विऔपनिवेशीकरण की ओर परिषद् की संघर्ष गाथा

अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद् की स्थापना १९४९ में भारतवर्ष को पुनः विश्व पटल पर आत्मनिर्भर एवं सबल बनाने के ध्येय से की गयी थी और ऐसा करने के लिए राष्ट्र की युवा शक्ति का सहयोग अत्यंत आवश्यक था। इसी ध्येय को ध्यान में रखकर परिषद् विद्यार्थियों के मध्य कार्य करता रहा। इस कड़ी में विद्यार्थी परिषद् के जो आदर्श रहे उनमे सबसे प्रमुख है विऔपनिवेशिकता। हमारा राष्ट्र सहस्त्रो वर्षो तक तुर्को, मुगलो, अफ़ग़ानों एवं अंततः अंग्रेजो का गुलाम रहा। इस कारण से राष्ट्र की संस्कृति का शनैः शनैः नाश होता गया, परिषद् इस बात से अवगत था इसलिए उसने विऔपनिवेशिकता के माध्यम से राष्ट्र की पुनर्चेतना का संकल्प किया। इसी कड़ी में परिषद् ने अनेको ऐसे कार्य किये जिससे राष्ट्र के लोगो में अपने संस्कृति के प्रति गौरव की अनुभूति करने लगे।

विगत एक वर्षो में भी परिषद् ने दिल्ली प्रान्त में अनेक ऐसे कार्य किये एवं अभियान चलाये जिसके माध्यम से औपनिवेशिक आदतों को त्यागने में भारतीय नागरिकों को गति मिली है। ऋतुमती अभियान के माध्यम से विद्यार्थी परिषद् के कार्यकर्त्ता मासिक धर्म विषय पर चर्चा एवं जागरुकता फैलाने का काम विद्यार्थी परिषद कर रही है । मासिक धर्म जैसे मुद्दे को हम खुले मंच पर सम्वाद करने, सामाजिक निषेध (टेबू) को खत्म करने के उद्देश्य से ग्रामीण, शहरी, झुग्गी आदि परिवेशों में जाकर मासिक धर्म के समय स्वच्छता एवं उसके महत्त्व से सम्बन्धित चर्चा स्थापित कर रहे हैं । भारत में वैदिक काल से ही रजस्वला स्त्री से संबंधित कई ऐसी रीतियां हैं जो रज महिलाओं के मान सम्मान और समाज में उनके महत्व को दर्शाता है जैसे ओड़िशा प्रांत में मनाया जाने वाला रज पर्व या मिथुना संक्रान्ति एवं असम में मनाया जाने वाला तोलनि बिया या शांति बिया। असम प्रांत में हर साल अंबुवाची मेला के समय कामाख्या देवी के मंदिर का द्वार बंद रहता है इसी मान्यता के चलते कि उस समय धरती मां रज की अवस्था में होती है। किन्तु समकालीन भारत में औपनिवेशिक शक्तियों के प्रभाव में मासिक धर्म को लेकर अनेक भ्रांतिया व्याप्त हो गयी थी।

इसी प्रकार विद्यार्थी परिषद् ने जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय में भारत विरोधी शक्तियों से भीषण संघर्ष करके यह सुनिश्चित किया की देश भर से आये छात्र खुलकर अपने सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को प्रदर्शित कर सके। वामपंथी देशद्रोहियों के कारण भारतीय त्यौहार मनाना भी विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में दुष्कर था किन्तु विद्यार्थी परिषद् के कार्यकर्ताओं केतप और साधना के बल पर ही ये सुलभ हो सका की आज जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र आज निर्भीकता से परिसर में दुर्गा पूजा, होली, दीपावली जैसे अन्य भारतीय त्यौहार गर्व से मनाते है। दुर्गा पूजा में अब परिषद् के पंडाल में सहस्त्रों छात्रों की भीड़ उमड़ती है जो आज से कुछ वर्ष पूर्व ऐसी कल्पना कर पाना भी संभव नहीं था।

वामपंथी छात्र संगठनो ने परिसर में देशविरोधी कृत्य करना सामान्य बना दिया था किन्तु विद्यार्थी परिषद् ने छात्रों में चेतना का नवीन संचार किया और उन्हें इसका बोध करवाया की मातृभूमि की सेवा करना जीवन का सबसे उत्कृष्ट मापक है। देश को तोड़ने की मंशा रखने वाले राष्ट्रविरोधी वामपंथियों को सबक सिखाने का काम किया है। जब २०१७ में उमर खालिद ने रामजस कॉलेज में घुसने का प्रयास किया तो विद्यार्थी परिषद् के राष्ट्रभक्त कार्यकर्ताओं ने उस नीच देशद्रोही को परिसर में प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया।

ऐसे असंख्य छोटी छोटी संगोष्ठी, कार्यक्रम एवं अन्य माध्यमों से विद्यार्थी परिषद् ने भारतीय छात्रों के मानस औपनिवेशिक दासता के प्रतीकों को मिटाने का कार्य किया है और भविष्य में भी अपने अनेक योजनाओं के माध्यम से परिषद् राष्ट्र के नवनिर्माण को लेकर संकल्पबंद्ध है।

Lavanya’s Justice Delayed, Fight For The Justice Not To Be Denied

The boundless powers conferred under Article 30 of our constitution towards minority educational institutions, like Sacred Heart higher secondary school at Michaelpatti, have unbridled autonomy to function with the State's fund for propagating Christianity which goes to limit enduring the students with constant psychological tortures, discriminations, and corporal punishments which ceases either if acceded to conversion or discontinuance from studies or accede to suicide; which in nutshell forms mechanism of Institutional Evangelism. The freedom to propagate religion with institutional autonomy guaranteed as fundamental rights for minority institutions has favoured Catholic Dioceses to encroach upon educational campuses through State Sponsorship via grants and aids to fuel conversion. Here, narrating the grave injustice met to a 17 year old girl – Lavanya by a Catholic Evangelical Institution in cabal with DMK Government in Tamil Nadu.

On 9^th January 2022, Lavanya drank pesticide in the hostel run by the evangelical Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School in Michaelpatti, Tanjavur. Following on the complaint of severe stomach ache, the school authorities has called her parents and sent her to their custody upon receipt of pending fees then she was admitted at Thanjavur Govt Medical College and diagnosed of poison consumption on 15^th January 2022. Very next day, a medico-legal case has been filed by the Thanjavur Police and dying declaration has been taken. To the dismay of dying Lavanya, her points of evangelical tortures by two nuns - Sagaya Mary and Raquel Mary were neglected during the dying declaration proceedings. So she attempted a video record which was published widely after her passing away on 19^th January 2022.

In the dead bed, Lavanya elaborated (the video was recorded by Muthuvel) which in her own words translated to English from Tamil – “My name is Lavanya, and my father’s name is Muruganantham. One time before me, they asked my parents about converting their daughter to Christianity and then providing support for her education. They will always scold and desist from staying in other places. In between, Muthuvel intervened to ask who had told like that. Lavanya resumes saying it is the Nun Sister there; her name is Raquel Mary. In between, Muthuvel intervenes to ask when they ask. Lavanya replied about two years ago. Lastly, Muthuvel says that all tortures are meted out to you since you did not convert. Lavanya replies that it might be.”

Where the entire recordings in the dying declaration covered all torture angles like, translated to English from Tamil – “I…..studying since 8th Class studying in the school by lodging in the hostel. There, Nun Sister Sagaya Mary is the warden of the hostel. Only to me, she will force me to do account calculation of the hostel along with proper maintenance of Audit record. And she used to scold me very frequently. She never sent me home for holidays and always forced me to stay in the hostel. Whenever I asked to go home, she would convince me by saying that I could study properly if I stayed in the hostel. However, the studies have hugely piled up, and I start refusing to do such accounts and audit works; whenever I deny doing accounts and audit works. Also, I was never given proper food. That Sister always forced me to do accounts and audits, and such acts have forced me to commit suicide.”

Instead of cognizing reference of evangelical angle, Ariyalur Police at behest of Catholics backed DMK Govt has asserted the entire video as purported and denied to validate the video as dying declaration by causing an act of omission of this video. Even State Education Minister of Tamil Nadu – Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi in a press interview as defended Sagaya Mary by rejecting forced conversion angle and defended the acts of Sagaya Mary as the Ordained Nun was the Guardian of Lavanya. National Commission on Protection of Child Rights after highlighting this angle also asserts on crucial aspects “the Investigating officer that till date she has not been able to identify the vendor /the source from which the alleged substance/poison/herbicide has been procured… During the inquiry, it was observed by the team that due process of law as well as procedure established by law has not been followed while conducting the investigation.” On this well planned nexus to impart injustice to the brave 17 year old martyr, evangelical driven DMK Government represented by their MLA - Inigo S. Irudayaraj, and presented with a shawl and garland to the accused two nuns who were given bailed by the lower court.

At one side, DMK government’s planned negligence to dilute all aspects of Lavanya’s martyrdom to account the circumstances which coerced her to consume poison were whitewashed and truth being tampered fully. Whereas, on other side, DMK MLA welcoming the accused with garlands gives a clear picture of DMK-nexus with evangelical forces targeting schools and educational campuses. Condemning every planned efforts against Lavanya, ABVP stood with her to fight for right and the truth against the draconian DMK Government. A nationwide protest led by the then ABVP National General Secretary – Nidhi Tripathi, a protest was held infront of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s residence on 14^th February 2022 to condemn act of his party MLA Inigo Irudhayaraj’s ac to welcome the accused Sagaya Mary released on bail. A huge crackdown followed against ABVP in Tamilnadu which followed by arrest of State Office Bearers also ABVP’s former National President – Dr Subbiah Shanmugam was illegally arrested without due grounds.

Though, the case is in CBI, and the innocent martyred Lavanya awaits for justice till today with every proofs being tampered and evidences destroyed carefully by evangelical forces in Tamilnadu. Still recounting all these facts to assure that the fight for Lavanya continues until the justice delayed is ensured by bringing the State sponsored evangelical agenda by DMK gets defeated in the court of law, also a book on Lavanya’s Martyrdom to ensure her justice is underway and this Fight is still ON.

CoViD and Post-CoViD batches of JNU students might not be aware of the fact that students union election has been an annual affair in JNU. Every elected representative of the JNUSU serves the students for a term of one year, after which new representatives are elected through a democratic process - which is btw, just to set the record straight, unheard of in all of the communist/Marxist/Maoist States. Marxist or Far-leftist states have dictators who rule in the name of “peoples” by the power vested and maintained by a centralized State structure and brutal armed forces.

Continuing their deceitful tradition, the ever-compromised communists of JNU have once again devised a cunning plan to rob JNU students of their political rights to electoral representation. The compromiser sycophant left organisations have kneeled down before the Dean of Students instead of questioning DoS’s role over its involvement in the JNUSU election. We believe that the JNU election must be a totally student-led election conducted by the Election Commission (fully comprised of students). We condemn such thuggery by the Communists of Campus in collusion with the corrupt administrative forces of the DoS; both of whom want the JNUSU election to be stalled and consequently steal the rights to political representation of the student community. We are forced to ask: Why is the DoS office being unnecessarily involved in JNUSU elections? Why wasn’t the meeting conducted in JNUSU office? Why are Communists on the campus legitimising the interference of the administration via DoS? Where is the election commission? Isn’t this a deadly blow to the autonomy of JNUSU?

ABVP JNU has fought and will fight any force that attempts to undermine the autonomy and independence of JNUSU. Since the CoViD days, we were on the ground to help out the quarantined students under our mission ‘aarogya’. Post-CoViD, when the so called JNUSU president was busy losing assembly election in West Bengal, kicking her responsibility as a student representative, ABVP organised Nyaya Satyagraha, Satyagraha and Gate blockade to demand immediate JNUSU elections. ABVP-JNU, therefore, has decided to summarily boycott the meeting held in the Red Palace. Whereas, the student union office (Teflas) has been closed indefinitely with the connivance of anti-student pro-DoS Communists. Any election-related meeting must be called by the election commission and subsequently held in the Students Union Office (Teflas). We will definitely be part of the process but not on the dictatorial terms of JNU admin.

Their arrogance, intolerance and bigotry has turned this year’s JNUSU elections into a sasta Bengal Panchayat election. ‘1989 Tiananmen Square’ incident was repeated at Sabarmati lawn on February 9, when left muzzled free speech by using violence against common students and ABVP karyakarta-s who were attending the UGBM called by all organisations. 2020: सर्वप्रथम ABVP ने कोरोना-महामारी के दौरान ऑनलाइन चुनाव की मांग की। इसके पश्चात ABVP ने उपचुनाव की मांग की। इसके लिए जेएनयू संविधान में प्रावधान भी है लेकिन इस मांग को ये अयोग्य, अक्षम और अवैध JNUSU द्वारा लगातार नजरअंदाज किया गया।

2021: लड़ाई जारी रखते हुए, ABVP ने चुनाव के लिए प्रशासन पर दबाव बनाने के लिए (टी-पॉइंट पर) 15 दिनों का कठोर सत्याग्रह किया। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन चुनाव करवाने क लिए सहमत हुआ लेकिन प्रशासन का ये आश्वासन भी ढकोसला ही साबित हुआ।

2022: ABVP यहीं नहीं रुकी, उसने फेलोशिप और JNUSU चुनाव की दोहरी मांगों के साथ एक बार फिर न्याय सत्याग्रह शुरू किया, विशेष रूप से इस तथ्य पर विचार करते हुए कि विश्वविद्यालय में नयी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया भी पूर्ण हो चुकी थी। हम JNU मुख्य द्वार के पास बैठे और विरोध स्वरूप मुख्य-द्वार को बंद कर दिया क्योंकि प्रशासन हमारी उचित मांगों पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहा था। ABVP के इस संघर्ष के फलस्वरूप JNU के तत्कालीन रेक्टर अजय दुबे को इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।

2023: ABVP ने मार्च में SL भवन में DoS सुधीर प्रताप का घेराव किया और उनसे लिखित में यह आश्वासन लिया कि वह 15 दिनों के भीतर चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी करेंगे। सितंबर में फिर से हमने चुनाव की मांग को लेकर अनामिका गुलाटी (DoS1) का घेराव किया। इस समय वामपंथियों ने प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर छात्रों को धोखा दिया क्योंकि वे चुनाव नहीं चाहते थे।

5 फरवरी, 2024: DoS ने सभी छात्र संगठनों की बैठक बुलाई, विश्वविद्यालय इतिहास में यह पहली बार था कि प्रशासन ने राजनीतिक दलों को मान्यता दी, जबकि प्रशासन के समक्ष केवल छात्रों की मान्यता होनी चाहिए, न कि उनकी राजनीतिक संबद्धता की।

दुर्भाग्य से, बैठक पोलित ब्यूरो की अध्यक्षता में हुई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता ‘माओ’ राधा ने की, यहाँ वामपंथी संगठनों को व्यंजन भी परोसे गए। यह बैठक स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनावों के माध्यम से अपने प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा प्रतिनिधित्व किए जाने के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों को लेकर जेएनयू छात्रों को परेशान करने की एक सुनियोजित साजिश थी। बैठक के पश्चात एक अवैध और JNUSU संविधान विरोधी अधिसूचना जारी की गई, ये नक्सलियों को EC सदस्यों के चुनाव के लिए जीबीएम आयोजित करने के लिए अधिकृत करती है,जो जेएनयूएसयू चुनावों की निगरानी करेंगे।

अधिसूचना दो कारणों से अवैध और अमान्य थी:

पहला, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने JNUSU को अवैध घोषित कर दिया था।

दूसरी ओर इसका 3.5 साल का कार्यकाल समाप्त हो गया था। छात्रों की शिकायतों को दूर करने के लिए कोई वास्तविक छात्र प्रतिनिधि नहीं था।

6 फरवरी, 2024: सभी छात्र संगठनों की बैठक बुलाई गई, इसमें ABVP ने भाग लिया, लेकिन हमने एक गोलमेज सम्मेलन की मांग की, जिसकी अध्यक्षता सभी लोग करें, न कि कामरेड आइशी घोष, और यही वजह थी कि अंत में हमने इस बैठक का बहिष्कार किया। ABVP ने JNU में किसी भी छात्र संगठन द्वारा बुलाई गई सभी बैठकों में प्रतिभाग किया है।

9 फरवरी: 1. GBM होना, इस तथ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए एबीवीपी की नैतिक जीत थी कि वामपंथियों की मूल योजना 4 सदस्यों को गुप्त रूप से नामित करने और प्रशासन को भेजने की थी। यह हमारे कठोर और निरंतर प्रयासों, कक्षाओं, मेस एवं छात्रावासों में ABVP के चलाए गए अभियान का असर ही था कि उन्हें खुली बैठक आयोजित करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा। यह छात्रों के राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधित्व के अधिकारों को छीनने के वाम-प्रशासन गठजोड़ पर JNUSU संविधान की जीत थी।

2. यूजीबीएम के आयोजन के लिए, JNUSU संविधान के अनुसार विश्वविद्यालय की छात्र क्षमता का 1/3 होना आवश्यक है, जिसे पूरा नहीं किया गया। इसके अलावा, हस्ताक्षर के के लिए छात्र संख्या का न्यूनतम 1/10 आवश्यक होता है और इसे केवल बैठक स्थल पर ही प्राप्त किया जाता है। न्यूनतम गणपूर्ति के 1/10 के नियम का अवैध रूप से गैर-अधिसूचित JNUSU द्वारा खुले तौर पर उल्लंघन किया गया था। अब सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि उन्होंने 9 फरवरी का दिन ही क्यों चुना? ठीक इसलिए क्योंकि, 9 फरवरी, 2016 को इन नक्सली-जिहादी तत्वों ने “भारत तेरे टुकडे होंगे” जैसे नारे लगाए थे, तब से हर साल 9 फरवरी को वे इस घटना की याद में इस तरह के आयोजन करते हैं। ऐसा वे जेएनयू को बदनाम करने और अपने राजनीतिक आकाओं को खुश करने के लिए करते हैं। इसके अलावा, पिछले साल भी इसी दिन, उन्होंने भारत सरकार द्वारा अनुच्छेद 370 को खत्म करने का विरोध किया था, और JNUTA MOSAIC में जामिया के उनके कामरेड ने जेएनयू की एक महिला छात्रा के साथ छेड़छाड़ की थी।

9 फरवरी-2024, को वास्तव मे जो हुआ, वह-

10:00 बजे- माइक और स्पीकर संभालने वाले व्यक्ति को अपमानजनक और जातिसूचक शब्द कहे गए। जिस पर श्रमिकों ने सहयोग करने से इनकार कर दिया लेकिन हमने हस्तक्षेप किया और उन्हें मना लिया। UGBM फिर से शुरू हुआ और हम सहयोग कर रहे थे। ABVP बिना माइक के भी यूजीबीएम शुरू करने पर सहमत थी लेकिन डफली की तेज आवाज से दूसरों को चुप कराने वाले वामपंथियों को यह मंजूर नहीं था। शर्मनाक ये है कि UGBM को रोकने के लिए वामपंथियों ने कठोर लोहे से बनी इन डफलियों का इस्तेमाल जेएनयू के छात्रों पर हमला करने के लिए किया। इन वामपंथियों ने पहले से ही जेएनयू के छात्रों पर हमले की योजना बनाई थी।

11:00 बजे- स्पेनिश सेंटर से प्रियम नाम के नक्सली ने “ना माने तो लात से, इन मक्खियों को मसल दे” कहकर भीड़ को उकसाया। यहां मक्खी का मतलब हिंदू है। एक अन्य वामपंथी वक्ता ने मंच से हिंदुओं के नरसंहार का आह्वान किया, जिसका CPIM नेता आइशी घोष और DSF कार्यकर्ता अनघा ने समर्थन किया। अनघा ने मंच से एबीवीपी पर तंज कसा और भद्दी-भद्दी गालियां दीं।

12:00 बजे- नक्सलियों ने ABVP छात्रों पर इतना भयानक हमला किया कि लोहे की फ्रेम वाली डफली टूट गईं। जिन छात्रों को गंभीर चोटें आईं, उनमें ABVP के इकाई सचिव विकास पटेल, पुष्कर, कन्हैया, दिव्य प्रकाश, प्रफुल्ल, अंकेश भाटी और प्रशांतो बागची शामिल हैं। 1:00 पूर्वाह्न: एबीवीपी ने 4 प्रस्ताव पारित किए:

1. हम JNUSU को नहीं मानते क्योंकि यह गैर अधिसूचित है और इसका कार्यकाल समाप्त हो चुका है।

2. ABVP ने सुनिश्चित किया कि स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव होंगे।

3. प्रशासन भ्रष्ट है और इन नक्सलियों से मिला हुआ है।

4. JNUSU कार्यालय तत्काल खोला जाए।

2020: At first, ABVP demanded online elections during the pandemic. Thereafter, ABVP demanded by-elections, for which there is a provision in JNU Constitution and which were continuously ignored by incompetent, inept un notified JNUSU.

2021: Continuing the battle, ABVP undertook rigorous 15-day long Satyagraha (at T-point) to press administration for elections. The administration agreed on writing for elections but retracted soon.

2022: ABVP didn’t rest here, again it undertook Nyay Satyagraha with twin demands of fellowship and JNUSU election, specially considering the fact that new students had been admitted. We sat near main gate and closed the gate since Admin wasn’t heeding to our just demands. Then JNU Rector Ajay Dubey had to resign due to our struggle.

2023: ABVP gheored DoS Mr. Sudhir Pratap in SL Building in March and obtained an written assurance from him that within 15 days he will release an Election Notification. Again in September we gheraoed Anamika Gulati, DoS-I demanding elections. The left at that time cheated students by conniving with Admin as they didn’t want elections.

5 Feb, 2024: DoS summoned meeting of all students organisation, this was the first time adminstration recognised political parties, whereas admin must recognise only students and not their affiliations. Unfortunately, Meeting turned out to be politburo presided by Mai Radha, and even delicacies were offered to communists. It was a well-chalekd out plot to stirp JNU students of their democratic rights of being represented by their representatives through the way of free and fair elections. Thereupon, an illegal and anti-JNUSU Constitution notification was issued which authorised the naxalis to hold GBM for electing EC members who will supervise JNUSU elections. The Notification was illegal and void because of two-fold reasons: first, Delhi High Court had declared JNUSU has illicit and anyways, it had expired it’s term of 3.5 years. Secondly, there was no genuine student representative to ventilate student grievances.

6 Feb, 2024: All students organisation meeting was convened, it was attended by ABVP but we demanded a Round Table Conference being presided by everyone and not by Comrade Aishu Ghose. At last, we boycotted. Till now, ABVP has joined any meeting summoned by any organisation in JNU.

9 FEB:

1. The GBM was ABVPs moral victory considering the fact that the orginal plan of communists was to nominate 4 members secretly and forward to admin. It was because of our strenous and sustained efforts & campaign of ABVP in classrooms, mess, hostels that they were forced to hold open meeting. It was victory of JNUSU constitution over Left-Admin nexus to snatch rights of political representation of students.

2. For organising UGBM, the mandate required is 1/3 of the strength of the university as per JNUSU Constitution which wasn’t fulfilled. Moreover, 1/10 Quorum in form of signatures is required, and this is to be obtained on the meeting spot only. The rule of 1/10 for quorum was openly defied by illegal un notified JNUSU.

Now, most importantly, why did they choose 9 February? Precisely because, on 9Feb, 2016, these Naxalites-Jidhadi duo had raised Bharat tere Tuke honge slurs, since then, every year on 9 Feb, to commemorate the event they come up with such events. This they do to defame JNU and please their polical masters. Moreover, on same date previous years, they had opposed GoIs scrapping of Article 370, and in JNUTA mosaic, their comrade from Jamia had molested a JNU women student.

What really happened yesterday (on the inauspicious night of 9 Feb 2024 ) ?

10:00 PM- Disparaging casteist slurs were made against worker handling mic and speaker. He declined to co-operate but we intervened and convinced him. The UGBM re-started and we were cooperating. Moreover we had agreed to initiate the UGBM even without mic but it wasn’t agreeable to the communists who silence others with loud noises of Dafli. Ironically the Dafli; made from hard steel was used by Anti Democratic left to batter JNU students in order to stop UGBM. They had planned in advance to get of JNU students.

11:00 PM- A Naxalite named Priyam from Spanish centre instigated the crowd by saying na mane toh laat se, in makhiyo ko msal de. Here makkhi stands for Hindus. Another leftist speaker called for genocide of Hindus from the podium which was enabled by CPIM leader Aishe Ghosh and DSF activist Anagha. Anagha taunted ABVP from the stage and passed abusive slurs.

12:00 PM- Naxalites attacked ABVP students in such a heinous way that the Iron framed Daflis were broken down. The students who received serious injuries are ABVP Secretary Vikas Patel, Pushkar, Kanhiya, Divya Prakash (A Divyang student), Praful, Ankesh Bhati and Prashnto Bagchi.

10^th February

1:00 AM: ABVP passed 4 resolutions:

I. We do not regard JNUSU as it is un notified and it’s term has been expired.

II. ABVP ensured that free and fair elections will take place.

III. Administration is corrupt and in hands in glove with these naxalites.

IV. JNUSU Office should be opened forthwith and handed over to students.

श्रीराम के राजगद्दी पर बैठते ही राजकार्य की व्यवस्था को अपने हाथों में लेते ही, तीनों लोक- स्वर्ग, मर्त्य, और पाताल अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए और उनके सब दु:ख दूर हो गए। राम के प्रताप से सब के मनों के भेद-भाव या कुटिलता नष्ट हो गई, अर्थात् कोई किसी से वैर नहीं करता था। इसी रामराज्य की स्थापना का उत्सव हम मनाने जा रहे हैं। लोकमंगल के कल्याण हेतु प्रतिबद्ध श्रीराम की प्रतिष्ठा अयोध्या में होने से अयोध्या विश्व संस्कृति की राजधानी के साथ ही समस्त वसुधा के कल्याण का केंद्र बनेगी। भारत आनन्दित है, सनातन गर्वित है कि राम आ रहे हैं।

राम मंदिर का उद्घाटन निकट है, हम सबके सहस्त्र पूर्व जन्मो के संचित पुण्यों के फल से हम इस क्षण के साक्षी होने जा रहे है किन्तु यह इतना सरल नहीं था। रामभक्तो ने इस शुभ क्षण को दृष्टिगोचर करने के लिए अनेकों बलिदान दिए, कई ललनाएँ विधवा हो गयी, कितने बालक अनाथ हो गए परन्तु यह यज्ञ अनवरत चलता ही गया।

जब भारतवर्ष की पुण्यभूमि पर प्रथम बार मलेच्छ सेना ने सिंध में पदाघात किया तब हिन्दू समाज अरब भूमि में जन्मे इस नवीन पंथ की साधन पद्धत्ति से अनभिज्ञ था। हिन्दू जनमानस के लिए यह अवश्य ही कौतुहल भरा होगा कि कोई पंथ दूसरे धर्मों के देवालयों को तोड़कर, परधर्म की स्त्री से व्यभिचार करके कैसे संतुष्ट हो सकता है। जैसे जैसे इस्लाम का प्रकोप समूचे आर्यावर्त में व्याप्त होता गया की ठीक वैसे वैसे ही मलेच्छो की मनसा भी साफ़ होते गयी; जो की हमारे देवालयों को नष्ट करने की थी । भारत का कोई कोना इस्लाम के उत्पात से अछूता नहीं रहा और यह आग हिन्दुओं के लिए साक्षात् धर्म का मूर्तस्वरूप कहे जाने वाले माता जानकी के हृदयपङ्कज मर्यादापुरुषोत्तम प्रभु श्रीराम की प्रिय जन्मभूमि अयोध्या तक आ पहुँची।

मलेच्छवाहिनी ने भगवान् की जन्मस्थली को क्षत विक्षत कर दिया और अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर वो अट्टहास करते हुए चल पड़े। श्रीराम अवश्य ही उस समय अपने भक्तो से रुष्ट थे संभवतः इसी कारण हमे अपने राष्ट्र को मलेच्छ एवं विधर्मियों द्वारा पददलित होते देखना पड़ा परन्तु राजीवलोचन रामचंद्र अधिक समय तक अपनी जन्मभूमि से दूर नहीं रह सकते थे। अयोध्या में बहने वाली पवित्र सरयू में प्रभु ने स्नान किया है, पैरों में घुँघरू बाँध प्रभु अपने बाल्यकाल में इसी नगर में विचरे है, माता जानकी का पाणिग्रहण कर इसी नगर में वो उन्हें अपनी प्राणवल्लभा बनाकर लाये थे। दुर्दांत राक्षस रावण का मानमर्दन कर पुनः इसी नगर में वो धर्मावलम्बी राजा बनकर सुशोभित हुए थे। यह कहना अनुचित नहीं होगा की देवताओं को भी दुर्लभ यह पवित्र साकेतभूमि अयोध्या भगवान् राम को क्षीरसागर से भी प्रिय है। इस पावन नगर के कण कण में हमारे अराध्य भगवान् राम के चरण राज मिले हुए है। इसलिए इस नगर का उत्थान अवश्यम्भावी ही था। रामलला बस अपने भक्तों की परीक्षा मात्र लेने के लिए उनसे प्रतीक्षा करवा रहे थे और वो घडी आ ही गयी।

६ दिसंबर १९९२ को सैकड़ो वीर रामभक्तों ने सभी हिंदुओ के माथे पर लगे कलंक को सदा के लिए धो दिया। उस अपवित्र ढांचे को धराशायी करने की यह यात्रा अत्यंत कठिन थी किन्तु राजा रामचंद्र ने अपने भक्तों के माध्यम से उसे सरलता से पूर्ण करवा लिया। अनेक प्रतापी हिंदुओ ने इस यज्ञ में अपने प्राणो की आहुति दी और इसके पश्चात वो सदा के लिए प्रभु राम के चरणों के सेवक बन गए किन्तु वो सब राम जी की इच्छा पूर्ति के निमित्त मात्र थे। जैसे की रामचरितमानस में शिव जी कहते है "उमा न कछु कपि कै अधिकाई प्रभु प्रताप जो कालहि खाई" अर्थात हनुमान जी ने लंका में जो साहस दिखाया था उसमे उनकी कोई सामर्थ्य नहीं थी। प्रभु श्रीराम के प्रताप का बल ही ऐसा है कि कोई काल भी खा सकता है। इसी प्रकार रामभक्तो ने भी राम जी के इच्छानुसार उस पापरूपी ढांचे का विनाश किया। परन्तु मात्र इससे रामलला के ह्रदय को शांति प्राप्त नहीं हुई। उन्होंने टेंट में रहकर अपने भक्तो को और सताने का निश्चय किया। जो भी हिन्दू अयोध्या जाता और भगवान् को इस प्रकार असहाय देखता तो उसका ह्रदय वेदना से चीत्कार कर उठता। वह अपने आपको निर्बल एवं निःसहाय पाता की उसके जीने का क्या प्रयोजन है यदि उसके जीवित रहते उसके परम आराध्य इस निर्जन अवस्था में स्थित है। यद्यपि राम स्वयं परमब्रह्म है और वो चराचर के हर जीव में निवास करते है किन्तु यह सब ज्ञान की कोरी बाते रामभक्तों के किसी काम की नहीं थी।

इसे भारतवर्ष का दुर्दिन ही कहिये कि जिस राष्ट्र की परिकल्पना राम के बिना संभव नहीं हो सकती उस राष्ट्र ने पाश्चात्य जगत के वशीभूत हो छद्म सेकुलरिज़्म के आदर्श की रक्षा हेतु रामलला को उनके जन्मस्थान से इतने वर्षो तक वंचित रखा। न जाने कितने षड्यंत्र रचे गए, भगवान् के अस्तित्व पर प्रश्नचिन्ह खड़े किये, श्रीराम की प्रासंगकिता को नकारा गया रामभक्तों को हतोत्साहित करने के अनेक ऐसे प्रयास किये गए कित्नु रघुवंस कुलभूषण श्री रामचंद्र जी के प्रबल प्रताप से वह सब विफल सिद्ध हुआ और अंततोगत्वा ९ नवंबर २०१९ को भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने रामलला के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय सुना दिया। रामजी के जन्मस्थान को प्राप्त करने में न्यायलय के प्रति निर्भर रहना बहुसंख्यक हिन्दू समाज की सयंमशीलता की पराकाष्ठा थी अथवा हिन्दुओं का नेतृत्व कर रहे राजनीतिक तंत्र की दुर्बलता यह तो विचारने का विषय है ।

पर अब वो तिथि भी लगभग आ ही गयी है जब रामलला विराजमान होने जा रहे है। भले ही विधर्मियों ने अनेक बार हमारे तीर्थक्षेत्रों को नष्ट किया किन्तु एक आम हिन्दू के ह्रदय में अयोध्या का नाम सुनते ही उसके मानस पटल पर राम जी की जो भुवनमोहिणी छवि अंकित होती है उसको वो नष्ट नहीं कर सके।

अयोध्या आज पुनः अपने वैभव को प्राप्त कर रही है। महर्षि अरविन्द भारत के जिस पुनर्जन्म की बात किया करते थे संभवतः वह २२ जनवरी को होने जा रहा है। भारतवर्ष का गौरव उसे पुनः प्राप्त हो चला है, हमारे प्रेरणापुंज भगवान् हमे अपने दर्शन का सौभाग्य देने जा रहे है। इस अवसर पर विश्व का प्रत्येक हिन्दू अपने पूर्वजो के बलिदान पर अत्यंत गौरवान्वित एवं श्रीराम जी के भक्तिभाव में अभिभूत है। परन्तु जब हम रामलला के दर्शन हेतु जाएँगे और भगवान वहाँ हमसे पूछेंगे की उनके परम भक्त महादेव की प्रिय नगरी काशी की क्या दशा है ? तब हम भगवान् के सम्मुख क्या उत्तर देंगे इसपर हमसब को अवश्य आत्मचिंतन करना चाहिए।

Remembering Hindu Intellectual Yoddhā-s who Struggled for Rāmajanmabhūmī Reclamation: A Humble Tribute

Taleb, a traditionalist essayist and mathematical statistician, further elucidates that there can be “no other definition of success than leading an honorable life.” Here, “honor means that there are things that you would do unconditionally, regardless of the consequences.” Furthermore, according to the author, “there is another dimension of honor: engaging in actions going beyond mere skin in the game to put oneself at risk for others, have your skin in other people’s game; sacrifice something significant for the sake of the collective.” This is the image we have in mind, when we use the term ‘Intellectual Yoddhā’. We are paying tributes to scholars who happily sacrificed positions of power, money and fame (not posthumously though) in the ever-ignoted yajña for Deva, Deśa and Dharma. Nothing mattered to them, other than the search for truth. They were/are seekers of knowledge, not dogmatists. They truly represent the critical spirit of Hindu knowledge tradition, in the times dominated by close-ended modernist totalitarian ‘isms’.

We have an abstract ideal now. Let us get to the particulars. Is that even possible? Do we have such scholars in contemporary times that come even close to this ideal. The answer is a big YES! This writing is dedicated to a few of them. The five centuries struggle to establish Rāma-Lalā in his janmasthāna at Ayodhyaji reached a tipping point when on December 6, 1992 Babri structure was demolished by the mighty kāra-sevaks. “It is the will of the people,” opined Gandhian scholar Dharampal. “This was long overdue, it is part of the necessary process of bringing down colonial symbols.” Though it, literally, was the will of the people of Bharat to have darśana of their beloved ārādhya Prabhu Ṣrī Rāma at his janmasthāna, the Indian State and its Durbari historians couldn’t care much.

Interestingly, the site of contention had no theological significance in Islamic history, while it meant everything to the average Hindu. The same logic applies to Krishna Janmabhoomi (Mathura) and Gyanvapi Structure (Kashi) too. However, the intellectual onslaught against the Hindu side by Left-Islamist “scholarly” nexus backed by the institutional apparatus of the Indian State not only brought global infamy to the Hindu side’s justified claim to the Janmasthāna site, but also needlessly aggravated the matter into an issue of foremost political contention. The cowardly leftist cabal was so afraid of open discussion on this issue that when Shri Arun Shourie (erstwhile Editor-in-Chief, The Indian Express) opened the ‘opinion’ section for debate, they didn’t even have the integrity to reply to their ideational opponents.

The Hindu intellectual side, which wrote mainly in English (in a failed attempt to engage with the spineless leftist distorians), was led by stalwarts like Ram Swarup, Sita Ram Goel, Arun Shourie, Koenraad Elst, etc. The seminal work ‘Hindu Temples: What Happened To Them (A Preliminary Survey)’, which was compiled and edited by Sita Ram Goel, was first published in April 1990. This work was a compilation of article written in discussion (though one way) with contemporary “Stalinist historians.” The most prominent feature of this work is undoubtedly the arduous list of hundreds of Islamic structures, prepared by Sita Ram Goel (‘Let the mute witnesses speak’) himself, which stand on demolished Hindu sacred spaces. The second volume of this work, authored solely by Sita Ram Goel, documented the primary historical Islamic evidence on the destruction of Hindu places of worship. Eminent archaeologist B. B. Lal and reputed scholars like A. R. Khan, Abhaas Chatterjee and Harsh Narain contributed articles to shed away the misconceptions propagated by the leftist cabal. Moreover, Harsh Narain authored a book titled ‘The Ayodhya Temple-Mosque Dispute: Focus on Muslim Sources’.

On the whole, English daily The Indian Express and a publishing house named Voice of India became the mouthpiece of only sane truth-seeking scholars. These scholars did not believe that every civilizational injustice that Hindus faced must be brushed under the carpet because Bharatiya-s are subhuman creatures who do not deserve to know the truth. They were not interested to propagate ideologically motivated half-truths to suit some dogmatic imperialist cults. They did not sell their scholarship to the hinduphobic regime which was hellbent upon appeasing the aggressive colonial side. Struggling against the hegemonic discourse, renowned Indologist Koenraad Elst (Ayodhya: The Case Against the Temple, 2002; Ayodhya: The Finale, 2003) and historian Meenakshi Jain (Rama and Ayodhya, 2013; The Battle for Rama: Case of the Temple at Ayodhya, 2017) also added layers to the discussion with their timely academic interventions. Evidently, the positive shift of popular narrative with regard to Ramajanmabhoomi movement was not a cake walk. Countless warrior-like figures from all walks of life sacrificed a lot for the cause.

Finally, Rāmalalā will take his rightful place in his janmasthāna on January 22nd, 2024. It is a matter of joyous awakening and sāttvika utsava for dharmics all-over the world. But amidst these celebrations, we must not forget the perseverance and hardships of the people who manifested this śubha fala out of their penance and sufferings. We must pay our heartfelt tributes to intellectual yoddhā-s like Ram Swarup, Sita Ram Goel, Arun Shourie, Koenraad Elst, Meenakshi Jain and many more who became a medium of Rāmalalā’s will. They provided the intellectual ammunition to the politically orphaned Hindu side in the Congress dominated political system of erstwhile India. Remembering such brave-hearts wouldn’t be enough. A true tribute would be to take their legacy foreward. What can we learn?

रामो विग्रहवान् धर्म

Prabhu Śrī Rāma represents all that is śreyas, all that is fearless, all that is righteous, all that is auspicious, and all that is fair. That is why Maharishi Valmiki refers to him as the Vigrah of Dharma himself. The abovementioned scholars were ananya Rāmabhakta-s in the true sense. They were fearlessness personified. They suffered. They sacrificed. They were humiliated. But didn’t stop in their quest for truth. May be because stopping is not an option for a Hindu. Even our kāla-dṛṣṭi (conception of time) is quasi-cyclical, rather than linear (like Christianity, Marxism, Modernity). If there is no end, nor a beginning, stopping is not even an option.

The Upanishadic call of ‘Caraiveti Careiveti’ (Onwards Onwards) is but a hint towards higher and higher truths. There is an end to economic growth as global warming has shown, but there is no limit to moral upliftment and spiritual growth, represented by the ādhyātmika ideal. This ideal is one with the citi of our Deva, Deśa and Dharma. This ideal thrives if common Bharatiya-s live their life under its motherly shadows, and dies if we do not. Dharmic scholars of today can take inspiration from our past generations to continue the sanātana tradition; to work tirelessly for Bhārata Mātā without any greed; to search for truth, no matter what the consequences, and; to take all the responsibility on our shoulder as a sādhanā. If we won’t, who else will? They did their work. We have to do ours. Abhayavara-Dātā Rāma is blessing us from his janmasthāna. Onwards, onwards we shall march, with Jaya Śrī Rāmā on our lips! Where there is Dharma, there is victory!

As the Prāṇa-Śaktī of Bharat, Shri Ram will finally be seated in his Janmabhūmī at Ayodhyaji in his physical swarūpa. A feat which has been possible after long and arduous struggle of more than 500 years; a struggle symbolized by sacrifice of Bhartiyas of every region, jāti and sampradāya. January 22 will be a historic day for Hindus allover the world. This day would represent the victory of good over evil, truth over lies and Dharma over Adharma. But in these times of festivities, we must not forget the great sacrifices that made it all possible. There are some momentous places and dates that every Bhartiya should remember while experiencing the divine Prāṇa-Pratiṣṭhā being done of the 22nd of January, 2024.

The anti-Hindu destruction and genocide between 1527-1528: This period defined by the religio-colonial attacks on Bharat and Hindu sacred sites by Babar. It is widely believed that his general Mir Baqi destroyed the temple at Ramjanbhoomi. During the previous attacks till 14th century, many small Hindu kingdoms and Sadhus militias were protecting it with their lives. In this glorious tradition, the greatest sacrifices of Pt. Devdin Pande, Maharaja Ranvijay Singh, Rajkumari Jayram Kumari Hansvar (with her 3000 strong women army) and Swami Maheswaranandji are remembered even today.

1853: While the struggle for the Ram Janmabhoomi has been ongoing since the period of Akbar when Hindus were able to gain hold of a small Chabutra to pray which Aurangzeb tried to destroy. Under the British rule, we finally start getting more written evidence of this struggle between Bharatiya and middle-eastern colonial forces. The year 1853 has the first officially recorded instances of clashes between Hindus and Muslims near the Janmabhumi.

Ramjanbhoomi and the first war of independence, 1857-1858: There is instance of Baba Ramcharan Das and Maulvi Aamir Ali, trying to solve this century old issue while the first great war of independence was raging across the country. Unfortunately, this was not accepted by fundamentalist Muslims and on March 18, 1858, on the Tamarind Tree of Kuber Teela, both of them were hanged together by the British.

The intra-Sanātanī diversity in the Struggle for Ramlalla, 1858: Nihang Sikh Baba Fakir Singh Khalsa conducted hawan and pūjā inside the Babri structure. According to the report dating back to November 28, 1858, Baba Fakir Singh barged inside the structure, raising slogans in the glory of the 10th Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh, and erected a symbol of ‘Sri Bhagwan’ (Ṣrī Rāma). He also wrote ‘राम राम’ on the walls of the illegally occupied structure.

1859: British colonial administration erected a fence to separate the places of worship, allowing the inner court to be used by Muslims and the outer court by Hindus.

The First Court Case, January 19, 1885, Hindu Mahant Raghubir Das presented the case before Faizabad judge Pt. Harikishan. In this case, it was argued that a temple should be built in place of the structure as it was the birthplace of Ṣrī Rāma.

Lock on the Babri structure’s door, 1947: The Indian government ordered Muslims to stay away from the disputed site. The main door of the structure was locked.

Discovery of Vigraha-s inside the structure: In 1949, vigraha-s of Ṣrī Rāma were found inside the structure. Kandangalathil Karunakaran Nair is a name deeply engraved in the history of the Ayodhya movement. The brave ICS officer, hailing from the southern state of India, played an unforgettable role in reins. On December 22, 1949, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Govind Vallabh Pant, at the behest of the then prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, ordered to expel the Hindus from the temple of Ram Lalla. But Faizabad District Collector KK Nair refused to implement the order, pointing out that the real stakeholders were performing Pooja there and the move would lead to riots and bloodshed. By challenging the ‘Aurangzebic diktat’ of Nehru against Hindus, KK Nair upheld justice and made the way to the hearts of millions of people. Following the incident, Govind Vallabh Pant suspended KK Nair from the service. The government declared the site disputed and placed it under complete lockdown.

VHP formed a committee: In 1984, Hindus, under the leadership of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), formed a committee with the aim of liberating Lord Rama’s birthplace and constructing a Ram temple there. Later, the leadership of this campaign was taken over by Lal Krishna Advani.

Formation of Babri Masjid Action Committee: In 1986, the district magistrate ordered the opening of the disputed mosque’s doors for Hindu worship. In protest, a Janta Party leader Syed Shahabuddin formed the Babri Masjid Action Committee. Several Muslim leaders, including the Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid Syed Ahmed Bukhari and Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi joined ranks of BMAC.

Thousands of Ram devotees killed by Mulayam Singh's orders: On October 30, 1990, despite several obstacles set by Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, thousands of Ram bhakta-s managed to enter Ayodhya, and with Rāma-nāma on their lips they hoisted saffron flags on the disputed structure. However, on November 2, 1990, Mulayam Singh Yadav ordered firing on the kāra-sevaks, resulting in the sacrifice of numerous lives. The banks of the Sarayu River were strewn with the bodies of Ram devotees. Following this Narsimha massacre, Mulayam Singh Yadav had to resign as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in April 1991. The sacrifice of the great Kothari brothers was widely discussed during that time.

Shaurya Diwas, December 6, 1992 - Ayodhya witnessed a massive gathering for Kāra-Seva. On October 30, 1990, a large number of Ram devotees, defying obstacles set by Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, entered Ayodhya. The fervor intensified after the killing of thousands of Hindus, leading to a significant gathering of Ram devotees in Ayodhya for Kar Seva on December 6. On this day in 1992, the Babri structure was demolished, triggering widespread unrest across the country and Hindu genocide in Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Legal actions against leaders: In the aftermath, legal action was initiated against many common karsevaks and leaders, including Ashok Singhal of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, BJP leader Advani, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, and 13 others, accusing them of criminal conspiracy.

Event on December 6: When the disputed structure was brought down on December 6, 1992, Kalyan Singh was the Chief Minister of the state. Around 10:30 in the morning, thousands and even lakhs of kar sevaks started arriving. Around noon, a large group of kar sevaks began climbing the walls of the mosque. Managing the crowd became challenging. At around 3:40 in the afternoon, the first dome was demolished, and by 5:00, the entire disputed structure had been leveled. The crowd performed worship at the site and established the ‘Rāma-Śilā’. The police refrained from using force under Chief Minister Kalyan Singh’s clear orders.

April 2002: Three High Court judges began hearings on determining who owns the religious site.

Jan 2003: Archaeologists began a court-ordered survey to find out whether a temple to Lord Ram existed on the site.

Aug 2003: The ASI survey team found strong evidence of an ancient temple and Hindu structures beneath the mosque, but left distorian disputed the findings (based on their utopian beliefs and feelings).

July 2005: Islamic militants attacked the disputed site, using a jeep laden with explosives to blow a hole in the wall of the complex. Security forces kill five militants, and a sixth who was not immediately identified.

2010: The Allahabad High Court divided the disputed land into three equal parts among the Sunni Waqf Board, Ram Lalla Virajman, and the Nirmohi Akhara.

2011: The Supreme Court stayed the Allahabad High Court’s decision on the Ayodhya dispute.

October 2019: Hearing concludes.

November 2019: SC awards a Hindu group the ownership of the site (in a five judge bench judgment of more than a thousand pages). The possession of land will remain with the Central government receiver until a trust, as mandated by the court, is formed. Orders allocating an alternative piece of five acres of land to the Muslims for a mosque.

December 2019: A review petition in the Supreme Court against its ruling in favour of the Ram temple filed by Maulana Syed Ashhad Rashidi. This is followed by other review petitions. The Supreme Court dismisses both of the review petitions.

2020: On March 25, 2020, after 28 years, the Mūrti-s of Ram Lalla were shifted from the tent to a fiber temple, and on August 5, the bhūmīpūjana ceremony for the construction of the temple took place.

February, 2020: The Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board decided to accept the five acres allotted to it by the state government for building a mosque.

30 July 2020: The Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board formed a 15-member-trust to look after the construction of a mosque.

In latest news, Chairman "Mao"-Radha (Dean of Students) held a politburo meeting with her close seventeen comrades to set the JNU constitution on fire. Without any say of the common students of JNU, the seventeen laal langoor-s were deemed (no one knows why!) to be representing the JNU student community. The closed door meeting minutes of the newly-formed politburo concluded with the decision that “the students after consensus will give the names of the students to be authorized to conduct GBM of the student for formulation of EC to start JNUSU elections process for 2023-24.” Who are these “students” who have been vested with this arbitrary power? What gives them the legitimacy to represent the whole JNU student community? Why is Dean of Students getting involved in the matter of JNUSU elections? What authority do they have to call meetings and give decisions on this matter? How can a dozen leftist organizations be trusted to (s)elect neutral students to conduct GBM for a free and fair election?

Please note, never in the history of JNU has DoS ever called a meeting with student organisations to decide on the matters of JNUSU elections. The compromised left organisations have kneeled down before the Dean of Students instead of questioning DoS’s role over its involvement in the JNUSU election. We believe that the JNUSU election must be a totally student-led election conducted by the Election Commission (fully comprised of students). According to JNUSU constitution, after the General Bodies (which is itself elected by elected student representatives) elect the members of the Election Committee, the President of the Students Union will convene a meeting of the Election Committee (Appendix 1, Part 2, i). It is JNUSU that initiates the election process, not the administration. We are forced to ask: What business does this politburo (Left-Admin cabal) have in interfering in JNUSU elections? How will the transparency be maintained? Why is the DoS office being unnecessarily involved in JNUSU elections? Why wasn’t the meeting conducted in JNUSU office? Why are Communists on the campus legitimising the interference of the administration via DoS? Isn’t this a deadly blow to the autonomy of JNUSU? Why doesn’t the common student have no say in this (s)election process? Interestingly, most of the students attending the meeting belonged to organisations with not more than four-five members. How is this democratic? Who gave you the legitimacy to initiate the process?

After the closed-door meeting, all the deceitful organisations came up with a pamphlet in which they themselves state that EC is itself to be elected (not selected by the politburo) from the school GBMs. Yes, dear comrades, we know about the rule. But who calls the GBM? Admin’s Politburo or JNUSU? When will your deceitful buffoonery stop? Post-CoViD, when the so called JNUSU president was busy losing assembly election in West Bengal, kicking away her responsibility as a student representative, ABVP organised Nyaya Satyagraha, gate blockade and what not to demand immediate JNUSU elections. We are not communists! We stand for democracy! We reiterate our commitment to the student-led, student-centred, organic, and independent JNUSU envisioned as per the JNUSU constitution.

Why are leftist seeking validation and authorisation from Admin? Because of leftist the admin has become centre point of students’ council elections. This is a dangerous precedence. Anti-democratic left has changed the nature and meaning of JNUSU and it is manifested in the way in which left has ceded space to DoS. We are it seems moving towards council form of arrangement. We believe that this connivance has changed fundamental nature of independent autonomous JNUSU. The process of election is going to be admin centric, i.e. from now on admin will announce and conduct elections. Above mentioned are the reasons why we took a principled stand to boycott the undemocratic and unconstitutional meeting conducted by the admin. No need to say that we had our doubts and all of them turned out to be true.

ABVP-JNU, therefore, had rightly decided to summarily boycott the meeting held in the Red Palace. Whereas, the student union office (Teflas) has been closed indefinitely with the connivance of anti-student pro-DoS Communists. Any election-related meeting must be called by the election commission elected by student representatives (not selected by the Admin-Left Politburo) and subsequently held in the Students Union Office (Teflas). We will definitely be part of the process but not on the dictatorial terms of Admin-Left Politburo led by Chairman "Mao"-Radha. Common students should be involved in all the election steps. “The propagandist’s purpose is to make one set of people forget that certain other sets of people are human’’ Aldous Huxley The forceful and illegal confinement of two Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists by a large group of left activists led by irrelevant JNUSU president Aishe Ghosh on the campus last night was unbecoming of the JNU campus. It was not only illegal, immoral, and totalitarian act but also sets the wrong precedents in the JNU’s history. Therefore, it is important for us to remind such anti-Hindu forces on the campus of the consequences originating from the constitution of India envisioned by the constitution makers of India for confining the innocent students for hours against their will and manhandling them.

Article 21 of the Indian Constitution states that "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law." This means that any restriction on a person's personal liberty, including confinement, must be in accordance with a law that has been passed by the Indian Parliament or State legislature and must be reasonable and fair. In addition, the Indian Constitution's Article 19(1)(d) guarantees the freedom of movement within the territory of India for all citizens. This means that every citizen of India has the right to move freely throughout the country, and to enter and reside in any part of India. Confining a person against their wishes would be a violation of this right. It is worth mentioning that the Indian Constitution also grants power to the judiciary to protect the rights of citizens and redress violations of fundamental rights, including habeas corpus.

Therefore, we condemn their actions in the harshest possible terms and demand unconditional apologies from the irrelevant leader and their dimwits followers for illegal confinement lasting hours. Jawaharlal Nehru University is world-renowned for its culture of debate, discussion and dissent where students while developing the faculty of their academic rigour paint its canvas of imagination in the form of posters, parchas, slogans, screening of feature films and various other political activities. Every student organisations present on the campus have utilised this uniqueness of the campus to further their ideologies. It is well known fact that the documentary “India: The Modi Question” released by British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is a propaganda piece to malign the image of India under the leadership of the current prime minister of India, Narendra Modi, at a time when India has assumed G-20 presidency and become an important player (power) globally. Therefore, screening such documentaries are tantamount to the fact that even though Britishers have left the country there stooges are still to be found in the form of organisations such as left in JNU and their masters. Pakistani origin Islamists in active collusion with British “deep state” and anti-Hindu forces in India have produced this documentary merely on speculations and suppositions. It is completely devoid of facts and realities. Indian Judiciary had already acquitted the then leaders of Gujarat of all charges including the present day Prime Minister. ABVP JNU condemns the screening of the banned BBC documentary in JNU Campus. Such anarchic actions are responsible for bringing a bad name to the campus. We harshly condemn the leftist mob which held our two activists hostage for more than an hour at the JNU Main Gate. One of them is a heart patient and continuously requested them to let him go when he was chased and was dragged by the collar by the naxalite mob. All this happened in front of media cameras. Many of the left-lumpens present in the mob were not even students of JNU. Our activists could have been lynched if the media persons were not present there.

We request JNU administration to take strictest action possible against these Naxalite students who are infamous for harassing and assaulting students and their anti-Bharat stance.

A disturbing incident has recently come into light in our university campus. A girl has reported being raped by a cadre of left named "Darshan Yadav" (MA, CSSS). Left and sexual harassment has shared a long and complex history. There have been a number of instances where left cadre have been accused of sexual harassment and assault. From Naseer Hussain: President of JNUSU from SFI, Com. Murtaza Ali Athar, Com. Mogallan Bharati, Akbar Chaudhary from AISA, Sarfaraz Hamid, Dr. Arshad Alam (AISA): AISA’s National Secretary, Anmol Ratan: former Delhi State President of AISA, Keshav Kumar: AISA’s executive committee member in 2019-20, Aniket Singh, Darshan Yadav and many more.

Last year a case of sexual harassment was reported where Prasanna Raj an AISA activist from CPS was guilty; but the so called JNUSU President shamelessly misled the survivor by asking her to approach the non-existing GSCASH and prohibited her from complaining the ICC. She did everything she could to protect the accused. Right from the Naxal Camps to the JNU campus the Left has shamelessly exploited the females for satisfying their lust. In JNU, the Communists have brought the evil culture of harassing and exploiting women in the name of liberty and revolution. In recent years, there have been a number of high profile cases of sexual harassment and assault within the organisation. Around 31 cases of rapes, sexual harassment and molestation by communist faculties and leaders have been recorded that were utterly consumed by malevolence and covered up. Repeatedly, even if any case got registered by any chance, those incidents have been concealed or dismissed, leading to calls for greater accountability and transparency.

Even in recent case or whenever their cadre is involved in such sexual assault case, the entire ecosystem of left shifts their debate around GSCASH, just to subside the criminal nature of their cadre. Kangaroo courts are established in the name of providing justice to survivors. Instead doing justice they mislead the survivors to settle the case within party and not reach out to ICC, an official body. The JNU Administration is complicit in saving the leftist perpetrators be it the case of sexual harassment in event of JNUTA or the case of Prasanna Raj; again AISA cadre wherein Chairperson of CPS shielded him along with the Proctor office (which suggested rose-petal punishment of hostel vacation for a semester) The slogans of feminism and gender justice from communist platforms are oxymoronic in nature. What they preach, they don't follow. Before shouting slogans, the left should sensitize their own cadre so that girls on campus remain safe.

The administration should also be held responsible for such pathetic conditions. As for a safe campus, regular gender sensitization workshops should be organised which is lacking. Regarding the same, we propose doing such workshops Centre-wise, in order to incorporate it into our monthly schedule and make it reach everyone. It's an appeal to the female community of campus, taking cognizance of the history of communist assault on females, stay vigilant and safe.

We strongly condemn such incidents and extend our solidarity and support to the survivor in the struggle. And, we appeal to the student community that it is our responsibility to protect each other and to stand up for what is right for a gender sensitive campus.

The ICC and Proctor Office must take suo moto notice of such cases of sexual harassment immediately. Gender Sensitization workshops at Centre-level must be organized routinely. We demand a complete ban on AISA (All India Sexual harassers Association)

Sabarmati Hostel had elections for various posts on 20 January 2023. Not to brag, but nationalists contested for a total of 5 seats (4 for Mess Secretery and 1 for Hostel Committee) and won them all. Two of these candidates were female. One among them, Divya Suryavanshi; a renowned student leader of JNU. Knowing this fully well, the united Left of JNU started campaigning for their candidates in Sabarmati hostel by ‘progressively’ tearing the posters of Divya Suryavanshi. A Leftist goon from DSF, an alleged doctoral candidate in SSS, shared a story with Divya’s photo (in which her injured hand is visible) and name to directly target her. She was mentally harassed by Commie goondi-s just for exercising her democratic right to contest in the elections. She was named and shamed just because she did not agree with the cultist politics of Marxism. It did not stop here. The Commie goons ran a room to room campaign to vilify and defame her. In yet another incident commie gang of Sabarmati hostel had mentally harassed a Dalit student by forcing her to clean the pantry. She narrates her ordeal; “I have been constantly subjugated to humiliation and mental torture by a group of women. They swooned on me as a gang and began to order saying: ‘you have used this pipe, you have to wash and sanitize it’. These women eventually formed a collective-hegemonic group and started making special commandments and rules which overshadowed the jurisdiction of hostel and university jurisdiction. Ram Manohar Lohia rightly said that ‘Marxism is the latest form of colonialism in Bharat.’ The ‘witch-hunting’ practices of medieval Europeans, in which thinking women were burnt on the pyre, are being replicated from Naxal camps to JNU by the discursive coolies of Western cultural colonialism in Bharat. It is noteworthy that the women members who belong to the same cultist ideology have a tradition of being anti-women. Recently, when a female student accused AISA cadre Prasanna Raj of sexual harassment, a commie goondi (also active in the 5 January violence) tried to convince the survivor to take back her statement to save him. She tried very hard to dilute the matter by mentally harassing the survivor, and even tried to blame the girl herself after incident became public. Prasanna Raj is a dedicated worker of AISA, a.k.a. ‘All India Sexual Assaulters’. Prasanna has yet not been suspended from the party. Communists throughout India have been true to their anti-women creed. The ordeal of a former naxalite, Shobha Mandi, was published in the form of a book titled ‘Diary of a Naxalite’. She describes her (and naxalite women’s) experience as “worse than the oppression that the women of rural India face.” Likewise, JNU commies are infamous for bringing a bad name to an esteemed institution by constantly being involved in such uncivilized acts. In recent decades, many commie student “leaders” like Naseer Hussain, Akbar Chaudhary, Sarfaraz Hamid, Anmol Rattan, Keshav Kumar, Nivas Prakash, Aniket Singh and many more have been accused in cases of sexual exploitation. The prophets of communism like Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Fidel, Che and Pol Pot, all had the blood of millions and millions of people on their hands. But there is a less talked about aspect of the communist tyranny. Communism is not merely the exploitation of humans by humans, it also embodies the systemic exploitation of woman by man. A MOMENT OF CIVILIZATIONAL PRIDE: ABVP JNU WELCOMES THE ELECTION OF SMT. DRAUPADI MURMU AS THE 15th PRESIDENT OF BHARAT Bharat is the land of Dharmic civilization, a land of high culture, a land where the dominant culture did not try to ‘equalize’ or ‘homogenize’ the diverse organic traditions (within or without). The Dharmic civilization, because of its material abundance and theological maturity, accepted differences in all spheres of life as natural. Hence, the urge to standardise remained negligible, while establishing saṁvāda, interdependence and interrelationships among various communities and knowledge traditions became the accepted social norm. जिहाद पर ‘अल्पसंख्यक’ विमर्श का आवरण हम सबने कईं बार समाचार-पत्रों, सोशल मीडिया, पाठ्य-पुस्तकों इत्यादि में ‘अल्पसंख्यक’ शब्द सुना ही होगा। भारत में यह शब्द मुख्य रूप से गैर-हिंदुओं के लिए प्रयोग में आता है। इनमें से भी भारतीय मुसल्मानों के लिए ही मुख्य रूप से अल्पसंख्यक शब्द का प्रयोग होता है। भले ही यह विश्व का दूसरा सबसे अधिक मुस्लिम जनसंख्या वाला देश हो पर यही वास्तविकता है। इस शब्द के संवैधानिक अर्थ की जटिलताओं में न फसते हुए हम आपका ध्यान मात्र इसी ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहते हैं कि यह कैटेगरी भारतीय परिपेक्ष्य में तनिक भी तर्क-संगत नहीं लगती है। उदाहरण के लिए, जंगल में यदि हिरणों की संख्या लगभग 75 हो और लकड़बग्घों की 15, तो लकड़बग्घों को संरक्षण देना कहां तक उचित है? और वो भी हिरणों से संरक्षण क्यों? शिकार करना, हिंसा करना, मज़हबी उन्माद फैलाना कहां से आरंभ होता है यह समझने की आवश्यकता है। काफिर-मोमिन का कभी नहीं मिटने वाली शत्रुता का औचित्य किस ग्रंथ में मिलता है? ‘शिर्क’ की संकल्पना कहां से निकल रही है? कहां पांथिक बहुलतावाद का कड़ा विरोध है? प्रख्यात विद्वान् ऐस. ऐन. बालगंगाधर भी अपने शोध-ग्रंथों में भारतीय गणराज्य द्वारा सैमिटिक व धार्मिक परंपराओं को एक ही कैटेगरी में रखने के इस वैचारिक औपनिवेषिकता की ओर ध्यान लेकर जाते हैं। पिछले कुछ महिनों में ही हर जागरुक भारतीय ने यह देखा कि कैसे हर तस्लीम रहमानी के छपरी निबा-निबी गुर्गे और वामपंथी लम्पट हिन्दू विरोधी गुर्गे काशी ज्ञानवापी में मिले करोड़ो हिंदुओं के लिए पूजनीय शिवलिङ्ग का उपहास बनाते रहे। किसी के ‘सर तन से जुदा’ की रैलियां नहीं निकली, दंगे नहीं हुए। भारत का बहुसंख्यक समाज डिजिटल अथवा कोर्ट के माध्यम से मात्र रोष ही प्रकट करता रह गया। और किसी महिला राजनेता ने लाइव टी-वी पर शिवजी के उपहास से उद्विग्न होकर सहिह-अल-बुखारी (5134) का उद्धरण ही दिया कि पुरे देश में जुम्मे के रोज़ दंगे भड़क गए। ‘गुस्ताख-ए-रसूल की एक ही सज़ा-सर तन से जुदा’ के नारों से नभ गूंज उठा। आश्चर्य का विषय (बिल्कुल नहीं) है कि यह सब “वंचित-पीड़ित” अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय ने किया। बात यही नहीं रुकी। वैश्विक उम्माह द्वारा भारत पर कड़ा दबाव बनाया गया। पूरे देश में सर तन से जुदा का क्रियान्वयन भी शुरु हो गया। उदयपुर में कन्हैयालाल जी व अमरावती में उमेश कोल्हे को मात्र एक सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट से आहत होने के “अपराध” (शरियत के अनुसार) में उन्हीं के नगर के जिहादियों ने मृत्यु के घाट उतार दिया। और तो और कन्हैयालाल जी के हत्यारों को गिरफ्तार करने पुलिस वालों पर अल्पसंख्यक समाज द्वारा जमकर पथराव किया व एक कांस्टेबल पर तो तल्वार से भी जानलेवा हमला किया गया। संविधान के कुछ ठेकेदारों ने तो इसका ठीकरा भी बहुसंख्यक समाज व उसके नेताओं पर मढ़ा, न कि उस विचारधारा पर जो फ्रांस, सीरिया, से लेकर भारत तक ऐसे जघन्य अपराधियों को उचित ठहराती है व पोषित करती है। हमारे कैंपस के वामपंथी भी ऐसे सर तन से जुदा गिरोह का समर्थन करते रहे, कभी नफरत फैले वाले धर्मांध मोहम्मद जुबैर के समर्थन के नाम पर और कभी इस्लामिक आतंकवादियों के समर्थन के नाम पर। जे एन यु समुदाय को यह बात अच्छे से पता है कि जब राम नवमी के अवसार पर कावेरी छात्रावास में रात के भोजन में मांस नहीं परोसे जाने पर कुंठित वामपंथियों ने कैसे उत्पात मचाया था और कावेरी छात्रावास पर 500 की भीड़ क साथ हमला बोल दिया था। उक्त माओदी हमले में बहुत छात्रो को चोटें भी आई थी और बाद में यह भी साफ़ हो गया था कि कावेरी के मेस सेक्रेटरी वामपंथी थे जिन्होंने ये साज़िश रची थी। तब माओवादियों ने भोजन के विकल्प (Right to choice of Food) के अधिकार पर बहुत छाती पीटा था। परन्तु उस घटना के 15 दिन बाद जब कुछ पांथिक उन्मादियों ने जुम्मे की नमाज़ के बाद पुरे देश में पत्थरबाजी की और जे.एन.यु के मीट सप्लायर ने पत्थरबाजों के समर्थन में किसी भी छात्रावास में मांस की आपूर्ति नहीं की तब इन दोहरे चरित्र वाले माओवादियों को मानो सांप सूंघ गया हो । किसी भी नक्सलीके जीभ से मांश खाने के लिए लार नहीं टपका। अभी हाल ही में पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इण्डिया का ‘इण्डिया 2047: भारत में इस्लामिक शासन की ओर’ नामक दस्तावेज़ सार्वजनिक हुआ। सात पन्नों के इस यह गुप्त दस्तावेज़ में भारत को शरिया राज्य बनाने हेतु भारत को खोखला करने व मुस्लिम समाज को जिहाद की ओर अग्रसर करने की रणनीति का विस्तृत उल्लेख किया गया है। पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इण्डिया विशेषकर दक्षिण भारत के मुस्लिम समाज में खासा पैंठ रखने वाला संगठन है। कोई इसे फ्रिंज ऐलिमैंट भी नहीं कह सकता। इसके सदस्य पूरे भारतवर्ष में फैल रहे हैं जो कि कई आतंकी घटनाओं व दंगो में नेतृत्व करते पाए जा चुके हैं। इससे पहले सिमि (SIMI) था। अब पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इण्डिया पर प्रतिबंध लगेगा तो कोई नया फ्रंट आएगा। आखिर अल्पसंख्य-बहुसंख्यक का यह ढकोसला हम कब तक ढोते रहेंगे? एक सवाल तो ये भी बनता है की क्यों हर बार माओवादी गुंडे PFI का साथ देते है ? जे.एन.यु में कुछ दिन पहले यहाँ के माओवादी गुंडों PFI के शीर्ष नेतृत्व आतंकवादी दंगाई जावेद उर्फ़ पम्प और उसकी पुत्री के समर्थन में नारे लगाये थे और हमारे कैंपस को बदनाम भी किया था। मोहम्मद जुबैर, अफज़ल गुरु, यासीन मालिक, गिलानी, शर्जील इमाम, उमर खालिद, बुरहान वाणी, जावेद उर्फ़ पम्प, तीस्ता सेतलवाड आदि – इन सभी आतंकवादियों को जे.एन.यु के नाम का शय देने का काम यहाँ के माओवादियों ने किया है । सवाल यह भी बनता है की जे एन यु को बदनाम करने में इन माओवादियों की महत्ती भूमिका क्यूँ रहती है? पिछले दशक में फ्रांस में इस्लामिक कट्टरता का जो विष फैला और उसके उपचार हेतु मैकराँ सरकार ने जो कदम उठाए, क्या हमारी सरकार उनसे कुछ सीख नहीं ले सकती! कुल कितने सनातनियों के जिहादी हत्याओं के बाद भारत सरकार जागेगी? या सनातन समाज हर ऐसी घटना की प्रतिक्रिया में मोमबत्तियां व प्लैकार्ड ही पकड़ते रह जाएंगे? जिहादियों को उक्साने व उनके बचाव में उतरने वाले वामपंथी भी क्या इस जिहाद में सहभागी नहीं हैं? उनके ऊपर क्या कार्यवाही की जा रही है? सोचने का विषय है कि जो वामपंथी पूरे देश में अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के नाम पर हिंदू धर्म ग्रंथों पर नीच से नीच टीका-टिप्पणी के लिए कुख्यात हैं वो चाहते ही नही हैं कि किसी मज़हब विशेष की किताब पर चर्चा खड़ी हो। मनुस्मृति को पग-पग पर जलाने वाले माओवादियों को कुर’आन व हदीस पर चर्चा से भी भय होना इन लाल-गुलामों के बारे में बहुत कुछ बताता है। प्रश्न तो इतने हैं कि समाप्त ही न हों। पर उत्तर कौन देगा? या, सही अर्थों में कहें तो उत्तर कौन बनेगा? भारतीय समाज को जिहादी कट्टरता के इस विष के जड़-मूल से नाश हेतु कुछ व्यापक एजंडा तो लेना ही पड़ेगा। इस पर हर सामाजिक मंच पर चर्चा खड़ी करना आज हर भारतीय का कर्तव्य है। पर पहला एजंडा तो सबको स्पष्ट रहना चाहिए। यह उस विमर्श का विखंडन होगा जो शिकार से शिकारियों की रक्षा करने को उचित ठहराती है। जिस विमर्श को भारत सरकार ने भी नीतिगत स्तर तक आत्मसात कर लिया है। इसको एक उदाहरण के साथ समझते हैं। लीना नामक एक फिल्म निर्देशक ने अभी कुछ दिनों पहले जब काली माता का बड़ा विभत्स चित्रण किया। तब आक्रोषित बहुसंख्यक समाज ने देश में कोई दंगा नहीं किया। कहीं भी पुलिस पर पथराव नहीं हुआ। किसी की भी लीना के समर्थन में उतरने के कारण हत्या नही की गई। हिंदुओं को उनकी “संकुचित सोच” को हटाने के लिए कुछ बुद्धुजीवियों ने ज्ञान भी दिया। ठीक से समझिएगा कि देश के बहुसंख्यक वर्ग की आराध्य महामाई काली के तिरस्कार पर अधिक से अधिक कोर्ट केस व विरोध प्रदर्शन होते हैं। वहीं एक अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के आराध्य पर एक टिप्पणी से दंगे होते हैं, चुन-चुन कर हत्याएं की जाती है एवं अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता की चिड़िया कहीं दूर चली जाती है। अब सोचिए कि किसको किससे संरक्षण चाहिए? The mass rape of German women (and Russian women freed from German prisons) during the second world war by Soviet soldiers was justified thus by Joseph Stalin: “what is so awful about his having fun with a woman after such horrors?” Mao also followed in his predecessors’ footsteps and perpetuated the same exploitative system. Gonorrhoea and genital herpes were among the hazards they risked.” We see that women who are cut off from their families become susceptible and even willing bait for predators. And such utopian cults are the biggest culprits here. They protect even habitual offenders with zeal, if they are part of the cadre. Communists in India have also been true to their anti-women creed. The ordeal of a former naxalite, Shobha Mandi, was published in the form of a book titled ‘Diary of a Naxalite’. She describes her (and naxalite women’s) experience as “worse than the oppression that the women of rural India face.” Likewise, JNU commies are infamous for bringing a bad name to an esteemed institution by constantly being involved in such uncivilized acts. In recent decades, many commie student “leaders” like Naseer Hussain, Akbar Chaudhary, Sarfaraz Hamid, Anmol Rattan, Keshav Kumar, Nivas Prakash, Aniket Singh and many more have been accused in cases of sexual exploitation. The most recent victim of this manipulative utopian cult has been a girl student of JNU who was sexually harassed by her commie “friend” Prasanna Raj Ambedkar. Prasanna Raj is a dedicated worker of AISA, a.k.a. ‘All India Sexual Assaulters’. Shockingly, this incident came to light after a month of the assault. AISA cadre, even girl activists tried very hard to dilute the matter by mentally harassing the survivor, and even tried to blame the girl herself after incident became public. Prasanna has yet not been suspended from the party. The girl student even complained to the Chairperson of her department. The chairperson’s role in this whole fiasco is also in doubt. But one thing is certain, the whole party and their extended ecosystem became fully active just to bury the matter. They were ready to sacrifice an innocent girl student for speaking against injustice, just because their own comrade was the alleged culprit. Unfortunately, ABVP is the only student organization highlighting this case and fighting for the rights of the survivor. No Aandolan jeevi-s are to be seen anywhere. A popular student movement is urgently needed to provide justice to the aggrieved student. No leftist organization will raise this issue for obvious reasons. This, and every such instance, sheds light on the hierarchical worldview of commies. They are not hypocrites. They just strongly believe that some people are more equal than others; that the rights of ‘others’ do not count, when their own comrades are at the accused end, and; that any and every human can be sacrificed at the altar of ideological/party-line. Every injustice is forgiven, and every criminal is acquitted if it is in favor of the cult and the cultists. There is an urgent need to understand and criticize this zombifying ideology and its anti-human cultist methods. Many prominent Indian universities have been held hostage by this cult since independence. This needs to change. We need an informed public debate on the beliefs and practices of this cultural-Marxist cult, so that this anti-women, colonial and anti-social project can be put in the garbage-can of history where it rightfully belongs.

I was isolated and warned of dire consequences if I protested.” Shobha makes it clear that hers was no isolated case. According to her book, most women recruits are exploited by senior Maoists. CPI(M) leaders raped the young Dalit leader of Save Singur Farmland Committee. In December 18, 2006, the charred body of Tapasi Malik was recovered from a field adjacent to the Tata Motors' project site at Singur. *In JNU, the Communist have brought the evil culture of harassing and exploiting women on the name of liberty and revolution. Since the complainant girl student had also tendered a medical certificate proving physical assault in the course of continuous sexual harassment, the GSCASH was quick to wash its hands off from the case and referred it to the Proctor and the Proctor did not pass any verdict on that even after four years. Com. Murtaza Ali Athar was the Joint Secretary of the JNUSU in 2003-04. Murtaza Ali Athar blatantly misusing his powers as JNUSU Joint Secretary had sexually and emotionally exploited a married woman student. A case of sexual harassment to this effect was filed in GSCASH by the concerned student but it was pushed under the carpet under the SFI pressure. Entire campus is witness to the travails of that woman who was even spurned by her husband and Murtaza had also declined to own her children. Com. Mogallan Bharati was elected as the councillor of SSS from SFI in 2005-06. A complaint against him was lodged in the GSCASH. The SFI built a momentum and washed the case under the carpet. AISF JNU- Secretary ‘Peeping’ Piyush was caught red handed with high-resolution power binoculars with which he used to peep into the Girl’s toilet of the Sabarmati hostel. In 2013, the two office-bearers of JNUSU namely the President Akbar Chaudhary and Joint Secretary Sarfaraz Hamid were charged of sexual offence by a complainant. The complainant fought very bravely against the attempts of character-assassination by AISA and despite threats to her life she contested GSCASH elections. Under huge pressure from the student community, Akbar Chaudhary was forced to resign and recede from politics. But, the GSCASH controlled by the likes AISA Activist Geeta Kumari took no action against their senior comrades. Akbar Chaudhary has been part of decision-making in AISA even after his heinous and shameful acts of sexual harassment. Dr. Arshad Alam, an Assistant Professor at CSSS, and who was AISA’s National Secretary during his activism days JNU was found guilty of raping a female research scholar working under his supervision. The female scholar was the marginalised of the marginalised because she was a minority community student from a country like Bangladesh. Her career got destroyed because of that incident. And, despite proven guilty, the Professor was simply removed from his job as a token punishment for this heinous crime. Arshad Alam also used to force sociology students to do term papers on how Hindu texts spread hatred, and is a serial offender who has faced allegations of sexual abuse even in Jamia Millia Islamia. On 20th August, 2016, the whole JNU was taken aback by the sexual violence done against a JNU student by Anmol Ratan, former Delhi State President of AISA. An allegation of rape and criminal terrorisation was levelled by a female PhD scholar against the AISA’s ideologue, senior leader and Delhi state President Anmol Ratan. As per the credible media reports, the women had alleged that on August 20th, 2016, she was duped by him to enter his hostel room on a false pretext of giving her a copy of a movie but on reaching his place, Ratan first drugged her and then committed the heinous and barbaric crime. Year after year the new names are added to this ever-bursting list of sexual offenders. Keshav Kumar,a student of CRS and AISA’s executive committee member in 2019-20, who sexually harassed two female students. Keshav Kumar was also involved in the left led attack of 5th January 2020 at the Periyar hostel. In a video from that day he can be clearly seen physically assaulting female students of JNU. We have not forgotten that the campus conscience slept over this attack. Prasanna Raj an AISA activist has been accused recently in a case of physical assault of a female student on the terrace of Chandrabhaga hostel. The left didn’t stop there, they went on to threaten the survivor and to support the perpetrator. AISA has still not suspended the accused from its organization; it has only asked the accused to not attend events of AISA. In the aftermath of this incident, Prasanna Raj is seen casually roaming around and other AISA activists are questioning the statement of the survivor. It has come to our knowledge that Aishe Ghosh shamelessly misled the survivor by asking her to approach non existing GSCASH and prohibited her from complaining the ICC. This was a classic textbook case of shielding sexual harassers belonging to the Communist cabal. The role of CPS chairperson is also under doubt since he was informed about the incident by the survivor but he didn’t take any action. In another case of slut shaming, harassment and ragging by a Communist, a female student from North-East has been the target. Aniket Singh (earlier was from AISA), a third year BA student of the CCSEAS, SLL&CS has been accused of making gender insensitive, racist and derogatory slurs to the said student from North-East India. He has been constantly nagging, mentally harassing her through WhatsApp messages. Many NSUI activists in general and Rupesh Sharma (friend of Aniket), a BA third year Arabic student in particular, are spreading canard of lies that there was no sexual harassment. The accused along with his leftist supporters are also involved in blackmailing the survivor to take back the case. Same non-serious and bipartisan attitude was witnessed when Swati Singh from DSF questioned the charges levelled against the molester. Modassir Raghib who is a BA 3rd year student from CSPILAS and a staunch AISA supporter has been held responsible for harassing a BA 1st year female student. He was also the main culprit behind the Kaveri Hostel violence (he can be clearly identified in video carrying lathi with a burnt edge) has been charged by this Naga Christian female student for slut shaming, harassing and ragging her. It has come to our knowledge that the accused has also been involved in such incidents since his stay at Jamia Millia Islamia. The victim narrates her ordeal in these words- I went and asked a few LEFT parties for help, and they dismissed me. I was told by them to forget about this and live on with my life. Further she adds that “These people have strong political backing with some prominent leaders of LEFT parties” Nivas Prakash, CPS student and an AISA activist, is accused of harassing a senior student from CPS mentally, emotionally and physically for over a year and so. Furthermore the survivor has alleged that she had reported the case to internal GSCASH (irony!) of AISA and the details of the case got leaked via a poster undersigned by “Concerned Students of CPS”. Right from the Naxal Camps to the JNU campus the Left has shamelessly exploited the females for satisfying their lust. What can be expected from the Left organizations? We have seen AISA’s Kavita Krishnan defending rapist Tarun Tejpal. We have seen the Parliamentary Left opposing the Juvenile Justice (Amendment) Bill in 2015. We have seen them deserting the Nirbhaya Movement. In its original avatar as SFI – the present day DSF – continuously defended rapes in West Bengal and Kerala from 2006-12 until their parent party CPI(M) kicked out its senior leaders and dissolved the partundemocratically. The problem of anti-women bias lies in the roots of the Communist ideology. Communist ideologues like Vimal Ranadive have openly criticized the Feminist movement of attempting to break up the Communist movement through an injection of ‘irrelevancies’ such as the issues of women oppression. जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय ने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कई शिक्षाविदों, वैज्ञानिकों, राजनयिकों और अन्य प्रसिद्ध हस्तियों को जन्म दिया है। अपनी अद्वितीय अकादमिक उत्कृष्टता के अलावा, जेएनयू सबसे अधिक लिंग-समावेशी और सुरक्षित परिसरों में से एक होने का दावा करता है। लेकिन यौन उत्पीड़न, छेड़छाड़, छेड़खानी और बलात्कार की कोशिशों की बढ़ती घटनाओं ने इस विश्वविद्यालय के मूल सिद्धांतों पर सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है। हाल ही में एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है जो सेंटर फॉर पॉलिटिकल स्टडीज (सीपीएस) से मास्टर्स की छात्रा से सम्बंधित है । उक्त छात्रा ने आइसा (ऑल इंडिया स्टूडेंट्स एसोसिएशन) के कार्यकर्ता प्रसन्ना राज पर चंद्रभागा हॉस्टल की छत पर यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप लगाया गया है। उसने न केवल उसका यौन शोषण करने का प्रयास किया, बल्कि सार्वजनिक रूप से इस विषय पर बात करने पर छात्रा को धमकी भी दी। यहां तक कि शारीरिक शोषण के साथ – साथ उसे मानसिक प्रताड़ना भी दी। वरिष्ठ 'कामरेड' इस नृशंस कृत्य को छुपाने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं। उनके संगठन की एक भी छात्रा कार्यकर्ता ने इस घिनौने, वीभत्स हमले के खिलाफ आवाज नहीं उठाई। जेएनयूएसयू की अध्यक्ष आइशी घोष ने भी इस महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे को संबोधित नहीं किया है। नारीवाद के झंडे लहराते हुए, वे पहले नारीवादी और सर्व समावेशी होने की आड़ में छात्रों को अपने संगठनों में लुभाते हैं, लेकिन जब उनके अपने ही कार्यकर्ता महिलाओं के खिलाफ यौन अपराध करते हैं, तो वे चुप रहते हैं। परिसर में विभिन्न स्थानों पर उनके द्वारा इसे कुकृत्यों को उजागर करने वाले पोस्टर फाड़े गए हैं। लेकिन इन बलात्कारी साथियों को यह याद दिलाने की जरूरत है कि यह विश्वविद्यालय परिसर है न कि नक्सलियों का शिविर। दुर्भाग्य से, यह पहली बार नहीं है जब ऐसी घटनाएं सामने आई हैं; हम आइसा के एक राज्य स्तरीय पदाधिकारी अनमोल रतन को कैसे भूल सकते है, जिन्होंने एक साथी छात्रा को उसके कमरे में दो दिनों तक बेहोश करने के बाद उसके साथ बलात्कार किया था। अकबर चौधरी, केशव कुमार कुछ ऐसे यौन हमलावर हैं जिनके नाम समय की रेत में गुम नहीं होने चाहिए। खैर, आइसा का नाम बदलकर ऑल इंडिया सेक्शुअल असॉल्टर्स करना व्यर्थ नहीं होगा। इस तरह की वैचारिक और संगठनात्मक खामियों के कारण, लगभग 11 कार्यकर्ताओं ने पिछले वर्ष आइसा से इस्तीफा दे दिया था । यह "नेतृत्व यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों को बिल्कुल भी गंभीरता से नहीं लेते है।" "जब एक ईसी सदस्य ओबी सदस्य के खिलाफ शिकायत लेकर आगे आया, तो उसे नजरअंदाज कर दिया गया और शर्मसार कर दिया गया, जबकि नेतृत्व ने आरोपी का समर्थन और प्रचार करना जारी रखा।" ये त्याग पत्र के कुछ अंश हैं जो इस बात पर प्रकाश डालते हैं कि ये तथाकथित 'उदार' संगठन आंतरिक रूप से कैसे कार्य करते हैं। अपने आप को स्त्रियों के हितैषी बनने के आड़ में यह उनका दैहिक शोषण करते है। और नाम देते है स्त्री स्वतन्त्रता की। इसमें भी अगर कोई छात्रा इसका विरोध करती है तो उसे डरा धमका कर चुप करवा दिया जाता है कि तुम्हारा परिवार यह अपमान सहन नहीं कर पाएगा। शर्म की बात है की नारीवादी संग़ठन अंदर से इतना खोकला और दोगला है। यौन शोषण की एक और भयावह घटना में, चीनी और दक्षिण पूर्व एशियाई अध्ययन केंद्र के बीए तृतीय वर्ष के छात्र अनिकेत सिंह (पहले आइसा से थे) के खिलाफ एक शिकायत दर्ज की गई है, जिस पर उत्तर-पूर्व भारत की एक छात्रा के लिए लैंगिक असंवेदनशील और अपमानजनक गालियां देने का आरोप लगाया गया है। । वह व्हाट्सएप संदेशों के जरिए उसे लगातार परेशान कर रहा है व मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित कर रहा है। सामान्य रूप से कई एनएसयूआई कार्यकर्ता और विशेष रूप से बीए तृतीय वर्ष की अरबी भाषा का छात्र रूपेश शर्मा, यह झूठ फैला रहे है कि कोई यौन उत्पीड़न नहीं हुआ था। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि आरोपी एनएसयूआई के करीबी हैं। वही दूसरी ओर डीएसएफ के द्वारा गैर-गंभीर और द्विदलीय रवैया देखा गया जब डीएसएफ की स्वाति सिंह ने छेड़छाड़ करने वाले के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों पर सवाल उठाया है। ऐसा लगता है कि पूरा वामपंथी तंत्र यौन उत्पीड़न में लिप्त है और उनके वरिष्ठ साथी उनकी रक्षा करने में लगे हैं। Survivor (सरवायिवर) को वामपंथी संगठन के लोग मानसिक रूप से भी प्रताड़ित करने , अपमानित करने, डराने में, जबरदस्ती करने में, धमकी देने में निरंतर लगे हुए हैं । इस घटना के बाद प्रसन्ना राज इधर-उधर घूमते नजर आ रहे हैं और आइसा के अन्य कार्यकर्ता पीड़िता के बयान पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। खुद को प्रगतिशील या उदारवादी कहने का कोई मतलब नहीं है जब पार्टी खुद पाखंड में निहित हो। इसके अलावा, जो कार्यकर्ता अपनी सुविधा और राजनीतिक प्रोत्साहन के लिए ऐसी घटनाओं को नजरअंदाज करना चुनते हैं, उनका भी इस घटनाक्रम में कम भूमिका नहीं है। यह हमारे संज्ञान में आया है कि आइशी घोष ने बेशर्मी से सरवायिवर (survivor) को गैर-मौजूदा GSCASH से संपर्क करने के लिए कहकर गुमराह किया और उसे आईसीसी से शिकायत करने से रोका। यह कम्युनिस्ट कबीले से संबंधित यौन उत्पीड़कों को बचाने का एक क्लासिक मामला था। परिसर के कम्युनिस्ट अब अपने एजेंडे GSCASH को आगे बढ़ाना चाहते हैं क्योंकि आइसा और एसएफआई के यौन हमलावरों को इससे बचा लिया गया है। यह सभी को पता है कि कैसे GSCASH ने अकबर चौधरी, अरशद आलम, शकील अंजुम को दोषी पाते हुए भी बचाया। GSCASH ने दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा F.I.R दर्ज करने से रोककर दोषियों की रक्षा की। यह पूरा पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र "कामरेड" और "कामरेड इनफैकल्टी" से संबंधित यौन हमलावरों की रक्षा के लिए एक तंत्र था। अतः, "कॉमरेड्स" GSCASH वापस चाहते हैं! कैंपस में महिलाओं के खिलाफ बार-बार होने वाले ये अपराध दिखाते हैं कि कैसे ये संगठन केवल उन्हीं मामलों को उठाते हैं जो उनके अपने कथन के अनुरूप हों। उन्होंने महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और सुरक्षा का राजनीतिकरण करने की कोशिश की है, जिससे एक ऐसा जहरीला माहौल बना है जहां महिलाएं अब सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं करती हैं। एबीवीपी पूरे कम्युनिस्ट कबाल और आइसा के इस स्त्री द्वेषी और पितृसत्तात्मक रवैये की निंदा करती है और सभी Survivors को शक्ति साहस, संबल और साथ देने का आश्वासन देती है । हमारा मानना है की एक F.I.R तुरंत दर्ज की जानी चाहिए और सरवायिवर की सुरक्षा और गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित करते हुए उत्पीड़क के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। हम यौन हिंसा के लिए जीरो टॉलरेंस का समर्थन करते हैं और इन क्रूर, जघन्य कृत्यों की भी निंदा करते हैं जो पूरी तरह से जेएनयू के लोकाचार के खिलाफ हैं।

Enough is Enough: Unending sexual assaults and harassment by the Communists

Jawaharlal Nehru University has produced numerous academicians, scientists, diplomats and other famous personalities in various fields. Apart from its unparalleled academic excellence, JNU boasts of being one of the most gender-inclusive, safe and secure campuses. But the increasing incidents of sexual harassment, molestation, eve-teasing and attempts to rape have put into question the very fundamental principles that this university stands for. A heartbreaking incident came forward recently when a Masters student from the Centre for Political Studies (CPS) and an AISA (All India Students Association) activist, named Prasanna Raj, was accused of sexually harassing a female student on the Chandrabagha Hostel rooftop. Not only did he attempt to forcefully kiss her or touch her, but also threatened her if she spoke out in public. The senior ‘comrades’ have been desperately trying to shield this atrocious act. Not one female activist of the organization has spoken up against this despicable, vile assault. Not even the President of JNUSU, Aishe Ghosh has addressed this crucial issue. Waving flags of feminism, they first lure students into their organizations under the garb of activism but when their very own activists perpetrate sexual crimes against women, they keep mum. Posters exposing them have been torn down at various places in campus. But these rapist comrades need to be reminded that this is a university campus and not Naxal camps and they cannot get away like anything. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that such incidents have surfaced, let’s not forget Anmol Ratan, a state office bearer of AISA who had raped a fellow student in his room for two days after sedating her. Akbar Chaudhary, Keshav Kumar are just a few assaulters whose names should not be lost in the sands of time. Well, it wouldn’t be in vain to change AISA’s name to All India Sexual Assaulters. Due to such ideological and organizational flaws, around 11 activists resigned from AISA. "The leadership does not take sexual harassment complaints seriously at all." "When an EC member came forward with a complaint against an OB member, she was ignored and shamed while the leadership continued to support and promote the accused." These are just some excerpts from the resignation letter that highlights how these so-called ‘liberal’ organizations function internally. In yet another horrifying incident of sexual abuse, a complaint has been lodged against Aniket Singh (earlier was from AISA) , a third year BA student of the Centre for Chinese and South East Asian Studies, who was accused of making gender insensitive and derogatory slurs to a student from North-East India. He has been constantly nagging, mentally harassing her through WhatsApp messages. Many NSUI activists in general and Rupesh Sharma, a BA third year Arabic student in particular, are spreading canard of lies that there was no sexual harassment. This is just because the accused is close friends with them. Same non-serious and bipartisan attitude was witnessed when Swati Singh from DSF questioned the charges levelled against the molester. It seems that the entire left ecosystem is involved in sexual harassment and their senior comrades are involved in protecting them. Apart from belittling the survivor’s trauma, they also mentally torture, humiliate, intimidate, coerce, threaten and slut shame the survivor. In the aftermath of this incident, Prasanna Raj is seen casually roaming around and other AISA activists are questioning the statement of the survivor. Calling themselves progressive or liberal means nothing when the party itself is rooted in hypocrisy. Moreover, the activists who choose to ignore such incidents for their own convenience and political incentive are no less involved. It has come to our knowledge that Aishe Ghosh shamelessly misled the survivor by asking her to approach non existing GSCASH and prohibited her from complaining the ICC. This was a classic textbook case of shielding sexual harassers belonging to the Communist cabal. The communists of the campus now want to push their agenda GSCASH because sexual assaulters from AISA and SFI got shielded by it. It is known to everyone how GSCASH saved Akbar Choudhary, Arshad Alam , Shakeel Anjum while finding them guilty. The GSCASH protected the culprits by stopping filing of F.I.R by Delhi Police. That entire ecosystem was a mechanism to protect sexual assaulters belonging to “Comrades” and “Comrades in faculty”. So, “Comrades” want GSCASH back! These repeated offences against women on-campus showcase how these organizations only take up cases that suit their own narrative. They have tried to politicize women’s safety and security, thereby creating a toxic atmosphere where women don’t feel safe anymore. ABVP condemns this misogynist and patriarchal attitude of AISA and entire communist cabal and extend complete solidarity to all survivors. An FIR must be lodged immediately and strict action must be taken against the harasser while ensuring the safety and secrecy of the survivor. We support zero tolerance for sexual violence and condemn these brute, heinous acts that are completely against the ethos of JNU.

“Jihad”ization of Young Minds by PFI : Connivance and Complicity of Communists At PFI rally in Alappuzha, Muslim boy openly chants for death to Hindus & Christians The threat calls during the PFI rally in Kerala ended with the famous 'Intifada Assalam", the Islamist salute to the people who have been killed in political murders recently in the state. It is worth noting that the 'Intifada Assalam' salutes were used in Iraq in 1952 before the horrifying spate of mass murder, rioting and killings gripped the country. The said incident took place on 21 May 2022, during the event of “Jana Maha Sammelanam”, organised by the Popular Front of India (PFI), an organization always under the radar for terrorism and activities against the country. This event happened at Alappuzha, Kerala. According to reports, a mob of over 1,000 PFI supporters and members hit the streets, engaged in threatening, abusing and openly calling for violence against Hindus and Christians. The mob also warned Hindus and Christians of dire consequences if they did not live if they did not live according to Sharia. The mob chanted in unison: “We are your Yamraj” and cautioned the Sangh Parivar to not mistake Kerala for Gujarat. “Be ready for your death rituals if you won’t live in our land quietly. Be ready with rice flakes to fill your mouth, if you won’t live quietly (For Hindus). Be ready to burn amber in your home if you won’t live quietly (For Christians). Because we are coming, we are your death. We won’t go to Pakistan or Bangladesh, you have to live here as we say, or else we know how to make you live quietly, we will kill you even if we are attacked. We take pride in being a martyr, we salute them. If you won’t live quietly, we know how to ask for ‘Azadi’. Be prepared for your death,” the PFI members shouted in Malayalam. There have been several warnings about the presence of Islamic terrorist organizations in Kerala society and the need to be vigilant about their activities. It is clear from some recent events that such concerns are well-founded. Recently, the Kerala High Court itself had referred Popular front of India (PFI) as a terrorist organization. It is a mystery that the CPIM government is not ready to intervene in such a situation. Kerala was shocked to hear the slogans chanted by a child during a public function of Popular front of India (PFI), which has often been charged of terrorist activities. The content of the slogans chanted by hundreds was a threat not to hesitate to kill Hindus and Christians in Kerala. The CPI(M) led left government is reluctant to take appropriate action, even on the most serious of issues, and is working hard to imprison the people accused of speaking out against such acts of terrorism. Such sectarian and appeasing attitude regarding religious and communal organizations are extremely detrimental to national security and the future of the state. The government must be prepared to treat everyone equally before the law, and to investigate and take action on the more serious crimes with undue importance. In Kerala, there have been 50 political assassinations since the Pinarayi government came in to power. It was 47 assassinations from May 25, 2016 to December 19, 2021. Since then, there have been three more murders and now it is at 50. Despite the passage of time, there has been no change in Kerala in terms of political assassinations since Comrades love violence whether it be JNU (attack on JNU students on 5th Jan 2020) or Bengal (Marichjhapi Massacre wherein people living on Marichjhapi island were subjected to genocidal campaign led by CPIM) or Kerala. Communists have deep ideological moorings of eliminating opposition by murder and mayhem and they religiously follow the dictum by notorious mass murderer Mao Zedong who in 1927 proclaimed: “Power grows out of barrel of a gun”. The same can be witnessed in JNU campus where the comrades haven’t uttered a word against the murderous chant and are subtly supporting it. PFI came into limelight when eight of its activists chopped off the hands of a college professor TT Joseph in 2010. The OBC Morcha state secretary Swargeeya Ranjith Srinivasan ji and former RSS Pracharak Sreenivasan ji were brutally killed by the PFI recently. The Popular Front had the courage to lead the assassination of Ranjith Srinivasan because they had the help of the police and the government. It is noteworthy that the PFI has been found to be an extremist Islamist organisation which is involved in anti-national activities and murdered many committed workers of the Sangh Parivar in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka who were engaged in Gauraksha and spreading awareness against Love Jihad like Prashanth Poojary, S. Vellaiyappan, Sachin Gopal, Rudresh etc. In fact, the NIA (National Investigation Agency) had pointed to the PFI’s role in the brutal murder of Ramalingam, a PMK member, in Coimbatore when Ramalingam opposed PFI activists trying to convert poor Dalits to Islam. Also, the Uttar Pradesh police came up with cogent evidence of the PFI’s role in violence and murderous riots under the garb of protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) which was openly supported by Communists. Today, the Islamic terrorism has become a common menace to the society of Kerala. The Popular Front is implementing Talibanism in Kerala with the connivance of the government. There is a planned attempt to create communal riots in the state. This Jihadization of Kerala’s society by Islamist under guidance of Communists is very unfortunate and disturbing. Sinister Designs and Nefarious Agenda of Islamist-Jihadist-Terrorist Forces in Kashmir and Complicity of Communists Cabal

The recent targeted killings in the Kashmir valley of the religious minorities, Sikh and Hindu; and immigrants from other parts of India present a sinister design of the Islamist-jihadist-terrorist forces in the valley and their masters in India and across the border. It includes, inter alia, scaring the religious and ethnic minorities of the valley away from their home to fulfill their desire of Islamic State (on the lines of Pakistan and with the larger objective of uniting with Pakistan in future) and in the long run the Caliphate. A total of 28 civilians were killed by these Islamist-Jihadist-Terrorist forces so far in 2021. Out of those killed, five belonged to local Hindu or Sikh communities and two were non-local immigrant Hindu labourers. This shows that after the abolition of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in August 2019, divisive forces in the valley had become irrelevant in both popular politics and academic discourses. Therefore, these events indicate frantic efforts by Islamist forces to recover lost grounds in the wake of deepening and widening of democracy post the revocation of the special status of J&K.

The haivaniyat (savagery) shown by Pakistan supported terrorists will not deter the efforts of Insaniyat (Humanity), Kashmiriyat (Uniqueness of Kashmir), and Jamhuriyat (Democracy) by civil society and government. As rightly said by the Shradhha Bindaroo, the daughter of slain Humanist-Businessman late Makhan Lal Bindaroo, “I will not shed tears, Mein Makhan Lal Bindroo jee ki beti hoon. Unka shareer gaya hai aatma nahi (I am Makhan Lal Bindroo's daughter and his body has only left Kashmir but his spirit of brotherhood will remain alive in this Valley.).......... If you have the guts, then come have a debate with me. You won't. You merely know how to hurl stones and open fire.” This summarises the spirit of common Kashmiri in the wake of current cold-blooded murders to please their political masters in India and abroad. This time Kashmir will not bow down. India will not succumb to any political arithmetic.

Experts and analysts are worried that it might lead to another exodus of minorities particularly Kashmiri Pandits from the valley. Alienation of minorities in the valley have started once again, leading to fear of exodus, some families have already left the region. Those silent and complicit in the endeavours of foreign-sponsored terrorism, in the valley or outside, should hang their heads in shame for being complicit and not raising their voices against a global menace now reaching everyone’s doorsteps. It is pertinent to point out that political tourists (who otherwise are hyper-active in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh) have maintained a deafening silence over the targeted killings in Kashmir. Cheerleaders in media and Lutyens’ gang have gone hiding in deep burrows. The response of left-led organisations and their B-teams on the campus is completely indifferent to the issue of targeted killings. Their anti-India and anti-Hindu stand is exposed yet again. Their masters in academia have not been able to overcome the pain of their poster-child abandoning them for “the most democratic and representative party” in India. The campus community asks in unison to the so-called champions of liberalism and conscience keepers, why do the life of Hindus and Sikhs not matter to you? And more importantly, why do the actions of Islamists-jihadists-terrorists in Kashmir and elsewhere not bother you? The time to answer would be now, otherwise do not bother to raise your suitable polished agenda whenever it suits you. The campus is watching you. India is watching you. Your hypocrisy will not go unnoticed this time.

ABVP WELCOMES COURT-MANDATED GYANAVAPI COMPLEX SURVEY

The news about the findings of the court-mandated videography survey of the Gyanvapi Complex is all over the media-space. A few pointers with primary documentary evidences, exploring the multiple layers of this politically charged issue, are being given here for a deeper insight on the whole discussion. It is a well-known fact that Bharata is a civilizational entity whose history spans over a time-frame of five millennia (at least!). The continuity of this diverse, yet connected civilization has been a marvel for scholars since ancient times. Interestingly, among all of the narratives, institutions, practices, beliefs and knowledge traditions that kept a feeling of oneness intact, the network(s) of Tīrtha-s (Sacred Spaces) covering the whole of Greater Indian region acted as a prominent civilizational unifier. This realisation is even visible in the writings of Indian intellectual giants like Sri Aurobindo, Gandhi, Veer Savarkar, Radha Kumud Mujherjee, etc., and became the reason for Diana Eck to refer to Bharata as a ‘sacred geography’. These sacred spaces, over a period of time, evolved into major centres of learning and scholarship. Kashmir, Kanchi, Avanti, Puri, Mithila, etc. are a few major examples. One such vital sacred space with a living history of several millennia is Kashi, a.k.a. Banaras/Varanasi.

All Indians must be aware of the fact that Banaras, since time immemorial, has been a knowledge-centre and a prominent Tīrtha-sthāna for Hindus all over the Dharmic world. And the deity Vishveshvara, whose temple was desecrated to construct Gyanvapi Mosque, is worshiped as the ‘Lord of the World’ by over a Billion Hindus. Meenakshi Jain (‘Flight of Deities and the Rebirth of Temples’) notes that when the jaziya tax was imposed on pilgrims entering the city, Narsimha III, a Hoysala monarch of Carnataka, donated a village’s revenue in 1279 CE for the payment of the tax by the residents of Carnataka, Telengana, Talvi, Tirhut, and Gauda, as well as for the worship of Visveshvara. Many such documented anecdotes, oral traditions, historical narratives and religious texts point towards its prominent place in the Hindu mindscape since ancient times. This is what caught the eye of tyrant Islamic marauders like Qutb-ud-din Aibak and Sikandar Lodi who invaded Kashi and desecrated Vishvanath temple in the 11^th and 15^th century respectively. It was resurrected both the times by the valorous indigenous population with major contributions from Maharaja Man Singh of Jaipur.

Kashi Vishvanath, being a major centre of pilgrimage as well as ‘infidel’ learning, was again attacked during the despotic Islamist ruler Aurangzeb’s reign in 1665. His army was thoroughly decimated in this attempt by the warrior Naga Sadhu-s and gallant local population guarding the deity. In his second attempt, he succeeded. The third and the last time it was demolished was in 1669 under the orders of Aurangzeb. His official court chronicle, Maasir-i-Alamgiri records numerous orders for and reports of destructions of temples. Its entry for 2 September 1669, states: “News came to court that in accordance with the emperor’s command his officers had demolished the temple of Vishvanath at Banaras.” The main Purohit along with the Shiv-ling jumped into the Gyanvapi well in the premises to protect the deity from further defiling. The Gyanvapi “mosque” was constructed over this sacred space. Maasir-i-Alamgiri records:

“His majesty, eager to establish Islam, issued orders to the governors of all the provinces to demolish the schools and temples of the infidels, and with the utmost urgency put down the teaching and the public practice of the religion of these unbelievers.”

Thus read the ‘General Order for the Destruction of Temples’ issued by the Timurid-Gurkaniya emperor Aurangzeb (r. 1658-1707) on 9^th April 1669. He even passed a Farman, dated 20^th November 1665, banning public celebration of festivals like Holi, Diwali, and even the cremation of deceased Hindus on the banks of River Yamuna ji. As mentioned earlier, this was not an exceptional case. Though numerous ‘eminent’ leftist (alleged) historians have tried to downplay or justify this continuous practice of Jihadi atrocities, under Islamic rule, on the peoples of Bharata. These practices were not personal idiosyncrasies of Aurangzeb, as evidenced by chronicles, diaries, and other records on Muslim rulers in India. Such atrocious policies were a living reality under the majority of Islamic rulers in India. Such was/is the status of dhimmi-s in Islamist states. The works of astute and courageous scholars like Jadunath Sarkar, Sita Ram Goel, Ram Swarup, K.S. Lal, Koenraad Elst and Meenakshi Jain are a gold mine for unearthing such deliberately hidden (by leftist distorians) historical facts.

Despite all this, the resilient Hindu spirit didn’t give up. Across countless generations, people from all the jātī-s, language groups, sampradaya-s and regions of Jambu-dvīpa, toiled hard and sacrificed their lives (if need be) to keep their ancestral traditions and temples alive. Sticking to the undying Hindu spirit, Kashi Vishvanath temple was reconstructed by Maharani Ahilya Bai Holkar in 1776 CE, on the land adjoining the Gyanvapi structure. But no one could convince the Vigraha of Vrish-vahan (Nandi) of Bhagwan Vishveshwar in the Gyanvapi complex who is still facing his Prabhu desecrated and imprisoned in the Gyanvapi structure since 1669 CE. The history of Jihadi-tyranny and savagery is still alive in the very edifice of Gyanvapi structure. Its backside wall was left intact after the desecration to ‘show the dhimmi-s their place.’ As the survey team reported, the shiv-ling was found submerged in the pond where Namazi-s used to wash their hands, feet and mouths. A glaring example of ganga-jamuni tehzeeb, indeed! The distinctly Hindu iconography can still be found in the pillars and walls of the said structure.

The barbarous truth was always visible to the naked eye. But not to the left-leaning intelligentsia who hegemonically ruled the academic sphere in post-independent India. And we were not allowed to talk about these atrocious injustices in public. It was deemed ‘communal’ or regressive to even discuss the gross injustices that were meted out to Hindu temples, deities, peoples (Kashmir, Bengal, Pakistan), or institutions. It became an accepted “truth” that all the communities, except Hindus, can voice their grievances. But things are a changing now. The people of India are rising to the fact that our collective civilizational heritage is not a burden but rather a bridge to a bright and healthy future.

ABVP JNU stands in support with the cause of the renaissance in India. Revisiting our histories, knowledge traditions and practices from our own standpoint(s), along with raising awareness regarding indigenous sacred spaces (which were forcefully occupied) are just a part of that process. We strongly believe that mere economic growth and accumulation of resources will only lead to hedonistic degeneracy, uncontrollable consumerism, climate disasters and the dismemberment of community-living. A nuanced and mature sense of history and identity is what our civilizational heritage, our knowledge traditions, our Gods provide us. That is why, we support the honorable courts’ guidelines in this regard. We whole-heartedly support this democratic process of the reclamation of our collective civilizational repositories and sacred spaces. We support the inalienable right of Baba Vishvanath to get pratişțhā in his original home which was destroyed and forcefully occupied by barbarians.
