LITERATINA: FACELIFTING

Ich habe das Gesicht von Literatina überarbeitet: die Nasenlinie ist raus, und es gibt einige andere winzige Korrekturen.

Ausserdem habe ich einige frische Banner für Literatina erstellt und arbeite - neben einigen anderen Projekten - an weiteren Literatina-Produkten.

Sorry for the silence - I am too busy for any real blog and portfolio updates right now.

Next to some other things, I am currently working on a very time-consuming new project that makes me smile a lot while drawing - and that will be published next spring.

MAGAZINILLUSTRATION KETTENWIRKPRAXIS

Ich habe für das Textilfachmagazin 'Kettenwirk-Praxis' eine Illustration zum Thema 'Hightech meets Klassik: Höschen mit Jugendstildesign' angefertigt.

Hierzu habe ich das echte Höschen in zusammengenähter Version an einer Schaufensterpuppe abfotografiert und ausserdem als Stoffmuster gescannt und dann beides - als angezogenes Kleidungsstück sowie als Wäschestücke auf einer Leine - in die Illustration eincollagiert.

Vielen Dank an Frau Schlenker von der Textilmaschinenfabrik Karl Mayer für die schöne Zusammenarbeit!

BRANDNEW PROJECTS

Ich habe soeben ein sehr schönes und inspirierendes Projekt abgeschlossen, das sehr viele verschiedene Mädchen und Szenen sowie farbenfrohe Stoffmuster und winzige Details enthält - und an dem ich seit November gearbeitet habe. Die Illustrationen werden im kommenden Herbst veröffentlicht, und ich freue mich sehr darauf, sie dann auch auf diesen Seiten zeigen zu können!

I just finished a great and very inspiring illustration project I've been working on since November - containing girl characters of various ethnicity in different scenes, some glamourous and colourful dress patterns, and many tiny details. The illustrations will be published next fall, and I look forward to that and to show them on my site then as well!
