<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2009/10/att-has-change-of-heart-about-voip-over-3g-for-the-iphone.ars">AT&amp;T to allow VoIP over 3G for iPhone</a> - Ars Technica has it right: &#8220;The change also aligns nicely with proposed rules regarding network neutrality that FCC chairman Julius Genachowski hopes to cement into meaningful telecom regulation.&#8221; AT&amp;T doesn&#8217;t just do this willingly. They knew they would have to eventually. I expect the Google Voice app approval from Apple will follow.

I was balancing a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaghettieis">Spaghettieis</a> in one hand, my camera in the other, when I made this photograph. The ultra wide angle lens doesn&#8217;t really make up for the lack of good composition. But it helps, a little.
