A teacher at a private school was not assigned a class this school year because the administrators were not satisfied with her performance. She was presented with a letter outlining wthe reasons for the actions and strategies tos assist the teacher to develop and improve. Her renumeration remained the same.
The teacher has threatened to take the school to the union.
