I'm so excited to share with you my experience of arriving in Raleigh, NC for three days from China. It's been a dream of mine to visit this beautiful city and explore its culture and music scene.

As soon as I landed at the airport, I felt a warm welcome from the friendly people and the sunny weather. I took a taxi to my hotel, which was located in the downtown area. I was amazed by the skyscrapers and the green spaces that surrounded them. I checked in and unpacked my luggage, then headed out to see the sights.

One of the first places I visited was the North Carolina Museum of Art. I love art and I was curious to see what kind of artworks they had. I was not disappointed. The museum had a huge collection of paintings, sculptures, and other media from different periods and regions. I especially enjoyed the contemporary art section, where I saw some stunning pieces by local artists. I also liked the outdoor park, where there were more sculptures and installations that blended with nature.

The next day, I decided to go to the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. I'm fascinated by science and nature, and I wanted to learn more about the history and diversity of life on Earth. The museum had four floors of exhibits that covered topics such as dinosaurs, fossils, animals, plants, geology, astronomy, and more. I spent hours exploring the different galleries and interactive displays. I even got to see a live show at the Daily Planet Theater, where they demonstrated some cool experiments and phenomena.

But the highlight of my trip was the music. Raleigh is known for its vibrant and diverse music scene, and I wanted to experience it for myself. I went to several live music venues, such as The Pour House Music Hall, Kings, and Lincoln Theatre. I listened to different genres of music, such as rock, folk, jazz, blues, hip hop, and more. I was blown away by the talent and passion of the musicians and singers. They made me feel the emotions and stories behind their songs. They also made me feel welcome and part of their community.

I had a wonderful time in Raleigh, NC. It was a great opportunity to see a different side of America and to discover new things. I learned a lot about the culture, history, art, science, and music of this place. I also made some new friends who shared their perspectives and experiences with me. I'm so grateful for this adventure and I can't wait to come back again.

2012年8月汇总：
本月总里程在65公里左右。

8.30 《当我谈跑步时我谈些什么》，跑步时我在想什么，答案是神游。跑步时对周围事物变得敏感，注意到跑场旁边灌木从里的蛐蛐叫；东南角不知练得什么拳的那群人，今天只有一位姑娘；经常遇到的一位拿着哑铃跑的瘦长跑友今天不在；那几位一边跑步一边练口语的好几个姑娘小伙，只有两个人。

8.28 东操场，快开学了，人影见多，附近居民饭后纳凉散步的也不少。遇见父子二人慢跑，小孩两岁左右，对爸爸说："我坚持不住了"，奶声奶气，萌。我未来的儿子或女儿，粑粑也想带你去跑步，只是现在没有遇到你妈妈，粑粑一定先把你妈妈教会，在带着你一起跑，如果你跑不动了，粑粑就背着你拉着妈妈一起跑。

8.23 24 25 连续打三天篮球，全身散架。岁数大了，脾气也见长啊。

8.21 又开始电闪雷鸣，跑步泡汤。

8.20 跑步六公里，30分钟。下午又是电闪雷鸣，还冰雹，兀自担心阳台上昨天洗的N件衣服，还好没事。雨后东操场，跑起来闷闷的但空气又清新，跑道上一片狼藉，细小的树衩映着远远的灯光，看起来像蛇一样，�人。快开学了，又是一年新生，跑道也将不复如此静谧宜人，下一阶段要到四个月以后了。

8.15 跑步30分钟，6公里。跑步时两手空空，小短裤是最爽的，脸皮厚了，东操场里也裸着上半身跑。知道IPHONE里有很多跑步APP也懒得的带手机，现在发现跑步软件NIKEPLUS+有用方便多了。

8.13 跑步30分钟。下午一场暴雨，晚上湿气很重，很耗体力。旁边跑道的三男一女，边跑步边练习口语，应该也是跑步常客，经常见到，但那一口口语，额……还遇到一个穿着高跟鞋的女人在跑道上走步，日你先人板板，不爱惜你自己总得爱惜跑道吧，我们这夜跑的还一般在外圈跑呢！

8.12 休息，养脚。正常室内锻炼强度，貌似没完成。今天捡了一毛钱，哈哈。

8.11 和老湿，蹬哥，理工篮球，累。现在打球，油了，怎么省力怎么打，还时不时的犯懒，完全没冲拼狠劲，被虐的不行了，窜拔几下，又蔫了，老了不中用了。

8.10 又是一阵大雨。

8.9 跑步40分钟。台风后第一天，傍晚时马路上空气异常清新，而夜晚跑步时却感觉有些湿闷，东操场上满地各种落叶，边上随处可见东倒西歪的树杈。跑到30分钟左右时，又开始下起了阵雨，前面三个小姑娘好似没感觉到大雨一样，我这老爷们也不能甘居人下，一口气又跑了好几圈，汗水雨水全湿身，尼玛真爽。大风，突起阵雨，东操场的足球门柱被昨天台风刮倒躺在地上，扫地阿姨斜倚在教学底楼停车场墙角上，轻轻地拍打着小孙子，毫无声响，隔着灌木的对面马路嗖地飘走一个混身白衣，坏了的路灯一闪一闪，空荡荡的校园，只有道路两旁树木随风沙沙作响。尼玛啊，什么狗日的天气环境，直接拍恐怖片，得了。

8.8 台风天，暴风骤雨，无跑。

8.1 跑步半小时。农历十四，月亮很圆很亮，星星很多，如果不是坚持锻炼，会以为杭州是看不到月亮的。微风，跑着很舒服，现在已经是养成跑步的习惯了，非常喜欢这种满身汗珠顺着肌肤一点一滴的留下去的感觉，像是生命的长度在那一瞬间拉长了，跑步三月，与最初的目的也变化了许多。

由于脚伤，7月基本上废掉了，锻炼不规律。

7.28 和邹老湿一起理工篮球，天气炽热，去时已近傍晚，小风吹着，温度奇爽。脚崴，休息四周，体力充足，还不敢太发力，影响动作，好久没这么爽了。洗澡时才发现，下午篮球时左腰上被划了一条长长的血痕，不疼，看着有点不自然，葚人。
