  There are many different medications and other treatments used successfully for asthma management.<br />
  However, some methods used are not quite proven to work.<br />
  Some physiotherapy clinics claim that massage can be used for asthma management.<br />
  They state that it works to relieve the symptoms of wheezing and breathlessness.<br />
  They use massage on patients young and old.<br />
  However, there is no substantial proof that massage does any more good for asthma management than to relieve stress.<br />
  One alternative physiotherapy method that has been used for asthma management is acupuncture.<br />
  There is some indication that this technique can actually have some benefit in relieving symptoms of asthma.<br />
  Acupuncture does seem to help the immune system fight off illnesses.<br />
<span id="more-3411"></span>  This is important in helping asthma management.<br />
  Illnesses such as colds or flu will exacerbate the asthma condition.<br />
  If acupuncture can reduce this, it is a great help.<br />
  Yet, acupuncture is still only recommended to be used along with other treatments.<br />
  It is not to be used alone.<br />
  Some acupuncturists use other methods for asthma management.<br />
  They might burn herbs over acupuncture points.<br />
  They might give patients a certain kind of massage, or teach them breathing exercises.<br />
  There is no known validity in these treatments.<br />
  Chiropractors rely on spinal manipulation for asthma management.<br />
  The reviews of this theory are mixed.<br />
  One study compared a sham, or fake, type of spinal manipulation that was done on one group of asthma patients.<br />
 The other group got the real manipulations.<br />
  There was little, if any, difference between the two groups.<br />
  This would suggest that chiropractic adjustments are not effective for asthma management.<br />
  However, another study was done.<br />
  Eighty-one children were followed through asthma management at a chiropractic clinic over a period of time.<br />
  Overall, there were 45% fewer asthma attacks among these children after treatment.<br />
  30% were able to significantly reduce their asthma medications.<br />
  Thus, the jury is still out on the effect of chiropractic medicine on asthma management.<br />
  There is a physiotherapy specialty certification for those who wish to work with asthma management.<br />
  Physiotherapists may take a test to become certified as Certified Asthma Educators, and they help people to deal with their condition.<br />
  What is more, Medicare and Medicaid pay for their services.<br />
  There is also some evidence that asthma management for those who have to be admitted to the hospital should involve physiotherapy.<br />
  There was a study of respiratory patients who were given range of motion exercises while in the hospital.<br />
  The average stay was three days less than those without the exercises.<br />
  One challenge of traditional physiotherapy for asthma management is that dehydration happens easily.<br />
  Asthmatics get dehydrated more easily, and it affects them in a worse way.<br />
  It can even bring on an asthma attack.<br />
  Any exercise plan must take this into account.<br />
  There are ways for physiotherapy to be used for asthma management.<br />
  Certainly, there are other methods, and research may prove these methods have value.<br />
  In the meantime, some methods are better saved for alternative methods to be used in addition to medications and proven physiotherapy treatments.</p>

Looking into these statistics the effectiveness of birth control as it relates the number of infant births per year is still pretty high.<br />
 The campaign of different sectors of government has become more and more aggressive in the past few years targeting larger urban areas in big cities.<br />
 Even with the heightened awareness about the importance of family planning and birth control methods the effectiveness of the campaign still remains underwhelming in terms of results.<br />
 Some of the factors that may contribute to the lack of positive results of the campaign on birth control is the fact some people still are not aware of the different methods that are available to them.<br />
<span id="more-3410"></span> In the past it has been the problem for some government agencies to make people accept contraception because of the massive disagreement that Catholics showed saying that it is only God that can give and take peoples lives.<br />
Of course these people are talking about abortion which in fact is not a form of contraception nor is it a form of family planning or birth control.<br />
 Abortion is in fact a crime in a lot of countries and most of the states of the US.<br />
 If people protests against birth control because they believe it is a form of abortion then that means they are under informed and that they are ignorant to the concept of Natural birth control.<br />
 Because of the opposition that contraception received from moralists and religious orders, the concept of Natural birth control was introduced.<br />
Though the confusion of the idea caused people not to believe in it at first, it has been regarded as more favorable by the anti-contraception groups.<br />
Contraception methods are what we call artificial birth control.<br />
 These methods include condoms (both male and female), hormonal method, birth control pills, Intrauterine device, ligation, spermicide (chemical only), spermicide with sponge, injections (Depo-Provera) and Vasectomy.<br />
 These are just some of the most common methods that include the use of different devices or chemicals to prevent sperms and egg cells from meeting.<br />
 Recently it was known that not only is birth control effective in planning the family but it also effective in preventing sexually transmitted diseases and other infection in people.<br />
Because some of the devices used in birth control prevent contact of skin in the reproductive organs, the chances of catching the infection are minimized if not totally eliminated.<br />
 So aside for the health department campaigning for married couples to plan their family for the future, young couples are also requested to use protection to prevent the spread of Sexually transmitted diseases and/or early pregnancy(that is also a big issue not only in the United States but all over the world).<br />
The effectiveness of birth control methods greatly rely on the cooperation of people who are directly or indirectly affected by the issue.<br />
 It may not be enough to just talk about it but more on acting upon it and getting the results that are badly needed by the country and the people of this planet.</p>

  Tell how you feel and what you did to get where youre feeling when you do your journal entries.<br />
  Writing in the journal and practicing meditation everyday will get you a long ways to relaxation.<br />
  You will begin to have more energy, your sleeping will be more relaxed, and youll become the happy and healthier person that you want to be.<br />
  Dont stop practicing meditation but look back every once in awhile to see how far youve come.</p>

Mayonnaise can also be used to remove head lice.<br />
  What is nice about this approach is that it should kill all types of head lice, including the eggs and adults.<br />

  Mayonnaise should be applied to the hair and evenly spread.<br />
  Many recommend leaving it in the hair for about an hours worth of time.<br />
  As with applying vinegar to the hair, it is a good idea to cover the hair with a shower cap, just be sure to proceed with caution if you use a shopping bag or something else that can pose a risk of suffocation.<br />
Another natural way to remove head lice is to physically do so.<br />

  Men, however, are taught that any need for help shows weakness.<br />
  They are, however, at greater risk for depression-related illnesses and suicide because they hide what is going on from everyone, often even denying it to themselves.<br />
Most men hide their depression by trying to cover their feelings.<br />
 They most often do this with drugs, alcohol, sex, or work.<br />
 Depression shows in men not as helpless or hopeless, but as angry, frustrated, and other aggressive feelings.<br />
 Men are less likely to seek treatment than women and they are less likely to admit that they have a problem.<br />
 Depression and men is a silent battle that barely makes a rumble until the battle is over.<br />
 The drugs and the smiles and the carrying on and acting hide many of the typical signs of depression from others.<br />
 It&#8217;s hard to pick up on the signs of depression if you are close to the person, and it&#8217;s even harder if they are trying to cover the feelings up.<br />
