Ceiling  was patched in several spots. Floor was not soft anywhere. Although there were  water spots on the walls in several places, no evidence of major water damage.  It seemed like it needed normal light repairs and cleaning. $5,000-$10,000 with  a home this age that has no major problems. Roof looked good. CHA was in  working order. Water and Electric were fine according to residents. The house  appeared overall in good sturdy shape</p>
