Victoria’s Secret girls congratulate new model moms

First-time mothers Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova were sidelined at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but they were certainly not forgotten by their fellow models. “I'm really excited for them. That's a big step in life, to have a baby!” Chanel Iman told In Touch backstage at the lingerie show, which airs on December 1 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. Close friend Selita Ebanks assured fans that the hot new mamas were doing well. “Right now, they are just basking in the glow of being a mother for the first time,” Selita said. “She is so excited to be a mother!” echoed Victoria’s Secret PINK spokeswoman Behati Prinsloo of Adriana. Karolina welcomed son Tobin on October 29, while Adriana gave birth to daughter Valentina on November 15. Also making waves at the star-studded event was Heidi Klum, who strutted her stuff down the catwalk just six weeks after having daughter Lou!

After celebrating with hair colorist Rita Hazan, the actress left with a bag full of goodies, including Hanky Panky underwear, Dolce Vita candles, Kevyn Aucoin eyeliner and Shu Uemura Art of Hair deep conditioner.

Laura's torch is extinguished on Survivor: Samoa

Laura Morett proved herself to be a tough competitor during the 29 days she spent on Survivor: Samoa. But not even physical strength could save her when the votes were read at Tribal Council. When the results of the first vote ended in a tie, the Aiga tribe was forced to revote. "I knew that I was going home," Laura tells In Touch. "It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. I was actually surprised that Natalie and I were tied during the first vote."

Matt is a pooped but proud pop

He may be getting rave reviews for his latest performance in The Informant!, but Matt Damon’s favorite role is being a dad. “That’s an impossible question to answer, because I couldn’t limit it to just one thing!” the actor told In Touch when asked about his favorite part of fatherhood at the History Channel premiere of The People Speak in New York on November 19. Formerly a coveted bachelor, Matt now has daughters Isabella, 3, and Gia, 15 months, and is also a stepfather to Luciana’s older child, Alexia. “I never knew I could function this well with no sleep!” the star laughed of caring for three girls. Matt added that he, Luciana, and their brood are heading to Florida to spend a sunny Thanksgiving.

Janet Jackson confirmed that she's writing her first book, during an interview with ABC newswoman Robin Roberts last night. But that's already old news to In Touch readers! We revealed that the singer/actress, who packed on a reported 60 pounds earlier this year, was in the process of penning an emotional tell-all about her life, family and struggles with weight in our August 31 issue. "She is going to talk about Michael's death and how it's affected her and his children and the rest of the family. But a lot of it will also focus on her battle with self-esteem and weight," an insider told In Touch at the time. Janet's book will be titled True You.

Jim's daughter Jane says "I do"

Jim Carrey's family just got a bit bigger. The A Christmas Carol star broke the news on Twitter that his daughter Jane wed her boyfriend, Alex Santana, earlier this month. "My Jane is a married woman. Days ago her and my new son-in-law Alex got hitched. The day was simply perfect… lots of love there," Jim, who is currently dating Jenny McCarthy, posted. In July, Jim announced that Jane, his only child from a previous marriage to Melissa Womer, is pregnant with her first child.

Nicole's rushed to the hospital

The Dark Knight actor and his model girlfriend dined on filet mignon, a porterhouse steak and tuna tartare in a corner booth at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Baton Rouge, La., on November 4. "They were affectionate with each other all night and seemed to be having a very good time," an onlooker tells In Touch. Molly was visiting her beau in the southern city, where Aaron is filming Battle: Los Angeles.

Joanna's last dance on DWTS

Anyone could have gone home on Dancing With the Stars last night, but sadly, after the votes were counted, it was model Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough who said goodbye. But Joanna is just happy she made it to this season's semifinals. "From the beginning, I came in as the underdog. I was against people with bigger fan bases," she tells In Touch. "I was just honored to be in the final four. I exceeded my expectations." During what would be her last show, Joanna proved just how far she's come when she received 27 points for each of her three dances. "We leave on a high, with great scores and a beautiful dance. I'm not even sad," says her professional dancing partner, Derek.

Viewers chose to give Amanda Arlauskas a chance to change her life during last season’s Biggest Loser finale. Now again wearing the formidable Pink Shirt, the 20-year-old nursing student and patient-care technician will be giving InTouchWeekly.com readers all the exclusive behind-the-scenes dish every week! In the 10th episode of season 8, Amanda lost the most weight since she’s been on the ranch — but also lost her best friend, Rebecca, who was sent home. Still, she didn’t look that upset to see her go. “Unfortunately, at that time, we had a few issues. Not terrible, but we had been so close for so long, so we were starting to get in each other’s hair a lot,” Amanda admits to In Touch. “At the time, I don’t think I showed a lot of emotion about her leaving. When I think about it now, I hate that, but I was in a weird place in my head, and we both just needed our space. So I was upset, but I had felt for so long that I was in Rebecca’s shadow. I thought, ‘This is my game now.’”

Jennifer Hudson's heading back to the big screen

A year after the horrific murders of her mother, brother and nephew, Jennifer Hudson's life is really back on track. In August, she and fiancé David Otunga welcomed their first child, David. And now the former American Idol contestant-turned-Oscar winner is throwing herself into film once again. Jennifer will tackle the role of Nelson Mandela's former wife, Winnie, when production on the movie Winnie begins next spring. "I was compelled and moved when I read the script," says Jennifer. "Winnie Mandela is a complex and extraordinary woman, and I'm honored to be the actress asked to portray her. This is a powerful part of history that should be told."

Adriana Lima has gone from designer duds to diaper duty! The Victoria's Secret supermodel gave birth to a baby girl, Valentina Lima Jaric, on November 15 in New York. The tiny tot's proud pop is NBA star Marko Jaric, whom Adriana wed last Valentine's Day in Jackson Hole, Wyo. There seems to have been a baby boom with the Victoria's Secret beauties — Heidi Klum welcomed daughter Lou Sulola on October 9, while Karolina Kurkova had son Tobin Jack on October 29.

Nick Hogan: "I've matured a lot"

It has been a tough few years for Nick Hogan, but now the reality star is enjoying the calm after the storm. The 19-year-old son of former wrestling champ Hulk Hogan, who was released from a stint behind bars in October 2008, remains positive about his five months spent in jail. "It changed me tremendously. I've matured a lot, and I realized that a lot of the things that I was doing were wrong. I realized that I was on a path of destruction," Nick told In Touch at the wrap party for his film, Kill Katie Malone, in Hollywood on November 13. The Hogan Knows Best star served time for felony reckless driving after a September 2007 car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition and requiring lifelong medical care. Nick, who plays Tyler in next year's horror flick, says he is currently on probation, but doing well. "I check in with my probation officer all the time. I'm very, very good about that. I'm very careful about the situations I put myself into," he explained. Nick wasn't the only Hogan to face the court system: His parents Hulk and Linda, finalized a nasty two-year divorce battle in June. "Now we're all doing wonderful. We've all had our time to heal and to recover from all the drama," he added of his family, which also includes sister Brooke, 21.
