Training Update

It has been a very busy few weeks for personal development in JCI UK. Please see below for updates on things that I have been working on!

JCI Presenter

The JCI Presenter course in London on 4th February was fully booked and was a roaring success. The next course is in Sheffield on 3rd March and there are only a few places left. These courses are great for improving your confidence and ability when it comes to presentation and public speaking so please let me know if you are interested.

JCI Trainer

As I mentioned at Inspiration Day I have been trying to organise a JCI Trainer course for May of this year. Unfortunately I have had to put this back until the end of July due to some exciting changes in the course content that are being introduced. The aim of the JCI Training commission is an improved course and a more consistent level of training.

If you want to take part earlier that the end of July then JCI Trainer will be delivered at European Conference in June and there are also 7 courses in Europe (Finland, Switzerland and Lithuania) over the next few months. Having had the opportunity to take part in courses in other countries I can thoroughly recommend it. It is fantastic to work with a variety of people and to find out what they are doing in their local organisations. Please see the attached photograph of me and the graduates of JCI Designer from European Conference 2011 in Tarragona.

JCI Achieve

The next JCI Achieve is booked for 5th May in London. This is a course designed to help our local organisations to be better and to focus on the vision and mission of JCI. I graduated from Achieve in December and found it to be really inspiring. I left with lots of exciting ideas and plans so please let me know if you want to attend in May.

Other JCI Courses

JCI UK is also in talks with our Irish and Scottish colleagues to try and organise a weekend of training to include JCI CSR, JCI Admin and JCI Networking so watch out for more information.

Trainer Day

I am organising a trainer day on the 20th May in Cambridge after their Business Skills day. This is aimed at members that have graduated from JCI Trainer to help them start to improve their skills and work on course ideas. I also plan to organise a second date for later in the year and there is a possibility of a joint event with Scotland.

European Academy

This is a 5 day leadership training academy that will run in August in Gothenburg Sweden. The week is designed to teach deputy local presidents some of the skills that they will need in their year as president and also to create a support network.

I was lucky enough to graduate from EA in 2008 and to return as part of the training team in 2010. These two weeks are some of my best JCI times ever so if you are a deputy local president or considering putting yourself forward as deputy then please apply. For more information please can you contact me on e.eastwood@cityliving.co.uk

19 members graduate from this year's marketing academy

Since taking the step to join national board I have been really looking forward to working with my co-director, Kate Senter, to organise the 2012 JCI UK Marketing Academy. As part of our commitment to raising the profile of JCI UK we have spent the last three months organising a jam packed weekend. To say we were excited was an understatement!

The 19 delegates at this year's academy had a really broad knowledge of knowledge of marketing which created a fantastic opportunity for members to come together to learn and share our combined experience and knowledge of marketing. This can benefit each of us as individuals, our local chambers and the organisations we work for.

The training sessions covered by Kate, Claire and Lisa Price (2009 President, JCI Sheffield) included PR, branding, stakeholder engagement, the marketing mix and measuring our successes. We were also lucky to have local multi-media business, Oxyfire, and social media guru Kym Hall, from iheartbusiness, to join us to share their insights into their areas of specialism.

Oxyfire delivered a fun and interactive session on how to produce short promotional clips for use online and it was great to see members practising interviewing each other and filming at the same time.

Kym Hall has the most amount of energy I think I have ever seen, certainly for 9:00am on a Sunday morning! She delivered a whistle stop tour of her amazing journey to setting up her international social media company, giving members lots of hints and tips along the way.

So what did the delegates really think? When I got home on Sunday evening nervously read all the feedback forms but I think some of the comments we received speak for themselves really:

"It was really amazing. I really enjoyed it and learnt a lot that I can use in the chamber and in my life. Thank you very much Kate and Claire."

"Really well done, very organised, great content and tasks. Lots of passion from Kate and Claire (and advanced knowledge of the subject)."

"As a new member I was made to feel really welcome - thanks!"

"I have really enjoyed the academy, lots of ideas to take back to my chamber."

WOW - we were blown away! Thank you to the 19 graduates and all the trainers who made such a fantastic contribution to the weekend.

Claire Evans
Communications Director, JCI UK

PS - We've already been asked if we would consider delivering the academy again in the south, something we are really excited about. If you would be interested in attending the JCI UK Marketing Academy then add a comment to this blog to help us to get the ball rolling.

Sandra made a difference in January

The Presidential recognition award "Make a difference" for January goes to Sandra Pilarczyk, 2012 President JCI Sheffield.

Sandra has gone above and beyond for JCI UK in January helping us find a great (and cheap) venue for Inspiration Day which again helped us kick start JCI Birmingham, Sandra organised a brilliant World President visit in Sheffield, motivated a record number of members to take their Friday night off from the club and the pub and also found us a great deal for a hotel in London for the WP, an item that has traditionally been very expensive.

Thank you Sandra! You made a difference in 2012!

Two days with the President

...and I don't mean myself ;)

JCI UK recently had the honour of hosting the 2012 JCI World President, Mr Bertolt Daems, from the Netherlands, 9-10 February 2012.

Among other we took the President to meet youth in Stratford, London, who proudly claimed "JCI changed my life!", to meet the Deputy Director of the Commonwealth Foundation, meet members both in London and Sheffield, help distribute donated duvets and pillows to a shelter project in Sheffield and even go on a morning run (or walk) with the JCI Sheffield Running for Nets team.

Hosting a JCI President (that's their real title, I am the "JCI UK President", the World President is simply the "JCI President") is always fun. Its also always a lot of work. But in the end, it is always a great experience and an honour.

As the National President I was expected to be the host and to accompany the President on his travels across the UK. So in addition to all the events and meetings it is also an opportunity for two people to get to know each other and (hopefully) get comfortable with each other.

I am personally very interested in the process of people getting to know each other, of people becoming friends. The President had no choice but to spend the two days with me, and so we better get comfortable, quick.

As you can see in the picture, we made friends and I must testify that the President is an incredibly inspiring person. I think that all the members who heard the President speak will agree with me. President Bertolt has true passion behind what he does, he has brilliant ideas for where the organisation should go and the impact it needs to make in its local communities in order to make a difference, and he also listens to members and is willing to spend time understanding what they are doing on the ground.

There are some blog posts coming about what the President did while in the UK, so I am not going to spoil the surprise. I personally got to spend two days with an amazing person and I am both happy that I got this opportunity and sad that it went a tiny bit too fast.

Yours,

New Year, New Challenge

In the last two years JCI has definitely taken me outside of my comfort zone - way out of it in fact! The roles of JCI UK National Convention Director and JCI London President were a big challenge. And while I love a challenge, I am looking forward to my role this year as national admin and membership direction, which suits my organised and detail-orientated personality.

That does not mean the role won't be challenging. Co-ordinating this year's national board, with its high proportion of impulsive extroverts will be one. Helping out our very diverse chambers across the country, who will each have different needs and challenges of their own will be another. I can't wait!

One of the things I enjoy most about JCI is the chance to work with a broad mix of people with different personalities and professions. I am excited to be on national board with members from chambers across the country, which I'm sure will be a very different experience to being on a local council.

I am looking forward to using my two years of experience as JCI London's membership director to develop and bring new ideas to my role. I am already getting a buzz every time I get a notification that a new member has signed up on the website (and the year has started VERY well in this respect!).

f there is anything I can help with, let me know. I'd love to hear your ideas on membership - how can we improve the JCI experience for our members? What are we doing well? What is missing? Contact me on sarah.beckwith@jciuk.org.uk

Planning into Action - First National Board weekend of the year

It was a long weekend, but it passed too quickly! This last weekend JCI UK National Board for 2012 had our first proper meeting as National Board and team.

And we focused a lot on the team. Looking at personalities, values, where we think the UK and JCI in the UK will go, and what we would be if we were to be an app...We laughed a lot and amazingly despite working from 10am to 7pm on Saturday, the talk and mood was still going strong when we went for dinner later Saturday night.

Saturday night did not get late, because we all had an early start Sunday morning. Sunday started with website training, then planning the whole year.

Overall we did a lot of planning, a lot of discussing, and a lot of trying to get our heads around how things will work in 2012.

On Sunday the project leaders joined us and were able to pull together the whole year from January to December and look at what has to happen when. We have lots of exciting plans to launch at Inspiration Day and in our email newsletters to all of our dear members.

A big thank you to Steven Vandevelde, RGC North and General Manager Holiday Inn Sheffield for allowing us to use his hotel the whole weekend.

Pulling together the plan for the year

-...so how is it going?

This weekend I had my first full weekend of JCI engagements as JCI UK National President. The first weekend of many to come. I think I have a free weekend some time in May, otherwise my weekends are filled with National Board meetings, international meetings, training weekends and international conventions. All good fun and all of it things I'm really looking forward to.

The weekend started in Barnsley with the JCI Barnsley 60th Annual Dinner. JCI Barnsley as always did a brilliant job with good speeches, good food and good people. It is no little feat to celebrate a 60th anniversary. How many other clubs and organisations, even companies, do you know that has survived for 60 years?

The weekend continued at the British Senate Drumming Out in Northampton. 2011 JCI UK National President Allison Cowell gave a speech at the dinner drumming out 2011 Senate Chair David Butcher, while I gave a speech at the breakfast the next day, drumming in 2012 Senate Chair Julie Blakey.

It was a great experience and it's a good feeling thinking that in 10, 20 or 50 years it is us sitting there sharing memories of our active days.

I lost count over the weekend how many times I was asked how my year is going so far, and all of two weeks in, I could answer honestly that so far I'm having fun, having a great time, working with amazing people.

I hope you've all signed up for Inspiration Day in Birmingham the 28th of January. We have more than 40 sign ups, and even guests from as far as Mongolia and Finland. If you haven't, sign up before 22nd January!

JCI World President Bertolt Daems to visit the UK

We've just received news that the JCI World President Bertolt Daems from the Netherlands will be visiting the United Kingdom 9th to the 11th of February!

President Daems will arrive in London the morning of the 9th and leave from Sheffield for Scotland for his visit to JCI Scotland the morning of the 11th.

The JCI World President, like all positions in JCI, has one year to lead. The President is elected at the World Congress the proceeding year and takes office the 1st of January in the year, holding office until the 31st of December. You can read more about what it takes to become World President on our "get involved" page.

Typically the World President visits between 70 and 90 countries in his or her year in office, we are therefore grateful that the President has chosen to visit us here in the UK.

Where can you meet the President?

While the details of the schedule is still being ironed out (for information on what it takes to host a World President, read the protocol document), the plan is that members can meet the President in both London and Sheffield during the visit.

Plans are being put in place and in the meantime, save the date for

London: 9th February
Sheffield: 10th February

Both JCI London and JCI Sheffield as well as National Board are busy preparing an outstanding programme for the President's visit.

For more information about President Daems you can read his bio, read his (or JCI's) Plan of Action for 2012 or visit his campaign page.

JCI Yorkshire in the Press - Budding entrepreneurs made to sell region

Junior chamber members are saving lives by halting the spread of malaria, and helping to sell Yorkshire to a global audience.

Yorkshire entrepreneurs are leading a UK revival of Junior Chamber International (JCI), the organisation that supports young business leaders.

JCI’s Yorkshire and Lincolnshire network has almost 170 members, and Kate Senter, the president of Sheffield JCI, is helping to relaunch the operation in Birmingham, where JCI has struggled in recent years.

Yorkshire’s growing importance as a base for the JCI network is reflected in the fact that the county has staged the JCI UK National Convention twice in the last three years – Sheffield in 2011 and Leeds in 2009.

JCI – a volunteer network for people in their twenties and thirties – was founded in 1915 in St Louis, Missouri. It spread to the UK in 1925. JCI gives young professionals the chance to take part in community projects.

“The Yorkshire chambers support each other in a way that is not replicated elsewhere in the UK,” said Ms Senter. “We are all proud of our individual chambers but we are extremely proud to be JCI Yorkshire. That’s why we collectively hosted the JCI UK national convention, which was held in Sheffield and billed as ‘The Only Way is Yorkshire’.”

Sheffield is one of the biggest individual chambers with 80 members, while Leeds has 50. Bradford, Doncaster, Barnsley and Boston in Lincolnshire have 38 members between them.

Over the years, JCI in Yorkshire has provided mentoring for young people who have gone on to achieve national prominence. Bernard Hogan-Howe, the new Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, is a former member of JCI Sheffield.

Former US Presidents Al Gore, Bill Clinton and John F Kennedy were all members of JCI in the US.

In Leeds, JCI members have been doing their bit to fight malaria as part of a national campaign. Members produced a charity calendar to support the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign and they held a fashion show.

Ms Senter added: “2011 has seen many chambers increase their numbers and deliver award winning programmes. We are already seeing chambers working together to provide a truly regional offering to members and this is where our strength lies.

“In Yorkshire, we work as a team to provide the best value and the best experience for members.”

Ms Senter has been given the job of “rebuilding” JCI in Birmingham, where the chamber is due to be revived at an event this month (JAN). She added: “2012 will be about strengthening our chambers and ensuring that we continue to be a relevant and accessible organisation for ambitious young people who want to make a positive impact.”

Two JCI Presenter courses in the first quarter of 2012

JCI Presenter is an effective presentation course that focuses on the concepts of creating and delivering an effective presentation, utilizing visual aids and strong delivery methods with a mind towards understanding the audience. Throughout the full day course, participants practice the preparation and delivery of a range of presentations.

JCI Presenter should be taken by all members who want to expand their presentation skills in order to make an impact - be it delivering better project reports or intervening during chapter meetings.

After graduating from JCI Presenter Phil Cavalier-Lumley, President of JCI Bradford soon had the chance to practice what he had learnt and sent the following feedback:

"I used your training and tips. I rehearsed, recorded myself, timed myself, tweaked and tweaked until I was completely happy that my speech was motivational but accurate and I strolled up to the podium with a new kind of confidence and let loose.

I was approached by people afterwards who I didn't know but who congratulated me on such an inspirational speech. The Strategic Director of Young People Services in Bradford commented on my powerful speech and agreed with my view on developing young people in Bradford.

I may sound big headed to say I was ON FIRE but I have never felt that good delivering a presentation and I've never had such brilliant feedback.

I have to say that your training certainly made a big contribution to my success - many thanks!"

Phil has since gone on to win the 2011 JCI UK public speaking competition and was part of the debating team that won the JCI UK debating competition this year also.

The first course in the UK for 2012 is to be hosted by JCI London on Saturday 4th February with Lina Derkeshli as head trainer and Solveig Malvik as assistant trainer. The price is £35 for a full day of training including lunch. To book you place go to www.eventelephant.com/jcipresenterlondon

The second course is being hosted by JCI Sheffield on Saturday 3rd March with Maggie Georgopoulos as head trainer and Emma Eastwood as assistant trainer and again the cost is £35 for a full day of training, including lunch. To book go to www.eventelephant.com/jcipresentersheffield

For more information contact Emma Eastwood at e.eastwood@cityliving.co.uk

President's message - December

Dear JCI UK Members, Senators and Friends.

Well this is it .... I really can't believe I am writing my last message to you as JCI UK National President!

So let's start with some facts;

I believe I am the first non Senator National President to have spoken at the Senate Drumming out breakfast

One week later I was made a Senator - which was fantastic

This year I have travelled 17,503 miles on behalf of JCI UK

I have visited all chambers in the UK, with the exception of JCI Portsmouth

I think I have grown as a person, and no not just in size because of all the great food, drink and hospitality I have received!

I have to be honest and say I still don't enjoy public speaking, but I don't get anywhere near as nervous as I did, I may be ready to try it without a script soon!?!?

I have graduated from JCI Presenter, and JCI Achieve during the year.

I gave my first 'official' training session this year during the Local Leaders weekend

The Alli Clap is now a well known phrase and well used action!

I have had the most amazing experience of my life.

JCI UK has grown by more than 25%

JCI UK received recognition in Brussels at World Congress for achieving 100% efficiency this year

JCI UK has raised more than $32k for the Nothing But Nets Campaign this year

JCI UK has 2 new chambers on the verge of staring, and there are some talks underway about a couple of others

JCI UK has 'Excelled in 2011'

The last weekend of November was the JCI UK National Convention, and wow what a weekend. The weekend was hosted by JCI Yorkshire and was held in Sheffield. The Conference team did a fantastic job, and it was made all the better by the brilliant delegates, who really got involved and took advantage of the opportunities on offer during the weekend. It was great to see so many different people playing a part in the weekend from hosting a session, taking part in the competitions and delivering training. It was also brilliant to see so many members of the British Senate in Sheffield too, and to see them right in the heart of it with the JCI UK members.

The weekend was jam packed but my favourite part of the weekend was Saturday night....the prestigious awards ceremony. It was great to be able to recognise so many individuals and chambers for their phenomenal efforts this year. But it was not just the award winners that I was proud of, it was each and every person who has helped to make 2011 such a great year.

It was all happening on Saturday night, after the awards ceremony, I had the massively great honour of announcing 4 individuals as Senators, and therefore, life long members of JCI, Paul Thwaite, Lorna Bainbridge, Julia Goodfellow-Smith, and our 2012 National President Solveig Malvik.

It was then time for the moment I had not been looking forward to ...... the passing of the Chain, I've become rather attached to the chain! From the photo's I have seen it looks like Solveig and I are high fiving on the stage, but no that was me officially swearing her in to office.

All that was left for us to do was to party to the live band, who were fantastic, and then party some more at the after party.

It was an amazing night, and the reaction in the room when I finished my speech is something that will stay with me forever - THANK YOU.

All in all it was a brilliant end to a brilliant year.

A couple of weeks ago I was really chuffed to have been able to attend the JCI Achieve course that was run in Sheffield. I had heard such good things of the course that I was really pleased that I got the chance to attend it. Maggie and Lesley from JCI Scotland braced the wind and the snow and came down to deliver the course, and it was cracking. It's always great to get together with other Jaycees and bounce around ideas and get all motivated to go back to you home chamber and make a difference. But, can you believe I have been a member for all this time and never attended an official course, and this year, my busiest year in JCI, I have managed to attend two - brilliant!!

So all that is left for me to say is, thank you for all of your support and hard work this year, I hope you have had as good a year as I have had, and I am really looking forward to see what great things we can achieve in Chapter 2012.

I hope you have a lovely Christmas, a great New Year, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

JCI UK - we've 'Excelled in 2011'

Cheers

Alli

JCI UK National President
Email: allison.cowell@jciuk.org.uk
Senator # 70323

Getting ready for 2012

2011 is coming to an end and JCI UK is preparing for 2012. As 2012 National President my role so far this year has been to support Alli, the 2011 President, and prepare for 2012.And right now, that is getting really busy!

JCI UK really has a great team on National Board in 2012. I'm very grateful that all these amazing people are dedicating a year of their lives to JCI UK. Our role as National Board is to support our members and help the Local Presidents be their best.

In this blog post you can meet the members of the JCI UK National Board 2012.

From left:

Jen Little - Regional Group Chair. Jen Little is Local President JCI Cambridge 2010 and 2011 and will give the JCI UK South region a big lift with her experience from getting chambers up and running. Jen has a lot of passion for JCI and can also help you get your LinkedIN account up to scratch.

Claire Evans (nee Dempster) - Communication Director. Claire is one of two Communication directors on JCI UK's 2012 board. Claire works in communication and marketing outside of JCI. Claire was the 2010 Local President in JCI Leeds and won the 2010 Most Outstanding President for JCI Europe in the 49-100 members category. Claire loves her husband almost as much as she loves JCI.

Allison Cowell - Immediate Past President. Alli is a Past JCI Boston Local President and is JCI UK National President 2011. Alli has worn the Treasurer hat for JCI UK the last couple of years, a hat she truly enjoys but really looks forward to putting down though she will never put down the spreadsheets.

Emma Eastwood - Personal Development Director. Emma is 2009 JCI Leeds Local President and works in real estate. Emma is passionate about training and having a good time. Emma has the longest legs and the shortest skirts on National Board but we still love her. Or maybe that's just why we love her.

Kate Senter - Communication Director. As one of two communication directors Kate will take care of among other social media for JCI UK in 2012. Outside of JCI Kate works in internal communications and is the 2011 JCI Sheffield Local President. Kate enjoys running marathons in Scotland or wherever else it is likely to rain.

Solveig Malvik - National President (me). Solveig is 2010 Local President JCI London and in 2011 was Marketing Director JCI UK. Solveig's had a varied career across the world and is currently head of marketing for a British work based learning company. You probably didn't know that I was a goth when I was a teen; fisnets, corsets, black hair and the full package, even managing a gothic nightclub on the side of my studies.

Tim Metcalfe - International Director. Tim has been a member of JCI Leeds for a number of year but it was only after traveling to the European Conference in Aarhus that Tim discovered the international aspects of JCI. Since then Tim has barly missed a JCI event and the only thing he regrets is not discovering this earlier. Tim runs his own IT business and is often seen at 1950s themed parties in London.

Soraya Bowen - Website Manager. Soraya joined JCI to get active in the community side of things but quickly got involved with everything. Not quite sure how she has time for everything but my theory is that this girl does not sleep. Ever. And she also runs marathons. How?!?

Steven Vandevelde - Regional Group Chair, Yorkshire. Being a foreigner in Yorkshire cannot be easy but Steven has embraced the region full heartedly and the region him. Steven was JCI Sheffield Local President 2010 and is the General Manager at the Holiday Inn hotels in Sheffield. Steven is always there with a smile, even if its Saturday and someone has to change all the locks in both hotels.

Sarah Beckwith - Administration & Membership Director. Sarah is JCI London President 2011 and almost as fond of spreadsheets as Alli. Sarah is a chartered surveyor and when she's not doing her job or JCI you can find her on a sailboat somewhere off the coast of England.

JCI UK Christmas Appeals

You may remember that last year some JCI's around the UK linked up with a Colin Nesbitt of Little Heroes, a children cancer charity based in Bradford. Colin travelled around the UK dropping presents off at children's cancer hospitals in the run up to Christmas.

He's aiming to do the same thing again this year, can you help? If you can contact Colin direct at littleheroes@hotmail.co.uk to introduce yourself and express your interest in helping him that would be fantastic.

The last clothes collection in aid of the Nothing But Nets Campaign by JCI Boston took place on the 30th September, 95 bags were collected, this should take their overall total to over £800! Thank you for your donations. JCI Barnsley also raised in excess of £50.00 from their clothing collection earlier in the year and JCI London also got in on the action by arranging a clothes way event!

It really is as easy as collecting old clothes from friends, family, colleagues, members and anyone else you can think of! Then simply contact Bag 2 the Future who will send you bags to put the clothes in and arrange a pick up date. They will pick up the clothes and send you a cheque! It really is that simple to send a net and save a life with JCI Nothing But Nets campaign!

Flooding Against Malaria

An unexpected side-effect of the flooding in parts of Pakistan has been that millions of spiders climbed up into the trees to escape the rising flood waters.

Because of the scale of the flooding and the fact that the water has taken so long to recede, many trees have become cocooned in spiders webs.

People in this part of Sindh have never seen this phenomenon before but they also report that there are now far fewer mosquitoes than they would expect, given the amount of stagnant, standing water that is around.

It is thought that the mosquitos are getting caught in the spiders web thus reducing the risk of malaria, which would be one blessing for the people of Sindh, facing so many other hardships after the floods.

The JCI UK Penny War is nearing its end, so collect up those pennies and send us the pounds! As a final twist in this tale we are asking Chambers and individuals to create pictures with their pennies and email them to me so that I can judge the best and a prize will be awarded at National Convention.

So email me those pics and lets see if we can save a few more lives and support the JCI Nothing But Nets Campaign!

JCI Achieve in the UK

JCI UK's training team is pleased to announce that we will be running JCI Achieve on Saturday 10th December 2011 at the Holiday Inn, Royal Victoria in Sheffield.

It is a full day course that uses discussions and case studies to understand and establish the local organisation's identity, its purpose and what to do to accomplish JCI's mission, effectively adopt and use recognisable and appreciated activities, understand the existing demographic groups and their characteristics and how to build an attractive organization that will bring in new members who are looking for the development opportunities and want to create positive change as active citizens.

Kate Senter, President, JCI Sheffield (pictured here) said: "JCI Achieve really opened my eyes to how we can define our activity, what we stand far and how to share this vision! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to understand more about building an active chamber and share best practice. I personally have found this to be the most powerful of all the JCI official courses! "

As this course is held in such high regard by JCI internationally, JCI UK will be subsidising the price which means members will be getting a full day of amazing training for just £25, including lunch and refreshments.

JCI UK have been very busy arranging international trainers to run this session so it has taken a little longer than hoped to communicate this out to you all, but we know a number of members are already interested in booking a place

Date: Saturday 10th December
Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm
Venue: Holiday Inn, Royal Victoria in Sheffield
Booking: For more information or to book a place please contact Emma Eastwood on 07966222707 or e.eastwood@cityliving.co.uk
