground - explained Alessandri - but we haven't found it. Nevertheless I have appreciated the lack of obstructionism which demonstrates that Giovanardi has personal positions."

But let's come back to today, it's interesting to note the declaration of Grayson Nash, CEO of ERS, that on May 23rd he said: "I am no sysmologist, but we're involved the geologists of the Catania University. The area remains a low seismicity" and again about the earthquake during the night of May 20th: "it's predictable and inferior to our previsions in our studies."

If we look at the possibility to actual do the project, with all its consequences, there's also the ISPRA (Superior Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) research. Quite interesting to read because it analyzes and explains the proposals and analyses of the requester, and the institute's results. Who writes isn't an expert of earthquakes, but in some passages in that research there are several references to sysmic dyamics of the territory. I'm not here to express any judgement, so I'll simply let you read them:

2.2.3.11.3.2 Seismic characteristics of the area

From the examination of the seismic catalogue INGV (1981 - 2006) the Proponent (Ers, Erg Rivara Storage) concludes that the examinated area "is characterized by low seismicity, localized 25km deep... During the last 25 years there have been sporadical earthquakes of magnitude inferior to Md 3.5 along the structure and principally at depths inferior to 15 km (see figure). There are no sequences of earthquakes that are close in time or swarms. The most important seismic sequence happened several km south-west from the area, near Reggio Emilia (1996), with replicas that have lasted for about one month after the ML>5.0 mainshock."

4.3.3.1 Geological structural seismologic analysis of the Rivara structure

It has been verified (see figure) that the Rivara structure is constituted by a anticline fault, developed after the propagation of an overthrust under the Padanian Plain. The structure is also fragmented in blocks, following faults and systems of faults that are divided in comprehensive faults (principal overthrust, splay and retro-overthrust) and two other fault systems (direct), the nature of which isn't specified in detail. The storage vault is in a position of structural high and is delimited by the principal overthrust, the splay and the retrooverthrust towards NE, NW and SW, but isn't clearly delimited toward SE. The knowledge of this structure derives mainly from seismic reflection analyses done by ENI in the '80s to find hydrocarbons, and from the perforation of some deep wells.

In particular there is a highlight on the geological interpretatio of a seismic line that crosses the area of concession in direction SW-NE, on which the Camurana 2 and Rivara 1 wells have been projected (See figure).

The seismic mapping of the country is made from historical memory and events that have happened, have been studied and registered. The seismic event of May 20th will require new evaluations. We must remember that Minister Clini during the last few days has backed down from the project, indicating the need for new evaluations, and the Emilia Romagna region has repeated its NO: "Our worries linked to seismicity were founded - says Paola Gazzolo - the reasons for our denial can only be enforced."

We remind you that the project had the ok both from the Prodi and the Berlusconi governments, a part from a strenuous defense by Carlo Giovanardi.

The issue about the plant is not yet closed, but after the earthquake, the deaths, the wounded, the damages, a general re-evaluation is probably needed.

First of all, before interests, there's the safety of citizens.

Per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal festival Giornalismo di Perugia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Corrado Formigli, conduttore di Piazza Pulita su La7.

La prima domanda ha riguardato l’influenza del giornalismo anche investigativo e di come possa aver influenzato la politica di questi anni. Secondo Formigli l’aspirazione rimane quella di ricoprire il ruolo di watchdog del potere anche se poi non riesce molto spesso. Anzi, aggiunge che “spesso i giornalisti italiani più che cani da guardia sono cagnolini da compagnia“.

Come in tutte le professioni però, precisa Formigli, ci sono le eccezioni. Alcuni coraggiosi ci sono, la situazione in Italia sta migliorando ed “è nata una nuova generazione di giornalisti con un concetto di indipendenza molto accentuato”.

In Italia comunque riuscire a far dimettere un politico non è semplice e non basta, come ricorda il giornalista e come ci ricorda anche la cronaca, un mutuo agevolato o la compravendita di una casa a prezzi stracciati per minare la sua stabilità.

La situazione all’estero ovviamente è molto diversa. Ci sono politici che per un muto con un tasso leggermente agevolato si sono dovuti dimettere.

Abbiamo chiesto a Formigli come secondo lui evolverà la situazione in futuro. Anche se non sono riusciti a far dimettere i politici, ci dice, “speriamo di essere riusciti ad orientare e informare l’opinione pubblica verso una classe politica che o si assume le responsabilità verso il proprio paese oppure va a casa“.

Affrontando poi il tema di una possibile integrazione tra il giornalismo fatto in televisione e la parte online, compresa quella riguardante la User-Generated Content come tweet o commenti inviati durante la trasmissione. Formigli spiega come esista un interazione da parte del pubblico in questo senso e ci rivela che alcuni politici, i “più avveduti”, i giornalisti e gli ospiti in generale non solo twettano durante la diretta, ma leggono pure quello che gli utenti scrivono e orientano il loro intervento sulla base di quello che viene detto su di loro e su quel che si sta succedendo online in merito alla trasmissione.

C’è ancora qualcuno che non lo fa, e secondo Formigli sono “un tantino sprovveduti”.

For the Intervistato Journalism Festival Series, directly from the Journalism Festival in Perugia, we had the pleasure of interviewing Corrado Formigli, conductor of Piazza Pulita on La7.

The first question was about the influence of journalism and investigative journalism in politics during the past few years. Formigli believes the goal is to be a power watchdog, even though we don't manage to do it so well here in Italy. Most often Italian journalists are more company dogs than watchdogs.

As in all professions, though, there are exceptions. There are some brave journalists, the situation is getting better and there's a whole new generation of journalists with a concept of independence that is very marked.

In Italy, getting a politician to resign isn't an easy task, though: a cheap loan or a cheap house aren't enough to make them go away.

The situation abroad is quite different. There are politicians that for a slightly cheap loan had to resign.

We asked Formigli how he thinks the situation will evolve in the future. Even though they didn't manage to make politicians resign, "we hope we managed to orient and inform the public opinion on a political class that either takes responsibility or has to go home."

Dealing with the issue of a possible integration between TV jurnalism and the online part, including the one regarding the UGC such as tweets or comments sent during the show. Formigli explains the interaction from the public in this direction and that the most computer savvy politicians, journalists and guests in general not only tweet when they're on air, but they also read what user write and orient their answers on the base of what is being said about them and what is happening in that precise moment.

Per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival direttamente dal Festival del giornalismo di Perugia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Alessio Jacona, giornalista ed esperto di nuovi media italiano.

La prima domanda posta riguarda proprio il mestiere del giornalista e come eso sia cambiato attraverso e grazie ai nuovi media digitali. Jacona descrive questo momento come il vertice di una evoluzione che perdura da anni e che in un primo momento è stata accolta con diffidenza e resistenza dagli addetti ai lavori, i quali tuttavia ora si trovano ad accettarla come un dato di fatto, domandandosi come gestirla.

Cita poi Mark Jones della Reuters che dice: “il mestiere del giornalista si sposta dallo scoop a tutti i costi alla content curation“. Il ruolo del giornalista cambia, continua Jacona, nel momento in cui il giornalista è online e le notizie (gli scoop) è in grado di intercettarle intervenendo a posteriori sfruttando tutti gli strumenti offerti dalla rete e dai media tradizionali andando a creare un approfondimento, una contestualizzazione ed una analisi della storia che solo la competenza del giornalista può produrre. Un ruolo quindi non di filtro ma di strutturazione dell’informazione.

Ci siamo poi fatti spiegare cosa sia la content curation che, secondo Jacona, è il saper scegliere gli strumenti e riconoscere quelle che sono le vere notizie, raccogliendole e poi “ricostruendole dentro un frame nuovo più ricco, perché completo di rimandi e di uno storytelling” basato sul materiale raccolto ma frutto della competenza” per poi rilanciarlo su quegli stessi strumenti da cui i vari frammenti sono stati raccolti.

Ultimamente abbiamo visto un grande interesse verso un cambiamento degli strumenti da cui un giornalista (e non solo) può reperire e veicolare le notizie. La tendenza svolta verso una forma più Visual ma anche più facile da utilizzare per gli stessi utenti. Abbiamo chiesto cosa e in che modo questo potrebbe cambiare le cose nella fruizione del servizio. Prima di entrare nel vivo della risposta Jacona cita nuovamente una massima (che è poi anche una verità) di Jones: “le informazioni stanno su Twitter, il pubblico su Facebook” dove nel primo le notizie scorrono a macchia d’olio mentre nel secondo rimangono chiuse in un contesto più circoscritto ma non per questo privo poi di pubblico.

Detto questo tornando alla domanda Jacona ci conferma che è indubbio il grande successo di quella comunicazione basata su infografiche o immagini complesse in cui sono riassunte grandi quantità di dati, modello che però vira nuovamente “verso una semplificazione dell’informazione nel tentativo di renderla più fruibile o accessibile a chi quell’informazione non è più abituato a leggerla o non ne ha più tempo per leggerla“. Cita il caso di Pinterest, social network che si basa proprio sulla condivisione di immagini. Si possono trovare “foto notizia” dove in una sola immagine è racchiuso il senso e il succo della notizia, l’estrema sintesi del giornalismo, oppure infografiche (la maggioranza) dove sono racchiusi, organizzati e resi immediatamente fruibili anche a non esperti grandi quantità di dati. Questo però, nonostante la sua popolarità, non sarà il futuro dell’informazione ma più facilmente sarà parte integrante di un contesto più ampio.

For the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from Perugia, we had the pleasure of interviewing Alessio Jacona, Italian journalist and new media expert.

The first questions is about the work of the journalist and how it's changed thanks to new digital media. Jacona decribes this moment as the climax of an evolution that has lasted years and that at first has been received with skepticism and resilience by those who work in the field, and that now have accepted it as a fact, asking themselves how to manage it.

He then quotes Mark Jones from Reuters and says: "the journalist's goal changes from the scoop to content curation". The role of the journalist changes, continues Jacona, in the moment in which the journalist is online and he is able to find news (scoops) by acting afterwards, and taking advantage of all the tool offered by the web and by traditional media, creating an in depth analysis, giving context and analyzing the story in a way that only a journalist's competence can allow. Not only a filter, but an important figure that gives structure to information.

He also explained what content curation is, and he believes it's knowing how to choose your tools and recognize true news, gathering them and then "rebuilding them in a new, richer framework, because it is complete with a storytelling and references, based on the material that has been gathered, but also the result of competence" with the aim of relaunching it on those same tools from which the various fragments have been collected.

Recently we have seen a great interest towards a change in the tools on which a journalist (but not only) can find and spread news. The trend is going in the direction of a more visual and user friendly form. We asked how this may affect the modalities of fruition of the service. Before answering, Jacona quotes Jones again: "information is on Twitter, the audience is on Facebook". In the former news spread like wildfire, in the latter they remain closed in an encircled context, but this doesn't mean it doesn't have any audience.

That being said, Jacona says that the great success of communication based on infographics and complex images is undeniable: great quantities of data are synthetized in them, but this is a model that goes toward a "semplification of information in the attempt of making it more easily understood or accessible to those who aren't used to reading that kind of information anymore, or don't have enough time to do so". You can find "photo news", where in one single image there's the sense and juice of the news, the extreme synthesis of journalism, or infographics (the majority) where great amount of data are organized and available to anyone, non experts as well.

#TgWild 26.05.12 - "La casta dei ciclisti!"

Dopo le ultime due settimane di interruzione, torna l'appuntamento settimanale con il TgWild, la rassegna satirica di alcune delle notizie più interessanti della settimana.

Il Presidente dello IOR Ettore Gotti Tedeschi è stato sfiduciato all'unanimità dal Consiglio di Sovrintendenza della Banca Vaticana. Nonostante abbia espresso il desiderio di dire la verità a smentire le accuse nei suoi confronti, Gotti Tedeschi ha preferito preservare la tranquillità del Santo Padre.

La soubrette dominicana Marysthell Polanco, interrogata dal giudice nell'ambito del Processo Ruby, ha dichiarato di essersi travestita da Boccassini, Obama e Whitney Houston per divertire l'ex Presidente del Consiglio Silvio Berlusconi durante le feste "burlesque" ad Arcore.

"La minaccia anarco-insurrezionalista non va assolutamente sottovalutata: oggi è il vero terrorismo che può offendere il Paese". Lo ha detto, a margine alla cerimonia per i 160 anni della Polizia, il capo della Polizia Antonio Manganelli.

La Santa Sede ha scoperto e arrestato il "corvo" che portava fuori dalle mura vaticane documenti riservati: si tratta di Paolo Gabriele, aiutante di camera di Papa Benedetto XVI. L'accusato si trova in una camera di sicurezza, a disposizione della magistratura vaticana per ulteriori accertamenti.

Silvio Berlusconi, durante una conferenza stampa, ha affermato che insieme al PDL si lavora già da diverso tempo a una proposta di rinnovamento delle istituzioni, per far passare l'Italia a un semi-presidenzialismo alla francese. Berlusconi non ha negato il suo desiderio di andare al Quirinale in veste di Presidente della Repubblica, un "sogno accarezzato da tempo".

Dalla miniera di reperti archeologici di Piazza Municipio a Napoli dove si lavora alla costruzione della Stazione del metro' affiora uno scheletro che risale al Medioevo. L'archeologa della Soprintendenza Daniela Giampaolo l'ha datato tra il VII e l'VIII secolo.

A Scafati, nella notte tra mercoledì e giovedì, è esplosa una bomba carta in un sexy shop di proprietà di una coppia di coniugi scafatesi. Ancora non chiari i motivi dell'attentato, che fortunatamente non ha causato vittime.

#TgWild 26.05.12 - "The caste of cyclists!"

After the last two weeks' break, we're back with the weekly TgWild issue, the satyrical review of some of the most interesting news of the week.

The IOR President Ettore Gotti Tedeschi has been eliminated unanimously by the Supervisory Council of the Vatican Bank. Although he has expressed the desire of telling the truth and prove the accusations against him false, he preferred to preserve the peace of mind of Pope Benedict XVI.

The dominican soubrette Marysthell Polanco, questioned by the judge during the Ruby Trial, has declared that she used to dress up as Ilda Boccassini, Obama and Whitney Houston in order to please the ex premier Silvio Berlusconi during the "burlesque" parties of Arcore.

"The anarcho-insurrectionist threat cannot be underestimated: today it is the true terrorism that can offend the country." These are the declarations, made during the cerimony for the 160 years of Police, by the head of Police Antonio Manganelli.

The Vatican has discovered and arrested the "crow" that was taking classified documents outside the Vatican walls: it is Paolo Gabriele, known as Paoletto, the Pope's butler. Paolo Gabriele is currently in a safety chamber, awaiting dispositions from the Vatican judges for further inquiries.

Silvio Berlusconi, during a press conference, has stated that together with the PDL he has been working for quite a while now at a new proposal to renew Italian instittions and bring them closer to a semi-presidentialism in French style. Berlusconi hasn't denied his wish to go to the Quirinale as President, a "dream he has often dreamed of".

From the mine of archeological findings in Piazza Municipio in Naples, where construction workers are building the new metro station, a medieval skeleton has been found. The archaeologist Daniele Giampaolo has dated it between the VII and the VIII century.

At Scafati, during the night between Wednesday and Thursday, a bomb has exploded in a sexy shop owned by a Scafati couple. The reasons are still unclear, but fortunately the bomb has caused no casualties.

Per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival direttamente dal Festival del giornalismo di Perugia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Roberto Zarriello, noto esperto di social media e comunicazione aziendale.

Per prima cosa abbiamo chiesto quale sia la situazione, per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo di social media, all’interno delle aziende. Zarriello risponde con un esempio che chiama in causa l’informazione: prima si “parlava” di giornalismo digitale e di comunicazione digitale, oggi se ne “discute”, e c’è una netta differenza. Ormai si dà per scontato che non ci sia giornalismo senza nuovi media, senza le nuove forme di comunicazione. Allo stesso modo, non ci si può riferire alla comunicazione aziendale senza tener conto di tutte quelle nuove tecniche che derivano dal mondo dei social media.

Si è parlato spesso della paura delle aziende nei confronti dei social media, ma Zarriello dice che già partire dal concetto di paura è sbagliato. Bisogna invece partire da un ottica di confronto con i nuovi strumenti. Il know-how, l’esperienza, l’etica e la professionalità, come ad esempio quella del giornalista ma anche quella di altre figure non si perde, ma rimane la stessa. Quello che cambia sono gli strumenti, strumenti per cui la parola d’ordine è “crossmedialità”.

L’importante, sottolinea Zarriello, è ricordarsi che al centro rimangono sempre i contenuti. E’ su questo punto che si sottolinea l’impossibilità da parte del mezzo tecnico di sostituire la figura competente che nella scelta e nella cura di quei contenuti mette tutto il suo valore ed esperienza.

Nell’intervista sono stati poi affrontati temi come quelli dell’interazione tra brand e utenti, della produzione di contenuti anche dal basso, contenuti che di quell’azienda possono parlare. La gestione della propria immagine e non solo nell’arena della discussione web, dove non tutto è sempre sotto controllo, e la capacità di interazione, ascolto e confronto sono fondamentali per qualsiasi azienda.

For the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from Perugia, we had the pleasure of interviewing Roberto Zarriello, well known social media and corporate communication expert.

We asked what the situation is in the use of social media inside companies. Zarriello answered with an example that recalls information: in the past few years we've been talking about digital journalism and digital communication, now we "discuss it", and there's a big difference there. Now it is granted that journalism doesn't exist without new media, without new forms of communication. Also, we can't talk about company communication without taking into account all those techniques that derive from the world of social media.

Many have talked about the fear companies have toward social media, but Zarriello thinks that starting from the concept of "fear" is wrong. We must start from a position of confrontation with new tools. Know-how, experience, ethica and professionalism, such as that of the journalist, aren't lost, they remain the same. What truly changes are the tools, tools for which the keyword is "crossmedia".

The most important thing, says Zarriello, is to remember that content is key. And it is on this aspect that we see the impossibility of the technical tool to substitute the competent figure in the choice and curation of the content, activities in which he puts value and experience.

During the interview we also challenged other themes, such as the interaction between brand and users, the production of content by users, for example criticism towards the company. The image management in the arena of the web discussion, where not everything is under control, and the capacity of interaction and confrontation are fundamental for any company.

Per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival direttamente dal Festival del giornalismo di Perugia siamo riusciti ad intervistare anche Andrea Vianello, conduttore di Agorà, in onda ogni mattina su RAI3.

La prima domanda riguarda l’integrazione dell’attività di giornalismo, anche in televisione, con ciò che avviene online. La stessa Agorà è andata in onda con svariate puntate sul tema. Vianello ci dice che questo è stato preso da loro proprio come uno degli assiomi del programma. La televisione, aggiunge, “non deve temere in questo momento la concorrenza della rete e dei nuovi media, ma anzi deve interagirci”.

Secondo Vianello poi questa interazione è avvenuta naturalmente e forse anche inaspettatamente rispetto alle previsioni. Ma una volta nata non si può fare altro che cavalcarla. Ormai, ci ricorda Vianello, le notizie vengono date prima su twitter e poi dai media tradizionali.

Inoltre la grande possibilità resa è quella di poter interagire al volo e in maniera diretta con la propria utenza, anzi, con il proprio pubblico intercettando la reazione, il pensiero dell’opinione pubblica e interpretarla.

Abbiamo chiesto se e come la grande quantità di tweet e commenti durante ad esempio le puntate di Agorà possa costituire un contenuto aggiunto e come sia possibile valorizzarlo. Per Vianello di per sé sono già un valore aggiunto. Al classico sottopancia che fa scorrere i tweet, come vediamo in molte trasmissioni, e che spesso rimane un flusso a sé stante preferisce selezionarne alcuni e farli entrare direttamente nel dibattito della trasmissione, pur convenendo che anche il loro utilizzo del primo caso sia già comunque un passo avanti nel panorama tv.

Insomma, TV, social media, contenuti generati dagli utenti. Le strade della TV del futuro secondo Andrea Vianello, che potete approfondire nella nostra video intervista.

For the series Intervistato Journalism Festival directly from Perugia we also interviewed Andrea Vianello, conductor of Agorà, on air every morning on RAI3.

The first question is about the integration of journalism activities, also on television, with what happens online. Agorà has had several episodes on this topic. Vianello tells us that this issue has been taken as one of the main points of the program. Television shouldn't fear at this moment the competition of the web and new media, but interact with them.

He thinks this interaction has happened naturally and unexpectedly, compared to expectations. But once it is born, you can only go along with it. We have come to a point where news are given on Twitter and then on traditional media.

Moreover, the great possibility it offers is to interact immediately and directly with the users, with the audiece, catching the reaction and the thoughts of public opinion and interpret them.

We asked if an how the great quantity of tweets and comments generated during Agorà could constitute an added value and how it would be possible to exploit it. They are already an added value, in Vianello's opinion. To the classical graphics with tweets, which we see in many shows, and that often reains an independent flux, he prefers to select some and use them as arguments during the dialogue of the conversation, but he agrees that the first type of usage is already quite evoluted in the tv scenario.

Innanzitutto abbiamo chiesto a Wadah come mai Al Jazeera ha cominciato a occuparsi di attività online: è stata vista una enorme opportunità di stabilire una relazione vera con l’audience attraverso i social network, specialmente perché Al Jazeera non aveva una buona relazione con i governi, e non ha ottenuto il permesso ufficiale di coprire le storie. Ci troviamo, secondo Wadah, in un ambiente completamente nuovo, in cui i blogger e i citizen journalist compensano l’assenza di copertura professionale sul posto. Si è così formata un’alleanza con i social network, anche grazie all’apertura di un centro di preparazione per blogger e attivisti, che hanno potuto apprendere i fondamenti del giornalismo e hanno aiutato moltissimo nel coprire i fatti della Primavera Araba.
Un’opportunità dunque, non una minaccia: essendo già sotto grande pressione politica, Al Jazeera ha sostenuto la democrazia attraverso la relazione con i media online.

Per quanto riguarda i numeri, le notizie proveniente dai social network sono state circa il 70% per la Tunisia, e fino al 90% per l’Egitto, durante i giorni della rivoluzione. Dato che il governo aveva bloccato il segnale di Al Jazeera, sarebbe stato impossibile coprire la storia così come è stato fatto, specialmente in Tunisia, Egitto e Siria.

Molti dei citizen journalist che hanno contribuito sono stati arrestati, altri sono rimasti feriti e altri, specialmente quelli che filmavano e caricavano immagini e video online, sono stati uccisi. I governi hanno compreso il rischio di perdere il controllo sui media e sul potere: gli attivisti sono persone coraggiose, creative, dinamiche, e soprattutto hanno una presenza capillare sul territorio. E’ necessario, secondo Wadah, incoraggiarli, dare supporto ed educarli affinché possano diventare citizen journalist ancora più intelligenti.

Abbiamo chiesto a Wadah come cambierà il ruolo dei social network ora che il particolare momento storico della rivoluzione è passato: secondo lui ora che la democrazia sta cominciando a prendere forma, per esempio in Egitto, Tunisia e Yemen, il ruolo dei SN non sarà più quello di sfidare l’autorità e far cadere regimi, ma diventare parte del dialogo nazionale per creare valori comuni e portare i paesi verso la stabilità, garantendo una società civile e diritti costituzionali.

Negli ultimi anni c’è stato un grande problema di fiducia tra il pubblico e i media tradizionali, specialmente perché questi ultimi servivano i centri di potere e gli interessi delle corporazioni. Ora, tuttavia, le persone hanno delle alternative: non hanno solamente uno o due canali televisivi per informarsi, ma i social network e molti canali TV. Inoltre hanno la possibilità di esprimere le proprie opinioni, discutere e verificare gli eventi che accadono.

Il monopolio del giornalismo dei centri di potere finirà, e la nuova era del giornalismo che ruota intorno alle persone, agli interessi delle persone, e alla ricerca della verità emergerà.

For the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from Perugia, we had the pleasure of interviewing Wadah Khanfar, ex director general of Al Jazeera and currently President of Sharq Forum.

First of all we asked Wadah how Al Jazeera started dealing with online activities: it was seen as a great opportunity to establish an authentic relationship with the audience through social networks, especially because Al Jazeera itself didn't have a good relationship with the governments, and hasn't received the permission to cover stories. We are in a completely new environment, in which bloggers and citizen journalists compensate the absence of the professional camera on the field. They created an allegiance with social networks, also thanks to the creatin of a preparation center for bloggers and activists, who were able to learn the fundamentals of journalism and have helped enormously in the coverage of the Arab Spring facts. An opportunity, and not a threat: being already under a lot of political pressure, Al Jazeera has sustained democracy through its relationship with online media.

As for numbers, the news from social networks were about 70% in Tunisia, and up to 90% in Egypt, during the days of the revolutino. Since the government had blocked Al Jazeera signal, it would have been impossible to cover the stories as it has been done, especially in Tunisia, Egypt and Syria.

Many of the citizen journalists who have contributed have been arrested, others were wounded and others, especially those who filmed and uploaded images and videos online, have been shot and killed. Governments have understood the risk of losing control over media and power: activists are coragous, creative, dynamic, and they have a capillary presence on the field. It is necessary to encourage them, give them support and educate them so they may become even more intelligent citizen journalists.

We asked Wadah how the role of social networks will change, now that the particular historical moment of the revolution has passed: he thinks that now, with democracy starting to take shape, for example in Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen, the role of social networks won't be to challenge authority and overthrow regimes, but to become a part of the national dialogue in order to create common values and take countries towards stability, with a civil society and constitutional rights.

During the past few years there has been a great trust issue between audience and traditional media, especially because the latter served centers of power and the interests of corporations. Now, people have alternatives: they don't only have a couple of tv channels to get information, but also social networks and many tv channels. Moreover, they have the possibility to express their own opinions, discuss and verify the events that happen.

The monopoly of journalism on power centers will end, and the new era of journalism that revolves around people, the interests of people and the research of truth will emerge.

Per il decimo incontro della serie Intervistato Journalism Festival abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Mauro Casciari, reporter per Le Iene.

Casciari ha subito sottolineato “non sono un giornalista, ma un reporter“. La spiegazione secondo Casciari sta nel fatto che per essere giornalista professionista ci vogliono comunque dei requisiti minimi sul piano dei titoli, mentre lui non si sente nemmeno semplice intrattenitore. “Sono uno che fa dei servizi, quindi mi sono definito reporter, io non ho seguito l’iter da giornalista e nemmeno lo voglio essere, così potrò fare la pubblicità quando sarò molto famoso”.

All’estero i servizi di inchiesta, anche molto lunghi nel tempo, sono consuetudine. Le Iene, anche se in maniera più stringata, fanno qualcosa di simile. Casciari annota che il “Watchdog” in Italia forse è portato avanti da programmi, quasi tutti su RAI3, come ad esempio Report o Presa Diretta.

Parliamo poi di programmi al servizio dei cittadini. Le Iene, spiega Casciari, sono in primis un programma al servizio dell’impresa, nel senso che facendo parte di Mediaset che è una TV commerciale il primo obiettivo è quello ovviamente del guadagno. Specifica poi: “più la gente guarda il programma più ovviamente Mediaset fa soldi con la pubblicità e più soldi dovrebbero arrivare a noi, in teoria”.

Le Iene, continua, fanno un servizio pubblico all’interno di una azienda commerciale. A volte è capitato anche di fare servizi che andavano anche contro gli sponsor.

Questa ovviamente è solo una sintesi di questa interessante intervista che ci porta per qualche minuto dietro i meccanismi di un programma come le Iene, ma si è parlato pure di ordine dei giornalisti, futuro delle TV, crollo delle TV generaliste, e di come evolverà l’informazione nel futuro, almeno secondo Casciari.

The tenth interview for the Intervistato Journalism Festival series was with Mauro Casciari, reporter for Le Iene.

Casciari has immediately stated that he is not a journalist, but rather a reporter. The explanation is that in order to be a professional journalist some minimal preparation is needed, but he feels like a simple entertainer. "I'm someone who prepares inquiries, haven't studied as a journalist and I don't even want to be one, so when I become very famous I'll be able to do advertising."

Investigative journalism, even extremely long inquiries, are something quite normal abroad. Le Iene, even if in a shorter fashion, do something quite similar. Casciari pointed out that the "watchdog" role in Italy is carried on by the TV programs, almost all of them on RAI3, with shows like Report or Presa Diretta.

We then talked about programs in the service of citizens. Le Iene, explains Casciari, are first of all a program serving the company, which means that since it is part of Mediaset, a commercial tv channel, the first goal is profit. He then specified: "the more people watch our program, the more money Mediaset gets on advertising, and thus, the more money we should get, in theory."

Le Iene, he says, does a public service inside a company. Sometimes it has happened that their inquiries went against their own sponsors.

This is only a synthesis of a quite interesting interview that shows us a glimpse of the mechanisms behind a tv show as interesting as Le Iene, but we also talked about the Order of Journalists, the decay of general tv channels, and how information will evolve in the future, at least in Mauro's opinion.

E siamo arrivati alla decima intervista per la nostra serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal Festival del giornalismo di Perugia. Questa volta l'intervistato è Beppe Severgnini, noto giornalista e scrittore italiano.

Per primissima cosa abbiamo domandato come vengano percepiti i media italiani all’estero. Sebbene la limitazione linguistica non permetta di sfondare oltre i confini italiano, limitando di fatto il mercato, l’autorevolezza di certi quotidiani è comunque riconosciuta, come ad esempio nel caso del quotidiano Corriere della Sera.

Uno dei principali temi all’ordine del giorno è quello dei modelli di business applicabili ai giornali. Abbiamo quindi chiesto se, ad esempio, quelli utilizzati ora negli USA potrebbero funzionare anche in Italia. Severgnini ci ha risposto che “prima c’è da capire se negli Stati Uniti funzioneranno”, ma prima ancora “il vero problema del nostro mestiere è farci pagare il lavoro in rete”. Un problema che, come sottolinea, è industriale, e che proprio qui al Festival del Giornalismo, in un modo o nell’altro è stato affrontato in molti dei panel.

Il vecchio modello, come ricorda Severgnini, è ormai in grandissima crisi, e inoltre anche quelli alternativi sperimentati fino ad ora non hanno dato quelle certezze tali da poterli assumere a standard.

Se per i contenuti di nicchia per un pubblico specialistico sarà più facile trovare un modello, qualcosa si sta già facendo, per un pubblico generico invece sarà un problema. Qui la risposta ancora deve arrivare, ma “verosimilmente passerà dalla pubblicità e dagli strumenti su cui quei contenuti verranno posti”
Ancora, ricorda Severgnini, ormai è troppo tardi per convincere la gente a pagare per accedere ai contenuti sul sito di un quotidiano online, invece paga e pagherà volentieri ad esempio per avere i contenuti dello stesso quotidiano su iPhone o iPad.

Molte statistiche ormai hanno accertato il calo delle vendite della stampa tradizionale. Severgnini individua una delle cause anche nella disabitudine delle nuove generazioni alla carta e molto più a loro agio nel fruire contenuti e informazioni sui nuovi media digitali.

Abbiamo inoltre parlato di fruizione dei contenuti e di canali su cui essi sono veicolati. Lo stesso Severgnini ci svela che spesso lui non si ricorda nemmeno in che modalità ha fruito dei contenuti di un giornale, se su carta, oppure su tablet, sul sito oppure se tramite link via twitter, e dice che “forse non è nemmeno così importante”.

Poi propone ad Arianna un titolo per il festival dell’anno prossimo: “Il giornalismo online è morto“. Il perché lo spiega subito dopo, descrivendo il giornalismo come l’acqua che scende lungo un torrente, un rigagnolo, per poi trovare le sue vie, i suoi canali.

And here we are with the tenth interview for the series Intervistato Journalism Festival, directly from Perugia. This time it was Beppe Severgnini's turn, well known Italian journalist and writer.

First things first, we asked how Italian media is seen abroad. Even though the linguistic limitation doesn't allow to go overcome the Italian boundaries, and thus limiting the market, the authority of certain newspaper is recognized all the same, like the Corriere della Sera.

One of the main topics today is the matter of business models that can be applied to newspapers. We asked whether the ones used in the USA might work in Italy as well. Severgnini told us that "first we must understand whether they will work in the USA", but also that "the true problem of our profession is getting the online work paid". A problem that is industrial, as he has specified himself, and that has been widely discussed at the Festival, during the panels.

The old model, as Severgnini recalls, is in great crisis, and moreover the ones that have been experimented till now haven't given such certainties as to make us set them as standard.

If for the niche content for a specialistic audience it will be much easier to find a model, and something is already stirring, it shall be a great problem for broader audiences. Here the answer is yet to arrive, but "it will most probably go through advertising and the tools on which the content will be published".
It's too late to make people pay for content on websites, but they will pay willingly to have the same content on iPhone and iPad.

Many statistics have measured a decrease in the sales of paper newspapers. Severgnini has found one of the causes in the distance between paper and new generations: the latter feel more comfortable enjoying their content and information on other supports, preferably digital.

We also talked about the fruition of content and the channels on which they are transmitted. Severgnini himself confessed to us that he often doesn't remember in which modality he learned a piece of information, whether on the paper, on the tablet, on the website, or through Twitter, and he added that probably it's not that important anyway.

Then he proposes to Arianna a title for next year's festival: "Online journalism is dead". He explained why: journalism is like water flowing down a torrent and then finds its channels and paths.

Undicesimo ospite di Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal fesitval di Perugia è Massimo Mantellini, giornalista italiano e autore del blog Manteblog.

Abbiamo chiesto a Massimo le sue impressioni sul Festival. L’esperienza, ci dice, è estremamente positiva e molto caotica vista l’enorme quantità di stimoli. A colpirlo è anche la grande affluenza di giovani e semplici curiosi che attraverso il festival cercano di capire ed entrare nei meccanismi del giornalismo.

A Massimo abbiamo anche chiesto quale tra i vari panel fosse quello ad averlo più colpito. La sua risposta è ricaduta su Andy Carvin che, ne approfittiamo per annunciarvelo, sarà tra le prossime interviste ad essere pubblicate.

Con Massimo si è parlato anche di percorsi e strumenti vecchi e nuovi che non per forza, come sottolinea, debbono collidere, ma anzi possono poi finire per seguire direzioni diverse. Secondo Mantellini il giornalismo di oggi è comunque migliore rispetto al passato.

Eleventh guest of Intervistato Journalism Festival, directly from the Perugia festival, was Massimo Mantellini, Italian journalist and author of the blog Manteblog.

We asked him his insights about the Festival. The experience is extremely positive and very chaotic, given the enormous quantity of stimuli. He was also very impressed by the great presence of young people and simple curious that throught the Festival try to understand and enter the mechanisms of journalism.

We also asked which panels have impressed him most. His choice fell on Andy Carvin's panel, and Andy will also be among the next interviews we'll be publishing.

We also talked about paths and tools old and new that don't necessarily need to collide, but could actually wind up going in different directions. Massimo thinks that journalism today is by all accounts better than what it was in the past.

#Terremoto in Emilia: stare sul pezzo e non volerlo

Ad Intervistato.com mi dicono che riesco sempre ad essere sul pezzo, e si chiedono come io faccia. Settimana scorsa vado a Milano e sgomberano Macao... ero sul pezzo. Questa vengo a Modena, viene il terremoto.

Qui è il pezzo, anzi i pezzi di calcinacci che cadono su di me (poca roba a dire il vero, ma abbastanza per farti uscire un "merda" di quelli epici). Morale, ho pensato che non è la mia bravura a portarmi sul pezzo, è il pezzo ad arrivare e a volte fa paura, paura che ti entra dentro, fin nelle ossa e ti costringe ad essere lucido. Come alle 4 quando l'istinto diceva corri giù per le scale ma la testa mi diceva aspetta sia finita prima di fare cazzate. Ha vinto la testa, in quei lunghi secondi, 10, 15 nemmeno io so quanti.

Quello che so è il rumore che ti sbatte giù dal letto senza darti il tempo di capire, quello della terra che trema forte, quello dei 9 piani sopra di te che danzano all'aria mentre i muri crepano e i calcinacci cadono e ti chiedi: ma qui sopra la baracca reggerà? Si, regge. Poi esci, in strada, davanti alla fontana del Graziosi e ti guardi negli occhi con gli altri fuoriusciti. I giovani li vedi, un poco impauriti, i più grandi invece, i nonni, quelli tornano dentro dopo poco. Gente che ne ha viste, che non si scompone e che un poco invidi che come cazzo fanno.

Poi prendi in mano il cellulare e cominci a scorrere i tweet. Quando cominci a leggere vedi aggiornamenti da Padova, Milano, dal Veneto al Trentino passando per la Liguria. Dici, madonna, ma non ti rendi conto, pensi di non essere l'epicentro (lo pensi sempre, rifuggi il pensiero, per forza, per speranza) ma ti dici che ovunque sia stato in quel punto sarà tutto tabula rasa. Non è così, ma si contano danni, morti, feriti, 3000 sfollati. Cerchi info sui media, niente, ricarichi, niente. Solo la gente, quella che è in strada divulga info. Meno male che c'è la gente.
Salti in auto, e da Modena ti sposti verso casa, a Soliera in direzione epicentro. La strada è vuota, la nebbia si sta alzando assieme all'alba che poi porta la pioggia. La pioggia, pensi, piove sempre dopo un sisma. Perché l'ingiustizia che complica la vita agli sfollati, ai soccorritori.

Ad un certo punto il cervello collega. Domani avrei fissata una visita specialistica (gastroscopia) all'ospedale di Mirandola, paese colpito e abbastanza vicino all'epicentro. Chiamo, mi dicono "richiami domani". Qui i danni sono seri, stiamo evacuando parte dell'ospedale, siamo in attesa di capire se la struttura è agibile o no. Richiami domani poco prima di partire, non sappiamo. La voce all'altro capo è tesa, molto. Dico grazie, riaggancio. Sono sveglio dalle 4. Butto giù queste righe alla rinfusa per fissare il momento, mentre con un occhio scorro la rete e con l'altro fisso il lampadario.

#Earthquake in Emilia: being on the piece without willing it

In Intervistato.com they always tell me I always manage to stay on the piece, and they ask how I do it. Last week I go to Milan and they evacuate Macao. I was on the piece. This time I go to Modena, and there goes the earthquake.

Here is the piece, actually pieces of rubble that fall on me (not so much stuff, to be honest, but enough to make you say a couple of epic swearings). Morale, I thought it's not my skill to bring me on the piece, it's the piece that's coming and sometimes it's quite scary, a fear that goes bone deep and makes you stay focused. Like at 4 a.m., when the instinct says run outside on the stairs but the brain tells you to wait until it's done before you do something stupid. The brain won, in those long seconds, 10, 15, I don't even know how many.

What I do know is the noise that throws you out of bed without giving you the time to understand, the earth that's shaking hard, the 9 stories above you that dance in the air while the walls crack and the rubble falls and you ask yourself: will the shack up there hold? Yes, it holds. Then you go out on the streets, in front of the fountain Graziosi and you look into the eyes of the others. You see the young ones, a bit frightened, while the older, the grandparents, those go back inside after a short while. People who have seen stuff in their lives, that don't get scared that easily and that a bit you envy for how the hell they do it.

Then you take the mobile phone and start looking at the tweets. When you start reading you see updates from Padova, Milano, from Veneto to Trentino to Liguria. You wonder, but don't realize, you don't think you're the epicentre (you never do, you always refuse that thought, it has to be that way, for hope), but you think that wherever it was, the place will be completely destroyed. It's not, but already there are damages, deaths, wounded, and 3000 evacuated people. You look for information on media, nothing, you refresh, nothing. Only the people, the people on the streets, actually spread information. Good thing there's the people. You get on your car, and from Modena you go home, towards Soliera, in the general direction of the epicentre. The street is empty, the fog is going up together with the dawn that brings rain. The rain, you think, it always rains after an earthquake. Because the injustice complicates the lives of evacuated and rescuers.

At one point the brain connects. Tomorrow I have a specialistic visit (gastroscopy) at the hospital of Mirandola, one of the towns that has been hit, and quite near the epicentre. I call, they tell me to call tomorrow. Here the damages are serious, we're evacuating part of the hospital, we're waiting to understand whether the structure can be used or not. I say thanks, and hang up. I've been up since 4 a.m. I write down these lines confusely to fix the moment, while with one eye on the web, and the other on the lamp.

Come nono ospite della serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal Festival del Giornalismo di Perugia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Luca Telese, giornalista italiano e conduttore di In Onda su La7.

La prima domanda ha inevitabilmente puntato sul cambio della squadra del programma In Onda, su La7. Con l’arrivo di Porro (vicedirettore de Il Giornale) al posto di Luisella Costamagna sono cambiati alcuni equilibri. Con Costamagna, il cui orientamento culturale era simile, il rapporto era conflittuale, mentre con Porro, che culturalmente si differenzia da Telese, il rapporto tende alla contrapposizione.

A cambiare però non sono state solo le dinamiche della coppia di conduttori. Anche il formato del programma ha subito qualche variazione. Se prima l’uso dello studio centrale nella trasmissione ora a farla da padrone sono i collegamenti.

Abbiamo chiesto del rapporto tra media e politica nel momento attuale, con un Governo tecnico al comando. Secondo Telese l’esecutivo Monti, se non proprio coccolato, è comunque circondato da un’aurea di religioso rispetto (nonostante alcuni errori che non sono stati troppo accentuati dai mezzi d’informazione), a differenza ad esempio dei governi Berlusconi o Prodi che avevano rispettivamente contro i media di contrapposto orientamento.

Per quanto riguarda il peso dei media nella politica, secondo Telese “il giornalismo ha costruito e distrutto le carriere dei Politici”. Due esempi portati dal giornalista del Fatto sono quello della Polverini che senza Ballarò non sarebbe diventata presidente della provincia, o Deborah Serracchiani che “senza quel momento blob” non avrebbe fatto il giro dei Talk Show e ora non siederebbe al Parlamento Europeo. E poi ancora: “l’informazione decide l’agenda dei problemi”.

Altra domanda ha riguardato il rapporto tra carta stampata e online, e qui ha portato l’esempio del Fatto Quotidiano, nato da un blog e diventato giornale cartaceo, ed è proprio la carta a dare il peso specifico: “sono poi quelle mille copie vendute che determinano la credibilità.

Quanto alle parole del Ministro Severino sui Blog, Telese le liquida come sciocchezze e un fondamentale analfabetismo (digitale e culturale).

The ninth guest of the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from Perugia, was Luca Telese, Italian journalist and conductor of InOnda on La7.

The first question was inevitably about the change of staff of In Onda, on La7. With the arrival of Nicola Porro (vice director of Il Giornale) in the place of Luisella Costamagna, some balances have changed. With Luisella, who was culturally similar to him, the relationship was a constant conflict, while with Porro, who is culturally different from Telese, the relationship tends to a healthy opposition.

Not only the dynamics of the couple of conductors have changed: the format had to change as well. If previously the use of the studio was key, now the most important thing are on site reporters.

We asked about the relationship between media and politics at the moment, with a technical Government leading the country. In Telese's opinion, Monti's government has been surrounded by an aura of religious respect (in spite of some mistakes that haven't been very much covered by media), unlike the Berlusconi or Prodi governments, who had the media against them.

As for the importance of media in politics, Telese thinks that "journalism has build and destroyed politicians carreers". Two examples are that of Renata Polverini, who would never have become president of province without Ballarò, or Debora Serracchiani, who would never have gotten into the European Parlament and so many talk shows without "that blob moment". And again: "information decides the agenda of issues to be tackled".

Another question regarded the relationship between online and paper newspapers, and here he brought the example of Il Fatto Quotidiano, born from a blog and become a paper newspaper, and it's the paper that gives it value: "those 1000 sold copies determine its credibility".

As for Minister Severino's words about blogs, Telese dismisses them as nonsense and a fundamental ignorance, both digital and cultural.

L’ottavo ospite della serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal festival del giornalismo di Perugia, è Marco Ripoldi, attore italiano e membro del gruppo Il terzo Segreto di Satira.

Il Terzo Segreto di Satira è un collettivo di ragazzi provenienti dalla scuola di cinema che lo hanno contattato per proporre la realizzazione di un video, quello che poi è diventato Il Favoloso mondo di Pisapie, che poi è diventato virale.

Il loro obiettivo è cercare di anticipare le notizie che arrivano, creando dei video in cui la satira è utilizzata cercando di fare critica su quello che succede.

Durante la campagna elettorale per le elezioni comunali di Milano uscirono parecchi video di entrambi i candidati, Pisapia e Moratti. Da li è venuta l’idea di provare a creare uno. Il tutto è stato registrata in due giorni, poco prima del ballottaggio. Quel video ha poi ottenuto 600.000 visualizzazioni in sei giorni.

Per quanto riguarda la satira online molto dipende dal tempismo, ma molto è dipende anche da quanto i giornali ti appoggiano, ma anche da quelli che sbagliano, come Libero che pubblicò il video pensandolo di destra.

Marco ci ha poi anticipato l’uscita di un loro prossimo video sul calcio scommesse, ma non vi anticipiamo niente rimandandovi alla nostra video intervista.

The eighth guest of the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from the Journalism Festival in Perugia, was Marco Ripoldi, Italian actor and member of the group The Third Secret of Satire.

The Third Secret of Satire is a collective of young people with cinema school backgrounds who contacted him to propose the realization of a video, the one that then became The Fabulous World of Pisapie, which has become immediately viral.

Their goal is to try to anticipate the news that come in, creating videos in which satire is use trying to build constructive criticism around what's happening.

During the election campaign for the administrative elections in Milan many videos of both candidates were published. From there they got the idea of creating one themselves. It was recorded in two days, just before the second ballot. That video got 600.000 views in 6 days.

As for online satire, much depends on timing, but a lot depends on which newspapers support you, and also the ones who get it wrong, like Libero, who published the video thinking it was a rightwind promotion.

Marco has then anticipated the release of a new video about soccer gambling, but we don't anticipate anything and invite you to view the interview.

Come settimo ospite per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Giuseppe Cruciani, giornalista italiano e conduttore della trasmissione radiofonica La Zanzara, su Radio 24.

Abbiamo chiesto a Giuseppe come sia cambiato il modo di condurre la trasmissione La Zanzara, dopo la caduta del precedente governo. Nonostante “lo shock dei primi mesi”, in realtà è cambiato poco: il governo Berlusconi offriva garanzie e il lavoro era molto più facile”, mentre ora ci vuole un poco in più di fantasia e creatività, ma la politica offre comunque costantemente spunti interessanti.

Inoltre abbiamo chiesto qualche dettaglio in più riguardo al rapporto con l’ospite in studio: a La Zanzara non ce ne sono mai molti, la stragrande maggioranza degli interventi vengono fatti al telefono. Ad ogni modo Cruciani ci ha rivelato che in alcuni casi la presenza fisica di un ospite può creare una grande intesa e alchimia, mentre in altri può tendere a frenare il conduttore, che non può essere incisivo come al solito.

L’uso dei social media ha certamente influenzato la conduzione della trasmissione, anche nel reperimento del materiale, di cui molto viene recuperato in rete. Cambia anche la dinamica della comunicazione di quello che avviene durante la diretta, anche grazie all’uso dei social network.

Per quanto riguarda il rapporto di influenza tra giornalismo e politica, secondo Cruciani in Italia ci sono troppi giornalisti politici. Quello che conta, però, è la propria onestà intellettuale.

Sullo scandalo che ha recentemente coinvolto due grandi partiti come Lega e Margherita, Cruciani si stupisce di come la stampa si sia così a lungo disinteressata nonostante in gioco ci fossero soldi pubblici. Prima che si riaccendesse l’interesse ci sono voluti due scandali consecutivi e ravvicinati.

Abbiamo anche chiesto cosa pensa dell’ordine dei giornalisti. La sua risposta è secca: va abolito, è una cosa antiquata.

The seventh guest of the Intervistato Journalism Festival series was Giuseppe Cruciani, Italian journalist and conductor of the radio show La Zanzara, on Radio 24.

We asked Giuseppe how the way of conducting La Zanzara has changed after the fall of the previous government. Despite the "shock of the first months", in reality little has changed: the Berlusconi government offered guarantees and made the work much easier, while now you need a bit more fantasy and creativity, but politics always offers interesting suggestions anyway.

Moreover, we asked some more details about the relationship with the guests: La Zanzara doesn't have many guests in the studio, most of the comments are made on the phone. Anyway Cruciani told us that in some cases the physical presence of a guest can create a great atmosphere, in other cases it tends to put a break on the conductor, who isn't as sharp as he usually is.

The use of social media has certainly influenced the conduction of the show, even when it comes to finding new material, much of which is found online. The dynamic of the communication of what happens during a live changes too, thanks to the use of social networks.

As for the relationship of influence between journalism and politics, Cruciani thinks in Italy there are too many political journalists. What matters, however, is always intellectual honesty.

We also talked about the scandal that hit two big parties as the Lega and Margherita, and Cruciani was amazed by how the press has ignored these facts for so long even though there has always been a great amount of public money involved in the game. Before the interest sparked, two close and serious scandals had to happen.

We also asked what he thinks about the Order of Journalists. His answer was clear: it has to go, it's simply too old.

Quanto segue non è tanto la cronaca, ma più che altro una riflessione sulla mia giornata di ieri, una giornata di (stra)ordinaria cultura partecipativa in piazza MACAO, Milano.

Ho mandato un messaggio a mia madre, vado a M.A.C.A.O. le ho scritto, ma tu non pigli l'aereo mi ha risposto lei. Non serve ho detto io, è in centro a Milano.
MACAO è nato come centro per le arti e la cultura, creato da un collettivo di creativi, artisti, gente che ha idee da esprimere e condividere. MACAO è nato da un collettivo ma è la collettività. Ho seguito le vicende di questa realtà dal momento in cui è comparsa in rete. Abito a Modena, ma mi ero ripromesso di farci un salto per vedere e magari raccontare.

Mi sono trovato a passare per Milano proprio ieri, quando ormai l' Ex Torre Galfa, di proprietà Ligresti, era stata sgomberata. E' stata vuota per 15 anni, fino all'arrivo di MACAO che per dieci giorni l'ha trasformata nell'embrione della voglia di cambiamento e di spazi culturali e creativi che Milano, ma non solo, chiede. Dalla rete arrivavano notizie di lezioni e assemblee pubbliche per decidere collettivamente la strada da percorrere, così ho deciso di andare a dare un'occhiata. All'ombra del grande palazzo un sacco di gente che poi ha animato la strada antistante fino a tarda sera e oggi è ancora lì. Qui gli Storify sulla giornata di ieri.

Ho letto svariati articoli sulla vicenda, alcuni giornali (i soliti che non vale nemmeno la pena di citare) affiancano MACAO a termini come occupazione, centro sociale e un po' tutta la terminologia che tanto piace a certi signori, ma ieri quando sono arrivato ho potuto parlare con alcune persone che conoscevo bene e che dentro ci erano state. Dopo essermi confrontato con loro e aver sentito le parole dell'assemblea permanente ho pensato che in fondo MACAO è riqualificazione, non occupazione.

Se nella dinamica ai ben pensanti l'appropriazione di due piani di un palazzo di circa trenta, e in disuso da 15 anni, per farne un centro in cui esprimere la propria creatività dal basso appare come occupazione a me personalmente no. Forse chi accomuna MACAO ai centri sociali non è mai stato né in uno né nell'altro e ieri in via Galvani c'è passato solo di sfuggita senza prestare troppa attenzione a quel che veniva detto. Hanno sgomberato la torre, ha detto qualcuno, ma non MACAO, perché non è tanto un luogo fisico quanto un'idea collettiva, un concetto, una richiesta, anzi una proposta. E infatti lo sgombero si è svolto pacificamente: forse sarebbe bastato chiedere di uscire, senza mandare la polizia.

Poco dopo le 18.30 è arrivato in assemblea anche il sindaco Pisapia che ha detto tutto e non ha detto niente. Ha promesso entro poco tempo la disponibilità dell'ex Ansaldo, dicendosi disponibile ad un confronto con la piazza, "piazza MACAO", per cercare di costruire assieme quelle risposte alle necessità che venivano poste sul piatto. Quello che non ha fatto è stato prendere una posizione chiara. Io personalmente non ho capito come realmente la pensasse. Quello che invece ho capito è che a Milano non serviva l'Expo, a Milano servirebbero più M.A.C.A.O.

#Macao Square here

The following isn't news coverage, but rather my thoughts about yesterday, a day of (extra)ordinary participative culture in Macao Square, Milan.

I sent a message to my mother, I'm going to M.A.C.A.O., I wrote, but you're not taking the airplane, she said. No need, I answered, it's in downtown Milan.

MACAO was born as a center for arts and culture, created by a collective of creatives, artists, people who have ideas to express and share. MACAO was born from a collective, but it's collectivity. I followed the facts surrounding this reality from the first day it went online. I live in Modena, but I promised myself I'd go there to see and perhaps tell my part of the story.

I found myself in Milan yesterday, when the Ex Galfa Tower, property of Ligresti, had already been evacuated. It had been empty for 15 years, until the arrival of MACAO that for 10 days transformed it into the embryo of the willingness to change and those cultural and creative spaces that Milan - but not only - has been asking for so long. Online we find news of lessons and public meetings to decide collectively the path to follow, so I decided to go take a look. In the shadow of the great building a lot of people animated the street until very late at night, and today they're still there. Here you can find the Storifys of the day.

I read several articles about it, some newspapers (the usual ones that aren't worth bothering a link), put MACAO next to terms like occupation, social center, and all those words that some people like to use, but yesterday when I arrived I was able to talk with some people that I knew well, and who were inside. After talking with them and hearing the words of the permanent assembly I thought that, after all, MACAO was riqualification, not occupation.

If in the dynamics of some people, taking property of two stories of a building of about 30, not used for the last 15 years, and transforming it into a center in which to express creativity appears as occupation, I personally don't see it that way. Maybe those who compare MACAO to social centers have never been in either, and yesterday the only came rapidly to take a look at what was going on. They evacuated the tower, someone said, but not MACAO, because it's not so much a physical place but a collective idea, a concept, a request, or rather a proposal. And in fact the evacuation was peaceful: maybe it would have been enough to ask them out, instead of calling the police.

A bit after 18:30 the mayor Pisapia also came into the assembly, and he said everything and nothing. He promised in short time the availability of the ex Ansaldo, proclaiming himself available to a conversation with the square, Macao square, to try and build together those answers to the needs that were put into light. What hasn't been done was take a clear decision. I personally haven't understood what he really thought about it. What I did understand is that Milano didn't need an Expo, Milano needs more M.A.C.A.O.

Daniele Chieffi, online media relations manager in una nota agenzia di credito sponsor del Festival, è il sesto ospite per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, da Perugia.

La prima domanda ha riguardato le difficoltà nella gestione dei Media online da parte delle grandi aziende. Secondo Chieffi il problema è fondamentalmente culturale. Solo di recente le grandi aziende hanno cominciato a confrontarsi con i nuovi media sociali e più in generale con il mondo del web. L’approccio almeno per ora sembra, secondo Chieffi, dettato da una moda più che dal tentativo di trarne valore, con un orientamento più incline al marketing: raggiungere il cliente al minor costo possibile.

La più grande paura delle aziende quando decidono se essere presenti sui social media è la critica. Quello che non capiscono è che però la rete sta già parlando di loro e magari non in maniera edificante. Utilizzare invece i nuovi media sociali per entrare in contatto con il proprio pubblico di riferimento, con i propri stakeholder e con gli investitori può essere, secondo Chieffi, un grande messaggio di responsabilità sociale e un messaggio etico nei confronti della rete se aprendo la conversazione si è anche disposti ad accettare le critiche.

Abbiamo chiesto poi quale sia il modo per gestire una crisi di comunicazione in un momento in cui, con il web, essa può partire facilmente da critiche mosse dal basso e diventare velocemente virale e pervasiva. L’unica soluzione secondo Chieffi è “costruire una relazione onesta con i propri Influencer, a 360° dal blog al più piccolo opinion leader, prima che la crisi accada. Senza una relazione onesta la rete non ti accetta”.

Chieffi è anche docente presso la Cattolica di Milano. Gli abbiamo chiesto, vista la sua posizione privilegiata, quale sia il polso della nuova generazione sui temi di cui anche sopra abbiamo parlato. Trovandosi davanti a nativi digitali pensava di dover essere lui a dover apprendere qualcosa, invece si è trovato davanti giovani per cui la rete è solo facebook, unita alla mancanza di voglia di approfondire le opportunità che il web può dare.

Si è parlato anche di Facebook, di come con i nuovi cambiamenti le pagine (anche aziendali) assomiglino sempre di più ai profili delle persone fisiche, anche grazie al percorso storico reso possibile dalla timeline. Secondo Chieffi questo aspetto favorirà la conversazione tra diversi soggetti in rete.

Intervistato.com | Daniele Chieffi #ijf12

Daniele Chieffi, online media relations manager in Unicredit, is the sixth guest of the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from Perugia.

The first question was about the difficulties in the management of online media on behalf of big companies. Daniele thinks the problem to be mainly cultural. Only recently big companies have started to deal with new social media and with the web in general. The approach has been, in his opinion, dictated by trend more than by an attempt to get value out of it, with a tendency to treat is as marketing: reaching the client at the lowest cost possible.

The biggest fear of companies when they decide whether to be or not present on social media is the critic. What they don't understand is that people are already talking about them, and most often not in a good way. Using new social media to get in touch with the public, with stakeholders and investors could be, in Chieffi's opinion, a great message of social responsibility and an ethical message towards the web, if when you open the conversation you are also willing to accept critics.

We asked what the best way to manage a communication crisis is, especially on the web, where it can be born from a spark and then spread like wildfire in a matter of hours. The only solution, he says, is to build "an honest relationship with influencers, 360°, from the smallest blog to the opinion leader, before the crisis actually happens. Without an honest relationship the web won't accept you."

Chieffi has also been a teacher at the Università Cattolica in Milan. We asked him, since he has been in a privileged position, what the views of the new generation are on the topics we've just talked about. Considering that he had digital natives in front of him, he thought he'd be the one to learn something, but what he really found were young people who thought the web was Facebook, and who had no interest in discovering what other opportunities the web had to offer.

We also talked about Facebook, about how brand fanpages look like people's pages, thanks to the new timeline: Daniele thinks that this aspect will only favor conversation between different players online.

La quinta intervista dal Festival Internazionale del Giornalismo di Perugia, per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, è a Diana Letizia, giornalista per il Secolo XIX.

Diana Letizia ultimamente ha attirato l’attenzione della rete grazie ad un esperimento, come lo definisce lei, anche se molti lo hanno archiviato forse troppo frettolosamente sotto la voce “provocazione”.

Da qualche tempo è stato reso noto l’arrivo di Huffington Post anche in Italia, arrivo reso possibile anche grazie ad un accordo con il gruppo editoriale L’Espresso. Letizia per curiosità ha quindi deciso di andare a verificare se il dominio ariannahuffington.it fosse libero, un piccolo esperimento di branding, come lo ha definito lei. Incredibilmente il dominio che porta il nome della fondatrice dell’Huffington Post risultava libero.

Letizia ha quindi deciso di acquistarlo, dando realmente il via al suo esperimento. Secondo Letizia un grande progetto editoriale deve tener conto del marketing e del branding, anche nei più piccoli dettagli. A questo punto le motivazioni sono due: incredibile mancanza o nessuna intenzione di farlo.

Per quanto riguarda eventuali risposte ufficiali a questo esperimento per il momento non se ne è avuta nessuna.

Abbiamo chiesto a Diana se accetterebbe di scrivere per l’Huffington Post, tenendo conto del suo modello di business. Proverei sulla mia pelle, ha detto, proprio per verificare non tanto come son andate le cose, ma come andranno qui in Italia e per capire quale sarà il modello di remunerazione, anche per quanto riguarda i blogger.

Proprio sul tema dei compensi per chi scrive online Letizia ci ha detto che “la retribuzione dovrebbe essere in linea con la qualità del contenuto prodotto. In Italia comunque siamo ancora in una “Terra di Mezzo” dove non è ancora chiaro come quantificare il valore del contenuto. Non possono comunque essere 5 euro lordi”.

E’ scappata pure la domanda sull’ordine dei giornalisti. Come già molti altri prima di lei anche Letizia ritiene sia necessaria una riforma e una maggiore disponibilità da parte dell’ordine di capire e interpretare il complesso mondo panorama dell’online.

Sulle affermazioni della Severino a proposito della rete, rilasciate ieri durante il suo intervento proprio al festival del giornalismo, Letizia le definisce parole oscure.

The fifth interview at the International Journalism Festival is with Diana Letizia, journalist for the newspaper Secolo XIX.

Diana Letizia has recently drawn a lot of attention from the web thanks to an experiment, as she calls it, even though many have archived it under the name "provocation".

Quite a while ago the arrival of the Huffington Post in Italy has been made public, and the whole project has been made possible by a deal with the Espresso group. Diana has decided, out of curiosity, to go check whether the domain ariannahuffington.it was free, a little branding experiment, as she called it. Incredibly the domain that has the name of the founder of the Huffington Post was free.

Diana decided to buy it, starting her experiment. In her opinion a big editorial project must take into account marketing and branding, even in the slightest details. At this point the reasons can only be two: a terrible mistake or a complete lack of the intention of doing it. As for official answers, she hasn't received any yet.

We also asked her whether she would accept to write for the Huffington Post, considering its business model. She would try, just to understand not how things have gone, but how things will go here in Italy and to understand which will the payment model be, especially for bloggers.

Regarding payment for those who write online, Diana has told us that "payment should be in line with the quality of the produced content. In Italy we are still in MiddleEarth, a place where it's not clear how to quantify the value of the content. But in any case, it can't be 5 euro with taxes".

We also asked a question about the Order of Journalists. As many before her, Diana thinks that a reform is necessary, but also a higher understanding of the complex world of online journalism.

As for Minister Severino's statements about the web, which have been released during a speech at the IJF, Diana defines them "dark words".

Come quarto ospite per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal Festival del Giornalismo di Perugia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Luca De Biase, giornalista ex direttore di Nova 24 ed esperto di nuovi media.

Luca De Biase ci ha raccontato di quanto importante sia stata per lui l’avventura come direttore di Nova24, in cui ha portato la sua esperienza nel campo dell’informazione sull’innovazione riuscendo a sviluppare un giornale che per la prima volta andava a coprire tutti i fronti: dall’innovazione alla tecnologia passando per ricerca scientifica, creatività e arte.

Abbiamo poi chiesto a De Biase un’opinione sul modello di business dell’Huffington Post, di prossima apertura anche qui in Italia: un classico modello pubblicitario, basato sul riutilizzo di molte informazioni che già sono in circolo, “sagacemente valorizzato”.

Per quanto riguarda la retribuzione di giornalisti e blogger che scrivono online, secondo De Biase “il problema è se possono venire pagati”: il valore dell’informazione non può basarsi solo sull’aggregazione di notizie dentro un buon design. Bisogna aggiungere anche opinioni, punti di vista, ricchezza culturale, e questo può venire da una buona aggregazione di blog.

Anche Nova24 aveva provato a lanciare un aggregatore di blog, Nova100, ben prima dell’Huffington Post, basato sull’idea di una condivisione del pagamento. Il modo in cui funziona la pubblicità non permetteva però di stabilire chiaramente in che modo poter ottenere questa condivisione. Nel frattempo sono nate altre realtà oltre l’Huffington. Tutti i giornali ormai hanno i propri blog, ma se non sono dei giornalisti che scrivono su quel giornale è molto difficile vengano pagati.

Secondo De Biase l’attuale situazione è scorretta, ma non esiste al momento un modello di business in grado di costituire una vera e propria soluzione che elimini lo squilibrio. Un modello basato esclusivamente sulla pubblicità è evidentemente insufficiente.

The fourth guest for the Intervistato Journalism Festival series, directly from the International Journalism Festival in Perugia, was Luca De Biase, journalist, ex director of Nova 24 and new media expert.

Luca De Biase told us how important the experience as a director in Nova 24 has been for him, a newspaper in which he brought his expertise in the field of information and innovation, managing to develop a newspaper that for the first time covered all aspects: from innovation to technology, to scientific research, creativity and art.

We asked De Biase his opinion about the Huffington Post business model, and its future opening here in Italy: a classical advertising mode, based on the use of information that is already around, that has been "knowingly valorized".

As for the payment of journalists and bloggers that write online, De Biase thinks the problem is whether they can be paid: the value of information cannot be based exclusively on the aggregation of news inside great design. You have to add opinions, points of view, cultural richness, and that can come from a good aggregation of blogs.

Nova 24 has also tried to launch a blog aggregator, Nova100, well before the Huffington Post, based on the idea of paid sharing. The way advertising works didn't allow to understand clearly how to achieve this sharing. In the meanwhile other realities other than Huffington were born. Every newspaper has its own blog, but if it's not the journalists who write on them, it's very difficult for them to get paid.

Luca thinks the current situation is wrong, but simply that at the moment there is no business model capable of building a solution that will eliminate the lack of balance. A model that is based exclusively on advertising is clearly not sufficient.

During the interview, among other things, we talked about quality certifications and waranty badges for the content that is produced and published online, of business models that allow the integration of digital and paper when it coms to newspapers.

Terza ospite intercettata al Festival del Giornalismo per la serie Intervistato Journalism Festival è Concita De Gregorio, giornalista e scrittrice italiana ed ex direttrice del quotidiano L’Unità ora tornata a firmare su La Repubblica.

La prima domanda posta ha riguardato la fine del rapporto con L’Unità. Concita De Gregorio ha individuato la causa nell’impossibilità di portare avanti la linea di un giornale aperto, in grado di intercettare quelle richieste che venivano dal basso, il disagio e la rappresentanza di quel bacino di cittadini e lettori che non si riconoscevano in certi partiti politici. Linea definita demagogica e troppo vicina a certe aree dei movimenti e osteggiata dal centro sinistra, soprattutto nel PD.

Ha inoltre sottolineato il suo “ruolo di scouting” durante la sua direzione all’Unità che ha contribuito a lanciare svariate firme, da Francesca Fornario a Francesco Costa, passando per Marco Simoni e Francesco Piccolo.

Sul ritorno a Repubblica Concita ha ricordato come il quotidiano sia stata la sua prima vera palestra formativa che, nonostante le sue varie esperienze anche in giro per il mondo, in Spagna per El Pais passando per l’Argentina con Clarin, rimane ancora il suo giornale di riferimento.

Alla domanda sul ruolo dell’informazione nell’attuale crisi politica e partitica Concita De Gregorio risponde invece con la volontà del singolo giornalista di lasciarsi influenzare o meno da chi tiene in mano il “cordone della borsa”.

Third guest that we managed to interview at the International Journalism Festival for the Intervistato Journalism Festival series is Concita De Gregorio, Italian journalist and writer, and also ex director of the newspaper L'Unità, who has now returned to write for Repubblica.

The first question regarded the end of her work at L'Unità. Concita De Gregorio has identified the cause in the impossibility of carrying on the line of an open newspaper, capable of receiving requests from the people, the problems and the representance of a large quantity of readers and citizens that didn't recognize themselves in certain political parties. A line that was defined as too demagogical and too near to certain areas of movements and no appreciated in the center-left wing, especially in the PD.

She also talked about her scouting role during the direction of L'Unità, that has contributed to launch several journalists, such as Francesca Fornario, Francesco Costa, Marco Simoni and Francesco Piccolo, just to name a few.

On her return to Repubblica, Concita has reminded us how this newspaper had been her first real challenge, where she learned everything and that remains a milestone even though she has also worked in Spain for El Paìs and in Argentina with Clarin.

When we asked something about the role of information in the current political and party crisis, Concita answered talking about the availability of any single journalist of letting himself be influenced or not by who pays him.

Il secondo ospite della serie Intervistato Journalism Festival è Luca Conti, giornalista ed esperto di nuovi media, con cui abbiamo parlato di ebook, ebook reader e lo stato dell’arte per quanto riguarda l’editoria digitale.

Innanzitutto, tenendo conto della recente evoluzione del panorama, abbiamo chiesto a Luca Conti quali siano i principali protagonisti nel mondo degli strumenti per e-book. Senza dubbio alcuno il nome uscito è quello del Kindle, di Amazon, l’e-book reader più diffuso anche in Italia nonostante la sua reperibilità sia quasi del tutto affidata all’online. I vantaggi rappresentati dalla possibilità di leggere libri su un supporto del tutto simile come esperienza di lettura alla carta stampata è, a suo avviso, uno dei grandi punti forti del Kindle, che tutt’ora mette in ombra la lettura con l’iPad o altri tablet.

Sul prezzo giusto per un e-book Luca individua una soglia massima attorno ai 10 euro, prezzo su cui anche gli editori italiani si stanno allineando, anche se il prezzo veramente giusto dovrebbe essere tra i 5 e 7 euro.

Meglio la carta o meglio il digitale? Secondo Luca l’e-book non è una sostituzione ma un complemento del libro cartaceo, così come le news online non sono una sostituzione totale ma un complemento a quello che viene pubblicato sui giornali cartacei.

Per Conti però la possibilità di vedere in futuro uno strumento che integri e-book e feed rss e news non è così scontata. Molto dipenderà da quale sarà l’evoluzione tecnologica e dalla sua eventuale capacità di creare un ibrido che porti i vantaggi attuali dell’inchiostro elettronico e quelli degli schermi lcd, con colore, luminosità e capacità di refresh, anche se attualmente siamo ben lontani.

Economico, leggero, compatibile con il maggior numero di formati possibile: queste sono, secondo Luca, le caratteristiche dell’e-Book reader ideale.

The second guest of the Intervistato Journalism Festival series is Luca Conti, journalist and new media expert, with whom we've talked about ebooks, ebook readers and the state of the art in digital publishing.

First of all, considering the recent evolution of the scenario, we asked Luca which are the main protagonists in the world of ebook tools. Without a doubt the first player is the Amazon Kindle, the most widespread ebook reader, even though it can only be bought online. The advantages represented by the possibility of reading books on a device that is entirely similar to paper in terms of reading experience are, in Luca's opinion, one of the main strengths of the Kindle, which is still considered a better tool than the iPad or other tablets when it comes to reading.

As for the right price for an ebook, Luca thinks that the maximum should be about 10 euro, a price that Italian editors are adopting as well, even though the best price would be between 5 and 7 euro.

Best on paper or digital? Luca doesn't see the ebook as a substitution, but rather as a complement for paper books, just as online news aren't a complete substitution, but an integration of what is published on paper newspapers.

The possibility of having a tool that will integrate ebooks and rss feeds and news shouldn't be taken for granted. A lot will depend on the technological evolution and its capability of creating a hybrid that bears the advantages of electronic ink and the ones of lcd screens, with color, luminosity and fast refresh, even though at the moment we are very far from that goal.

Cheap, light, compatible with a large variety of formats: these are, in Luca's opinion, the characteristics of the ideal ebook reader.

Nostro primo ospite della serie Intervistato Journalism Festival, direttamente dal festival del giornalismo di Perugia, è stato Claudio Martelli, politico, giornalista e conduttore televisivo italiano. È stato esponente del Partito Socialista Italiano, dei Socialisti Democratici Italiani e del Nuovo PSI.

Abbiamo chiesto a Martelli, che era ministro di Grazia e Giustizia nel periodo della stagione stragistica della Mafia che vide gli attentati a Falcone e Borsellino, la sua opinione riguardo gli esiti dei processi sulle stragi che colpirono i due magistrati. Se per quanto riguarda Falcone non risultano pendenze sul fronte processuale sulla strage di via D’Amelio l’impalcatura del processo è risultata viziata fin dalle sue prime battute tra false dichiarazioni dei pentiti e responsabilità da parte delle istituzioni nelle trattative con i pentiti.

In Italia la tendenza a far emergere aspetti negativi con un certo ritardo è ancora forte, anzi, negli ultimi anni la situazione è andata peggiorando. La prima Repubblica cadde in seguito all’accusa di finanziamento illecito ai partiti, la fine della seconda potrebbe avvenire a causa delle ruberie dai partiti. I casi Lega e Margherita disegnano i partiti come dei taxi su cui si sale senza pagare la corsa ma dai quali si scende prelevando.

Secondo Martelli siamo ben oltre il punto che sancì la fine della prima Repubblica. Il discredito che accompagna oggi la somma dei partiti sarebbe stato inimmaginabile persino nei giorni di Tangentopoli. Il modo in cui poi la repubblica venne riformata, cioè affidando tutto alle procure, grida ancora vendetta ed è tra le cause principali del degrado della seconda.

La cura per uscire da questo momento di crisi dei partiti superando il clima dell’antipolitca viene individuata da Martelli nella separazione dei poteri nell’esperienza politica. Separazione tra il potere esecutivo, il governo, e quello legislativo proprio del parlamento. Come nel caso Monti, dove le figure al governo sono ritenute competenti e slegate da un contesto partitico. Martelli suggerisce di stabilire l’incompatibilità parlamentare, un ruolo comunque di parte, con quella di ministro che invece deve rappresentare con imparzialità tutto il paese.

Un ruolo determinante nell’attuale distacco tra politica e cittadini lo ha avuto l’informazione, complice di aver sostenuto un sistema sbagliato fin nelle fondamenta, celebrando un sistema non trasparente, un gioco truccato dove gli eleggibili sono già decisi in partenza, un gioco truccato come lo ha definito Martelli.

In ultimo si è toccato il problema del conflitto di interessi. Non solo Berlusconi, ma qualsiasi parlamentare riceva contributo dallo stato e contemporaneamente mantenga la propria professione rientra in questo conflitto. L’esperienza politica dovrebbe essere limitata nel tempo, tempo in cui il ruolo professionale e quello istituzionale non dovrebbero essere portati avanti assieme.

Intervistato.com | Claudio Martelli #ijf12

Our first guest of the Intervistato Journalism Series, directly from the International Journalism Festival in Perugia, is with Claudio Martelli, politician, journalist and TV conductor. He has been a member of the Italian Socialist Party, of the Italian Democratic Socialists and of the new PSI.

We asked Martelli, who was Minister of Justice during the season of the Mafia massacres that saw the deaths of Falcone and Borsellino, what he thinks about the sentences of the trials that have been held after the assasinations of the two prosecutors. If for Falcone there aren't any loose ends, the trial itself has been biased from the beginning because of false statements and the responsability of institutions in treating with the witnesses.

In Italy the negative parts are revealed with a certain delay, and the situation has been getting worse in the last few years. The First Republic fell because of the accusations of illegal financing to parties, the end of the second might happen because of the thefts from parties. The Lega and Margherita cases describe parties as taxis on which people get on, not pay the trip and then get out taking something from the taxi itself.

In Martelli's opinion we have gone beyond the point that was the end of the First Republic. The mistrust that people have today for parties wouldn't have been imaginable during the days of Tangentopoli. The way the republic had been reformed, by assigning all the job to courts, is still asking for revenge and is among the main causes of the degeneration of the second.

The cure for getting out of this moment of crisis by going beyond the antipolitics, in Martelli's opinion, is to separate powers in the political experience. Separation of the executive power (the government), and the law (the Parliament), just as for Monti, that has a team of people who are taken held in consideration as extremely competent and not tied to any party. Martelli suggests to establish a basic incompatibility between the role of Member of Parliament and the one of Minister, because there are some fundamental interest conflicts involved in the two positions.

A determining role in the current distance between politics and citizens was the one of information, which has sustained a wrong sistem from the beginning, celebrating non transparent activities, a biased game in which the winners are already determined before the game starts.

Lastly we talked about the conflict of interest: not only Berlusconi, but any MP that receives contributions from the State and at the same time maintains his own job actually is in conflict of interest. The political experience should be limited in time, and during that time the professional and institutional roles shouldn't be carried on together.

#TgWild 05.05.2012 - "L'uomo che non muore mai!"

Anche questa settimana una nuova puntata del TG Wild, la rassegna satirica di alcune tra le più interessanti notizie della settimana, curata dalla Redazione WildItaly.

Tra i documenti sequestrati dagli inquirenti all'ex tesoriere della Lega Belsito, sono state ritrovate anche le lauree di Renzo Bossi e Pierangelo Moscagiuro, entrambe conseguite in una università albanese. Attualmente si cerca di comprendere con quali soldi siano stati pagati quegli studi, anche se il sospetto è che i soldi provenissero dalle casse del Carroccio.

Il senatore Giulio Andreotti è stato ricoverato d'urgenza al Policlinico Gemelli in seguito a una crisi cardio-respiratoria, ma ora si è ripreso e sta bene, anche se dovrà rimanere ancora per qualche giorno sotto osservazione.

Il leader del Movimento 5 Stelle Beppe Grillo è imputato, insieme ad altre 21 persone, per la violazione dei sigilli ad una baita abusiva dei No Tav in Val Clarea. Il processo si terrà a Torino, e l'udienza preliminare ha già avuto luogo il 3 maggio.

Il premier Monti ha nominato tre supertecnici per trovare soluzione per il contenimento della spesa pubblica: Bondi, Giavazzi e Amato. E' stata proposta la raccolta di dati sugli sprechi anche attraverso i social network, ma sembra che quei dati non siano utilizzabili per questioni di privacy.

Il dossier dell'Agesci, Associazione Guide e Scout Cattolici Italiani, pubblicato a seguito del seminario «Omosessualità, nodi da sciogliere nelle comunità capi. L'educazione fra orientamento sessuale e identità di genere», stabilisce che un capo scout omosessuale non può fare coming out, ma deve invece rivolgersi a uno psicologo, in quanto la sua influenza sui ragazzi potrebbe essere negativa.

Un'inchiesta condotta dalla procura di Lecce ha svelato che 14 giudici baresi sono stati ripetutamente corrotti ricevendo bottiglie, favori e frutti di mare (in particolare cozze) in cambio di sentenze "preconfezionate".

In Zimbabwe tre donne sono state arrestate con l'accusa di aver costretto a violenza 17 uomini per raccogliere il loro sperma, destinato a riti magici propiziatori per fortuna e affari. Le tre donne sono state rilasciate in seguito all'analisi del DNA e le accuse sono state sollevate, anche perché gli attacchi sono continuati anche dopo il loro arresto.

Infine un pensiero per la bidella falsa cieca che per anni si è finta cieca totale, percependo la pensione di invalidità e l'assegno di accompagnamento insieme al suo stipendio. La donna è stata smascherata durante la visita all'ASL per ottenere l'assunzione a tempo indeterminato nella scuola in cui lavorava.

TgWild 05.05.2012 - The man that never dies!

And here we are with the weekly appointment with TG Wild, the satyrical review of some of the most interesting news of the week, curated by the Redazione WildItaly.

Among the documents that have ben found by the police in Belsito's possession, there were also the two diplomas of Renzo Bossi and Pierangelo Moscagiuro, both from an Albanian university. Now the question is with what money those studies were paid, even though many suspect they were paid with money from the Lega.

Senator Giulio Andreotti was admitted at the Policlinico Gemelli with a cardio-respiratory crisis, but now he's well, even though he will have to stay a little longer in the hospital for further inquiries.

Beppe Grillo is accused, together with other 21 people, of breaking the sigils on an abusive house of No Tav in Val Clarea. The trial will be held in Turin, and the preliminary hearing has taken place the 3rd of May.

The First Minister Monti has nominated 3 supertechnicians to find a solution for the public expenses: Bondi, Giavazzi and Amato. They have proposed to gather information about waste on social media, but apparently that data cannot be used for privacy reasons.

The dossier of Agesci, published after the seminar "Homosexuality, problems to solve in the leader community. Education between sexual orientation and gender identity" decides that a gay scout leader cannot come out, but should talk to a psychologist instead, since his influence on kids might be negative.

An inquiry led by the police in Lecce has revelead that 14 judges from Bari have been bribed repeatedly receiving bottles, favors and seafood (in particular mussels) in exchange for particular verdicts.

In Zimbabwe three women have been arrested with the accusation of having raped 17 men in order to take their sperm, which would have been used for magical rituals. The three women have been released after the DNA analysis and the accusations were dropped, since the attacks continued even after their arrest.

Finally a thought for the falsely blind caretaker that for years has pretended to be completely blind, thus receiving a disability pension, a check for her companion together with her own salary. The woman has been discovered during a medical visit that she had undergone in order to get a permanent contract in the school she worked for.
