For a limited time, local organizations can get Jacki Rose for FREE! The program she offers is similar to other programs that business professionals pay thousands of dollars for. It may sound too good to be true, but that’s why it’s only for a limited time.

Your attendees will learn the skills they need to develop that will last them a life time and help them to become more successful with their presentations! They will learn everything they need to know in order to create and deliver great presentations.

The only requirement is that you purchase Jacki’s Public Speaking Reinforcement Goody Bag for all attendees. Now you’re thinking – “oh that’s the catch.” But there is no catch, because we have discounted the Goody Bags from $35 to $10. We can only do this with our current inventory and this offer is only good while supplies last.

This offer is an extreme value to participants. The Goody Bag includes: 2 books (11 Steps to Powerful Public Speaking and 100 Public Speaking Tips), it also includes the audio CD of 11 Steps to Powerful Public Speaking and a Public Speaking Can Be Fun Clock. In addition they can also receive Jacki’s Fear to Fabulous ebook for free which is a step by step guide on how to develop and prepare for great presentations.
The value you will be giving your group by having a professional speaker come in to talk to them and to be able to take home excellent tools that they can use for many years to come will help them develop their skills and will make a huge impact on their lives. And it’s just for $10 per person for the same value that many business professionals spend thousands of dollars just for one person.

I saw a speaker today do something very profound that I hadn’t seen before. It was a vendor at an expo who got up to say a few words during lunch. She said, “If you would like to talk to me, I am at table number 22.” The vendor who got up after her said, “Good idea from the previous speaker to say our table number, so I’m going to tell you now before I forget.”

If you are exhibiting at a trade show, don’t limit your connection time to the expo time. Carry it on into the meal and let people know where they can find you.

I saw a speaker this morning present on a very interesting topic, but unfortunately she did not get me interested in the very beginning. This is the most important part of your entire speech. It will determine how your audience will respond to the rest of your presentation. This presenter did three things right off the bat that you should never do.

1 – The first thing out of her mouth was, “Can you hear me?” How engaging is that? This is what most presenters do. At least those who have not had good public speaking training or coaching.

2 – She then said, “Good morning.” One thing I tell my clients is to not say “Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening.” For a few reasons. One, it is not original. You are just being like everyone else. 2 – Is, you may say the wrong time of day. 3 – It doesn’t grab your audiences attention to get them interested in what you have to say.

3 – The third thing she did that you should never do is that she introduced herelf. She then went on to say who her company was and what her company did. No one cares! We only care about what we, the audience, is going to hear and get out of her talk. Of course we want to know her credentials and who she is, but she was just introduced. That is what an introducer is for. So always get introduced if you can, and do not repeat what the introducer just said. If you cannot be introduced, introduce yourself after your dynamic opening.

If you want to stand out above the rest and not be like everyone else, you will be more dynamic, engaging and leave your audience with more impact!

The keynote speaker at the convention was great, but every now and then she had to clear her throat and did it right into the microphone. It was distracting and annoying.

If you need to clear your throat, sneeze, or cough, or make any kind of funny sounds that will not enhance your speech, then please move your mouth away from the microphone.

Tips to clear your throat: Always have water nearby, use lemon drops, relax the throat, breath from your diaphragm – not your chest.

Feel free to post what works for you on my facebook fanpage:
