We had over 48 kids audition on Friday, so thanks to all who made the trip to Nashville to be a part of our iShine special day. We gave out free CD’s and arranged for our production TV friends from TBN and Smile of A Child to do TV interviews of each one who came to audition.

We hope you had a blast and learned a lot from the experience. We have been able to review our applicants carefully and are happy to say that we have picked 7 lucky winners to be a part of our iShine KNECT TV Season 5 production. Some will be asked to serve as extra’s and some will be given lines in a new episode of iShine.

We are so proud of you all, we had a super talented bunch of iShine fans and families who really made the judges work hard this year! Each judge noted that the group from 2013 was the best and most talented they had ever seen at an iShine audition.

Hey iShine Fans… it’s that time of year again!

Remember we are seeking experienced or aspiring artists; including individual and group bands, vocalists and actors who have a desire to explore the possibility of developing a professional or semi-professional career as Christian artists or public performers as young adults.

WE WILL NOT be able to accept any audition videos, DVD’s or online performance links for the Spring Auditions this year! SORRY. ALL auditions will need to be in person and will include an artist interview with iShine KNECT TV and iShine RADIO for use with future broadcasts.

Audition Details:  iShine KNECT TV Season 5

Auditions will be held at the PRIMA Performance Studio, located at 216 Noah Drive, Franklin TN 37064.

                                          Friday May 3rd , 9am – 5pm:

For an appointment, please contact – Auditions@ishinelive.com  available times will be given on a first come – first served basis. If too many audition applicants respond, we will attempt to extend the times available or extend the dates to accommodate. Eligible ages to audition; 10 – 17 years of age.

Attire:  Comfortable – Dancing, performance or acting attire as needed. A bio/head shot picture with updated contact information is requested at the time of your audition.

Cost – A $25.00 registration fee per audition slot, plus signed performance waiver for broadcast, as well as a signed parental consent waiver. (Waiver of liability and use forms provided at audition location)

i-Shine KNECT Season Five Television Series;

We are looking for new talent, teen and pre-teen boys and girls, to appear in our National Christian television series, a teen comedy sitcom. We are looking for talented young artists to audition for singing, dancing and acting opportunities, and or live tour events, including the potential Christian for future music label artist development.

Three Types of Auditions available; please specify which you plan to audition for when scheduling with iShine.

1) Vocal (singing) Prepare two songs – for vocal presentation of an “up” and “low tempo” song, no longer than 3 minutes for each; bring your own accompaniment tracks as necessary - loaded on iPod, as well as a headshot /  bio (Singing Acapella is fine if desired)

2)  Acting (dramatic, comedy) iShine script monologue (provided after scheduled registration), of no longer  than 3-5 minutes; bring bio/ photo sheet as well –

3)  Dance (modern, lyrical and hip – hop) – one or two individual dances only – for each audition – 2 min max for each - please bring your own music along with a bio / photo sheet as well – (loaded on an MP3-iPod player)

Auditions are the first step in the casting process for any aspiring talent. An acting, singing, or dance audition is a short demonstration of talent for company looking for a specific kind of actor or talent. An audition generally entails illustrating his or her talent through the use of a  monologue , song, dance or scene.

We will be video-taping these auditions, and doing voluntary interviews with a film crew for additional review and or use on-air. By scheduling for these iShine auditions, you are agreeing to participate with the filming and understand that you will be auditioning for mostly unpaid positions in iShine Music, Live events and KNECT TV show.  Callbacks, will be by invitation only.

For the Audition: Please bring your own music tracks; For vocalists, One Ballad and one Up-Tempo song is recommended. Songs should be two minutes or less. For drama, a KNECT TV monologue will be provided upon payment & scheduling. Aspiring talent can schedule to audition for more than one type of performance, however an additional administrative fee will be charged for each audition type scheduled.

Payment is required prior to your live audition.  Payment can be made with check, cash or credit – debit card. Time slots and final details will be sent to you once payment has been received.

Spencer Kane Live – Feb 13′ at Carmel IN

New artist’s Spencer Kane and Rachel Chan helped to “Light Up” the evening with brand new songs and testimonies of God’s love and faithfulness among classic songs from Mission Six and the newest creative efforts of the Rubyz! Everyone agreed this was a significant step up from previous tours in both the technology (all LED lights and Video) as well as in the impact of iShine’s spiritual content for both parents and kids.
