l love music and going to gigs

I attended a great gig on the weekend in Kilkenny. The brillant local Kilkenny band – T.V. Jones & The Tomahawks were playing, along with The Jets, a band from England.

There was also a DJ playing all the rockabilly tunes late into the night. A great night with lots of people out grooving on the dancefloor, especially the ones that can do all the jiving and swing moves – which makes great watching on the dancefloor, in keeping with the music.

bit.ly lets you shorten your URL line so for instance in use in Twitter.

It’s sometimes hard to get things to work!

Here in class trying to get my post to show on my new facebook page – ann_of_ireland and don’t see nuthin’. So here I go again. By the way bit peeded that I couldn’t use my nickname ann_of_ireland here at wordpress or some other sites I’ve signed up to – they don’t let me add the underscores (_) between the words and here on wordpress, someone already was annofireland (without the underscores) can you believe that – huh, feckin’ copycats, hee!

In Social Media Class at college

Hi there, I’m sitting here in class, attempting my first ever blog! I’m so sleepy, as I get up so damn early every morning 6ish, the ish is ‘cus I find it harder and harder to get up out of bed each morning. When I first started at college it was 6am. I travel from Kilkenny by bus every morning at 7am. I usually catch up on sleep at weekends but didn’t get the chance the weekend just gone by. And this weekend doesn’t look like much hope for that either, as I’m off to my sister’s hen party all this weekend
