All volunteers will receive a free pass to the show for the day they are volunteering. Time slots available are below. This will enable you to see the show for the other half of the day. (Limited car parking tickets are also available).

This is a great day out and an excellent way to promote the club, its activities and events. Promotional literature will be provided for you.

The expected footfall for the show will be about 90,000 people over the two days, with about 500 children expected to pass through the Go-Ride Racing area. All this will be part of the Suffolk sports village and there will be over 25 other sports on the day selling their sport in the Olympic year.

ICRS Support Sought

Ipswich Bicycle Club is again promoting the excellent Ipswich Cycle Racing Series at Trinity Park with support of other local clubs, councils, sponsors and supporters.

The 2011 series was a fantastic success and the buzz on the night from those racing and helping out was amazing, a great team spirit.

As always the club can’t promote and support events without the invaluable help of its members. If you would like to get involved in 2012 series please contact Adam, Phil or Tim as below with your pledge or request for further information.

IBC Club members intending on racing the series are encouraged and it would be greatly appreciated if you could help with the other evening races in any way.

Each and every helper is very much appreciated and you don’t have to commit to each week.

Weekly from 13th June to 18th July inclusive

• 5.30pm – 6.30pm  Site set up
• 6:00pm Go Ride Coaching and Racing for children, youth and adults with fun competitions for children
• 6.55pm Go Race for Youth A, B, Novice – Juniors, Seniors and 4th Cats
• 7:30pm Main race for Cat 1, 2, 3 ,4  riders

Event support required includes:- Course Set Up, First Aid (qualified), Marshalling, Sign On, Finish line and Course set down.

Once again the club’s volunteers proved eager and diligent as the spectacular race cavalcade snaked its way through the picturesque Suffolk countryside.
