I've replace my front control arms (upper and lower) with adjustable ones from Savvy, and took it in for an alignment. I managed to come away with some questions:

The Camber in my left front is off. Does this mean that I've bent my front axle, or the C that holds the ball joints? I haven't wheeled hard, although I have installed a luchbox locker, as well as replaced the ball joints. Do you think it's possible I've chewed through another set of ball joints?

I'm guessing that since my thrust angle is off slightly that I'll need to lengthen both control arms on one side in the rear. Any idea which side to lengthen, and by how much (to get 1/3 of a degree less).

All New from Rugged Ridge The All Terrain Modular Bumper System for 2007-13 Wranglers is built from black powder coated steel and has a renewed focus on design and functionality. Owners can again design and build a bumper to fit their specific needs. The new Double X-Striker is an option currently exclusive to the All Terrain modular bumper system. A unique feature of this bumper is that it can be upgraded from a non-winch to a winch bumper. A removeable steel plate covers the winch area until the consumer is ready to add a winch.

Hello all! Just wondering if I can get some help from someone who knows a little about sound systems in general. I have a pretty good understanding of the basics, but just want a few questions answered. Things like head units and amps and subs, and how dropping the impedance on the speakers/subwoofers I have will affect them. If anyone thinks they might be able to help, it would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello all! I am fairly new to the whole Jeep life, but I finally got my 78 CJ7 mechanically sound and am now wanting to make it a little more enjoyable. What I want to do is install my own sound system. I've done one in every car I've owned and I don't think my Jeep should be any different. What I'm concerned about is since the stereo isn't a "factory" head unit and there is no wiring harness, I am going to have to wire it all up myself. Right now the wiring for the stereo is atrocious. I don't mind redoing it, but it will be a hassle nonetheless. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of head unit and speakers do best in the elements? I live in AZ so I don't want them to go out after the heat gets to them. Also, any input or suggestions on how to wire this stuff would be phenomenal! Thanks in advance!

In one of the biggest-ever showdowns between an automaker and the government, Chrysler on Tuesday is expected to file papers explaining its refusal to recall 2.7 million older Jeep SUVs that are at risk of catching fire in rear-end collisions.

The government says 51 people have suffered fiery deaths in Jeep Grand Cherokees and Libertys with gas tanks mounted behind the rear axles. But Chrysler is expected to stick to its contention that the SUVs are as safe as similar vehicles on the road. The Jeeps, it says, met all federal safety standards when they were built, some more than two decades ago.

A year and a half ago I traded my 1997 TJ, it had the 2.5L with a soft top and half doors. I bought a 2012 VW Jetta TDI it was an awesome car but after a week of owning it I regretted getting rid of my jeep. So as of Friday I am once again a proud jeep owner. It is a 2003 jeep wrangler rubicon with full doors and a hard top, I love it.

I have a 98 wrangler Sahara edition with a 4 inch lift and 33 inch mud terrain tires. I'm moving from Alabama to Texas and Ill be traveling back and forth frequently but I don't want to get rid of my baby. So, I will have to make some upgrades to help with MPG to make the trip a little less heavy on the engine and a little less expensive in the long run. What upgrades could I make to help?

I'm moving from Alabama to Texas and I don't want to sell my jeep. It's a 98 dark green wrangler Sahara edition with a 4 inch lift and 33 inch tires. I will be making more than a few trips a year between Texas and Alabama so I want to make a few upgrades to help my MPG. So my question is, what kind of upgrades could I make to help? Computer chip? Pipes? Cold air intake? Etc?
