I'm gone this week! I'm leaving California and heading for Seattle for the week to take part in something called "Casual Connect," which is a mix-up of a ton of professionals in the Casual Games industry talking about their experiences and meeting up with other companies and individuals. It's a cool way to meet people who do game development like I do and love to entertain people on the casual game stage.

And as an added bonus... I'm going to bring my laptop and program at 32,000 feet in the air!

Seriously, it's been an amazing year since I started at Armor Games. Getting a desk and 40 hours a week of work to pursue my game ideas is AMAZING. Could never have been possible without Armor Games, for that I have to say thanks.

And since then I have been promoted! No longer a Senior Flash Developer, I have been given the title of Head of Game Development, meaning I am in charge of all game production at Armor Games. Pretty snazzy huh?

But now I am moving into an interesting part of my life. For the past few years I have been juggling expenses such as college, my first car, and trying to see my girlfriend 400 miles away. But now that my life has finally settled down, I have the chance to do shoot for some of my own personal dreams. First thing I wanted... to get out of my 520 sq. feet of apartment space.

I found a new apartment, the one of my dreams that I've always wanted. It's high up on the top floor, with 920 sq feet (nearly twice as big) and a nice deck to look out over. It also have a spiral staircase leading to a second story loft, which will be the perfect hideout for a computer work area and NES game station.

I move in exactly one month from now, so it'll be busy getting everything into boxes and moving once again. This transition is really more than just shifting space though. I always had these expectations for my life of what would happen and where I would be in 10 years or so... the goals I want to reach for myself and what I want to be doing. Everything seems to be falling into place.

I'll keep you updated on the move.

Thought I would never release another game huh? You were saying, "hey, after that many games he must be done and moved on to other things!" but NOOOOO, I'm back with another!

Hedgehog Launch is a game of skill, luck, action, adventure, and space travel. Collect cash and launch yourself as high as you can to get multipliers. Try to get into space as soon as you possibly can! A nation's space program is at stake!

This game was a lot of fun, and I made it on my free time for the most part. I made this game while watching television :).

Always been a HUGE fan of Firefox. I love the features and ease it seems to bring to my browsing experience. Anyway, you should totally upgrade to FF3. Congrats to the Firefox team for putting this together! My browsing seems fast and happy.

It was declared a holiday this week by this website and will continue to be until Sunday. We like elephants in general and we feel that don't get enough credit, so we decided to honour them.

I made a small game for the week. I call it Elephant Rave. I promise I am more sane than the games I make, this one definitely ranks up there with Colour Keys and Extreme Missile Defense Xtreme 3D.

So I have been getting a lot of people asking me where the heck all my games are the past few months. Quite simply TBA++ took a good 5-6 weeks, and I am taking a break from Flash games to work on a side project. I'll be going back to Flash production soon after with a game collaboration with BoMToons! Then after, back to the RPG!

We have recently released Obsessive Compulse Tournament Pack to Armor Games for a contest of massive proportions! We are not giving away just stickers this time, we're giving away I-Pod Shuffles and Ball Revamped balls and cool pieces of paper with my name and your name on it to the best players on the web (Grammar Check: 34 infractions found).

The game is 30 new levels and they are meant to kick your butt... seriously. These are the hardest levels we could come up with and they are not going to let you down easily.

Spectrum Genesis is online! Based on a game from my childhood, this game requires strategy, wit, and a finesse for hitting the A and S key.

The game is finally up on this site after I was tired and burned out from making this game. I worked really hard on it, and there is some extra polish than usual. When I was making this game I was working on four games at the same time! Now I am just working on three :).

So enjoy! Try to get every dot, I dare you :).

I've been getting varied reports that my website is starting to get blocked at schools and workplaces. Has anyone been getting blocked? If so, what blocking system are they using (websense, etc)?

I am trying to get a feeling for why my site is getting blocked. Thanks!

BTW this website as of today is ranked #35,422 in the world, which is it's best ever (beyond the strange peak in 2004 for Ball Revamped 2).
