IWS Expands Downtown

Intuitive Web Solutions (IWS) continues its trend of impressive growth with the addition of another office space in downtown Olive Place.

A tenant at 509 W. Olive for over two years, IWS moved from Suite 103 to a larger office in Suite 101 in December 2008. Now, only six months later, the company is expanding again with the addition of neighboring Suite 102, occupied until recently by marketing firm ACR Nally. Last week, downtown developer Craig Wagoner and his Brentwood Management crew began renovating the vacated space, knocking down several walls to join Suite 102 with IWS’s current office.

Audrey Garard and Lisa Gaunt of Grooms Office Environments commented, "We are delighted to once again be working with IWS on their expansion. In a brief period of time they have demonstrated extraordinary success and growth and we are delighted to be a part of it. They approach their facility as a strategic resource, and work in a way that will continually afford them the opportunity to attract and retain the best in their field.”

Since the beginning of 2008, IWS has grown its staff from five to 18, and the company anticipates further growth over the coming year.

“We expect to enlarge the size of our current staff by 20-30% over the next 6 months as we begin preparing for a major software release in January. We are grateful to Craig for offering the space to us after ACR Nally left. We have continually underestimated our growth—which is a good problem to have—but we had already reached capacity in our new office,” says CEO/Co-Owner Chris Reynolds.

Construction on the space is slated for completion late this week, just in time for another exciting event. June 28-30, IWS will host a quarterly meeting and conference for the companies partnering in the development of a new software venture, BriteCore™. IWS is excited to unveil their expanded office to clients and show them around the Springfield area. For more information on IWS’s new office space, contact Brittany Beck at the information included above.

About the company: IWS is a Web-based software company that specializes in solutions for insurance providers. We partner with companies across the nation to bring new, more efficient technologies to the industry. Locally, IWS and its employees strive to make Springfield a better place to live and work. To learn more about IWS, visit us online at www.iws-web.com or email us at info@iws-web.com.
