			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>COSTA MESA, California – 18 July 2011</b> – IOP Ophthalmics, the premier developer and distributor of specialty surgical technologies for eye surgery, announced today the hiring of Mr. Adam Magoun as Director of Marketing.  Adam’s new position with the Company commences immediately.    </p>
<p>Adam’s highly successful career in the marketing and sales of specialty ophthalmic devices began in 2006.  He holds significant and diverse work experience in ophthalmic surgical sales and marketing; web development and design; surgical sales force management; and new media technologies for online education.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>COSTA MESA, California – 11 March 2011</b> – IOP Ophthalmics, the premier developer and distributor of specialty surgical technologies for eye surgery, announced today the addition of Elesh Modi to its growing surgical sales force.    </p>
<p>Elesh will represent IOP’s lines in the Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida Panhandle territory.<br />

<p>Mr. Modi’s surgical sales career began in 1998 – as a territory sales manager for Flanagan Instruments. In 2004, Elesh commenced a 7-year position at Surgical Solutions, representing a range of lines including Carl Zeiss Meditic Surgical Microscopes and Synergetics USA.   </p>
<p>At Surgical Solutions, he was awarded for sales excellence for six consecutive years  &#8211; and served on an advisory committee for new product development.      </p>
<p>“No doubt.  Elesh is an outstanding, proven surgical sales veteran,” said Erik Melling, Director of Sales. “We also recognize that Elesh is an accomplished business manager – offering us a wide range of business and managerial skills.  We look forward to working with Elesh for many, many years to come.”    </p>
<p>Elesh resides with his family in Southlake, Texas. He attended Auburn University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham – majoring in biology and biomedical science.<br />

<p>Pat will represent IOP’s lines in Minnesota, Iowa, northern Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota.</p>
<p>Mr. Tiffany has been dedicated to ophthalmic surgical sales for over 25 years.  He began his surgical sales career at Surgidev Corporation in 1986 – thereafter assuming positions at Becton Dickinson, Surgical Specialties Corporation and Kantemar Medical LLC.  </p>

<p>“We are committed to dramatically building the greater Minneapolis territory,” stated Erik Melling, Director of Sales. “Appointing Pat Tiffany &#8211;  a proven surgical sales veteran and performer – will be the key. We have never been more excited about our prospects in this key territory.”    </p>
<p>Pat resides with his family in Victoria, Minnesota. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in Winona.    </p>
