I drew everything except the fist. I actually started drawing my hand first but gave up as it was taking too long. A quick search on google and I found a fist similar to the one I was going for. A couple of tweaks later and I had the look I was going for.

I started doing some font explorations and several iterations later I picked the design I liked.

I did almost all the design work in AdobeFireworks. I used Illustrator to make my lines a little rough (via: Chris Spooner).
