                The iQ Mini is a higher mid range proportional valve in iQ Valves family.
                This modern
                design is the result of 3 different patented designs by iQ Valves.
                These valves have a smaller orifice so they can produce less flow rate than the Standard
                proportional valve at the same pressure. The iQ Mini provides medium isolation using a diaphragm. The iQ Mini is available in two different versions. The Anodized Aluminum version,
                for regular applications and the Stainless Steel version for medium with corrosive
                characteristics or for higher temperature applications. Signal Amplifiers are also available to control
                these valves using a 0 - 5V, 0 - 10V or 4 - 20 mA control signal.&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;

            Signal Amplifiers are used to control proportional valves using 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20 mA control signal. The
amplifier boosts the control signal to provide required power to drive the valve. It uses DC power supply to
boost the control signal. There is some nominal voltage drop in the amplifier so it is recommended to use a
power supply at least 2V higher (min 9 –max 30 V) in voltage rating than that of the valve, to use the valve to
its full capacity. All the amplifiers are set in the factory to use with each type of valve. Dither is set to Zero in
factory default setting.

                 The iQ Mid is a mid range proportional valve in iQ Valves valve family. This new version is the result of 3 different patented designs by iQ Valves. Simplified design of the valve makes it cost effective and easy for maintenance, at the same time it serves a wide spectrum of application. These valves are designed to provide better control at medium flow rates. These valves are applicable where medium isolation is not critical as they do not offer medium isolation. They are best suitable for vacuum applications. Signal Amplifiers are also available to control these valves using 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20 mA control signal.&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;

                Our valves are direct solenoid actuated poppet type valves. The poppet is attached
                to the moving part of the solenoid which moves proportionally with applied current.
                This poppet motion varies the orifice exposure, in turn varying the flow proportionally.
                The position of the poppet in these types of valves depends on the force balancing
                between the solenoid, spring force and force due to fluid pressure. Variation in
                the inlet pressure can change the take-off. Take-off is the point (voltage /current)
                at which the valve starts flowing. The variation in the outlet (back) pressure can
                change the displacement of the poppet and hence the overall flow. Pressure balancing
                of the valve is necessary to make the valve insensitive to these pressure effects.&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;

                isolation. These valves are not outlet pressure balanced; however the diaphragm
                isolation on the inlet side of the valve offers isolation of the fluid or medium
                from the solenoid parts and offers a small internal volume. In addition, the isolation
                diaphragm offers pressure balancing on the inlet of the valve; so the variations
                on the initial take off current of the valve due to inlet pressure variations are
                minimized. They are useful in the application where the outlet pressure doesn’t
                exceed 30% of the inlet pressure.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;
