<p>It has never been easier to create client ready resumes in a company branded template.</p>
<p><strong>How to use this feature:</strong></p>
<ul>
	<li>Log into your iResume account.</li>
	<li>Click the Create tab or Create New iResume button, and select a resume to be uploaded and automatically parsed into your professional, branded template (or you can manually enter candidate contact info and create the iResume manually)
<ul>
	<li>Click Upload a Resume</li>
	<li>Click Choose file and browse to find the resume you’d like to upload</li>
	<li>Click Upload</li>
	<li>Once the resume has been parsed, check the fields for accuracy:  the Full Name, IResume Title (defaults to the full name, or you can change it by entering text of your choice), City, and State.</li>
	<li>Select your iResume Template (it will remain Default if you have 1 template/1 location.  If you have set up more than one template/header/location, you can select the appropriate template here – or on the fly after the iResume is created)</li>
	<li>Select an Availability date (you can edit/change the candidate’s availability under Manage once the iResume is created)</li>
	<li>Determine whether or not you want this iResume to be public</li>
	<li>Click Create New iResume</li>
	<li>Preview for quality control, Edit as needed, Manage and Present candidates</li>
