Yes Google is back with a bang and this time it's with its ultra fast browser CHROME. The Browser is really fast when comparing with other browsers and the re are many specializations in it. As many browsers tend to get slow as the day progresses and as the pages load, chrome over comes this drawback pretty easily as the loading time of the page is pretty fast.

You also get to see many other factories in the browser like Auto-URL search, Google is the best search engine that is mostly preferred by every one and what will happen when the best in the business launches its own browser ??? Naturally all the search engine optimization algorithms will be implemented in the browser. As you type the URL in the address bar, you get all the possibilities of the web sites while you type the address, and if there are no such URL's found CHROME launches its search mechanism to make sure that all the search procedures are complete before it show s you that ** Page can not be found**.

Though CHROME is in its begining stages and there are no add-ons for it, Google will definately bring more of them soon.I was pretty amazed to see this browser the very first time i used it. This open source browser is sure gonna rock and change the way we do use browsers.Lets wait and watch as what is coming next in series..

Delete Your Gmail Account

To cancel a Gmail account and delete the associated Gmail address:

Go to Google Account Settings.
Follow the Edit link next to My products.
Click Delete Gmail Service under Delete a Service.
- You can also choose Close account and delete all services and info associated with it to remove your entire Google account (including your search history, Google Docs, iGoogle page, AdWords and AdSense as well as other Google services).
Make sure Yes, I want to permanently delete deletemememetoo@gmail.com and remove from my Google account. is checked.
Enter an alternative email address under New email address.
- Gmail will already have entered the secondary address you used when creating the Gmail account.
- The alternative email address becomes your new Google account user name.
- Make sure you enter an email address to which you have access. You need that access to complete deleting your Gmail account.
Enter your Gmail password under Current password.
Click Remove Gmail.
Open the "Gmail Removal Confirmation" email from "accounts-noreply@google.com" at the email address you specified as your new.
Follow the deletion link in it.
Type your Gmail password under Password:.
Click Verify.
- Keep in mind that you cannot undo this step.

People who mail your old Gmail address will get back a delivery failure message. Make sure you announce a new or alternate old address where desired.

I am new guy to Australia. and now I am living in Sydney. For the first time it was very difficult for me to find out the places and address here. Even though with the help of some city maps and friends I found out my Scheduled Class Addresses and other main places.

Two days before one of my Korean friends here named Angella ( Yeon Sik Ham ) called me to her home. The main problem for me was to find out her address in the Big City - Sydney. Fortunately Google came to help me with its Google Street View. and this is the thing people had been looking for " How can I see my Home's ( House's ) Clear picture in Google Map ?" . Here you can see clear picture as well as in 360° view.
Look down for the Sydney Central Railway Station. Just drag the image by using your mouse to see its 360° view. Use Arrow keys to navigate.

Google Street View is a feature of Google Maps and Google Earth that provides 360° panoramic street-level views and allows users to view parts of selected cities and their surrounding metropolitan areas at ground level. When it was launched on May 25, 2007, only five American cities were included. It has since expanded to hundreds of locations in the United States, France, Italy, Australia and Japan.

Google Street View displays photos that were previously taken by a camera mounted on a car, and can be navigated using either the arrow keys on the keyboard or by using the mouse to click on arrows displayed on the screen. People are complaining that it is a breach of privacy, I personally think that it is an amazing and great service. Google has been nice enough to blur out faces and number plates after people were caught in embarrassing situations in America (like going into certain stores they shouldn't have!). There are some number places and faces that have been missed but they've done entire cities, so that's definitely to be expected.

Google Street View only shows what people walking and driving down the street would see. If you didn't want something to be discovered, you shouldn't have done it while being visible from cars passing by!

It has been designed to help people see the streets of places they are looking for. For me it is a great service. Now I can see what a place looks like before I go there, I can find a house or shopping centre or function centre online before having to search to find it when I am there. I've been able to find places on Google maps that I knew of but didn't know the address. It don't mind that my house is on there, it's a good way to direct people to my house now. Rather than showing someone a map, you can show them your street. You can say, "see that house with the white fence? That is my house. Just go one street down from that pizza place there." Imagine how great it would be to have this kind of functionality on a GPS system!

10 Great things NOT to do with Google AdSense

1. Do not use fake information when opening your Google AdSense account.

Google says that’s a no-no and they will cut your account off and keep all the money you may have earned. Besides, trying to hide your true identity can cause serious problems with the I.R.S. or whoever your tax authority is.

2. Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

Any attempt to bypass Google’s built-in algorithms not only poses a danger to the integrity of the network, but it threatens the financial modle that Google operates under. You’re not dealing with some Mom-and-Pop company here, and Google has the legal muscle and deep enough pockets to drag you through every court in the land if you damage their business with your hacking antics.

3. Keep AdSense ads off of your registration, confirmation, and all "thank you" pages.

Don’t ask me why you can’t put your ads there. It makes sense to me that those would be wonderful locations. Google thinks otherwise, however, and doing so is a hanging offense according to their Terms of Service.

4. Do not display AdSense ads and a competitor's ads (like Overture's) on the same page at the same time.

That just makes plain good sense. Google doesn’t demand 100% SITE loyalty from you, but they do insist that their own ads not be cluttered up by offerings from their competitors.

5. Don't "beg for clicks" or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.

This is a biggie and you see this rule violated all the time. Any of the “get paid to do stuff” sites that put Google ads in the member’s control panels are walking the plank and they don’t even realize it. Even those sites with the polite little messages asking you to “help keep my site running by clicking on our sponsor’s ads” are asking to be cut off if those happen to be Google ads.

6. Never click on the ads running on your own site, even if you are genuinely interested in the product or service and are thinking of buying it!Nothing screams FRAUD louder than a webmaster running up his or her own click counts by happily clicking on ads fromtheir own site. The Google Gods can track this activity and it won’t be long until you find yourself getting a goodbye note from their fraud team.

7. No misleading labeling

Google is very specific about what text can be placed around their ads. Their Terms of Service state: “Publishers may not label the ads with text other than ‘sponsored links’ or ‘advertisements.’ This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.”
This is to keep visitors from becoming confused and barking up Google’s tree when they clicked on an ad that led to a porn site instead of the recipe site they were expecting to visit.

8. Avoid keyword spamming and other divisive tricks

You may be tempted to buy one of those “generates thousands of key-word rich pages in seconds” programs that are so popular these days but I’ll tell you this: Their days are numbered. Google is wise to such shenanigans and they will be hot on your trail. Other prohibited gimmicks include:

• ”Sneaky” page redirects that send a visitor off to a different site then they were expecting to visit.

• Multiple sites, domains, pages, etc. which have substantially duplicate content.

• Hidden text or links of any type.

• Excessive outbound links on any page. Google recommends no more than 100. I’d keep it way below that.

• And here is a nugget of wisdom straight from Google’s mouth: “Do not participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web as your website may be affected adversely by those links.

9. Don’t advertise anything on Google’s prohibited items list.

It’s a lot shorter lists than PayPal’s or eBay’s, but it includes a lot of the same stuff like hacking/cracking content, porn, illegal drugs, gambling sites, beer or hard alcohol (I guess wine is OK), weapons, and the other usual stuff.

10. And the 10th dumbest thing NOT to do with Google AdSense is to let the other nine things stop you from running an honest site that’s designed to make the most out of this very profitable opportunity that Google offers!

Gresemonkey is working smoothly in Mozilla Firefox. If you don't have MozillaFirefox Don't worry Google provide it for free with Google free software pack.

1. Go to the GreaseMonkey Addon page

Most extensions can be found on the Mozilla Add-ons website. I’ll be installing the Greasemonkey extension. Greasemonkey is a bit different than other extensions, in that it’s kind of a parent extension. With Greasemonkey installed you’ll be able to install all other kinds of baby extensions (called userscripts) to tweak web sites even more.

2. Click on the install link

Firefox extensions end with the .XPI suffix. When you click on an .XPI file, Firefox knows how to open and install it for you. The official Mozilla Add-ons page shows all of the links with a green Install This button. If you are installing an extension from somewhere else it might look different.

3. Click on the Install Now button

When Firefox recognizes that you are installing an extension it brings up a box asking you if you want to install it. Click Install Now.

4. Restart Firefox to Finish Installation

The installation will not be complete until you restart Firefox. The good news is that Firefox will remember all the pages you are viewing right now, so go ahead and click on the Restart Now button.

Google has just launched a mobile version of Orkut at m.orkut.com - this new mobile site lets you read scraps, receive updates from existing friends plus you can approve or decline new friend requests.

You can also navigate the Orkut mobile using keypad shortcuts on your mobile phone like 3 for (F)riends, 7 for (S)crapbook, etc.

If you don't have a mobile with GPRS don't hesitate to check the mobile version from your Desktop. To check open the link in new window/tab m.orkut.com

One of my friends Julie Ann Apura use to open and use Orkut from her mobile with Opera mini. I am sure this news should be a great one for her and the guys and gals like her.
The mobile version is very much convenient and user friendly. Nobody want to bother about the current disabilities of the mobile version. Because all we know what are the changes took place to the Desktop version of Orkut with in the past one year. Like wise they should take efforts to make it wonderful and easy. we can wait for all that....

Speed Up Your Blogger Page Load Time - Compress Your CSS

Most of the Blog and Website users are using third party templates. It contains unwanted text scripts about them and the copyright etc. You can easily remove it and compress the css to work easily in browsers. You open up the xml file and then you can see the bad messy texts.

Most of the code you don’t want to tinker with but the .css code (the part that styles your entire blog with images and colors) is where some people like to change font colors, sizes, or even just space it out properly so it’s important that it’s not only neatly organized, but also properly aligned.

More importantly, did you know the more lines of code your template has, the longer it takes to load in a browser? So your 1,500 lines of code in your newest Blogger template could really be much shorter in size, thus speeding up page load times for your visitors. The slower your site, the more likely a visitor will be deterred and not wait for it to load up.

So here’s a neat trick to optimize your template. I’ve started doing it with some of the newer templates now being hosted on eBlog Templates. You’ll want to do what’s called “commpress your css” into a much smaller format. There’s a site I use called CSSDrive that offers a free web-based CSS Compressor. All you do is select a few basic options like compression mode and comments handling and then paste in your css. The css is the code between the and tags.

Make sure you backup your template code before doing this! Some people might not like how the css looks after it’s compressed so it’s best to have a backup. You also might make a mistake and copy the wrong sections which could screw up your template code. Bottom-line, backup your template before doing this. In most of the cases the Blogger will show syntax error. So beware about that.

Low Bite or Light Weight templates load smoothly in Dial-Up connections. SO you won't lost traffic.

This appears to be a cool widget/service that spiders your blog and creates a tag list in the form of a widget. The tags link to the actual content on your pages giving your readers a new way to navigate your site. The tag links open in a window right on your site and deliver your readers to the content they desire. It’s easy to use so the reader wont get discouraged.

There are different categories for tags so you don’t have to deal with jumbled up mess like those pesky tag clouds. Jiglu attempts to organize the keywords on your site to make navigation much easier.
