<p>The skipping meals can have detrimental effects not only on your metabolism but your appetite. If you skip the breakfast or dinner it is very likely that for the next meal you feel more hungry than usual and eat too much. Another thing you should keep in mind is that if you leave your body on an empty stomach for a long period of time, your basal metabolism decreases, causing your body burns fewer calories than what you owe. In addition, several studies report that people who make several small meals throughout the day can best control their appetites, drop weight more easily and maintain a healthy weight.</p>
<p><strong> Eating at night feeding?</strong></p>
<p>Not exactly, but have you heard the saying &#8220;you have to have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar? But in some ways it applies to real life. For breakfast your body is ready for a day so you need a good load of energy for all activities that are going to do. After the lunch you need another load of energy to continue with your daily activities in an efficient manner. For dinner, your body is ready to relax, usually after dinner you go to bed. <p>Do not worry about the weight of your friends. Instead, strive to achieve the correct weight for you. Being thin is not necessarily &#8220;good&#8221; nor &#8220;bad&#8221; though a little more, like to be higher is not necessarily &#8220;good&#8221; or be lower &#8220;bad&#8221;. If you do not have a healthy weight, starting to make small changes to achieve your goals in terms of weight. Either to lose or gain weight, healthy eating habits and regular exercise will help you achieve your goals. </p>

Even small changes can put you in the right direction. For example, if you are overweight enough 10 minutes of exercise three times a day to make a difference. There are many ways to stay active: team sports (like basketball or volleyball), self defense classes, working in the garden of your home, dancing, running, swimming and even walking in a mall. Make exercise fun for you is choosing activities you like. For example, given a walk with your dog in the morning, playing with friends at lunch and help your mom garden in the afternoon. </p>

One of the biggest problems is that what you do in 20 min period in order to stop yourself from overeating.</p>

<p>You need to weigh your food before you eat. It sounds simple, but most of us would see the quantity until it looks “right”. It would hugely surprise the proper portion size that would really look like. But, you have to pay in order to weigh your food occasionally as it would be easy for the portion sizes to creep again without you notice it.</p>
<p>You need to eat slower, which again sounds simplistic, but we all have been guilty sometime, rushing for the food. Do not serve the food at the table. You could save yourself lot of grief by taking this action. You have done right things till now. After all this, it’s time to clean up.</p>
