You've probably have seen a few of my post sharing about skincare tips from Dr. Howard Murad. I was recently given the opportunity to try out a couple of their products. I received the Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture and the Intensive Resurfacing Peel. As summer is near and weather gets warmer, I need to keep my skin hydrated and maintain a youthful and healthy appearance.

Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture

This moisturizer cream is Über-rich, and contains a skin-quenching formula that instantly relieves dry, dehydrated skin while providing lasting moisturizer to restore youthful resilience and tone. I use it under my makeup in the morning. This moisturizer is a bit thicker than most moisturizers I use, but it's very creamy and smooth. It's also not greasy at all. There's no fragrance (just a light pleasant smell), which I prefer. I've been using the product (with small amounts) for a few days now and my skin didn't have any blemishes or break-outs. I have combination skin as well as sensitive skin. I did notice that my skin doesn't feel bumpy as it used to be.

I want to get rid of them and look younger, of course. You might find it a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for: quality and optimal results.

I've always wanted to try circle lenses, but never had a chance to buy them. I've only tried Freshlook color contacts. These cosmetic lenses are great for enhancing your eyes in photoshoots or any occasion. It was first popular in Asia and now around the world. Circle contact lenses are wider in diameter, giving the appearance of a larger iris.

I was recently given the opportunity to try a couple pairs from AngelContacts. I chose the GEO Fresh Circle Lens in brown and the GEO Magic Circle Lens in black. I really like them. Each pair comes in a vial and a lens case.

Since my natural eye color is brown/hazel, I chose this one in brown color for a more natural look and enhance the iris and details at the same time. GEO Magic Circle Contact Lens: This series gives your eyes a big & beautiful stunning blacked out look. I really like these ones because it made my eyes seemed bigger with a larger iris. It looked dramatic and it's quite different. Again, quite comfortable to wear.

Tip 1: Start Wearing SPF

No one is ever too young to protect themselves from the sun. The general consensus in the medical community is that the majority of sun damage occurs before a person turns 18 years old. Younger skin is much more sensitive to sun exposure and free radical damage. And many signs of skin damage are cumulative as we age and will likely not be visible until you are much older. I recommend everyone wear SPF on a daily basis because most sun damage occurs during daily activities. This incidental exposure includes more than just direct sunlight on bare skin while you’re tanning. Light also reflects off surfaces, comes through building and car windows and penetrates through clothing.

Tip 2: Eat More Eggs

When weakened skin and connective tissue can no longer hold fat invisibly in place, it migrates up through the skin to become cellulite. To build healthy new cells with strong membranes, your body needs lecithin, which is found in many foods – including eggs, soy, spinach, peanuts, apples, cauliflower, and potatoes.

Tip 3: Try Dry Skin Brushing

This simple technique is one of the most effective exfoliating treatments for skin with cellulite and stretch marks. Use a body brush or exfoliating gloves to remove old dead and dying cells, while simultaneously increasing the blood flow to the affected areas and stimulating the body’s ability to remove built-up toxins.

Tip 4: Add More Raw Fruits and Vegetables to Your Grocery List
