Congrats go out to third-time daddy Ethan Hawke. He and wife Ryan Shawhughes welcomed a girl, Clementine Jane Hawke, on Friday in New York. Ethan has two children with his ex-wife, Uma Thurman. Ryan used to be the nanny to their two kids and she and Ethan got married last month in New York.

50 Cent sues Taco Bell for $4M

Don't mess with 50 Cent when it comes to his name and image. The rapper is suing Taco Bell for using his name without his permission in their "Why Pay More?" campaign. The ads were promoting cheap eats for 79, 89 and 99 cents and had asked Fiddy to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent, while also sending a fake letter requesting the name change to various media outlets. 50 Cent is suing the chain restaurant for $4 million in damages. Meanwhile Taco Bell is defending itself, claiming, "We made a good faith, charitable offer to 50 Cent to change his name to either 79, 89, or 99 Cent for one day by rapping his order at a Taco Bell, and we would have been very pleased to make the $10,000 donation to the charity of his choice."

Jonas Brothers are proud Texas homeowners

Looks like the Jonas Brothers want to call Texas home (when they're not on the tour bus). The teen trio signed papers on June 12 giving their mother, Denise Jonas, power of attorney to buy a six-bedroom, $2.8 million house in Vaquero, a gated community in Westlake, Texas. The Dallas Morning News reported the news, sending Texan tweens in a tizzy. "I didn't even know who the Jonas Brothers were or what kind of music they played," pro golfer and neighbor Brian Watts told the paper. "But my wife and kids were enthralled. I've seen [them] from a distance, and they seem like down-to-earth kids. Word spreads fast."

Courtney Love sued over Nirvana songs

Another day, another drama for Courtney Love. The singer has been accused of not paying a percentage of the $19.5 million she made selling a part of Nirvana's publishing rights. LA-based London & Co. claims that Courtney had an oral agreement with the firm to give five percent of her earnings or $975,000. The suit was filed yesterday in LA Superior Court. As the widow of Kurt Cobain as well as the executor of his estate, Courtney originally controlled 98 percent of the rights to Nirvana's song catalog. In 2006, she sold 25 percent of her share for a rumored $50 million.

Fashion's set to rock!

Leave it to Vogue magazine to get the hottest names in music for their Fashion Rocks event in New York on September 5. This year, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Fergie, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown and new daddy Keith Urban are set to rock Radio City Music Hall for the big fashion and music spectacle. For those not lucky enough to get their hands on a pair of tickets, the entire show will air on CBS on September 9.

Balthazar Getty admits to split from wife

After weeks of photos circulating on the internet of Balthazar Getty canoodling with a topless Sienna Miller, the Brothers & Sisters actor has finally released an official statement regarding his separation from his wife, Rosetta Getty. "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," he said. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further." However, a friend of Rosetta tells perezhilton.com that Balthazar "was 100 percent not separated from her when he started dating Sienna. Rosetta is heartbroken. She has a [9-month-old] baby! And three other kids with Balthazar."

Christian Bale arrested for allegedly assaulting family

In what's definitely not a heroic move, Christian "Batman" Bale has been arrested for reportedly assaulting his mother and sister the night before the European premiere of The Dark Knight. They complained that Christian assaulted them at a London hotel and went to a police station in South England on Monday. Scotland Yard is expected to question the actor today and confirmed that it was investigating and allegation, but wouldn't say whether Christian was involved. "A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation for assault. He currently remains in custody," said a police spokesman.

Britney heads to a Hollywood benefit

Following the settlement of her lengthy divorce and custody battle, Britney Spears made a high-wattage appearance at Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey's fundraiser for Generation Rescue, which researches autism. The singer "looked great and seemed really happy," according to onlookers. She joined other Hollywood stars like Charlie Sheen and new wife Brooke Mueller and Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan, who were entertained by dancers from Dancing With the Stars and a dance-off challenge by Jim Carrey himself. Britney sneaked out "during one of the performances."

SJP's art show finds home at Bravo

Now that Bravo's Project Runway is heading over to Lifetime, something has to take its place — and it looks like Sarah Jessica Parker might be ready to step into Heidi Klum's high heels. SJP's reality show, American Artist, is an art-competition show where aspiring artists create different kinds of artwork like painting and sculpting, to be judged by a panel of experts. Sarah's production company, Pretty Matches, is helping to develop the project — though there's no word yet if Sarah will be a part of the show (either as judge or host.)

The Dark Knight kicks box-office butt!

So long, Spidey. Whatever, WALL-E. Indiana Who? The Dark Knight shattered all previous records over its three-day opening weekend with a whopping $155.4 million box-office take. The latest Batman installment out-heroed Spider-Man 3 which held the previous record of $151.1 million made in May 2007 — and is expected to make $220 million in the first week alone. It's also the biggest midnight release, biggest IMAX weekend and biggest single-day take on a Friday. Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker is one reason the movie has done so well, according to Exhibitor Relations' Jeff Bock. "This is really unprecedented, an actor in a blockbuster film dying before the release."

Nicole Kidman's adopted children, Connor and Isabella, have met their new addition to their family, Sunday Rose. According to insiders, the meeting took place at Nicole and husband, Keith Urban's Nashville home over the weekend. Nicole gave birth to the baby girl on July 7. The insider says, "The kids were thrilled to meet their new sister".

Angelina's departure even surprises her doctor

Angelina Jolie left Lenval hospital in Nice this morning at 4 a.m. by car, and even her obstetrician, Michel Sussmann admits he didn’t know about his star patient’s plans. “It was a surprise for me, I went to her this morning and she was gone. But she is in great health and so are the babies, everything will be just fine,” he tells In Touch, "Angelina is now back at Chateau Miraval with Brad and the kids," an insider confirms.

The 33-year-old new mom had been hoping to depart the hospital via a helicopter from the roof but the hospital told her that they only allow helicopter access on the roof in the event of a medical emergency.

The hospital released a statement on its website early on Saturday morning confirming that Angelina had left the building.

"Mrs. Angelina Jolie left the clinic Santa Maria of Foundation Lenval early in the morning, on July 19. The mother and her babies are doing very well," they wrote. Angelina gave birth to twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon last week, with actor Brad Pitt, the children’s father, by her side.

In Touch spoke with Britney's attorney Laura Wasser after Britney and her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s custody hearing in court. "Britney's doing great,” said Wasser. “She'll have the kids overnight tonight."

Wasser also told In Touch that Britney will be getting more time with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden. "We got more time and more visitation. Britney's doing great. She's with her kids right now as is excited to be with them tonight."

As for Britney and Kevin, "They finally figured out a way to work together," Wasser said.

In a settlement with Britney Spears, Kevin Federline has retained sole custody of their young sons, but his ex-wife still has a chance to spend a significant amount of time with Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 22 months, if she follows a strict set of guidelines laid down by Kevin. "Kevin is very happy with the agreement," says his attorney James Simon. "He got everything he wanted."

In Touch has learned exclusively that according to the terms of the agreement, which was arranged by Kevin’s attorneys James Simon and Mark Vincent Kaplan, Britney will be allowed two days and one night per week with her children. Those visitations could periodically increase, one day at a time, until custody is shared equally with Kevin — but only if Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, continues to serve as her conservator. Without Jamie’s oversight, Britney would be forced to adhere to the current, much stricter, guidelines to earn more time with her kids. According to an insider, “The kids are happy to be with their mom and doing fine."
