Scriptures and life, make it plain to see that the pride and haughty will always fall in the end. From the beginning of creation til this present moment, this is the base for every sin. What a tragic thing for your own Creator to resist you, because of the pride that is in the heart. We are too blind, ourselves, to see that we have a pride issue, because this is what we have been accustomed to since we were seedlings. We need the Holy Spirit to reveal unto us our deepest desires, so through Him, anything that is in us that tries to exalt itself against God and His will, is cast down. As followers of Christ that are swarmed by prideful men and women, we can not allow that to taint us, not even to the slightest degree. Christ has invested too much into us. Humble yourselves, before God humbles you. It is an on-going daily battle that will require time, energy, and tears. But keeping Christ and the reward we have set in the forefront of our minds will allow us to keep things into perspective. We are just moving, breathing, dust. We are nothing, but we have the privilege to worship the God of the Universe and out of all of the dust particles, He chose to create each and every one of us for His pleasure. The thought of that ought to make any sincere hearted follower, joyful.

I believe its foolishness that if you acknowledge black lives matter that you are somehow being racist or prejudiced. Are their racist black lives that hide behind blacklives matter? Duhh. Let's uncrack one of the world's greatest mysteries real quick ok 1...2...3

Racism is a sin issue. Not a color issue.

As long as we live on this planet racism will always exist. Because sin will always exist until the return of Christ. Maybe white people hated,despised,dishonored,disrespected, blacks first...(it's possible) selah:

I can hear Caucasian Americans now"But black lives dont matter even to them. They're responsible for killing their own race more than we are"

Response: #1 every race is most responsible for killing their own race. Its natural and makes sense because of the terrible widespread and corporate segregation of this country

How can young sisters, some of (if not THE) most beautiful,shapely and curvy women on this planet,with ambition,intelligence,education,kindness and creativity, use all of those tools to absolutely make a fool out of themselves,fulfill every stereo type(mostly negative ones) and habituate and glorify prostitution,exposing your body, renting your body, and devaluing your body along with any chance of becoming a wife by a Godly man BUTT...to a lesser degree(what i spoke earlier be salty and have the audacity to call a young brother a sell out for dating outside of YOU) to a larger degree, be offended that AFRICAN AMERICAN women as a whole are the least thought of and respected women of all nationalities. MOSTLY by how they carry themselves and play the harlot for money,fame,popularity,followers,likes, and reality TV.

So do blacklives matter? They absolutely matter along with all other lives The Lord has created. It breaks my heart that we are so easily distracted by shiny objects and willing to do all things for them. Im all about blacklivesmatter but if you hollering blacklivesmatter and dont plan on respecting yourself or nobody else dont be mad when other races or groups of people have no respect for you. (Which is clearly evident)

so in return, defensively, out of insecurity we hate them back. "I hit him cuz he hit me first" (just an analogy...of elementary students)Who's worse???

Who's worse the wife that commits adultery on her husband??...or the husband for responding to that adultery...by committing adultery??

Most of you truthfully don't know. Because we decide what is right through our own sinful eyez...this world is so wicked and hypocritical we all deserve to be damned to hell.

Why are we so up in arms about racism? Why do we still get so shocked?? So appalled?

But yet we say nothing about homosexuality? Its accepted as the norm. You speak against it, you're a homosexuality(ist)??🤷🏾‍♂️idk i just made that up...(Ism's and Ist's is the new thing)

Divorce?? Encouraged

Rape?? It sucks but its nothing

Sell drugs?? Celebrated

All of these are accepted almost as normal. Yeh they're bad but we're also numb (iniquity) to them...

Is it homosexuality? The lord knows us americans hate homos...

The Lord despises you all. You do what is right in your own eyez. You pick and choose who to hate what to hate. Whos bad and whos really bad while wearing nice cloth and make up looking pristine and pure and blameless on the outside but on the inside your evil and wretched, filled with wickedness even worse than the pharisees.

You who steal say at least i dont kill...

You who kill say at least i dont lie im honest

You who practice homosexuality say at least i love all im not racist

The racist say at least i dont touch little boys and girls

You greedy drunkards say at least i dont cheat on my wife

The athiest is worse than them all...they have absolutely no hope while they stand out and sit on the fence. How can someone so knowledgable and intelligent be so without sense?

The GREEDY or homosexual?

Since we so often can't decide who's the worse, categorizing our transgressions,blame deflecting, and shame shifting. God despises you all equally. And all you evil depraved"pretty on the outside,disgusting on the inside" looking..."at least i dont" face man or woman, or heman or sheman. Trust me you no worse than the rest but no better. God has a place where yall can debate who's the worse and its going to be in a everlasting lake of fire where theres weeping and gnashing of the teeth. Everybody hates. Everybody hates. Everybody lies. Everybody cheats. Everybody steals. Every last one of your hearts are perverted. Filled with lust. Filled with things and people that if were revealed the closest people to you would be mortified. But at the same time you never wanna be told you're wrong. You hate to talk about sin and you hate to hear the name Jesus because a double edge sword of truth pierces your heart because you love the dark. But you hate satan. But you love everything hes about but you do it in the dark. You church going luke warm. Taking scripture out of context bending distorting scripture for your lustful gain you religious abomination. Jesus is going to spit you out like he said he would in revelations. Just wait. The Lord sees you and knows your heart and motives. I cant wait till the return of Christ because I'm tired of this wickedness. Everybody hates a liar but no ones honest. We all want loyalty and will cut someone off in a minute but play the harlot to other Gods and Idols in a second. We get offended once, and will cut off our best friend or family but will beg to be forgiven from the Lords wrath.

He loves us and is willing to forgive even the wickedest of sinners and completely forget about their past. Because His son Jesus Christ took Gods wrath and died on the cross for YOU. That was supposed to be you and me dying and going to Hell. But Jesus Christ took it for us. And whoever genuinely(not just superficially) acknowledges they're a sinner and ask Jesus to be their lord and savior and to help them change their ways to be reborn (not changed) in the image of Christ, not only will that

Not only will they be forgiven but they will be seen as blameless and righteous and Saints because although you were dead in your sins. Christ is perfect. He defeated death. And he loves you so by his blood we will have eternal salvation. Not by works so no man can boast but by faith alone that he is the son of God and he paid your penalty.

Because you won't just hear about Christ. You won't just look like Christ. But Christ will live in you. Havent you heard your body is a temple. A temple for what?? His Holy Spirit.

But those that scoff at Christ and the Lord God. Know theres no escaping eternal damnation for you. Theres no getting to the Father except thru the son. Millions of people die millions of different ways every hour. So much so they made a tv show after it because life is fleeting and we are a vapor. Repent and ask God to soften your heart or you could die any minute and your knees will bow and your tongue will praise because the fear and glory of the Lord will be upon you. Or by the mercy of the Lord you may live to see the day of Christ.

Jesus said he will return at an hour we do not expect. And he's going to be like a thief in the night. But will he find faith on earth? Or will you be getting drunk?

Getting high?

Fornicating?

Adultering?

Stealing?

Killing?

Lying?

Men sleeping with men?

Women sleeping with women?

Practicing all other kinds of sexual immorality and playing the harlot?

If you think the Lord hates you, you're wrong he loves you and wants all to be reconciled back to him thru Christ but he may hate what you're doing. Its that simple

Episode 4: Why Do We Say That? ...Good Luck?!

Welcome back friends!

Thank you all so much for taking time to listen to the show. We thank God for you all because you’re our inspiration and encouragement. Therefore, we love to hear feedback from you. Good and bad. Also share any suggestions for ideas and improvements. Well the good Lord says, “Ask and you shall receive.” (Mathew 7:7)So here we go!

Today’s episode started a new series titled, “Why do we say that?” In which we will discuss common but ill-considered or irresponsible words or phrases that go against the teachings of Jesus Christ. In this specific episode we discussed the phrase good luck. We started off briefly speaking about why we chose to embrace that concept and introduce intentionality into our words. Then, Jared shared a really funny story about while on a trip to Phoenix, hiking up a mountain the Holy Spirit brought something to his attention. We then went on to discuss a few of the many roles of the Holy Spirit. After that, we discussed the history, origins, and definition of the phrase good luck. From there, we went on to discuss common and traditional usage of the phrase, while also offering suitable replacements that might edify the listener while glorifying the Lord your God. A difficult question had to be asked and answered. Are we embracing the phrase good luck although, knowing we shouldn’t, but compromising simply because we don’t want to make unbelievers uncomfortable?

Strong Tower (Hurricane Irma)

Thirteen years ago, I was a sophomore at Port Charlotte High School, located in southwest Florida. I can vividly remember the days leading up to hurricane charley. I can recall being at school joking with my friends about the over-reaction brought forward from the hurricane. Being a Floridian, you get used to constant threats of hurricanes, only to have most of them diminish into small storms.We were actually looking forward to this particular hurricane…So we could be out of school a few extra days…Little did we know, we actually wouldn’t return to school for weeks, and when we did the town would not be the same.

We began school for the semester that Monday. Friday was given off to us for safety precautions. As time drew near for hurricane charley to arrive, things became clear for weather forecasters. The clearest reality being that charley would not be a joke. It was going to be really bad. There would be massive loss and people were going to die. Charley would be the second worse hurricane to make landfall on Florida since 1992 received hurricane Andrew. It would cause over $16 billion in loss and damage. And tragically, over 20 lives would be loss. Needless to say, as time approached, evacuation warnings went out, and the danger level of Charley circulated around southwest Florida, my family and I was terrified. But by the grace of God, my Family, myself, and most of the residents in southwest Florida avoided true loss. Sadly, 20 of us did not avoid that loss. I remember lying in that bathtub, praying to a God I barely spoke to. Listening to this God was even more unlikely. But I was trembling with fear and afraid so I reached out my voice to him to not let the wrath of charley destroy us. That was the scariest moment of my life. My life has changed a bit in 13 years. Things have become a little clearer.

This weekend, another hurricane is projected to cause devastation, supposedly, even more devastating than charley. My prayers and thoughts are with my family, friends, and those whom I’ve never met in harm’s way. Truly, my heart is warmed when in such a time of division I see so many people coming together to intercede for Florida, and all else that might be affected. The anxiety, chaos, and fear remind me of a time 13 years ago when I was in the bath tub scared for my life, thinking my life might end soon. The worry and uncertainty is all too familiar. For good reason, devastation is clearly underway. This was projected to be one of the worst hurricanes ever. Billions in damage to be loss, and people will die. So there is an appropriate fear and concern being displayed. But I tell you friends what has been revealed to me since I spent that evening in my mother’s bathtub that August evening in 2004….as bad as hurricane Charley and Irma is, there is something even more devastating than those coming to us soon after…the return and revelation of Jesus Christ.

My friends, this is where I speak truth to you, and things may get uncomfortable. But, I must speak and ask you to listen because the consequences are too severe to do otherwise. When the lord comes back, those who did not will wish they could be in hurricane Irma’s path. I see so many beautiful and unifying requests for prayer; especially, for my home state of Florida. So pardon me for a moment, but I’m not just concerned with your physical safety now and in the days to come, but also with your eternal safety forever and ever. The truth is, we are all going to die. Some of us will die sooner than later. Some of us will die a nice clean natural death. Some off us will die at the hands of violence, or maybe even the hands of a natural disaster. But I figured with Irma barreling down and death imminent for some. Now is a time we can appreciate how precious life is, and also fleeting. Most of us accept the fact that we will eventually die. We’re even ok with dying earlier than expected, as long as it’s a reasonable death…death in your sleep…a quick car accident. None of us want to die, but I don’t think any of us would argue against those. It’s not until tragedies, disasters, and unspeakable offenses by death occur that we begin to point to God as the reason. And if not the direct reason, then at least the reason for allowing it. When the truth is, we have ourselves to blame…Mankind. In the beginning there were no disasters, no tragedies, and evil. There was only good. Everything God made was good. But regardless of all the good God provided, man chose evil and to go against the Lord. As a result, we have this fallen, broken, world we live in. Murder, rape, molestation, sex slavery, natural disasters, abortion and divorce happen so frequent we’ve become numb to them. You think God is responsible for that?...we are

We chose to do what we wanted instead of listening to a God who loves us and knows what’s best for us. As a result we have sin. We have evil. We have rape, adultery, murder, and wickedness because of our own selfish hearts and desires. God did not create evil, but the absence of light is dark, and the absence of good is evil. But he is a holy God. We were once holy. He is perfect as we once were. He hates evil as we now love. So you can rest assure that behind every great tragedy and disaster is his right hand. That’s just the truth. Even though he is patient and longsuffering, not wanting any to perish so all can come unto repentance. (2Peter 3:9) His righteous anger burns against us. When everyday he loves us, provides for us, reaches out to us, waits for us, protects us, and we reject him. We curse him. We give into our lustful pleasures outside of marriage. We serve other gods than him, when there are none. (Isaiah 45:5) We make idols of other people, make idols out of money, fame, power, sex, drugs food, when the biblical translation for idols literally mean nothings. So although he is patient with us, 1000 days to us being like 1 day to him. ( 2 peter 3:8) He knows our hearts and eventually that probationary repentance period he gives us, he will close. As so with Lucifer before he kicked him out of the heavenly kingdom. Make no mistake, lucifer or satan as we know him, was one of God’s most beautiful and most trusted angels. He had a very high position next to the Lord. But that wasn’t enough for him. He wanted to be God. Like many of us, he got filled up with pride, greed, and arrogance. All the while, god was aware of this. But because he’s so forgiving and loving he wanted Lucifer to repent, but Lucifer did not and rebelled against the Lord God. So God closed his probationary repentance period and kicked him out. Since then, satan has been deceiving, stealing, killing, and destroying to get as many people to join him in eternal damnation as possible at the second coming of Christ. But the point is God is extremely patient but ultimately knows our hearts and if we will change but eventually says enough is enough and takes you off this earth. He wants to wipe all evil off this earth and out of his sight. Sometimes even the righteous get affected with them. After all, he causes the sun to rise and fall on the good and evil. He causes rain to fall on the just and unjust.( Mather 5:45) but the righteous have no fear. They know these things. Some may take these facts as if God is not fair. That may be true. But God loves us all equally and he is just, so the same standards and judgement apply to all. So friends, no longer fear the wrath of a category 5 hurricane, or a plane crash, or murder, or cancer, but fear God because he can not only kill your body, but also afterwards, throw you into a lake of fire for eternity where there will be weeping and gnashing of the teeth. The bible explicitly tells us in those days after Christ returns, people will seek death, but will not find it. They will long to die, but death will escape them. (Revelations 9:6)

There was no short, elegant, and attractive way for me to write this message. Some will dismiss this as foolishness. I pray for them and that before its too late, they will no longer he hard hearted. But for those of you that still read, and your spirit is being stirred with a desire for truth and understanding, I pray for you more. I love you all, but the lord your God loves you much more than I do, which is why I bring you good news!

While we were dead unto the law and unto sin, he sent his only son to die on the cross and pay the penalty and take God’s wrath for us on the cross. (John 3:16) he was qualified because although he is God, he walked the earth as the only man to live a sinless life. God’s law and commandments, which you may feel are impossible to fulfill, The Christ fulfilled the law because he never sinned. So we don’t have to try to earn salvation and righteousness through works (the law) but simply believing and confessing to being a sinner, and that we believe he is the son of God and that he died for our sins making him the new Lord of our lives. So still being sinful beings, we are made perfect. Not by our works so that no man may boast, but by faith alone. What it took me a hurricane and 13 years to learn you now have and know, and that is it was for freedom Christ died. (Galatians 5:1) But Christ will return soon and he will come at an hour we don’t expect like a thief in the night. (Mathew 24:44) But will he find faith? (Luke 18:8) Some are too wise for their own good, and knowledgeable in their own eye. They say Christ is foolishness. I pray for them.

But no longer be slave to fear of death, addiction, lustfulness, perverted mind, or sin . those things died and were nailed to the cross with the Christ. When he rose from the dead 3 days later, a new you rose with him. Receive your blessing. I pray that all condemnation be loosened. I pray all your sins be forgiven and thrown from the east to the west. I pray your transgressions be removed and forgotten and that all chains that bind you be broken in the name of Jesus. So fear calamity not. Fear disaster not and harm not. Fear death not. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runs to it and are safe. (Proverbs 18:10)
