Summary of the Movie:

Sva Mei Bam Nul, Thai Drama speaks Khmer, is showing the reality of people's lives in the City of Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand. Living a good life in the big city like Bangkok is very hard especially for the rich people who suddenly become poor.

Like in this movie, it illustrates the fictional life but quite true to reality of one rich, royal family who turns to be poor and receive heavy debts.

Plot of the movie:

At the first scence of the movie, Princess Ei a beautiful in one royal family comes to work in one big Hotel as a designer. She is graduating from abroad with designing skill and professional decoration. She is a serious person. She looks at the job as her professonal career in life. Even though she got educated from abroad and dominated by Western civilization, she remains the same. She wanted to promote her culture.

While taking the lift to the hotel, she met a gentle man along the way. They two did not get a long with each other since very beginning. In the lift, these two person got stucked for few minutes and the girl got scared. This time they got into another argument and that they started to know each other.

Although the Princess did like that man, his name is Mr. Lab, Mr. Lab falled in love with her already. He tried to find a way to get her. He has a good friend of him and he asked everything Ms. Ei. His friend told him that Ms. Ei has a boyfriend already and that boyfriend is very mean to her. That boyfriend is very protectionistic person. He can never let other guys to closer to Ms. Lab with less than a metre distance.

Ms. Ei's family, in fact, got big trouble with financial problem. Duirng her father alive, her father took some big amount of money from his relatives to do business. But Ei's father did not progress that business due to his illness. That's why it becomes her responsibility to return the debt back. However, Ms. Ei can't get such big money like that. The creditors threatened to take her house if she can't return money on time.

Ms. Ei did not know what to do in order to get such big amount of money. At the end, she got a suggestion from the man she met at the hotel in lift. Mr. Lab who falls in love with her offers her a suggestion. If she gets marrited to him, he will responsible for the whole debt. He will give all money to the creditor. Ms. Ei can't reject that proposal since she has nothing to do in such immediate time to get millions of dollar. She accepted the offers.

However, Ms. Ei did not have good feeling with Mr. Lab at all. She did not want to get married. She just did it because she does not have other choices. On the other hand, Mr. Lab loves Ms. Ei from his heart. He wants to give her a warm family and protect her from any problems.

For the first few months, this couple can't get along with each other. Yet, Ms. Ei started to understand much about Mr. Lab's feeling. She began to him from that time on. The life of this couple went sometimes up and other down due to their fluctuation of thinking. This is really true life story. We can't escape from this at all. Sometimes we got a chance of happiness and other times we encounter problems to be solved. That is why some people say life is like the cycle between happiness and sadness, between good and bad, between joyfulness and upsetness etc.

Summary of the movie:

Mon Sneah Srey Sros was a Thai Drama and was translated into many languages including Khmer language. This film is very nice to watch. It tells about lives of three girls who came from the poor families but they are so beautiful.

They got the same class from primary school till high school. And even strange than that they went to the same college and choose the same department to study. There were all in accounting and marketing class together. Life for these three girls was so memorable. They can't stay away from each other. They always share the same feeling, happy and sad, up and down etc.

Plot of the movie:

These three girls continue to study in the university till the fourth year and they continue to another two years for Master's degree. The final exam day has come and they all passed the courses. They were so happy. The big has come to them, after all. They were fully awarded the degree of Master in Marketing and Management.

After graduation day, these three girls expect to begin a new beautiful life. However, they can't enjoy life much. Each of them has to get a job otherwise they can't survive. They have to support their family and themselves. As a girl of around 21 years of age, they all want a fansy life, highshow and civilized. They can't enjoy that dream much, though.

It is because they are coming from the poor family. They can't choose to live like the rich family. They can't be free and relax longer. They have to get a job and work hard in order to the final end of life. Each of them really dream to get married to a rich guy so that they don't need to work hard anymore.

At the first of the movie, Ms. Phim and her two other female friends they got a job in the same company. At the working place, they were forced to work and threatened them to always work hard. These three girl can't enjoy that much working life. Their manager was so mean to them until they can't stand with that manager anymore.

These three girls led by Ms. Phim to revult against the manager. That time these three girls did to follow their manager's instruction; they disturb customer and destroy small piece of the company's property. Finally, these three quit the job by their own decison and ran away to live in another privincial city, the best coastal city of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Phim has her grandma and grandpa working at the privince. Phim invited her two friends to stay there for a while. She thought that she should enjoy sometimes at the coastal city. She took the bus there and ask her grandparent to live stay for a while. Luckily, Phim's grandparents accepted the permission.

In fact, Phim's grandparents are also poor. They are working for one rich family. They look after one big house in that province. Phim got that big villa and she took the opportunity to exploit the situation. While the owner of the house did not stay there, Phim pretended to be the owner of the house. She pretended to be a rich family.

However, the owner of the house is somewhere around that province as well but they just did not come stay in their house. They stay at the hotel. The owner of house is Mr. Phuo. He is a handsome, young guy. He was there to relax for few weeks. He, finally, found out that the girl he met at the hotel is not the real owner of the house.

Then Mr. Phuo pretended to be a waiter in that Hotel nearby the coast. Ms. Phim did not like him since she thought that Mr. Phuo is a poor guy. She should only associate with the rich family. However, Mr. Phuo always follows her and wanted to know the reality why she can stay in his house. Finally, he knew that Phim is his worker's relatives. But he loves Ms. Phiim.

Finally, Mr. Phuo spent very hard time to help and stay with Phim. He has to give up everything before he can make his love comes true.

It could happen to you - Inspiring film for lovingkindness life

Summary of the movie:

It coul happen to you is one of the most inspiring movie and very touching story for lovingkindness and compassion promotion. The movie happens to tell about a life of the one American police who was so kind, generous to all types of people in his community. He is a dutiful person. He gives much value to humanity dignity rather than money.

This story is very good for life lesson, especially to teach today's aggressive individual people to be kind an peaceful like. It is good to share this movie to our friends, neighbors an family to watch, too. Let them turn back to support huminity. Let them learn how to understand others' feeling. And, in fact, this story also illustrates that don't lose faith to do good. When you are going good, there are lots of people waiting to support you. As you would the movie, our best actor in the film was so kind; he gives everything to others; he did not even care about himself at al.

Plot of the movie:

Chalie Lang (Nicolas Cage) is a member of one police department. Chalie has to go to work as normal and he is so focused on his job. He did not want any name, popularity or benefit back. What he wants is just to follow his duty as one policeman.

Charlie has one good friend, an Afro-American. They two always go together for all mission. But Charlie's friend did not act as good as Charlie. He always pushes Charlie to take care of the family. He wants Charlie to spend sometime with his wife. However, Charlie is very serious man. He fully works and he never escapes from his obligation at all.

Charlie's wife, on the other hand, never feels good towards Charlie at all. At the very first 3 years of marriage, Charlie and his wife were so care of each other. But three years later, they found out they did share a little common understanding with each other and very big part of their life did not have the intersection.

Charlie likes his job while his wife wants to go shopping. Charlie did not care about money whereas his wife always blames him about making less money. Charlie requires simple life while his wife wants a fantastic and highshow, civilized life. There are big gap between this couple and they are growing bigger and bigger by day and night.

Charlie's wife often argum with Charlie. She asks Charlie to quit job as a police and get another job which can earn lots of money. But Charlie did not follow that idea. Charlie really likes his current job. Charlie's wife tell him not to devote everything for the mission because it is dangerous and could life but Charlie did not even care of.

For many times, Charlie got injured due to his severe mission. He was honored in a row for years at his police department. Yet, he also got criticism from his wife in a row as well. She never looks at him in a good way at all. Charlie's life is a bit chaost then but he never sticks to this particular problem. As long as he can serve his society good, as long as he can bring the safety, order an security to his community, he will be fine.

One day, Charlie was in a hurry situation. He entered a cafeteria and ordered a coffee. A beautiful lady in that shop came to him and ask for order. Charlie told that he wants a cup of coffee. He waited for a while and he got his coffee. That time he almost drink his coffee, he got call from his friend that the mission is calling to complete. Charlie look at his pocket but he did have money. He then made a deal with her by making a promise with her that he has just bought a lottery and if he won, he will share to her of half of it.

Who knows! Magic happens to Charlie. The next day, Charlie got an announcement that he won millions of dollars lottery. For most of us, we may ignore our promise but Charlie did not. He came to that waitress and share her half the fortune. Charlie's wife was not happy with that. And she planned a way to grab all money from Charlie and the waitress.

Charlie's wife sued a case to the court and demand Charlie to give her all money including the money he gave to the waitress and she divorced Charlie. Charlie lost the case became a homeless person. But the story did not here. It was broadcast through TV and radio about Charlie's kindness and generousity. Then there were an initiation to create Charlie Fund all over the United States. Charlie did not his at all. The post consisting letters and some small money have been sent to Charlie's house. For almost two years, Charlie's house got full of post mail. One day, Charlie and the waitress, after they got together, returned back to their home and they found lots of mail and money.

Charlie was surprise with his fortune. He thought that he is a bad luck person. But he now realized that when we do good there is always a good return. From then onward, Charlie and his new wife continue the mission to create magic life for homeless and marginal life people all over America.

Summary of the movie

This is one of the most famous movies Mr. Jet Li have acted. Even though it was filmed in 1993, about 24 years old, this movie stay very famous among many film industries. This movie was translated into different languages including Khmer.

The whole movie is dedicating to one best, Kung Fu master. As told in history, China was richful of many scholars both theoretical knowledge and marital skills. For about 1000 years they kept this traditon moved forward. However, for the last few hundred years Chinese society went to trouble. Many people or groups fought each other for popularity and supports and in order to get the highest domination in Chinese society.

Plot of the movie:

Chang San Fung is celebrating his 101 birthday in Ou Tang group. In his anniversary, there are many people will join including his student, Chang Chouy San. The people are looking to see Chang Chouy San join this anniversary because they want to ask one question that has not been answered yet. Mr. Chang Chouy San and his wife Ms. Ling Ling are, in fact, coming to join. However, they were spending few hours to do shopping for his lovely son - Chang Ou Chi.

On the that place, there were two people came in to him to ask the question. And they forced Chang Chouy San to answer otherwise they will kill their son, Chang Ou Chi. Suddenly, Mr. Chang San Fung is intervening. They three got a short fighting aganst each other. Chang Ou Chi got a injured because of that fighting.

Ajar Chang San Fung brought Chang Ou Chi and his parents back to the celebration place. There Chang San Fung and his fellow people were trying to help Chang Ou Chi but they were impossible to help him because his sickness is quite strange and paintful.

At the party, all groups of cults have to ask question to Mr. Chang Chouy San and his wife about Mr. Mr. Chea Seng or Sdach Toa Sok Meas. They can't wait to get the answer. Chang Ou Chi's parents came out to solve this problem. Mr. Chang Chouy San told the audiences that he will not tell the truth. Because if he told everybody he is bad guy ever. He can't betrayed his friend. The same thing happens to his wife, Ling Ling, she chose to die if she was forced to answer the question. Finally, these two guys decided to kill themselves.

Chang Ou Chi was shocked to his both father and mother died in front of him. He was so sad and crying all day long. After 7 years, Chang Ou Chi has grown up to be a full man but he did not know any martial arts due to his illness. Everyone in his palce looks down him. They always make fun with him.

Chang Ou Chi, suddently, got a chance to learn Kung Fu martial arts and he can cure his sickness. Then Chang Ou Chi was not that simple man anymore. He is a strong and powerful Ou Chi. This time, Ou Chi comes to help the world Chinese society get order and safe.

Summary of the movie:

Songkream Sne Jomnong Jivit is a Thai Drama speak Khmer language. This movie is a combination of both action and love story. There are few scences relating to the fighting between police forces and gangsters. They are dealing in weapons and drugs in the city of Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand. Those gangsters are divided into four different factions. They sometimes work together and other times go aganist each other.

Plot of the Movie:

At the beginning of the movie, Ms. Phai Paya had to flee from her working place due to few problems she has made in one nightclub. She has to run away from that place in order to seek safety and security. On the way to the province, she took the public bus there. She did not have any plan to go somewhere. She just took the bus to whatever direction as the bus supposed to go.

On the bus, Ms. Phai Paya met one old lady. She was the primary teacher. That lady got a contract to teach two students in a family far from the city. Accidently, she got car crushed. Ms. Phai Paya was sitting next to that lady. After the car crushed Ms. Phai Paya unintentionally received a handbag's of that laday. Ms. Phai Paya got an idea. She looked into that handbag and she found a written letters to the laday to do short time working a private teacher.

Ms. Phai Paya took that role instead of the lady. This time she intentionally faked the story. She converted her to be a teacher while she did not anything at all about teaching and stuffs like that. Phai Paya read the letter and took the bus into given address. She finally reached the destination where she was supposed to be picked up.

Phai Paya was waiting for the house owner to take her home. But she did not see anything. As she so tired and hungry, she came into a small restuarant and order foods. While she was eating, a handsobe boy came to ask her for a place to sit. She gave the permission. Phai Paya thought that she does not have any money at all she should took the chance to exploit on that handsome guy.

After fully ate, Phai Paya went to the receptionists and told them her boyfriend will pay everything instead of her. She just needed a toilet and she also asked the receptionist to prepare another ten packs of food for her boyfriend to take home. Then Ms. Phai Paya ran away.

That day, the handsome was the one who come to pick up Ms. Phai Paya to his house. Ms. Phai Paya did not know that the person she cheated on was her contracter. Finally, Ms. Phai Paya found the address she was supposed to stay teach. In the morning after a good sleep, Phai Paya came down and she met the boy she cheated on him. She was stunned with that.

Mr. Phuo who was the person Ms. Phai Paya cheated on was so angry but he just ignored it and he asked Ms. Phai Paya to prepare the lessons for his two nephews. Those two nephews are all lazy persons. They did not want to study at all. But when they saw Ms. Phai Paya they changed to be a hardworking student. They tried to study.

Ms. Phai Paya started to integrate herself in the family much better even though she got a bit of problem with Mr. Phuo. Mr. Phuo, on the other hand, used to be a police but because his family, specifically his brother and sister-in-law got shot by an animous guy, he took a revenge. That reason had stopped him from the police department for years.

Mr. Phuo never give up the searching for real killers over his brother. He has join the secret agents in police department for this mission. He wanted to find all the gang groups and stopped from spreading weapons, drugs and other poisionous things in this society.

With the help from Ms. Phai Paya and his very professional boss, Mr. Phuo got the higher chance to catch all gang groups. At the end, the gang groups were caught and sent to jail. Ms. Phai Paya and Mr. Phuo can have a wonderful life since.

Miyear Chong Jit - Thai Drama in Khmer

Summary of the movie:

Mr. Sam is the best and professional worker in one middle company in the provincial region. His profession is in developing tools and method that can develop the agricultural sector in Thailand. He is also a researcher in formulating fertilizer that is good use for all kind of land. And that it will not destroy the soil for next planting. Mr. Sam was awarded as Doctor specialist in the field of agricultural sector.

His working is quite oppose to many modern Hi-Tech company that is producing chemical fertilizers that may destroy the quality of soil and help bring less production to all farmers.

Plot of the movie:

Doctor Sam is a handsome guy; he has many girls to love him. But he did not care at all. Many girls are fighting for him because his charm as well as his profession in hard working and puntual behavior.

As Doctor Sam is developing a research on biochemical fertilizer in order to reproduce a good quality of soil in the rural area, there many companies did not like his job. They don't want him to destroy their business. Because when Mr. Sam found the fertilizers that may be cheaper and good for soil, people will choose to buy it, not their products.

One big company in the city of Bangkok really wanted overthrow Mr. Sam from his company so that the company Mr. Sam is not working that will interfere their business anymore. That company set a plan to defame Mr. Sam's popularity and name.

At the next day, they sent Ms. Anya, the most beautify girl, to ask for job as a secretary in Mr. Sam's company. Mr. Sam is a serious and sharp person. He is not that quite easy to give job to anyone. Ms. Anya konws what to do in order to persuade a job from Mr. Sam. In fact, Anya did not need to do much interview because Anya and Mr. Sam used to meet each other once already.

When Anya just arrived at the company where she had to drve about 200 kilometers away from the city, she surprised everybody in the company already. She was able to change the situation for example in case where two girls came to meet Mr. Sam but they were fighting against each other. Ms. Anya came to resolve it easily. Unlike previous secretary that has to feel stress when meeting such problem, Anya could end it very easily.

Anya is a person the company of Mr. Sam's rival sent her to destroy Mr. Sam. However, while working with Mr. Sam she realized that Mr. Sam is good person. He loves farmers, care of farmers and their lands. Mr. Sam did not want to work far away from people. He always thinks of the poor farmers who always ignored by the society or the government.

Anya has to find out any key solutions to stop from Mr. Sam from his business but the she has to do bad thing to him, the more she feel remorse. She wants to bring Mr. Sam to work in the company she is working but she could not do it. It because of love between her and Mr. Sam.

Whatever has happened to Mr. Sam, he never changes his dream of helping the poor and especially farmer's land. He wants farmers to live their good life with their own property and not selling to rich people.

Summary of the Movie:

Ms. Davan is a beautiful and single daughter of one rich family in city of Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand. She is quite enjoying person. Since very young age, her parents let her to do whatever she wishes to do. This becomes her characteristic from the early age. However, it was so sad that she lost her both farther and mother when she grew up to be a full woman. Davan did not prepare her life for this tragic turning at all. She was so sad and she can't manage that situation. She was in big stress and she chose to drink beer, sing and dance to forget her depress.

However, the more she tries to indulge her life with entertaining club, drink much beer and hanging out with guys, the more she felt frustrated and very boring. She did not like her life at all. At once, she even thought to be a normal girl so that no one will come to her with fake face and cheat her wealth. She felt so lonely.

Plot of the movie:

During time Ms. Davan was enjoying in the club, she was gathered by many guys. As she was quited drunk, many guys come to persuade her for going out. But she refused to do so even though she got much drunk. She wanted to return home that night. But she was stopped her friend Mr. Kan. Mr. Kan, actually, always stays around her. He was there to protect her from guys.

As he saw Ms. Davan heading for her car, Mr. Kan came to stop and ask to give her a drive. Ms. Davan rejected that proposition. She remained saying that she can drive a car without any problem. Because Mr. Kan did not feel safe to allow her to drive alone. Mr. Kan took the car with her.

As normal for drunk people, they most often drive a car so fast until they did not notice that it was overspeed. Ms. Davan did the same thing. She drove her fansy so fast and she did not feeling that fast at all. Mr. Kan asked her to slow down but she even speed up the car. Until Mr. Kan manage to take the driving chair, the car went into accident.

Ms. Davan and Mr. Kan was severely injuired. Yet Mr. Kan was Ok. Ms. Davan got trouble with her head. She was sent to the hospital and were in the hospital for days before she could wake up. After diagnosis, the doctor told Mr. Kan and her family that Ms. Davan's head is under controlling. She might have some problem with her memory. She may sometime remember and other time may forget everything including her name.

Ms. Davan's life got big problem then. In the family, she was always interfered by her uncle, nephew, and cousin. They all wanted her property and wealth. She did not know that from that time on. She became a new person. While in the past, she was a nasty and high show girl Ms. Davan became so different. She rather acts very polite to everybody. It surprises everybody around her.

Mr. Kan, on the other hand, is her boyfriend and they almost getting married to each other. Mr. Kan sometimes gets bored because of jealous at her. But this time, he was so serious. He looks after Ms. Davan so much. He took care the whole family especially her millions of dollars' wealth.

At first, Mr. Kan did not like Ms. Davan. But after the traffic accident, his love to her is much expanding. He means to her. He cares her. He protects her from every minutes.

Until the last, Mr. Kan and Davan got married and create a family together. However, their life did not going so well. As Ms. Davan did not listen to him and rather believe the rumors that Mr. Kan married to her not because he loves her but because of her wealth. Their family life got into trouble few times until Ms. Davan found out that Kan is her real husband, real person she dreams to live with for lifetime.

Summary of the movie:

Monus Jit Dach is one of the famous movie in Thailand and was translated into Khmer language since 2013. As written on its cover in this post, the story is about a unique life of an adult man in Bangkok, the capital city of the Kingdom of Thailand. His family was so poor. He has to struggle to work for just a living. Everybody around him did not give him much respect because he is a poor man. In the working place, he was looked down by boss and manger of the company. He is, in fact, a good man.

Plot of the Drama:

Mr. Tibet came from a poor family. He works for a very big, famous hotel in Thailand. The owner of the hotel is a mixture of many people. That's why it is hard to manage the whole hotel. One family consisting of one daughter and a son. These two young adults did not care much about promoting or improve the quality and popularity of the hotel. They just enjoy life and even sometime bring bad news to the hotel.

However, another family of the same grandma is quite good. They consist of one beautiful daughter and her name is Mekhala or Ms. Mot in short name. Ms. Mot is an open, kind and generous lady. She appears to care every of the staffs in the hotel. She works very seriously and respect all rights and freedoms of her fellow workers.

In the working place, Ms. Mot found out that her cousin did not work so hard and he rather spoils the staffs in the hotel. One day, as the working time goes on her cousin appear to not like Mr. Tibet's attitude. And he ordered some people to intimidate Mr. Tibet not to stay around Ms. Mekhala anymore.

Mr. Tibet was cheated and threatened few times Ms. Mekhala's cousin. He almost wanted to give up working in that hotel. However, he can't quit because his family entirely depends on his income including his nice sister who is almost graduating from unversity.

Mr. Tibet's life was bitterly lived. His biological father dead since he was young and his mother got married to another man but that was such a bad luck because that man was a drunkard and gambling person. He always takes all properties to sell for gambling. Tibet's family can stay with him, so they moved away from him and hide themselves in Bangkok city. That's why Tibet's life was so bad pity and poor.

Mr. Tibet and Ms. Mekhala started to build a good relationship with each other. Mr. Tibet knows for sure that he can't afford to love this girl because their life is big different, one is so wealthy and another is low, bottom life. However, this can't stop the connection between him and Ms. Mekhala. Until Mekhala's cousin found that Mr. Tibet is loving Ms. Mekhala, he ordered his people to threaten, destroy and kill Mr. Tibet.

Mr. Tibet was severely beaten by Mekhala's cousin. He almost died but there was one rich guy from Japan resecure him. Tibet's life change so quick from then onward. Tibet got a chance to learn everything from his new life. He becomes a strong, sharp and serious person. He was appointed to be the second top officer in his company.

After getting learned and recover everything, Tibet has got a chance to help his family. He kept all coming news about life in Bangkok, especially his sister who was raped by Mekhala's cousin. Without hesitation, Mr. Tibet has to come back to Thailand to do business at the same time to look after his family.

Tibet came to hotel where he used to work in this in different attitude. He is not anymore a poor, weak man. He is so handsome, serious and respective man. He has big responsibility to over look big business. Mr. Tibet got a chance to buy the whole share of the hotel he used to work for because the owner of the hotel was bankcrupted. Summary of the movie:

Into the Wild is very educative movie. It tells about life of one young learned-American adult. His name is Christopher McCandless. He is one of the top student in his university. At the graduating day from Emory University, everyone was so happy with their own graduation. They do this and that to cheer their success in studying. Unlike others, Christopher McCandless did not care of party or big celebration at all. He just had a meal with his family consisting of one sister and parents. His parents want to please him for the graduation and wanted to give him a new car as a gift but Christopher rejected it. He said his old car is already good. He did not need to change it.

Plot of the movie:

At the lunch meeting Christopher McCandless told his parents he may be able to continue his study Havard school of law as his grades are quite high. Their parents was so happy with that and they are looking forward to hear from him. However, Christopher did not wait for his result. He just gave his saving which about 24,000 USD to the charity and he rather gone wild.

His parents are waiting for good result from him for almost three months but they did not receive any information about him. They then plan a visit to surprise him at his apartment. Sadly, when Christopher parents were there they got information that Christopher checked out from the apartment for almost three months already. Now nobody knows where he is living neither his very close sister.

For about five months police found an abandoned car which they can recognize that it was Mr. Christopher's car. They reported this news to his parents. But from that time on they never seen Mr. Christopher at all.

In fact, Mr. Christopher McCandless went to Alaska. He gave up everything except his basic stuffs for his life. He sometimes walk and other time ask people for a driving. Christopher finally went into the deep forest and river. Along the way, Christopher encouter many experiences. Sometime were terrible and another is memorable. He got to meet people and they are so kind to him. They gave him a sleep, foods, and even teach him many things.

As he move deeper to the wild, Christopher was struggling to live. He has to survive with bare hand. It was very cold out there in Alaska. He fortunately found one big van. He then made that van as his shelter. He lives by hunting and enjoy life like animal.

For him, it is so free. This is the first he enjoy much free world. Unlike the world he used to live where people is so materialize and so indulged by technology, Christopher found that it's not a wise choice at all. Only live himself according to nature is much more free to him.

Christopher's parent, on the other hand, is searching for him day and night. They can't sleep. They were so sad because they lost their love one especially their beloved, geniune son. They invest a lot of efforts to discover him.

At the end, Christopher's death was informed to their parents and they took an elecopter to bring body back from Alaska.

The moral of the story is material world is good but be care of its side effects. Sometimes it can reduce your freedom of thinking and performing. Only live ourselves according to the nature that is the only way to free oursleves.

Summary of the Story:

The movie tells about life a teenage girl in America. She is a successful ever student among her friends. She got to study hard and she earned very good grade from her high school. After entering the 18 years of age and having quite big party to cheer her time being a fully adult and preparing major turning in life, she once drove a car back to her home in New Heaven. While driving a car, as she was so interest in scientific stuffs especially in space programme she turned on radio and listening to it. Once she heard from the host that they now found another planet which is really like our earth with human being living there, she paid attention to it so deep and ignored her driving. While she so much focused on that broadcasting, she accidently drove a car to crush with another car consisting of a parent with very lovely young child.

Rhoda found guilty for did not care of her driving ran her car to hit and killed two lives, she was put into prison for four years. She spent her life in the prision to the maximum and she then was released due to her commitment and her respect to laws and duty.

When she came back home, she felt nothing except remorse about her insense driving that killed people's life. She was so regret and she can't forgive herself. She for the first two weeks to just stay in her room and trying to order her mind.

In her room, Rhoda can access to internet with her Macbook note. Whatever she was good at in her early age came to her mind. She typed in internet browser and search for space programme. She watched few minutes a video clip about Amerian spacing launching. She is interested in that programme. Then she moved to another menu in the same website and she found a programe for essay competition which could win a ticket to another space. She wanted to join but that night she did not submit her application.

Later days, she has been learning a lot about her life and human being's life in general. She began to understand herself more and more. She, after that, find a job as cleaner. She has to work hard and she met many good and friendly co-workers. She loves her job. For about three months, she fully understood herself and she started to write an essay for the space visit progamme.

At the same time, because Rhoda can never forgive herself, she had to find the guy she crushed her to. She wanted to do something good to him and his family. As she works in cleaning service, what she can do to him is by serving his house to look much for more organize.

She found that guy and she was so regret about it as he almost became a foolish man. He was hit by the car accident and he lost lovely members, his wife and a little cute son. He gave up everything lives his life so mess in his house. He gave up his profession as a professor of music at the university. He just stays in his house day and night.

When the Rhoda found Burroughs, she wanted to say sorry for what Rhoda had done to hime and the family but he did not have time to listen to her. What she can do then is just keep cleaning his house and hope one day she can discuss this problem with him. As she performs very good in his house, she cleaned everything and get them in organized, the guy appreciated her and he started to turn back to his normal life. He gave sometime to talk with the girl. They two then got to know each other more but the girl did not tell him yet about the traffic accident that it was her the real killer.

They enjoy time together and Burroughs falls in love with her and their lives started to be more romantic. The girl found out that it's good time to tell him the truth about her mistake. As she prepare to tell the truth, Rhoda got an information that she won the ticket to space. She first ran to him and tell him that she won the ticket and she has to go but the guy told her to not go. And she reject by saying that i don't to live in this word because i did a lot of bad things. And Burroughs asked what kind bad things. She told that she is the one who killed his wife and son. That guy got mad and ask her to leave his house. But the Rhoda then thought that she has to do something to make guy's life better. Then she decided to give the ticket to him. The guy accept the ticket and Burroughs was so happy with it. Rhoda is living her life peaceful since.

Summary of the movie:

This drama is about life of a rich, beautiful but nasty girl in, Bangkok, the heart city of Thailand. Back there in Thailand, life as in my other developing country is about the rich to dominate the poor. The rich has possess more powerful role in the society. They use money to buy things; they buy friendships, they buy respect, and they buy even buy a husband or wife.

As in this film, Jarat or Kang in short name is a nasty girl. She has very short temper. In the family, in the working place and everywhere she has to be the winner. She has what wants always. She has to be served always. If she can't get it, she will destroy the whole process of an event or something important. Kang overuses her power. Nobody likes her at all but they are working with her because of money only. She can't have a good friend, an honest ones. Everybody pretends to be good friend only. That's very sad about her.

Plot of the movie:

The movie begins by picturing Kang, name in the movie of a beautiful actress, showing her arrogant beahvior. She was in a wedding party and she supposed to enjoy her wedding. But she was not. She happened to marry two different husbands already. Each of them was so handsome but very eaygoing guy. Those husbads got the have external affairs and betrayed Kang. Kang was so diappointed with those two husbands. During the wedding, she discover some faces of her husband's affair with other girls. Her two wedding party went very bad.

Her last late hasband name Phuo. Kang is in love with him. Although she knew that he is an easygoing guy, she tends to like him and care of him. However, Mr. Phuo is not as good as Kang expected him to be. He indulged his life with many girls and every day. Because he knew that Kang is still in love with him, he can anything he wants.

One day, Kang is going to have a private party and she called Mr. Phuo to come to the city, Bangkok, for the party. Mr. Phuo just right after receiving a call from Kang prepared himself to come back to Bangkok city. On the way to the city as he was so rush to meet Kang and as he wanted to not be late for this special party, he had to drive very fast speed. Saddly, he got accident on the way back to the city. He crushed his car with other cars. He passed away after sending to the hospital in Bangkok.

This information was told to Ms. Kang. Just immediately after getting this information, Kang ordered her friends to dirve her to the hospital. She was so disappointed and urge her friend to drive as fast as possible. However, her friend's care got broken on the way in the middle between Bangkok hospital and her home. She can't call taxi and neither has public bus. Ms. Kang has to standby the road and ask for help from drivers in that place.

Nobody stops for her. Ms. really got mad and she decided to stand in front the car if they don't give her a drive to the hospital. Ms. Kang stood in front one car. That car stopped for her and give her a drive to the hospital. But even worse was the car ran very slow. It's an old car and driving by a handsome and humble guy.

Ms. Kang thought that guy can't speak human language as normal people. Ms. Kang instead of saying a word but explaining him with her body language. She wanted him to drive faster. At the end, Mr. Sotep drove her to the hospital. Just she got the hospital, Ms. Kang forgot to say thank you to the driver. Mr. Sotep was so surprise but he did not mind her.

Later, Mr. Sotep meets her again and at this time Ms. Kang found that he can speak human language. Unlike other boys she has known, this guy did not care of her. As other guy ran into her as for love from her, this guy say thing very seriously and rather ask Ms. Kang to stay away from him. However, Mr. Sotep's love begins with her from that time on.

For the next few months, Mr. Sotep was struggle to live as his family was seen as not good at all by others' eyes. He is working so hard for his mother and the family's fame. He achieves it to a certain extend. At one time, Ms. Kang rather falls in love with him. And they both went for marrying.

At the last scence, Mr. Sotep and his wife Ms. Kang were trouble in living. They both started to not believe each other. This was because Ms. Kang did not believe in Mr. Sotep's performance. As she had experieneces with her previous two husbands, she thought the same thing to Mr. Sotep. She is so mean to him. She is so protectionist about him. But this protectionist behavior rather pushed them to stay apart. Their family life was not running as smooth as they thought. At the end, they broke up.

Should the EU has its own army or just a soft power - what implications?

We have to start with the fact that the EU is trying to build itself as a union of values, respect human rights and democratic society. As stipulated in its treaties, especially after the entry of the Lisbon treaty, the EU wants to be both an economic integrationist as well as a body of pro-human rights. It has expanded its power and competence over time over the last decades. Comparing to other regional or even international organization, the EU is considered to be an effective body in promoting economic wellbeing and fundamental freedoms and human rights protection. It is, to a certain extent, true. However, the EU is confronting significant challenges both from its own EU institutions and members regarding human right protection.

From the EU side, the Union is facing a bunch of problem such as legislation from the EU bodies that may open for more HR violations, poor administrative action at the EU level as well as local, and importantly the weakness of the Rule of Law enforcement instruments. For example, the EU is supposed infringe or annul the action of state when it’s outlaw but very often it appears just as an attempts. For the other time, the EU is using its punishment procedure over an outlaw state such as the suspension of membership in order to force state to take care of HR but it can rarely reached since this solution since it rather makes the situation worse and that the citizens of the Union who will be the first to suffer from this measure, not the state.

Challenges from the member states are powerfully vast. As has been discussed about the nondemocratic act of the Hungarian or Romanian government, states’ sovereignty poses greater obstacle for the EU to harmonize its values throughout the Union. Some member states did not want to share common values with the EU of liberty, democracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and the rule of law. In contrast, member states try to escape from the EU’s competence or may say it’s not the EU’s business.

The EU can’t do much when it is confronting with sovereign power of national states. For one big reason, it is because of the relations between the Principal and Agent relations. As long as the member states remain the principal, they would always find a way to limit the agent’s activities or at least ignore the agent’s policy or act.

On the one hand, member states prefer intergovernmentalist role of the EU, not a supranational one. Given this preference, states wanted to enjoy much freer behavior, especially in the political affairs. In this ground, it also means that the EU’s infringement procedure or annulling the action toward member states can’t be done by the EU alone but must get consent from member states as well. As clearly illustrated regarding Hungarian challenges to HR, the EU fails to safeguard democracy and the rule of law in Hungary since Hungary did not accept the EU measure.

On the other hand, if the EU were to use its community’s toolkit to pressure Hungary it rather worsens the situation. Imposing sanctions on one particular state is feasible but create another new problems such as political divisions in the Union. Particularly speaking, when the European parliament attempted to take action against Hungary, it became apparent that the EU officials and MPs are internally divided over the priority and severity of the situation. Namely, the largest party in the European Parliament, the European People’s Party, the center right bloc in the EP, opposed the proposal.

In short, there are problems from both sides that deteriorate the EU HR standards. Inadequate mechanism to punish to outlaw state; limited effectiveness of infringement procedure; role of the Commission versus the states, especially the stronger ones and the unwillingness of member states took its root in the EU and it has to be broken in order to become a fully Union of values, liberty, democracy and human rights protection.

With states, slow is fast and fast is slow. If the EU forces the Hungarian government, for example, to quickly change their behavior and respect HR or warn to suspend the Membership’s right would rather exacerbate the situation. The EU should find another soften and effective mean and that it should be taken from the ground. It requires active role of individuals, civil society networks, member states and the EU to cooperatively work together to resolve all human rights issues.

They forgot that institutions of liberal democracy cannot be created overnight. It is not only that developing liberal democracy requires more time; it also depends on continuous support and endorsement by all the relevant parties including very active role of the people. Suspension of membership on the Hungarian government is not a good deal but rather creates lots of revenge. Because the EU wants to move forward but not backward, the current position of the Hungarian government is much better than it was fifteen years ago. As long as they are moving forwards even though an inch, it is the EU’s success already.

Hence, the EU does not need to be perfect and that human rights protection can also be not perfect. As long as the EU is doing her job and that member states continue to improve their situation, that’s real purpose of the EU designer. If going too fast to become a fully HR respect body but creating another problem of mistrust, discouraging cooperation, and fragility that may lead to instability among EU member states, it is highly unnecessary to promote HR in this way.

Who influence state the most - Social system or individuals

For sure, state is not a united single body. Rather it is composed of different actors bigger and small, material and non-material and human and all beings. The behavior and performance of the states are commonly known as the reflection of its internal forces. Each and every actor is sculpturing an image of society they may want or accidently to happen. Individual actors are daily setting up their small pieces of policy altogether which finally results in a form of society/state that are shared values, dream, habits and culture. Also, it has nothing to do with state. State is not wrongly human but just an abstract representing title for group people. Without people (or decision-makers), can state be a state? From this stand point, the study of system of state should be about how all elements are interacting and shaping the goal and destination of a state. It is not to study from top-down but through bottom up process.

However, not all people can influence or change states’ behavior. Most of the time, very little and those minor groups are wellknown as elitism. And they claim to represent the state and only them change the state and probably the whole system. Also, it is worth to note that it is perhaps correct that people is the principal who predestine the behavior of state by coming up with regulations, law and many disciplines, yet when they gave birth to this state institution and the same time also gave agent the monopoly using of coercive power which, after all, states rather have mandates to organize or regulate people’s behavior accordingly. From this time on, the agent become the principal and vice versa. And it could realistically see that not individual people but states who is playing this actively deterministic role. Put it differently, structure and agents are interlinked and one influences the other. Studying state’s behavior or international political system at large, therefore, is requiring studying these two phenomena. Or put in another word, it is more inclusive to define the structure of the international system in social or cultural terms.

The same thing argued by Wendt, it is people who shape such a culture locally and internationally. It’s at first people sculptures type of culture and practice they prefer but later they can’t resist or jump beyond since it is their inner-self. They can make whatever choice but they can reject the consequence. And this culture is the foundation of the structure of international system as each international participant interacts with each other in a way reflecting their own embedded culture, values and norms and these kinds of interaction creating, in the aftermath, international culture, norms and values.

It is quite convincing to read Wendt’s text, however, what We are not quite sure of is how anarchy comes to be if not participants (in this case state)? We do agree that it’s not anarchy that creates conflict but there must be something that causes these conflicts to explode. Of course, overtime there are both history of conflicts, in which states are aggressive, and cooperation, in which they come together and put idealism a head, too. States may not create anarchy but its formula of interactions may. Since the world is big and consisting of countless actors interacting in daily basis we can’t predict even if the US, UK and its allies might fall in war trap among themselves. Who knows what will happen since states behaving differently according times and with whom and also perceptions of each are perceiving from each other. We do agree states and international system is socially constructed but since human’s nature of errorness, although they hope to produce cooperation, once up one a time there will be crisis or violent conflicts.

Why rich country remains rich? And Why not poor?

Energy resource rich countries, especially those who have just discovered it, do have a profound effect on the regional securitization relationships. This jumps to say that energy can act as a catalyst variable in the securitization relations between states in the region, especially as we are witnessing the horrible things ongoing instability in the Middle East.

The connection between energy with other issues such as politics and economic and came up with considerably accepting ideas. They say when politics and military are not tightly confronted between two states, energy is not that big obstacles. They can make use of it and that economic benefits from regional energy agreements are highlighted and collaboration become more possible. However, things may go wrong badly when the relationship between two countries is hampered by contentious issues such as races, discrimination, identity and national interests etc. And this model happens in many places, for example, in case of Oil discovery in Cyprus where Turkey was not happy when Cypriot government agreed to allow Israeli company to take charge and that energy issue curtains better relationship between Turkey and Cyprus and probably with Israel, too.

Personally, we can see that the case is right to some points. But first I have to say that it is pretty unconvincing to proof something we do not know precisely. In case of energy security, for example, there is no accepted definition of it and if energy is included in this sector or not. Also, energy issues happen with more geographical related. America, Norway, and Canada, for instance, are energy resource rich as well, why there is no conflict or resource curse, as some scholar says at all. Of course, instability in the Middle East and North Africa is somehow revolves around energy contesting and that it has suddenly cut the ability of states, especially energy hunger countries, to maintain an uninterrupted supply of energy which relatively instabilizes prices. We still have to say that energy is a subset issue of security. As mentioned also in the text, where political and military density is heightened energy issue is left behind and is secondary or unimportant matter. On the other hand, where peaceful and smooth relationship between two or more countries in the region is established project of oil discovery and other plans make its way out. This instance may tell us that energy plays an important role but not totally.

The ongoing of conflicts in the Middle East till date, to a lesser extent, is by resource curse. It rather exists and continues to exist due to other intractable problems such as identity, belief and nationalism etc. Hence, whatever attempt trying to connect energy issue with instability in the Middle East region may be a misleading or creating a bigger gap of understanding the reality. Arab Spring was an issue of changing the regime from authoritarian to free system, such as democracy. It has little thing to do with energy. Also, crisis in Middle East did not just happen between when the discovery of energy resource. The long fighting between Shia and Sunni Muslim, for example, were fighting with each other for long time after the death of Mohamed. Even today, they still are not friend. They are completely divided and that causes of any insecurity and violent conflicts rather a faith related issues. This long fighting has weakened states not to grow up and conditioned itself with only fighting that is why we can see those Arab countries, which consist of oil, are in conflict trap that this oil-rich resource even pushed the bad situation to worse.

In short, there is connection between energy, economic and politics. We also believe that energy resource could invite more serious attention and a shift of policy of states and the neighboring countries, especially during this time where some scientist predict that no more oil reserve in the coming decades. However, what we do not satisfy with the idea is that we don’t see any clear cut answer to the question ‘if energy is a primary security concern.’ There should be more bigger proportional of answer favoring one side or another but the paper is on the fence.

Youth & Infrastructure Development: Which one is more important?

Some say it is a resource curse in resource rich countries such as those in the Middle East and partly Africa. They were supposed to be prosperous, peaceful, and that people will live in harmony. However, plentiful of resource becomes a nightmare for some countries. The question is “Is it bad or lucky to have bigger amount of resource such as oil?” To some countries, it is because of resource rich that can help them grow faster and become more stable nation, but for many Arab states and African, it is resource that push them down to the ground and resulting a chaotic society. What motivates fighting in a resource rich countries? Is it because of unreliable and corrupted policy or is it because of economic motivation so that people and states have to fight for in order to build their stronger security?

In Nigeria, particularly Niger Delta, is a resource rich region. Over 90 percent of national GDP comes from this region, specifically through oil production. However, people in this region did not benefit at all from this growth; rather the central government and their class greatly earn big profit from which creates high tension among Niger Delta people. Because of poor and unexpectedly highly deprivation, most people including youth become rebellions and act in many ways against the central government and companies. They made a mess in the whole region right now due to a miserable, undisciplined, decrepit and corrupt form of ‘petro-capitalism. While the state and oil companies have continued to profit enormously from oil production, the rural population from where oil is produced has benefited the least from its wealth. Environmental pollution, resulting in brackish swamp forests and rivers, depletion of agricultural resources on land and the death and extinction of aquamarine resources, gas flares, and acid rain, impacting negatively on the health and physical lives of the region’s inhabitants, have dislocated local communities, culminating in the impoverishment of the populace and insecurity of the environment from which they gain their livelihoods.

A generation of youth, who do not only feel embittered but have become militant in their approach to seeking justice against the state’s military approach. This action has created lots of unsmooth flow of energy production and transportation which after all shakes the international market. So, to a bigger extent, this youth militancy has destabilized the energy security in entire Nigeria nation and worldwide. However, the question is does it have any connection between youth militancy and energy security? Personally, it has nothing to do with energy security at all. This youth action does not target to destabilize the energy supply since they also need energy for daily using but they made a mess in order to claim for compensation and the great loss that they are supposed to benefit from. Insecurity and instability in Nigeria and probably the smooth flow of oil transportation has something to do with great deprivation, corrupted government, higher rates of unemployment, unequal distribution of economic opportunity and perhaps massive discrimination in the Niger Delta. Energy interest is just one of motivations for youth to rebel but equal treatment, fair opportunity and equitable distribution of economic is.

Not only in Nigeria, in fact, Africa but all over the world must take care of youth since they are so powerful and not yet matured. They are the back bone of the society. They may lead a community to become stronger and more growth but they also could lead to destruction where there is unfair or harsh discrimination. It’s only oil that drives youth to become rebellion but mismanagement of national policy from whatever angle. Therefore, I see no connection between youth and energy security. Rather the inability of the government and oil companies to readdress problems culminated in the graduation of community youth from mere engagements of sporadic protests at the community level to more popular engagements worsened by the formation and activities of militant groups that profess the interests of the poor oil-producing communities.

Energy is a source of prosperity if it is well and properly used but a massive destruction if the opposite comes to play. Hence, it is not about energy security that needs to be taken care of but appropriate discussion on how to development at local people rather helpful. Below are some possible solutions government, stakeholders and citizens to altogether do are:

- They should find ways to recreate uniting high culture but this requires political will

- Government needs to take practical and holistic measures to diversify the economy

- Lessen political and economic inequity

- Up-lifting discrimination among people

- Creating an atmosphere of fair economic opportunity

- Feasible control of environmental pollution

- Providing development such as infrastructure, public service, school and hospital etc. at local

- Increasing rule of law in entire nation

- Promoting good governance etc.

Climate Change and the Global South

Climate change as a security concern and, of course, lots of attention from IOs, NGOs, civil society networks as well government ministry of many states. Statistically, there are numerous meeting to discuss environmental issues and confess that climate change is truly our human disaster if no action will be made to prevent it. Tsunami in Japan in 2011, drought and heat-wave which killed thousands Indian in the Southern part of the country, and 2015 historic earthquake in Nepal are constant example of human under threatening of climate change. Climate change is precisely threatening to human and national security. It triggers and give light to many issues emerge – migration, refugees, starvation, many natural resource competition and conflicts, last but not least natural disasters which all of these problem very often become more militarizing.

Recognition climate as a human security is largely in principle, though. In practice, it is just on the table and many government officials pretend to accept that it is a primary concern and thus require primary action. But so far, states did not come together and sort out the solution. Rather one state after another is watching and blaming each other. They remain silent on whether effective and practical actions need to be taken to combat climate change in order to promote security. For most, countries would wait until its counterparts also agree to work on and even sometime its counterparts initiated a project but wholeheartedly rejected with a reason of destroy one’s own state economy and create higher rate of unemployment etc. The EU, for example, has put bravery effort to negotiate and manipulate other to join the band but so far, states like China and Russia, care nothing but focus only on their national interests. Deriving from realist perspectives, the implication of climate change have less effects than if they have not ensured order, stability and their smooth growth of economy in the country. China, for example, knows for sure it is bad to use coal for energy generation but they can’t stop using it since it helps boost economic growth as well due to its vast resource availability in the country.

I, personally, have no rejection against Oels’s argument but I felt his emphasis is more ideal and very normative. He should also talk about what is “is” rather what we hope to be. Because in reality as every of us is witnessing advocating to combat climate change was initiated and run be the elite West, mainly, whereas most of the time one can see many contractions among the club– they promote it while at the same time they support and protect big companies, MNCs, transnational business to invest in sectors that harmful to climate and environment at large.

More, not many states and people of world accept climate change is a primary issue. Climate change, to them, is not as direct issue as political or military conflicts. Even than that politicians, most of the time, adopt only short term goal, which to a big extent is increasing environmental pollution, to favor constituencies so that they can earn lots of votes from people. Therefore, politician seeks to spend less effort and costless policy designation that supports environment than for military and national security.

Additionally, it seems very popular in many developed nations while to very little or nothing has been debated in developing countries. Military and Energy Security: Which prevails?

Right after the end of the decade of proxy wars which most often reflecting that military confrontation between the two superpowers was over and that security issues are not anymore about military but widely included other sensitive and disastrous topics as well. As almost everybody believed or at least echoed by Francis Fukuyama that the end of history will allow peace dividend to work out thereby a big shift of development will go to not military spending but to social development. At the end of the Cold War and from this fact, of course, it was quite common to predict that non-military issues will be more essential and everybody would go for it. Militaristic agenda is not useful anymore and that states would use those extra resource for social development instead of wastefully expending for military. From this stand point, there have been quite many authors theorizing or expanding the coverage of security issue by not just focusing on military but other emerging and pivotal issues such as energy that may shock the world regardless they are superpower militarily or economically. Obviously, for these 1990s periods it seems pretty convincing that peace dividend theory made its voice heard. The changing of attention on military or state security has put state-centric approach to national security in question. Is it still tightly focused on nation-state security or should they widening it to include societal, group or individual security.

From the text by Krause and Williams, they discussed that from (neo)realists the security would be broadened in the light of the end of the Cold War yet the subjectivity of security concern for realists is still heavily the job and responsibility of the state. State is the main target of threats from outsiders. Hence, even though the Cold War was over and no more ideological competition the security studies remains greatly targeting states. From this token, realists is trying to enlarge its area of coverage to not just focus on building greater military but also to get some strategic resources under controlled so that it could make sure that potential threats and harmful acts of other states will not put in risk. However, from non-realist points of view, it is not just state but non-state actors are also targets of threatening and harmfulness. It is noteworthy to remember that an insecure group or society will lead to an insecure state since group or society is components of the state. For liberals, they do not just enlarge coverage to non-military issues such as environmental degradation but also counting nonstate actor as well. Studying states’ security, therefore, must include non-state actors. For liberal, for example, state-centric approach to security is far obsolete since there is no state exist (or that state is just an abstract entity) but groups or individuals who are going to be harmed or threatened are real living entity.

Personally, security concerns could come from various angles and not just top-down issues but also bottom-up as well. It is no doubt to include, for example, energy issue into the security studies since it owes tremendous impacts on states and individual groups and societies. The scarcity of energy, such as petroleum, could cause major powers to fall into conflicts or at least motivate groups of people in a state to organize violent crime against the ruling government in order to take control the use of those energy resources. This issue could trigger conflicts into interstate war if they cannot suppress it or using inappropriate resolution technique. Though the debates are going on whether to broaden the security studies, the crisis is already there and very serious. If one can’t or fail manage it there will be no time and no chance of getting rid of it anymore. Consequently, the world will pay more lives in exchange for peace which is completely hurtful for everybody to hear. Therefore, decision-makers should use appropriate mean to study security so that states, people and the whole can benefit from it. They should not just strictly follow a ‘too-narrow’ focusing by (neo)realist neither do they ‘too-big’ include everything to deal with security. Probably, security concerns of any kinds happen with time as well and that this time energy is one the most important factors could shake security of every kind of state and group.

Not so often that the Court of the Union follows Advocate General Opinion but this a surprise and perhaps a nightmare for many companies both in the US and the EU to regulate themselves accordingly to the Court’s prescription. There two different stories will be followed: from the EU side and the US.

From the EU perspectives, in general, they are applauding the judgment as this a strong position the EU has not shown to the US for song long and somehow allowed the American to inappropriately and freely do surveillance which, to some extent, means intervening in the EU domestic affairs and not respecting the EU member states’ sovereignty. From political point of views, it is clear that the EU is getting further and further away from the US domination and surviving on her own as there has long been criticism by some suprationalists that the EU is too much weak in saying against the US.

From legal point of views, this case has brought a great success of Court, particularly during its expansionist role in human rights affairs. The Court not just overlooks the relationship between EU institutions, states and people but also to scrutinize the EU’s agreements (especially the commission) when it comes to external affairs. Perhaps, fundamental rights and justice are the two terms have been referred most often when talking about this Safe Harbor case. The Court, for sure, is mandated to guarantee unity of EU law among EU’s institutions, Member states and citizens of the Union. In this case, the Court specially found itself on the edge of protecting fundamental rights of the Union citizens which means where there is violation of fundamental rights, the Court has an absolute rights to intervene no matter it is politicized case or else.

From economic and business point of view, however, the story is on the fence: cheering and nightmare to most tech firms both in the EU and the US. It is good in the sense that business is more regulated nationally and not authenticating every power to the US companies. It is good that individual European countries can now set their own regulation for US companies’ handling of citizens’ data and countries can choose to suspend the transfer of data to the US — forcing companies to host user data exclusively within the country. Also, company like Facebook will be examined by the Irish data regulator whether Facebook offered European users adequate data protections, and may order the suspension or fire a company’s transfer of data from Europe to the US if found badly abused. The good things that expect to happen is now the EU and the US including their firms is playing business on a more fairly basis.

However, to some observers this invalidation could be a major obstacle of smooth economic growth and business transactions between the two richest continents. Statistically, there are roughly up to 4,500 US firms that are running through a Safe Harbor and that giant companies like Google and Facebook that rely on Safe Harbor for the transfer of data — from tech giants like Google and Facebook to tiny startups — would be opened up to significantly more scrutiny from regulators within Europe. This is a nightmare for them since it is returning to the idea of bureaucratization. This ruling will increase the paperwork involving in authorizing data transfer to the US and lots of contracts will be made between the EU and US and may be resulting in legal implication. For sure, there will numerous of case suing to Courts regarding less about fundamental rights but more will be about freedoms of movement of services and expressions. At this time citizens like Mr. Schrem will be satisfied with the court’s ruling but firms who are affecting by this judgment will find ways to sue the Courts or any EU institutions to guarantee the smooth flow of internal market policy, for example. All of this will drive up costs and potentially cause delays.

Furthermore, the ruling is not just targeted the companies whose core activities is data processing, such as Facebooks or Twitter, it’s the companies who don’t have data processing capabilities of their own and transfer personal data abroad to get it done. Sources at one firm suggest it believes it already has all the necessary contracts drawn up and processes in place to avoid any disruption. However, if a company sends payroll data for administrative purposes across to the US, that becomes an issue. Likewise, it affects companies if they are a kind of firm trying to send over data about their customers for a marketing campaign. The big-name firms are being guarded about what they say.

So far, we can see that there are both positive and negative reactions to the Court’s ruling as well as its implications. The next move for both the EU and the US will be highly likely sensitive. It might be a bit tough situation for both sides. Also, there might be lots of fines made by the Courts in the coming months against the US tech companies regarding misusing their data. But it is less likely that the EU will shut down such long historical translantic commerce over privacy. I am convinced that it will be in the interest of both the EU and US to figure out how to enable data to flow for commercial purposes across the Atlantic in either direction. Ultimately they will figure out how to do that probably by accelerating new privacy law. But be aware of the reverse case. It could happen to the US by Mr. Schrem and it may also happen in Europe when a student starting a lawsuit against a European government, alleging that it is violating her rights through its surveillance using the same rationale laid out in the ECJ decision. As currently a case in Russia, a local government demanding that all data held about its citizens be stored within the country, rather than in the US, yet it is their own government who is going do mass surveillance against their own people.

The evolution of human rights regimes in the EU

In the article on the origins of human rights regimes, Andrew Moravscik sets forth the theory of republican liberalism. He uses the example of postwar Europe to illustrate why this theory offers a better explanation regarding the reasons for governments to construct such regimes, than realist and ideational theories. First, he provides a general overview of these three theories, which he then applies to the case of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). Cross- national patterns of national positions, the tactics used in international negotiations and the domestic motivations and deliberations are all discussed. He uses the United Kingdom (UK) as an example to support the argument, after which he makes some remarks concerning generalization and the dangers of holding onto the traditional Realist - Ideationalist dichotomy when studying IR.

Moravcsik argues that regarding the motivations and tactics used by states; the Realist point of view is that coercion is employed by great powers to extent their ideals, either because of national pride or geopolitical interest. Ideational theory regards altruistic governments and groups as the promoters of perceived universal norms, thereby establishing the process of the 'logic of appropriateness'. In this theory of republican liberalism, the main motivation concerns the domestic future. Governments try to ‘lock in’ human rights policies, and by extension democracy, by binding the state to international commitments. This should prevent the country from possibly backsliding into oppression and international conflict. Human rights regimes are special regarding the fact that they hold governments accountable for internal activities, and because they offer individuals and groups, rather than states, the opportunity to challenge these activities. In light of these characteristics and the motivations that states can be expected to have, the case of the ECHR is discussed.

Even though the theoretical starting points are almost opposite, Moravcsik argues that Realism and Ideationalism tend to converge in their conclusion regarding state behaviour. Both strands expect the greatest power(s) to be the most committed towards establishing human rights regimes, albeit for different reasons. This was not the case in postwar Europe however. When measured against willingness to accept compulsory jurisdiction of a court as well as the possibility for individual petition, those who held most power (the United States and the UK) were either not participating or non-committal during the process. Moravcsik shows that national preferences appear to be better predicted by the stability of the democracies concerned, as expected when following the republican liberalist thought. Because the motivation is to lock in future behaviour, newly democratized states can be expected to be most committed. They face the greatest risk of backsliding, whilst established democracies tend to feel confident about the future and therefore feel little need to transfer sovereignty to an international jurisdiction. Moravcsik considers Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, the UK and Luxembourg to be established democracies, and only Belgium was committed towards establishing the ECHR. On the other hand, relatively new democracies such as Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Iceland and Ireland were very committed towards establishing a human rights regime. Non-democratic regimes have no interest in human rights whatsoever, as could be expected. Ad hoc explanations with variables such as the possession colonies, a strong tradition of parliamentary sovereignty or a hang towards European federalism can all be disproved.

Moravcsik also discusses which tactics states most likely employ from the different theoretical points of view, and tests this against the ECHR. Realist thinkers would argue that great powers either coerce bribe weaker states, whilst ideational theory holds that persuasion would likely be sufficient. According to republican liberalist theory, governments can hardly be expected to change their position on such fundamental issues. This seems to have been the case: "governments conducted a classical international negotiation" (pp. 236), whereby practical compromises led to an outcome close to the lowest common denominator whereby states could hold on to their original positions. Concerning domestic deliberations, the same argument can be made. There was no domestic discussion regarding the costs and benefits of coercion, nor was there a significant amount of socialization for human rights as an end. The new human rights regime was however considered to be an instrument to promote the self-interested goal of stabilizing the democracy, especially by young ones such as Italy and Germany. This is what can be expected when following the republican liberalist thought.

The UK is than examined as a critical case, because it is both the oldest and most firmly established democracy, as well as a great power. And whilst its government offered support for international declatory norms, it firmly opposed to binding legal obligations, centralized international institutions, the right of individual petition and compulsory jurisdiction. The republican liberalist explanation is that the state simply did not worry about the stability of its democracy; and therefore saw no need to transfer sovereignty, since was afraid of interference with domestic issues whilst its laws were virtually in accordance with the proposals already.

Lastly, Moravcsik generalizes the findings towards the origin and evolution of human rights regimes, as well as other issue-areas in IR theory. Concerning the former, he concludes that "the tendency of states to enhance the credibility of domestic policies by binding themselves to international institutions may help explain" the enforcement of these regimes. In general IR theory, republican liberalism shows that international institutions might be best explained by regarding them to be the result of a two-level game, whereby a decisive role lies in the domestic political representation in world politics. Moravcsik ends by noting that the failure of Realist theory does not automatically mean that Ideational theory is valid and applicable, 'much more is required'.

This 2008 movie was so good produced and played. Mr. Liam Nesson, whose name is Bryan, is the best actor ever. He is so professional. He performed so good in the film. Without his sharp and serious behavior the film will not look good and attract millions of watch from people around the world at all. Maggie, whose name is Kim in the film, is another best, beautiful actor. She looks very young and really match the whole idea of the film.

However, as have been comparing by some professional group research, TAKEN 2008 was the best among these three films. This is not to prove the correct statement but it is somehow right since reactions from people through social network have shown the statistic. Yet, people from different corner of the world is waiting to see next release as well.

The movie began by showing Bryan's family relation was not good. Bryan has to do a lot of work; he has to stay away from home and his beautiful wife, Lenore. For years, Bryan did hard work but he did not bring much wealth to the family and neither warmness. Lenore was so angry about this. She got mad and she decided to divorce with Bryan and marry to another rich man who she hopes will provide her more happiness and better life. They broke apart.

However, Bryan still loves Lenore but he can't stop her since the socciety he is living is in the US, land of freedoms. Bryan loves her and also his cute daughter, Kim. One day, Bryan happens to buy his daughter a gift for her 17th birthday. He bought a nice stero speaker which he knew that Kim will like it. At the birthday party, crowded of people join the party since Kim is living with her mother and another businessman. Bryan came in but the bodyguard did not allowed to come in because he does not have an inviation letter. However, his former wife saw him and told to let him. Bryan went Kim and present her the gift and Kim was so happy.

The next day, Kim was invited by her friend to visit Europe, France mainly. Kim wanted to go to Paris, London and Barcelona but she has to get permission from her father since she remains a dependent daughter. Bryan did not want her to go but he can't refuse. Bryan signed the letter to allow but with conditons since he felt a little insecure to travel alone. His condition is to always report him where she will go, stay and with whom etc.

On the travelling was nightmare for Kim. She arrived in Paris and got to know one strange guy at the Paris Charle De Gualle Airport. She thought that guy was nice and they shared Taxi cable together. Surprisingly, that guy is looking for young girl to do his business. At the evening, that guy told a group of gangs to take the girls. They successfully took her.

At home, Bryan knew this information and took the flight to Paris immediately. Bryan is a secret agent, he knows a lot about the group. With some assistance from his colleagues, Bryan found his daughter and help bring her back to the United States of America.

David Cameron's Speech on Paris Attack 2015

This is amazing speech ever – Your pain is our pain – by United Kingdom of Great Britain Prime Minister David Cameron. He appears to make every listeners really feels his specch with the heart.

Of course, this is quite short speech in response to late 2015 Paris Attack for Prime Minster David Cameron but the meaning is really forever. It stands out and remains in the memory of all British people and the rest. He began his talk by showing the reason why those innocent people should not be attacked then he moved to say about their freedom which is everyone’s freedom. At the very important point, he pointed out the extremist groups who never care of human rights, respect, values, life and happiness of the others. He said those are evil, murderers and the worst ever kind of human beings.

At the end, Cameron also went straight to reveal his solution to combat those extremist groups. For him, cooperation between all states is very important and the only mean to completely tackle down the evil to the ground. He said he told his fellow men in the UK to be ready always and protect all civilian as much as they can. They have to work day and night to serve community peace and the rest of the world peace as well.

The British PM said he was "shocked" by the gun and bomb attacks, adding: "We will do whatever we can to help." From his observation, cooperation is a must to tackle the evil who their intention is to destroy humanity heritage. Both superpower and small have to work together in one pact to fight back against the extremist group.

Of course, everyone has rights and freedom but it is nonsense that their freedoms destroy the others, especially the innocent and civilian people. It is nonsense to harmfully target the non-combatants. It is nonsense to use force in order to build respect. Respect and Peace can only be established through negotiation and greater understanding from involved party.

Angkor Wat Revenue and Poor Children's life in front Angkor Temple

The annual total of visitors to Cambodia, mainly Angkor Wat temple, is so big. It was more than three millions visitors nowaday. And that in each visitor, they are required to pay around 15 to 25 USD in order to get access to the Angkor Wat complex. Simply imagine the total amount of money earn every year by multiplying 3 millions to 20 USD, then they will have around 60 million dollars per year of income. This is really large amount of money.

From this big amount of money, many Cambodian thought that we will develop our country faster than before. However, it was not at all. They still do not know where all of these money have gone. Many people especially the poor children remain poor. Nothing changes their even a little bit for the last 20 years since Angkor Wat officially open for tourists.

There are lots of children are working and selling small gifts and souvenire in front of Angkor Wat temple and other important hotspot. What happens to them? Who is the responsible for this problem? They are one of the owner of Angkor Wat temple by nationality at least. Yet they got nothing from the big revenue.

What happens to their parents? Who care them? Or do all these children have to take care of their mother, fathers instead. It seems like that. They are working all say long to sell some gift to visitors around Angkor War temple. For most visitors, they fear of these children. They did not buy any gifts from them. They did not even pay attention to the children's difficulty and suffering. Who care? Probably, visitors both national and international may think that it is not their responsbility; it's their parents or government respsobility and accountability. That is why visitors just pass by and never drop their one or both eyes on these poor children.

This is not an accepted behavior. Visitors and those who meet them should do something. Help as much they can. The best and very first thing they should do is to make happy with hope. Then can buy them a book to read or rather buy those children's gift. Also, better find a suitable place for them to get education. It can be in NGOs school or public school. At least, say some words to them and don't make them hurt if you can't do other thing else.

So sad to make this video clip and I'm sure it is also so pity for you to watch it. At the same time few people enjoy making a lot of money from Angkor Wat, becoming richest in the country, living in a good villa, eating delicious food, driving modern cars and wearing civilized clothes, many, especially poor children from very poor family, are left behind. During my journey to Angkor Wat, I had interviewed with those children about their everyday life. I've asked them about studying: they tend to answer nothing. Yes, they said they went to school but not so often or temporarily leave school for their business. In fact, they are on the street selling some souvenirs and others for a living. I don't know if they do this because their parents force or not. But I know for sure that they have to be strong and survive. That's why started to earn for a living since very little. This is the tragedy for the country. The share-earning from Angkor Wat may go only to few people and not everyone that is why we usually see poor living on the street of the modern city. Governance and human security seem very low in this society.

Many millions of international including American, French, German, Belgian, English, Dennis, Czech, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Korean, Taiwanist, Thai and Loas tourist visitors choose to Cambodia for many reasons. First and foremost is because of Cambodian natural resource. Saying this does not mean that tourists visitors come to invest on Cambodian oil resource but meaning to say they can enjoy nature that remains higher proportion in Cambodia comparing to their own country. Cambodia has very nice beach, big forest with lots of rare animal and trees.

The second reason is perhaps because of economical ones. It is quite cheap to stay and visit Cambodia. Visitor can just spend upto 15USD or less per day to get very good foods and nice restuarants.

The third and very important reason is because of Cambodia’s historical context and its best at building temples in the old age. Throughout the country, Cambodia has upto to two thousands ruined temples ranging from North to South and from Eas to West side of the Kingdom. Angkor Wat, for example, is the most attractive site in Asia and the world. International tourists who visited Cambodia but have not been to Angkor almost mean nothing. Angkor Wat adds lots of meaning to visitors all over the world. Visitors must not forget to visit this place.

The fourth reason is Cambodia’s unique culture. At the touristic site, for exam in Siem Reap, visitors will encounter events orchestrating to show Cambodia’s traditional way of life, marrying, how society was organized etc. Why I choose Siem Reap for the example? It is because:

Siem Reap is one of the most famous city in Cambodia and Asia. There are many things attractive to be experience. As often said, those who visited Siem Reap do not want to leave. They usually extend their stay because they are hungry to enjoy visiting thousand temples, unique culture, delicious food, hospitalized stay and safer to walk around. Like they were said, this video shows beautiful girls and boys acting in particular wedding culture in Asia. It is very funny to watch also. If Cambodia is your destination of traveling, do not look over Siem Reap. Sure, it is very joyful and timeless stay.

Turkish warplanes have shot down a Russian military aircraft on the border with Syria. Russian President Vladimir Putin said air-to-air missiles fired by Turkish F-16s while it was flying over Syrian territory hit the Su-24. But Turkish military officials said the plane was engaged after being warned that it was violating Turkish airspace. It is the first time a Russian aircraft has crashed in Syria since Moscow launched air strikes against opponents of President Bashar al-Assad in late September.

Vladimir Putin accuses Turkey of "stabbing Russia in the back", as Turkish official says Ankara believes two pilots are alive despite reports.

Erdogan says Turkey does not want escalation with Russia over downed plane, adding: "we are only defending out own security and the rights of our brothers".

He also said that parts of the downed plane landed inside Turkey, injuring two Turkish citizens.

Russia would be prepared to "create a joint staff" to fight the Islamic State (Isil) in which Moscow would work with France, the United States and even Turkey, the Russian ambassador to France said Wednesday.

"We are prepared to... plan strikes on Daesh (IS) positions together and create a joint staff with France, the US, with all the countries who want to be in this coalition," said Alexander Orlov," adding: "If the Turks want to be in at as well, they are welcome" despite tensions after Turkey downed a Russian military jet.

One of the two Russian pilots who ejected from a jet shot down by Turkey on Tuesday has been picked up by the Syrian army and is being taken to Russia's base there, Russia's ambassador to France said on Wednesday.

"One on board was wounded when he parachuted down and killed in a savage way on the ground by the jihadists in the area and the other managed to escape and, according to the latest information, has been picked up by the Syrian army and should be going back to the Russian airforce base," ambassador Alexandre Orlov told Europe 1 radio. The other pilot was killed.

This is exactly the kind of incident that many have feared since Russia launched its air operations in Syria. The dangers of operating near to the Turkish border have been all too apparent. Turkish planes have already shot down at least one Syrian air force jet and possibly a helicopter as well.

Russia insists that its warplane did not violate Turkish air space.

The United States believes that the Russian jet shot down by Turkey on Tuesday was hit inside Syrian airspace after a brief incursion into Turkish airspace, a US official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The official said that assessment was based on detection of the heat signature of the jet.

Turkey's military said the fighter was shot down by two of its F-16s after it violated Turkish airspace. A number of accounts suggest the SU-24 was in Turkish territory for 17 seconds before it had been attacked, hitting while it tried to return back into Syria territory.

In this current affair, Pluralist theory is applied. Turkey is a member of NATO, which considers an attack on one of its members to e an attack on them all. Pluralist believes on the corporation among states and the value of non-state actor. Interdependence gives Turkey an alliance to talk with Russia. Meaning that if Russia does something wrong, they have to admit the fact and solve the problem.

In a quick response to one of the strongest allies in Europe through Atlantic relations, American President has rapidly shared his condolences and join efforts with the French people and the French government to tackle down the extremist group. In his speech as one will see in the below script, US President Barack Obama told to the French and the world that we can never achieve peace by letting the extremists survive. They should be eliminated or otherwise we will be the one who suffer like what had already just happened in Paris, the heart city of Europe continent.

What should we do then? Join effort, increase international cooperation and promote the value of democracy, human rights and fundamental freedoms in order to create a world of safey and security, the world we all would like resid on and happily living with our fellow family members, relatives, friends and the rest.
