It sounds like such a simple, “do-able” goal…

But if you’re anything like the countless women around the world who share the same goal…

NOT losing weight is a lot easier to achieve!!!

Seriously though, trying to get to a healthy goal weight is a good thing.

When you lose weight, your health improves and let’s not forget…

You start loving what you see in the mirror, too! This will increase your confidence level, which ups your general well-being.

So there’s no doubt that losing extra pounds is a good thing, but why is it SO hard to do?

That’s exactly what I wanted to go over with you today…

Why Most Women Can’t Lose Weight!

Okay, I’m going to make this a quick list of what to avoid when losing weight.

So let’s get straight to the point…

The Number 1 reason why most women can’t lose weight is… drum roll please… improper calorie intake and nutrients!

You might think you already know this but what’s not so obvious is HOW this happens.

Here are the most common ways you can end up with less calories, vitamins and minerals than you need to stay healthy and vibrant.

Method #1 Starvation

Many people think that the easiest way to lose weight is through starvation and many of the fad diets promote this type of weight loss strategy.

This is mainly because we tend to see results right away.

But, our body can only survive so long without food and eventually we start binge eating because we’re so hungry.

Eating too little puts our body in starvation mode, which slows our metabolism…

And causes us to store more fat when we finally do decide to eat.

Some models, actresses or other “Hollywood types” often opt to go on a fad “starvation” diet and while it might look like it’s working…

These people are damaging their bodies and their health.

Following fad diets means depriving yourself of essential nutrients and this is why fad diets should be avoided at all costs

This is especially true if you’re working out because you really need to be eating enough of the right foods to fuel your body.

Method #2 Over-Eating

With our busy lifestyles, it’s very difficult to make the right food choices…

Plus it doesn’t help that we live in a fast food world!

This makes it even easier for us to make bad food choices because we’re not prepared to take the time and effort to eat healthier.

Not choosing the right foods causes us to over-indulge and consume too many calories on a daily basis…

And get ready for this — just 100 extra calories a day can add 10lbs a year!

For example, a coke contains a whopping 155 calories.

Just by cutting out one coke a day, you can cut out more than 1,000 calories a week!

Method #3 Not Knowing How to Read Food Labels

Many of us don’t know the right nutrients we should consume each day, much less how much of any one we should be getting.

So many labels on foods read “low sodium” or “low fat,” but it doesn’t mean that these are the right foods to eat.

Learning how to read labels is extremely important in choosing the fat-fighting foods that stimulate your metabolism…

So you can burn those calories and drop those pounds easily.

Take Melissa, who sent her guy an e-card, which was ignored. It wasn’t even opened by him.

When Melissa followed the ignored e-card with an email, she only reinforced his ignoring her, and made it that much more likely that he would continue to ignore her.

The mistake women often make after their first contact is ignored is to contact a man again! This gives him the opportunity to not just ignore her once, but twice!

Then it becomes official and it’s a pattern on his part that’s not likely to change.

When a woman contacts a man again (when he did not respond to her first attempt), she’s hammered the final nails in the coffin of their promising relationship.

So just why does this happen?

Psychologists tell us that people tend to behave in ways that are consistent with their recent behavior. When you get a man to take some kind of action once, he is extremely likely to continue acting in the same way.

Therefore, the last thing you want to do with a man who is ignoring you is to literally give him yet another opportunity to do so.

If you do, you’re virtually guaranteeing that he’ll continue to ignore you.

Not only that, but you risk becoming a persistent annoyance to him…a woman who isn’t “getting the hint.”

Obviously, that’s the last thing you want.

That’s why the smartest thing you can do when a man is ignoring you is to do nothing. No comments, no calls, no disapproval, no taking notice of the ignoring in any way.

When you continue to try to contact a man who is ignoring you, you completely lose your power in the relationship.

You are now chasing a man who has dropped you — and that’s a bad position that nobody wants to be in.

Every time you leave a new message or send another email to a man who hasn’t responded to your first email, all you are doing is prolonging the agony you may already be feeling.

You were already waiting for him to contact you like he used to do, and that was not happening. He knows it and you know it. But if you leave yet another message or send another email, it’s like allowing the situation to go back to square one.

It’s as if his ignoring you all this time no longer matters, since you’ve sent a brand new request for a response from him, instead of letting the silence speak for you.

If you continue to contact a guy who is not responding, you’re still being ignored, but from a fresh new point in time — your latest attempt to hear from him.

You may find yourself starting the waiting game all over again (even though you did this to yourself), since he’s still just as “gone” as he was in the first place.

Please don’t do this to yourself!

Take the hint quickly. Get the message. Don’t wonder if your email didn’t arrive or his phone was malfunctioning.

If by any chance that was the case, you would soon hear from him anyway — if your relationship really was solid.

Let him do the pursuing.

He will get in touch with you if he is attracted to you and if he’s ready, willing, able, and available for a relationship.

He already knows you’re interested in him because you’ve been kind, friendly and warm when you’re with him.

This is the time for the “rise of the eBook!”

In fact, eBooks are becoming so popular that the printed book, which has been the number 1 reading material for centuries, is now in decline…

On the other hand, eBooks are going from strength to strength.

This is the perfect time to make the most of this incredibly lucrative opportunity.

How do I know?

Well, I speak from experience. I got started in the eBook business back in 2001, and I’ve had amazing six-figure success from this astonishingly simple venture.

Here’s my step-by-step guide on how you can achieve the very same thing I did:

Step #1 The Topic

Have you had days when you saw something and thought, “Wouldn’t it be awesome if…”?

Have you figured out the secret to getting a toddler to potty train quickly? Are you a creative cook with an unusual style?

Have you tried a treatment for arthritis that was just incredible?

Take notes! When you find a fresh, interesting new idea…

Jot it down, and move on to step 2 below.

Step #2 The Interest

No need to conduct door-to-door surveys or mass email your friends and family!

A simple search on Google, YouTube, or Facebook can tell you exactly how many people are searching for information about the idea you’ve had.

There, wasn’t that easy?

The next step takes just a bit more effort, but I’m going to give you several great options to get it done.

Step #3 The Production

Now you have to figure out how to produce the content.

Here are just a few options:

Write your eBook yourself

Hire a freelancer to write it (check websites like Elance, Freelancer, etc.)

Talk out your book, record it, and hire a transcriptionist (and editor) to get it into shape

License an eBook that someone else has produced

Find an eBook in the public domain that you can send out

I once bought the rights to an eBook for $200 because I liked the content and thought others would find it helpful…

I’ve made over $50,000 selling that eBook!

Step #4 The Sell

There are many options here, from getting yourself a (free) WordPress website, to buying some shopping cart software and getting that installed.

Another option is to go straight to Amazon and upload it and let Amazon sell the book for you.

But you don’t have to stop there. Millions of dollars have been made using Clickbank to sell eBooks.

Take a look over at their site and see how simple it is to get signed up and open your account.

Step #5 The Marketing

Marketing is what makes the sales happen.

Here are a few of the many ways out there you might market your new eBook:

Buy pay-per-click ads on Google

Send links to your book out on social networks

Publish articles about your eBook on your own or other people’s websites

Send out free press releases

List your eBook on Craigslist

Here’s an insider tip: Work with other authors in your same niche. Once people have bought another author’s book, they may be interested in your eBook as well.

Step #6 The Money!

This is my favorite step of all…taking the money to the bank!

Actually, you may not have to take your money to the bank at all. You can have PayPal deliver your funds electronically, and you never have to do a thing.

Every single business day that I’ve gotten up in the last ten years, there’s been more money in my bank account than there was the night before.

I love waking up to new money! And so will you.

Those are the 6 steps to making money with eBooks and they’re simple. Believe me, you can do this — even if you’re a non-techie person like me.

You just need the commitment to dream big and the motivation to see it through.

Watch my complimentary video presentation for more proven and effective insider ideas, tips and techniques on how you can quickly and easily make big bucks with eBooks.

It’s hard to avoid the multitude of advertising campaigns…

Whether on daily news programs, magazine headlines and various super market labels with titles like “Number One Superfood Everyone Should Eat” or “Eat This to Destroy Disease.”

Interestingly though…

There are foods that are powerful enough to help lower your risk of numerous health challenges if consumed regularly, as part of a healthy diet.

Most of us know that eating fruits and vegetables is good for us, but have gotten confused when it comes to adding the word “super” to our foods.

It doesn’t help that there is no legal definition in the food world, and most recently it seems the word is getting used so much it’s losing some of its true meaning.

The fact is what you eat greatly affects your body now and in the future.

In the world we live in — with environmental toxins bombarding us and pesticides threatening our food and water — it’s crucial to include foods with the highest nutrient density available to ensure staying healthy in a toxic world.

It can be overwhelming having to sort through the headlines to figure out what you should include as your best line of defense against health challenges. Especially when there’s always another fruit, vegetable, or spice that has been found to be “the number one key” to better health and longer life!

So, how do we know what to believe and where to begin?

What’s a Superfood?

Superfoods are vibrant, nutritionally dense foods which offer tremendous dietary and healing potential.

They are powerful sources of clean protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, good fats, essential fatty and amino acids, and other nutrients that offer deep levels of nutrition.

Superfoods are foods that go above and beyond.

They pack in the good stuff that we all want rallying for our health on a daily basis.

Although there are long lists of foods that contain nutrients that support health, superfoods turbo charge the system — especially when eaten on a regular basis.

4 Ways to Identify a Superfood

Although there’s no one food that provides everything the body needs…

Including a wide variety of superfoods into your diet can play a crucial role in stimulating health on a cellular level, to benefit the body in countless ways. Superfoods allow us to get more nutrition with less eating.

Here are 4 elements that can be used to assess the “super” quality of a food:

#1: Nutrient Density: The measurement of how much of any particular nutrient the food contains in one serving.

#2: Nutrient Diversity: The measurement of how many different nutrients are available in this one food.

#3: Phytonutrient Content: The amount of healthy chemical compounds (known and unknown) that exist in plants.

There are potentially thousands of phytonutrients in plants and any superfood will be a known source.

#4: Toxin Absence: The goal of consuming superfoods is to load the body with as many nutrients as possible. Superfoods should represent clean, hormone-free, chemical and pesticide-free sources of nutrition.

Superfoods are here to stay. Yet, as the popularity increases, many manufacturers are introducing a wide variety of supplemental products trying to mimic the effects of these foods.

Bodies recognize and assimilate nutrients best when they come from real food — so opt for the real deal. Make sure to purchase from reputable suppliers that are providing actual superfoods rather than “super-substitutes” that promise super-results.

‘Tis the season of graduations for colleges and universities this month…

Next month, high schoolers itching to burst forth free from the homes they’ve known and halls they’ve walked will parade down the aisles with diplomas in hand and tassels turned on their graduation caps.

Just because commencement speeches you hear about may be from famous politicos, celebrities and other witty types doesn’t mean you couldn’t be challenged one day to give your own commencement address.

After all, you do have something to say to send off those bright, shining faces who are about to take the leap into the “real world” and either survive or thrive as a result of the courses they’ve taken, choices they’ve made, and mentors and advisors they have listened to throughout their educational years. It’s time for them to move forward confidently into the lives they’ve imagined, as Thoreau so wisely suggested.

I challenge you: What would you say to those graduating in today’s marketplace, society and global conditions? Whether you are twenty-something yourself or if you are thirty, forty, fifty, sixty or older, I’m sure you must have something to say, don’t you?

I’m not one to give a challenge without also taking it on myself, so here are my remarks for Commencement 2013:

Graduates, Parents, Siblings, Other Family Members and Friends…

On this day and during this time, we celebrate those who have taken the risk and pursued their goals of graduating college (or high school).

Life is filled with accomplishments — big and small — and all deserve to be recognized, acknowledged and celebrated. That is the first of several insights I’d like to share with you today.

Some of you have traveled far to be here today — some of you to see a loved one graduate; others are that graduate and, my, what a long journey it may have been for you to get to the seat you’re sitting in now.

Take a moment now to first acknowledge yourself for doing whatever it took to get to this day: all of the plans you had to make, money you had to spend, coordination and collaboration you had to do, and the pieces and parts that worked and the others that didn’t.

Now turn to the person next to you and congratulate them for making it to this moment. The truth is: they have no idea what it took for you to get here, and you have no idea what it took for them to get here either. But congratulate them anyway, without knowledge or judgment. They made it, and so did you.

Life is very much like today, filled with moments and opportunities to acknowledge oneself and commend others for their efforts, often not knowing what it really took for them to do what they did or be who they were for you in a particular time, place or situation — and vice versa what it took for you to be there for them.

In this 21st century, it is you who will determine what will and will not get your energy, effort, passion and contributions — from those you love, to those you work for, to those you serve.

You are the one who will determine your fate. You have the ultimate power to direct your destiny.

My suggestion to you, and all of those around you today, is this:

1) Understand what is important to you and what you value most in relationships.

At the end of our lives, it is our relationships that have enriched our lives, not money that makes us rich. Choose wisely who you surround yourself with and make sure they value similar tenets and beliefs.

2) Learn to let go with ease and grace to the past that no longer serves you or anyone new you may meet.

Learn how to say no to those people, places and things that no longer feel good and supportive. Release them with blessings and good wishes and close the chapters that need to end as quickly and as gracefully as you can.

3) Remain fabulous under fire.

If life hands you situations that you feel may pull you asunder, in those moments of fear, anxiety and crisis, breathe. Remember who you are and who you were one minute ago. You are still the same bright, beautiful person with all of the same skills, support team, and strength that you were a minute ago. No one can change that but you.

People, companies, systems will continue to support you, test you, disappoint you, and challenge your belief in yourself.

It is you who must determine how you will handle each hurdle in your life, and I know you can do it.

Today, I want you to remember that we are all still learning, whether we are 21 or 91, and that living is something you actively do every day.

Do the best you can every day to live the life you have imagined. Remember to acknowledge yourself and to examine your life often to make sure it’s the one you enjoy.

Most of all, know that you have the right to remain fabulous in every situation, condition and circumstance.

Whatever may come your way, always believe in yourself and just be you.

Many people find it challenging enough to just be themselves. I ask you today to be who you are, to be willing to be vulnerable and take risks, to be willing to live the life you have imagined, and to accept and not settle for anything less.

You are not only your future — but you will lead the companies, governments and societies of our futures too.

So I thank you now and acknowledge you for getting to this moment — and to every moment after it with clarity, courage and conviction.

It’s not just about wanting to prevent those embarrassing “senior moments” or improving your memory.

More importantly, it’s about reducing your risk of brain-destroying diseases, like Alzheimer’s, dementia and strokes.

You might be surprised to learn that…

You can play a proactive role in mantaining good brain health, instead of just leaving it to chance or genetics.

Let me show you how you can take control of your brain health by first exploring the three daily foods that can help prevent strokes.

A Coffee a Day Can Keep the Stoke Away!

In May 2013, a new study published in Stroke: the Journal of the American Association seems to show that the more coffee people drink, the lower their risk of having a stroke.

This is especially good news because, aside from water, coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world.

The comprehensive study, “The Impact of Green Tea & Coffee Consumption on the Reduced Risk of Stroke Incidence in Japanese Population”…

Examined the coffee and green tea drinking habits of over 82,000 adults, between the ages of 45 to 74, and followed them for an average of 13 years.

Here’s just some of what the study found about those who habitually drink coffee:

People who drank at least one cup of coffee per day had a 20% lower risk of stroke.

People who drank at least one cup of coffee per day had a 32% lower risk of intra-cerebral hemorrhage (this condition causes about 13% of strokes).

You’re probably asking, what about the effects of caffeine? Isn’t that bad for you?

According to Dale Webb, PhD, a researcher in the study, the benefits of antioxidants in coffee offset the potential harm from caffeine.

The study also states that coffee also has other beneficial properties:

“Coffee also contains chlorogenic acid and quinides, which may reduce body weight and blood glucose tolerance.

In a prospective study, higher coffee consumption may reduce the incidence of diabetes mellitus.

In our study, higher coffee consumption had a lower prevalence of diabetes mellitus.”

So, not only can coffee help you prevent stoke, it can also help you lose weight and prevent diabetes!

Enjoy that advice?

Let’s take a look at the next drink that can also help you reduce the risk of stroke.

Fancy a Cup of Tea? Yes, please!

The same study also showed that green tea was equally beneficial to reduce the risk of stroke. Results showed that:

People who drank 2 to 3 cups of green tea each day had a 14% lower risk of stroke.

Moderate consumers of green tea are less likely to develop hypertension.

So does green tea, like coffee, have any other benefits? You bet it does.

According to the research paper:

“Green tea contains catechins, especially (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate…

Which exerts vascular-protective effects through multiple mechanisms, including antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative —

Increasing the plasma antioxidant capacity, and antithrombogenic effects.”

In other words, green tea accelerates healing, helps prevent cancer, and is anti-aging too!

Good Things Come in Moderation

As in all things, moderation is recommended.

If you already drink a cup of coffee or green tea each day, this study seems to show there’s no reason to change that behavior.

In fact, your morning coffee or green tea may be helping protect you from a stroke.

Men, even the good ones, seem to be unable to stick to the truth.

Whether it’s about little things that don’t even really matter, or the important issues in your relationship that depend on an honest conversation…

You know he often hides behind anything from little white lies to whoppers of epic proportions!

Here’s the truth: men lie to the women they love and they lie often.

But why can’t they simply tell the truth?

Why do men lie?

There are 3 main reasons that men lie to the women in their lives…

Understanding each of them is the key to getting your man to open up so your relationship can be built on honesty and integrity, instead of suspicion and deceit!

The First Reason Behind His Lies

Sometimes men lie to women because they don’t think you want to hear the truth.

Have you ever asked, “Do I look fat in this?”

These sorts of questions have convinced men that there are too many potential traps in responding honestly.

Rather than navigate them, it’s easier to simply tell you what they think you want to hear.

The Second Reason Behind His Lies

Sometimes men lie to women because they think if they tell you the truth, you simply won’t like them as much.

If you ask, “What are you thinking about?” you’re likely to get a very fast response like this one: “Uh…nothing, honey.”

The Third (and Biggest) Reason Behind His Lies

But the third reason men lie to women is the one that shocks women the most…

One of the biggest reasons men lie to women is because men are terrified of women and their emotions!

It might sound weird, but emotions are actually a lot harder for guys to deal with and to recover from.

According to Dr. John Gottman of the University of Washington, women can both enter and recover from extreme emotional states a lot faster and easier than guys can.

If you think about it, it makes sense.

We’ve all seen a woman burst into tears one moment, only to be totally fine a minute or two later.

But when it comes to emotions, guys are a lot more fragile. Gottman says it’s because of evolution.

Guys were evolved to be single-taskers. They are designed to push everything out of their minds except the one thing that’s right in front of them.

In ancient times, men were the hunters and they absolutely had to concentrate on what they were doing.

Any kind of distraction or loss of focus might mean their families wouldn’t get to eat or worse…they’d end up as a wild animal’s dinner!

Because of these ancient traits, men are slow to get into an emotional state and are even slower at getting out of it!

Think of swimming. For women, getting emotional is a lot like jumping off a dock into a lake.

You get wet, sure, but the dock is right there and just a few seconds later you’re safe and dry…

But for guys, getting emotional is like getting dropped into the middle of the ocean and just barely treading water while being surrounded by sharks…

With land nowhere in sight!

But what does this have to do with lying?

Well, everything.

From a very young age, guys learn that if they tell you the truth, you might freak out on them and flood them with scary emotions.

They’ll feel like they’re being pushed out into a shark-infested ocean.

So What’s a Girl to Do?

OK, so if guys are scared of your emotions…how do you get him to open up and share his feelings?

Well, it might not come to you naturally, but you’re going to have to learn how to talk like a native and do what guys do.

For instance, you might notice that men never, ever say something like “let’s talk” when they’re among friends.

In fact, if a guy ever said something like that he’d get ragged on big time!

Instead, when a man wants to talk about something that’s bugging him…

He asks someone to get together to do something specific.

For instance: “Hey man, you wanna grab a beer?”

Or “Let’s go for a drive.”

“You wanna play pool?”

So if you want to talk to a guy about his feelings (or your feelings for that matter) the best way to do it is to ‘misdirect’ him by giving him something else to focus on…

And then subtly and calmly bring up the actual topic you want to talk about.

It may sound a little like you’re playing some kind of game or “Love Judo,” but I guarantee it works!

You’ll learn how read a man’s mind and you’ll even know what he’s feeling at any given time.

You might find it a little unusual or even controversial…but it works and you’ll finally understand how guys operate!

Whether you work for yourself from home or you work in a larger corporate office space… or even in a tiny gray cubicle!

I spent 29 years in corporate America so I know firsthand how the space you create for yourself is crucial to feeling relaxed, yet productive too.

I worked from a small cubicle with hundreds of other people on the floor — all in open cubicles — yet I still managed to apply Feng Shui to my office.

When I applied these principles, my job changed immensely and for the better.

I wasn’t doing anything different at work, yet new opportunities came my way. I managed the new work with very little stress. I even traveled the world in my job with great ease and simplicity.

Because I was of out the office traveling much of the time, co-workers would tell me how they’d often sit in my office and just chill out when I wasn’t around. They found my office to be relaxing and stress free.

How did I do it? I brought the principles of Feng Shui into my life and into my office space, regardless of how structured and standard that corporate space was.

You may be thinking that this will never work because you have little or no control over the office space you are given or that there is no way you can make any changes.

I encourage you to read on because there are simple things you can do in your space that will make huge differences in your work life.

Do’s and Don’ts for a Stress-Free Work Area

Here are some simple “Do’s and Don’ts” you can follow to create a workspace that brings you new opportunities and less stress in your workplace:

1) DO place yourself in the command position of the office!

Sometimes we have no choice in the layout, especially with the beautiful “hang on” cubicle furniture (I’m being snarky here), but there are still things you can do to set the command position.

a. The command position is the furthest corner from the door, which works well when setting up your home office, but can be a challenge with the cubical offices. Position the desk so you are facing out, looking out.

b. If you are in the cubical office, place your business card, an acknowledgement (such as a certification or award you may have received) in that command location.

c. Symbolically you are placing yourself in the command position of your career.

d. Raises go up and you have more say in opportunities.

2) DON’T have your back to the door!

Again, if you are able to follow item #1, this will not be a problem. But if you do not have any say in the matter, there are still things you can do that give you the same results.

a. If the position of the desk you occupy at work requires your back to be to the doorway, this is stopping you from viewing the door and seeing who enters your office. As a result, you are basically missing opportunities and missing obstacles heading your way.

b. You have no time to prepare yourself to respond to situations. Instead you are constantly reacting with a feeling of overwhelm.

c. There is a simple, simple fix for this issue! Rest a mirror against the wall or place a mirror in a picture frame, and place it so that when your back is to the door, you can view the door and who is approaching in the mirror.

d. This will allow you to remove the stress and overwhelm from your job. You will be able to respond in a calm and relaxed state.

3) DO organize your bookcase by the color of the spine!

Most people organize their books by the size of the book. I used to do that until I learned this amazing Feng Shui tip to reduce the chaos going on in your head.

a. When you look at a book case filled with books, notebooks, or stacks of stuff, it creates a chaotic feeling and energy for your mind and your concentration.

b. Think about how logical this is, yet most of us never do it. When there are similar colors aligned together the open shelf now appears to flow gradually versus having all kinds of choppy colors creating a feeling of being disorderly. What is better in your work life… disorder or order?

c. Create a calming environment by color, organizing your career from disorder to order!

d. For those who love sticky notes… this works in a similar fashion. I recommend you place your notes in a notebook for reference. When you need them, open the notebook and find your answer.

4) DON’T allow clutter to accumulate in your office!

This means anywhere in the office. Not on the floor under the desk. Not on the floor in the corner. And certainly not on your desk.

a. I’m talking about piles of papers! The ½ full coffee or tea cup from the day before. Maybe the empty bottles of water. These are all considered clutter.

b. I know many people believe that they cannot be productive if they don’t have piles on their desk! I’ve heard it all before. Really, even if you believe it is more productive to keep things in view, how long does it take to find one piece of paper buried eight inches deep? That is not only stressful but it’s a waste of time.

c. Clutter means ‘to clot’— to coagulate. That means to block or create stagnation.

d. Create a file system that works for you. Create a log of your files until you get used to it, if necessary.

e. When you can walk into a clean office without the piles of paper, or the half empty water bottles or the left over coffee from the day before, your day starts out fresh. This allows you the opportunity, when you first enter your office, to establish a day of flow, accomplishment and balance.

Start by making changes with the one Do or Don’t that really resonates with you. Test it for a few weeks and see how much better you feel at work! Then slowly incorporate more.

Have fun with these Feng Shui stress free recommendations! They have worked for me in both my corporate life and my personal home office… and I know they will work for you too!

With our expanding consciousness to keep our planet clean and green, many of us already make efforts to recycle and reduce our carbon footprint.

So, you’ll be glad to know that advances in green energy technology now make it affordable for you to convert your home into a green energy home.

A green energy home utilizes renewable resources to provide electricity, hot water, heat and peace of mind…

Significantly reducing your carbon footprint (and energy bills) every single day!

Add a Little More Sunshine to Your Home

You can install solar hot water panels which heat and store water for use.

Solar panels use photovoltaic cells to convert sunlight into electricity.

These systems can be commercially pricey, but there are many great alternative resources to build your own affordable solar panels and solar hot water systems.

By combining passive solar design with solar hot water systems, you can further reduce your energy consumption exponentially.

For those who are just building your home, take advantage of the opportunity to implement passive solar design during construction.

This means taking advantage of south facing sides of the house for heating and cooling.

By installing lots of highly efficient windows and heat retaining bricks and stone on your south facing areas, you will be taking advantage of passive solar techniques to develop your green energy home.

Gone with the Wind

Say goodbye to high electricity bills, and hello to the windmill.

Windmills are used to generate electricity from the renewable resource of wind.

Windmills can be installed on rooftops or in yards and offer pollution-free electricity.

You can buy ready-made windmills from retailers. For the motivated do-it-yourselfer, there are a wide variety of affordable kits available for you to put together your very own electricity generating windmill.

Turn On the Waterworks

Do you have a stream on your property?

Then you may also add to the efficiency of your green energy home with hydroelectric power.

This is also a great pollution-free option that’s easy to maintain and works as long as there’s running water available.

The Power is in Your Hands

The ultimate green energy home would combine all of three resources of sun, wind and water.

By using these renewable resources to generate electricity, you can enjoy huge savings and possible profits from your electricity usage.

Best of all, a green energy home doesn’t require more maintenance than traditional homes.

Solar technologies require little to no maintenance and wind and water turbines require only regular oiling for peak performance.

There is no better time to create your green energy home…
