Another 12 months have rolled around to the time where I need to renew my car insurance.  Why is it that all the different companies¹ all vary by about $500 for the same sort of coverage, which have all been given identical answers to questions which are very similar?

I’m not at all surprised that there are questions about the insurance industry in Australia. And also, why is it that each one has to be different in their own unique way?

I can’ seem to get the differing companies to have identical features, so that I can compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges. I have to compare apples with bananas with oranges. See my problem?

One would think that insurance companies all seem to give a similar pricing for similar answers, but obviously that isn’t the case as I have found in the past 24 hours since I started researching. Why is it that car insurance has to be so difficult?

This blog isn’t meant to be primarily about sex, however there are some quite bizarre laws out there, and I want to share a few of them with you.  I came across this graphic outlining just 20 weird and wonderful laws currently present and legitimate across the world.

Apparently beastiality is legal in some areas of the world, losing your virginity will get your in trouble, and you have to lose your virginity in the presence of your mother. Weird!!

A couple made a deal that whoever died first would come back and inform the other if there is sex after death.

Their biggest fear was that there was no after life at all.

After a long life together, the husband was the first to die.

True to his word, he made the first contact:

“Marion …. Marion”

“Is that you, Bob?”

“Yes, I’ve come back like we agreed.”

“That’s wonderful! What’s it like?”

“Well, I get up in the morning, I have sex. I have breakfast and then it’s off to the golf course.

I have sex again, bathe in the warm sun and then have sex a couple of more times.

Then I have lunch (you’d be proud – lots of greens). Another romp around the golf course, then pretty much have sex the rest of the afternoon.

After supper, it’s back to golf course again.

Then it’s more sex until late at night. I catch some much needed sleep and then the next day it starts all over again”

“Oh, Bob are you in Heaven?”

The inspiration within me seems to have dwindled again.  After only 8 posts¹.  I really would like to know how people keep the inspirations up and running.

Since you are seeing this post, I must have obviously survived the wedding on the weekend.  It wasn’t as bad as I had predicted, mainly because of the alcohol I think.  I’m not an advocate for alcohol, but I do think that it worked wonders with me.

Now that it is over, Melly and I can now focus on our wedding, and to say the least, I’m actually happy.  Obviously it was depressing to see someone else get married before me, but now that it is over, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

So here’s to Melly and my wedding coming in the next 8 months.
