It appears that many of us are looking forward to being able to "post once" and having it pushed out to all our blogs and social networks. If Google intends to be a player in this they need to roll out an API for developers ASAP. I know I anticipate a fully integrated web presence sooner than later.

Tip For Posterous Users & Folks Who Want To Cross-Post From G+:

Want to post something to your posterous blog from G+? And since Posterous can then AutoPost to just about anywhere (Twitter, Wordpress blogs, etc.) that means you can cross-post to those services as well.

Step 1: First, go to your Posterous "Manage" area for your blog and click on "Settings" (upper right). Then click on the "Edit" button in the "Commenting and Posting" section. In the first dropdown select "Anyone can post, I will moderate" and then 'Save Settings'. This step is required so that Posterous will accept email from G+ to your blog.

Step 2: In G+, add a new person for your circles using your posterous posting email's address (e.g. yourname@posterous.com). You can find that email address in the same "Manage" section from step 1.

Step 3: Create a new circle called "Posterous" and add the new 'person' you created in Step 2.

Step 4: Now for any post you make in G+, that you would like to also post to your Posterous blog simply add the 'Posterous' circle to that post. Make sure you check the box that says "Also email 1 person not yet using Google+" before clicking 'Share'.

Step 5: You will get an email from Posterous telling you that a post has been submitted, and a link for approving it to be published publicly. Please note that this allows you to store these posts in Posterous until you've approved them and until such time as you can go and make an edit, add imagery, etc. if you so choose.
