It’s been over a year now since Invisibules first appeared disappeared from our screens. I had no idea when I began that it would last as long; or that it would be so much fun to do. Thanks for reading, for commenting on and for rating comics — that in the end is what keeps a project like this going.

However, I’ve decided that I need a break to concentrate on other things. So Invisibules will be taking an indefinite holiday, probably somewhere in Visibulia. Remember to say “hello” if you don’t see any of them.

BULOFELD (patiently): come on Mr. Bond, I expect better from you than that.

BOND (sobbing): but these are all the lines I have.

BULOFELD: there, there, I’ll have a word with the director. We’ll see if we can’t fit you with an exploding knee cap, or something.

BOND (drying eyes): oh, thank you ever so much. You’ve been so kind. I wonder if I might have a small glass of carrot juice to calm me down?

but seriously, if anyone knows an easy way to stop slugs eating sunflower seedlings without any cats getting hurt in the process please let my wife know. It’s the sole topic of conversation at home these days.

I have no idea if this joke works outside the UK. Where I live the problem is nearly always driver rage, but you can see how it must get very annoying for the road.
