Yes I moved my ButWhatAbout blog from Blogcast to Wordpress. There are two reasons why I switched to WP. First is that I can save money just by moving it. I don't have to pay each month just for blogcast to host it . I already have a hosting acct and I can host my other domains through it for no extra cost. Second is that there's not much freedom using Blogcast. You can get new themes and layout from outer source but only from their gallery. Not much to choose from. but moving it is not quite easy, using export and import click just don't do it. It will transport to WP but you cannot see the post. I searched the net abut this one and found out that there are people who are having the same dilemma as I do. Blogcast to WP is not easy to do. When I exported my Delish Dish blog from Squarespace to WP it was very easy. Smooth transition but with Blogcast? it was a pain. Well, technically IT IS a pain. I am still moving my posts manually. I am talking about going back to my first post copying & pasting it to WP! I think I am almost done. I just hope this progress will be faster coz I don't want to use my weekend time sitting and moving post. I have to spend some time with my family too you know!
This is it for now hopefully I will be done moving today so I can close my blogcast account before the next billing date! TC~

Hello it's been days since I posted anything here.Just a thought of dropping some notes here. I have to begged my daughter to let me use my own laptop. She has been using this laptop for forever! watching Strawberry Shortcake and playing Disney! I recently joined Entrecard and been busy hopping to other people's blog:) it is very interesting to visit different blogs. I think I got addicted to it.. even when I cooked breakfast this morning, I had to bring my laptop in my kitchen to drop back to other people who dropped their entrecard in my inbox.
Anyway, this past week has been busy and boring!I have been washing clothes almost everyday. Well, we have 5 people in the house and everyday everybody changes clothes at least 2x. having to wait til the weekend to wash it just don't do it. It become a pain in my butt so I decided to just wash loads every single day to avoid overloads. I also made a batch of cookies and tacos while hubby brought my kids to Skate Zone. It was my first time not going out with them to skate.

Anyway, I am talking to my friend Amor about her upcoming baby shower. We haven't made up our minds for the date and other important stuff since we have to wait for Ofelia to give us her thoughts about the date, foods and people to invite. This will be Amor's first baby and it will be an exciting time for her and her husband. I just hope that this baby shower will be memorable for both of them..

anyway, I guess I have to end this here and I will try to get me some sleep. TC~

I celebrated my 29th b-day last Friday. My husband took a day off and we just spent time together wandering everywhere. I didn't asked for anything, I rather spent the money paying for one of our bills or spend it to buy grocery. I am just thankful for all the blessings that I received, I am wished for my family to stay healthy and safe and also I wished for longer life so i can be with my family and guide my kids when growing up.

Last night we decided to watch this movie that was on AMC to celebrate the FearFest with host Rob Zombie. I vaguely remember this movie so we watched it instead of watching Tokyo Drift(again!). This move is about a millionaire invited all this people to stay in the sanitarium for one night and whoever comes out alive will have $1,000,000. This movie has a good cast from Geoffrey Rush, Famke Janssen,Taye Diggs,Bridgette Wilson, Chris Kattan, Peter Gallagher & Ali Carter. The story plot is good too however, some scene are just too cheesy. With all these cast they would've have been made it scarier and better.You can rarely get actors like these to cast on horror flicks. All in all I enjoyed the movie but I will only have to give it a 6. Also last night Rob Zombie found out that the Director of this movie William Malone wanted to cast Angelina Jolie after seeing her performance in Girl Interrupted.

There’s a lot to see in Washington DC other than The White House. Ballet Ended

So her Ballet class ended last Saturday and now she just practice at home. I will make sure to register her into another class next year. She enjoyed being in that class more than she enjoyed being in Jr. Jams class. For now, she enjoys coloring, watching Noggin and Disney Channel. She is also bugging me to repaint and redecorate her room. She wants to paint it Pink and Brown! She wants to get rid of Tinkerbell decorations in her room. I don't know why she doesn't like Tinkerbell.My husband painted her room and we decorate it with Tinkerbell decorations when she was still in my belly, but when she was big enough to stand on her toes, she started ripping the Tinkerbell borders. So now she is crazy about pink and brown dots! I told her we will both repaint and redecorate it if she eats meat more than usual! Shes very picky she only eat meat if I cook, Cheesesteak, Humba, steak and Pulled Pork BBQ. other than that? you have to force her to eat something other than apples, Strawberries, cereal and plain noodles!She wouldn't even eat the sauce! But she is very cute, adorable and very beautiful madlita!~

I decided to dress my blog to it's fall look and hopefully the widths are fine in another monitors. I have a widescreen monitor and I don't know if the finish product looks fine in smaller monitor.

Anyway,I have been lazy all day coz I wanted to spend time with my kids while they are in fall break. They decided to watch Pokemon so I decided to changed the look in my blog. I don't know yet if I want to change my Pinaypay blog coz I like it the way it is right now. As for my Delish & butwhatabout, I still have no idea if I want to change it. So much hassle!I stopped dressing my blogs bec. it takes so much time! and almost every blog I see nowadays looks the same. But just a thought of dressing it mine a bit. I know I won't change this as much as I did before but I might change this everytime the season change!

Loosing Weight

Loosing weight is a hard thing to do and yes it is! Some people are taking risk just to lose extra pounds. You don’t have to put your life in danger for that, in fact; you can loose weight slowly and safely by first talking to your doctor about changing your lifestyle. She/he may have some guidelines for you. It is very important to talk to the health care professionals before you take a step in loosing weight. You may have to add some extra activities in your day to help you gain some energy and loose some of the calories. You may have to add nutritional items in your menu and of course a discipline to yourself.

You can also find people who uses supplement to help them loose weight and to suppress their appetite. I know a friend who uses diet pills and she said that the one she is using now is the best diet pill she ever used. But of course she don’t just take a pill and just chill, she also exercise and she is on a proper diet. So yes loosing weight is not easy but you can loose weight if you do it slowly and properly.

Tthis will be our weather tonight. A chance of rain, mixing with snow. Am I not ecstatic about this? It has been raining here for a while now and it is just cold! Especially during the morning. I usually go outside by 7:06 to wait for the school bus and my kids are all bundled up. I hate to imagine this upcoming winter waiting for the bus shaking. Why can't they just stop in front of my house? lol well, my neighbor don't clean their sidewalk all the time during winter. I don't want my kids to get hurt. The only good thing about winter is NOTHING! well, it can save me gas because I don't usually go out during winter. I'm in hibernation mood.( like it's something new for me!)

Anyway, the other day I made some BBQ pulled Pork for dinner. Crock pots are so popular during this time of the year!I know I will be cooking a lot of chili, pot roast and other things that you can cook in the Crock-pot. well, I guess this is about the good thing that happen during Winter. Some people will think about Winter Olympics but I don't watch Winter Olympic so slow cooking is about the best thing in Winter for me!

I finally moved my Chocolate Domingo Cake to my Delish Dish blog. I have been talking about moving all my recipes there but until now, I haven't move them all yet. Nadelet e ko na rin yong nalipat ko na dahil naman no kaya nga ginawa ko yong Delish ko para sa mga recipes diba? so kailangan na rin na idelete ko sa mga existing blogs ko yong mga recipes nanalipat ko na. hay nako hindi talaga madali maglipatlipat ng post of course kailangan na iedit ko pa yong iba para naman mas organize ang dating tsaka I have to label naman yong picture no!

Ako naman gusto ko talag magshare ng recipes nanatry ko na. Whether I found it from the magazine, TV, friends, families or yong mga naexperimentohan ko talagang gusto ko rin na ipost tsaka ishare picture narin diba? tsaka gusto ko naman talag magpost ng mga recipes yong natry ko na!! bakit naman ako magpopost ng hindi ko pa natry anong purpose noon? masabi ko ba kung masarap? oo masarap tingnan pero paano ang lasa? Eh diba mas maganda yong meron nakapagsabi na smasarap talaga. tsaka i always say na mas maganda pag meron variation or kaya naman hindi ko gusto eh talagang sasabihin ko. usually ano under taster kaya ako kaya mas gusto ko merong ibang ingredients na ina-add kasi nga under taster ako. kahit pa gaano kasarap nanasa pinggan ko pag gusto ko meron pepper or kaya hot sauce or kaya patis gusto ko add yon oara naman masatisfy yong taste buds ng isang under taster no! mahirap kaya. Sa bahay nami ako talaga ang under taster hindi ko masabi if mga anak kop hindi dahil, mga bata pa hindi pa gaano alam kung anong gusto. Yoong asawa ko nako over taster yan! gusto walang asin ..minsa nga akala ko me lahing aswang yan! yon noon hindi nag kumakain ng garlic yan no! ako lang nagpasimuno kasi mahilig ako sa bawang.. hindi amoy bawang but garlic huh hindi kilikili bawang.

anyway dito namuna ako kasi ipaghanda ko muna ng makakain etong dalagita ko. She was begging me for Cheesecake that I made last night, I told her she can't have it unless she eat her lunch first. I asked my kids what do they like sa cheesecake eh gusto Bluberry tsaka I want caramel ehh pinaghalo ko nalnag caramel tsaka blueberry! Oh diba original yan ha! hindi ko naman hinalo na caramel staka blueberry sa lahat ng ibang ingredients aba alam ko kadiri guro noon. Pero i added the caramel sa ibabaw ng crust ayy nako ipakita ko nalang sa inyu pag napost ko an sa Delish ko. Kagabi ko lang nagawa yon. I started noong 5:30 sa hapon I finished it by almost 9. yon, nasa refrigerator pa naka chill bibigyan ko nalang siya siguro after she eat her lunch. I wanted to save it para tonight's desert pero mahirap naman ideny yong request sa bata lalo na noong sinabi ko after she eat her lunch diba?? O segi bavooooo..

I felt sorry for Shaun because he wanted to join the school choir but it's just impossible to do it. The time is just not good. The choir requires them to get pick up @ the library by 7 AM. Usually at that time, my kids are still eating breakfast or brushing their teeth. by 7:06 we leave our house and the bus usually comes by 7:08 or 7:10. And that is if the regular bus driver is the one driving, sometimes it's later when they have a substitute driver. It will be harder during snow days. I just don't see why they can't just pick the kids at their homes. I don't think there's a lot of students who joins the choir. I just don't know why don't they just pick and drop them at their houses. I know he is devastated but I just can't do it driving him all the way to the library while his brother's bus will be by our house. Maybe he will understand later.

That is why I slept late and just enjoying myself. However, I still need to clean my house since my kids are so messy! I cannot wait til they reach 18 that means, my house will be finally clean!!! I just have to wait 15 more years! Will I still be alive by then? hopefully!

Anyway last Saturday was Elena's ballet class. As usual, she had fun learning and talking with friends!god, she is talkative. I have to point my finger to warn her to listen to her teacher but she just stuck her lip to me. ughhh now I know how my mother felt when I did the same thing when i was younger hahah KARMA!

Yesterday, I made some bam-e (bam-i) and some lumpia. I made it for tonight's dinner. I ate bam-e yesterday instead of our usual Mexican night. yes, I am trying to loose weight! I don't why I can't shed off pounds I eat less and definitely working my butt around.Maybe I am just getting old. wahhhh:( I still need to post the pictures in my Delish Dish Blog. I have been cooking a lot at taking pix but still need to label it and upload before posting.

Istarted the family Christmas list the other day. I remembered my aunt in law asking me to send the kids Christmas list last September and I thought it was too early to start jotting down things that can drill a hole in the pocket.

I know what I want but I doubt if I can get it for myself this Christmas. I know for sure that it will take at least 2-3 Christmases and a really strict savings for it to be under my Christmas tree. It's not an extravagant gift like a house or a car,but it's an extravagant gift for myself. It's a camera and I can buy it for myself for $3500 if I can ever save my money. What a dream huh?

Anyway, gotta go and check the food in my oven. Cyah

Last night we watched the movie called Shutters. It wasn't really a good one for me. It was kind of predictable movie. If you noticed, Japanese horrors are alike. Like this one, it reminded me of the other not so good movie called The Grudge. I knew some people who said that it was good and it was scary. The only thing that scared me was that freaky young boy. The same thing in the Shutter movie. It's the freaky girl. And of course I predicted that the girl was hunting Joshua Jackson. This movie left me disappointed and I have to admit, it also left me being scared enough to check on white strikes in my photographs...ohhh
