After all of those sleepless nights and tiring thesis documentation making, you've finally made it. Congratulations to all of you. Just don't forget that NAT700 is not your only subject this semester. Of course, you still need to pay attention to your other subjects.

For the rest of our subjects, just wait because I am planning to give you a lot of lectures so that I can have questions to ask during your final examinations next week. Stay tuned!

Revel Bars, One of My Favorite Pastry!

I've been eating this food since a long time ago. For me, they are not just ordinary cake like brownie. I am not a baker so I don't know how to describe the feeling of eating this cake. They are revel bars, and here in Batangas, I know a cake shop that sells/serves these for an affordable price.

Last time, I ordered a pack of revel bars while waiting. (One pack consisting of four pieces.) I opened it and eat a piece to kill time. Oh yeah, it's just so good. That's why, I always go back to their store for it. The store is located at Bolbok, Batangas City. Anne's Homes of Macaroons is the name but I think they changed it to just Anne's cakes and pastry. That's on the left of Lourdes Subdivision entrance and on the right of Batangas Sport Complex main gate.

They are also offering a lot of different cakes and pastries. Just go there and choose your favorite from their menu.

Snuzzle Puzzle, the 3D Cube Puzzles in Foam | Where to Buy Them?

I really love puzzles and I am on a hunt on this kind of puzzles nowadays. When I saw this puzzles, I don't know how they are called. But recently, i discovered that they are the "Snuzzle Puzzle". Snuzzle Puzzles are not just ordinary jigsaw puzzles because they require you to build the pieces into a 3D cube! Well, just check the photos below:

This was my friend's property, I just borrowed it for one day to figure out how they are solved and I made it! They have different colors. Different colors means different styles and shapes. I means that, every set has its unique way of solving. For me, the green set was the hardest while the yellow set being the easiest

Here is a close-up view of the set (still mounted on its frame.) They are made of foam, the same materials with the big puzzles we used as mat on our floors (usually with letters or numbers.)

Here are the six of them, all solved. These puzzles are challenging and fun. For me, every time I will solve them, it seems to be the first time I am going to do that. (Maybe because I just can't memorize the specific solving pattern.) Now, I am wondering where can I buy these here in the Philippines. Any tips?

Jollibee at Robinson's Mall Lipa

Children here in Philippines almost idolize the Jollibee - a fast food chain which is very popular here. It is a common promise that when a kid behaves all the time, his parents might treat him at the Jollibee. Kids are facinated by their chicken-crunchy-biting commercials that are being aired on all TV networks.

Last Sunday, we went to Jollibee and together with some friends, we ordered refreshing Coke float to quench our thirst. Our deaf friends managed to get a 20% discount because of their PWD ID or Persons With Disability ID card.

For me, Jollibee's burger taste better than McDonald's. That's just an opinion.

Well, if you’re a meat lover, you’ll definitely love the baby back ribs. Actually, this food has been served on thousands of restaurants around the world and here in Batangas (Philippines), Johanna’s Grille is one of them.

There are a lot of foods on their menu but of course, you should always try the “restaurant’s best”, and here at Johanna’s Grille, it is the baby back ribs! Here are some photos of a serving.

The restaurant interior was authentic. I guess it was inspired by the Spanish-Colonial design since there is lot of ornament pieces depicting the he Spanish culture of the Philippines.
