Lee Hye Young, Uhm Jung Hwa, Chae Jeong Ahn attends Suecomma Bonnie Pre-Spring ’13 in Singapore

Settled on a beautiful bright day in Singapore at Reebonz Space, 19 May 2012 marks the fashion calendar for Suecomma Bonnie shoe brand from South Korea, as part of Asia Fashion Exchange (AFX) initiative ‘Future Fashion Now‘, the first-in-Asia portal to provide upcoming designers and emerging labels a new platform to showcase their works, raise their profiles and sustain their creations, thereby increasing their visibility across the key Asian markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

The brand that’s not a stranger in red carpets worn by the most notable Korean actresses and latest K-pop girl group idols returns for its second time, being first at Blueprint 2011.

Designer Bo Hyun Lee was present with her iconic white dress, here seen with Kokokoreano editor-in-chief Lynette and myself for the beautiful intimate presentation.

A mix of provocative femininity, presenting a new way of fabulousness in fashion, and a hint of avant-garde makes up a Suecomme Bonnie shoe. Launched in 2003 in a mission to establish customize and personally make shoes that Lee herself wants to wear, suecomma bonnie has gained popularity among celebrities and fashion leaders in Korea since its foundation.

For Suecomma Bonnie Pre-Spring ’13 Singapore presentation, Korean superstars Lee Hye Young, Chae Jeong Ahn, and Uhm Jung Hwa (all decked in Suecomma Bonnie’s fabulous footwear) made a special appearance to lend Lee their support.

Pre-Spring 2013 brings fresh splash of in-your-eye colours “perfect for your travel in a casual yet chic manner,” the designer explains.

Look 1 defines Suecomma Bonnie’s ‘hint of avant-garde’: cut-out panels with neon-color of orange paneling matched with cream leather creates the edgy stanza which makes a fresh entrance for Spring next year in heels.

Look 2 sojourns to summer places with a white flowing dress and 2cm heel of sandals, in a cut-out design and a sparkling finish of glitter. It has framed details of black lines to create a petal-like illusion of a glittery flower lilting over your feet and calves. It extrudes the confident and sexy lady in the wearer, with a sophisticated design which is packaged in this flat sandal style for your daily activity.

Look 3 comes to a point where it perfectly suits Singapore – white platform sandals with huge straps, which creates stark contrast from our skin’s colour. The city-traveller that wants something casual but still stay fabulous from day to night will perfectly relate to this pair that doesn’t make one feet’s ache.

Look 4 is a showstopper for red carpet event. Striking in neon orange and a calves bracelets made out of crystals that dazzles, the shoes immediately grabs your attention of its elegant and fresh design and killer height of heels.

The final look which is another Suecomma signature – boots, and in specific, cowboy boots cut, in white leather and one-press stud which finishes it in a minimal way. Paired up with a little white dress and pixie cut hair in blonde, the look glowed in a street chic manner, apt for anywhere in the world.

The presentation showcased the other shoes in stands, ranging from flats, studded and glitterati sport sneakers to her pink-soled high heels, and with the designer and her three superstar guests, to Korean fashion editors, check out the event pictures and attendees below!

Hello,hello,Singapore,my fav city!!!
There was a Asia Fashion Exchange-Singapore fashion week-
last week,
it was second time to join it.
for me,it’s so interesting thing to keep watching it,
cause it has been expanding more and more with rapid speed!

シンガポール、週末オーチャード通り。
いくつかの催し物が毎週どこかで開催されてる。

Orchard road,,,,it’s main road in this city,
like Omote-sando in Tokyo, Les Champs-Élysées in Paris,
5th avenue in NYC.

突然現れた即席ボクシングリング、
（リングの4つ角のポールは人の手で支えられている）
隣でわいわい控えているのは屈強で朗らかなボクサーさん達。

At weekend, there are some funny show along to this road,
like an acrobat,musician,,,, and boxing!!

ちょうど今からボクシングが始まるところ、
「撮らせて」って言ったらニコニコポーズをとってくれて。

I like their boxer pants!
I’m sure I get it when it’s sold at some select shop
or some cool vintage shop
to try it as a short pants in the summer at Tokyo.

Stores all around the world have been inundated with all kind of items that incorporate this trend from crochet tops, and very detailed dresses to embroidered accessories.

To recreate this chic and feminine look with romantic lace I paired black lace shorts with a long sleeve lace blouse. To go with it, I chose a pair of high heels with cut-work lace. As for accessories, a cute headband and necklace in ivory white go perfectly to finish the look.
