 We have the natural capabilities to survive and we should not let our pessimistic thoughts and attitude to affect our natural survival capabilities.<br />
What prevents us from using our natural skills that have evolved over millions of years?The main reason is the lack of faith in our capabilities.<br />
 We do not believe that we possess those skills naturally.<br />
 We try to overdo things and it blows back on our face.<br />
 We feel threatened by others and by the events that happen around us.<br />
 The result is unwanted and aggravated anger and frustration leading to mental and emotional breakdown.<br />
 Anger is a normal human emotion.<br />
 Yet intense uncontrolled anger can hurt and destroy, wreaking havoc and pain.<br />
 Angry people can even kill others.<br />
 It can blind you out of your senses.<br />
 Therefore, utmost importance is it kept well in control.<br />
In order to prevent us from doing anything that is even remotely harmful to others or us, our anger needs to be acknowledged, dealt with and resolved.<br />
 We need to know that we can express and handle our problems in a better way.<br />
 We must be willing closely look at sensitive areas of our lives, to learn and to be open to change.<br />
 We must be willing consciously work towards negating its effect on us.<br />
Our main goal in recovering from anger is to learn how to face our problems with dignity and a reasonable sense of perspective.<br />
 Amazingly, once we begin to do that, much of our distress lessens.<br />

  Keep this vision in your mind for about two minutes.<br />
	Now visualize yourself surrounded by the intense light of the color you choose.<br />
  Red, Yellow, and Orange are drawn up through the feet from the Earth.<br />
  Blue, Indigo, and Violet are drawn down from the atmosphere through the head.<br />
  Green, however, is its own entity.<br />
  It should be seen as coming into the abdomen on a horizontal level.<br />
  You take a few minutes to let the green rise up from the abdomen,  then another few minutes to let the green flow down toward the feet.<br />

  As you breathe out, visualize the complementary color.<br />
	Now bathe your entire body in a pure white light for two to three minutes.<br />

  Simply relax and give yourself time to enjoy and visualize the colors that you need to have.<br />
  Usually, the first ones that pop into your mind are the ones you need.<br />
	If you are busy and don&#8217;t have time for the whole meditation, then find a picture that has blocks of every color within it.<br />
  Study the picture picking out each color.<br />
  Stare at each of the colors for a few minutes until you feel like you have had your fill and g onto the next one.<br />
  Some colors will jump right at you, and others will be a little harder to get.</p>

 Thus he is said to have mental wellness.<br />

A good place to start is by knowing which foods are highest in dietary fiber.<br />
  Eating a diet rich in these foods is a good way to boost fiber while lowering fat and other negative dietary elements.<br />
When boosting the amount of fiber in the diet, however, it is best to start gradually in order to let your body adjust.<br />
 An abrupt change in the amount of fiber in the diet can lead to cramps, abdominal pain, bloating and gas.<br />
Among the highest fiber foods are cooked legumes (including dried peas and beans), dried fruits, nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and berries.<br />

Some have heard that using the laser is less accurate than the standard Lasik procedure.<br />
  This is not true, since lasers can be controlled to micron level accuracy.<br />
  This gives the Lasik physician extreme control to create exactly the flap needed for this particular individual eye: the precise size, shape, and depth for successful completion of the Lasik procedure.<br />
  Another common fallacy is that IntraLase has not been around long enough for trusted Lasik physicians to have confidence in it.<br />
  On the contrary, many of the most honored Lasik physicians strongly endorse IntraLase due to the track record of very good results from the Lasik procedures.<br />
  In addition, the quality of the machines and the precision that they give these Lasik physicians is very impressive.<br />
  Many of the top flight Lasik doctors recommend this as a procedure of choice, assuming cost is not a significant variable in the decision of which Lasik procedure to use.<br />
