In ultimii doi ani, impreuna cu parteneri din exteriorul Romaniei ne-am straduit sa desfasuram proiecte de recrutare pentru a oferi unor Oameni, vieti mai bune, in tari din vestul Europei.&lt;br /&gt;
Aceasta postare este doar pentru a spune ca am reusit in unele cazuri si ca am invatat lectii care au costat bani si timp si acestea sunt aspecte mai putin grave, iar alteori relatii si prietenii, chiar si aici am gresit.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru ca evoluam, in proiectul pe care il derulam impreuna cu partenerii nostri de la Maracon GmbH, am trecut de la simpla recrutare de medici la recrutarea cu suport pentru candidatii pe care ii validam ca fiind elite Umane si pe cat posibil medicale in devenire.&lt;br /&gt;
Concret, din 14 noiembrie, in doua orase din Romania incepem simultan  doua programe pe care le-am numit  Medical Elite Programm.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru Sibiu astazi mai aveam inca 3 locuri libere.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca sunteti interesat/ interesata, va rugam sa studiati prezentarea acestui proiect si trimiteti-ne un CV in format european, in limba germana, cu o fotografie business, desigur!&lt;br /&gt;

Citeam săptămâna trecută un principiu foarte interesant al lui &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Branson"&gt;Richard BRANSON&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;care sună cam așa: "Nu fi conducător la oi, încearcă să ții pisica în turmă" (aici e o traducere la ceea ce exprima autorul prin herding cats). Nu s-a prea prins de mine, în acel moment, acest principiu ... până astăzi, când mi-am adus aminte că lucrez cu oamenii și că ... e greu!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Mi-am adus aminte de acest frumos principiu și am căutat un pic pe google să văd ce înseamnă "herding the cats". Un clip destul de elocvent pentru a înțelege ce este în mintea mea în gândindu-mă la peripețiile de astăzi (și nu numai de astăzi) îl diseminez în seara aceasta minunată cu voi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Luna august a insemnat pentru noi un bun prilej de a continua seria conferintelor &lt;b&gt;“Cum sa obtii un job in Germania”. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Brasovul a fost orasul ales de noi pentru cea de-a saptea intalnire cu medicii interesati sa urmeze o cariera in Germania. &lt;/span&gt;13 medici si viitori medici au participat, in 18 august, la evenimentul organizat de Job Connect la Brasov.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Conferinta a fost una interactiva, medicii prezenti fiind incurajati sa adreseze cat mai multe intrebari pentru a primi toate informatiile necesare. Managerul Job Connect, Marian Bejinariu, a pregatit o prezentare completa despre sistemul medical german, incluzand detalii privind salarizarea si specializarile cautate de clinicile germane, informatii despre obtinerea Approbation-ului (dreptul de a profesa ca medic in Germania), dar si informatii referitoare la pasii pe care ii parcurgem impreuna cu cei ce devin candidati Job Connect.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Au apreciat transparenta&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Intrebarile din partea participantilor nu au intarziat sa apara. Cei mai multi dintre medici au dorit sa afle informatii despre etapele pe care trebuie sa le urmeze pentru obtinerea Approbation-ului, recunoasterea in Germania a perioadei de rezidentiat urmata in Romania, specializarile cele mai cautate. Cei prezenti au abordat ca subiect nivelul de trai din Germania. Pentru a avea o imagine cat mai clara despre acest lucru, noi le-am oferit informatii concrete despre grila de salarizare aplicata in sistemul medical public din Germania, inclusiv despre modul de impozitare a salariilor. In concluzie, un medic aflat in primul an de rezidentiat va castiga in Germania in jur de 2400 euro net pe luna, in timp ce in Romania castiga in jur de 900 de lei lunar. In fiecare an de rezidentiat, salariul unui medic din Germania creste cu aproximativ 300-400 de euro.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Medicii prezenti la conferinta au marturisit ca apreciaza transparenta de care am dat dovada in prezentarea informatiilor. Intrucat, de cele mai multe ori, dupa cum au spus-o chiar participantii, atunci cand le sunt prezentate salariile, acestea sunt rotunjite si nu se specifica daca sunt brute sau nete.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Vor sa invete germana cat mai repede&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Un subiect de mare interes pentru medicii din Brasov a fost cel legat de nivelul limbii germane si de modalitati de a invata limba germana. Acestia au vrut sa stie care e nivelul de limba germana cerut de clinicile germane, precum si posibilitati de urmare a unui curs intensiv, fie in tara, fie in Germania.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;Cu siguranta, cunoasterea limbii germane este o conditie fara de care niciun medic nu poate profesa in Germania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;Cei mai multi medici interesati de Germania, vorbesc despre perioada prea lunga in care se poate parcurge un curs de limba germana in cadrul unui centru de limbi straine. Astfel ca, un medic fara niciun fel de cunostinte de limba germana, poate ajunge la nivelul B2 (stabilit de autoritatile germane) in aproximativ 2 ani si jumatate, daca aleg o firma sau un centru de limbi straine. Mult prea mult, spun cei mai multi dintre medici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Nivel B2 in 10 luni&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span  &gt;De asta am tinut cont cand am stabilit sa organizam cursuri de limba germana dedicate exclusiv medicilor. La inceputul acestui an, doua grupe de medici, respectiv viitori medici, au inceput un curs de limba germana organizat de Job Connect in Sibiu. Timp de 10 luni de zile, medicii invata germana, cu un profesor cu experienta, pana la nivelul B2. Urmand ca apoi, tot Job Connect, sa le prezinte oferte de job.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Medicii brasoveni prezenti la conferinta au aratat interes fata de acest model de curs organizat de Job Connect. Discutiile pe care le am eu si cred ca orice coechipier cu sufletul Job Connect nu sunt dintre cele mai confortabile. De ziua mea (in 2010, an interesant pentru mine), Marian mi-a facut cadou o carte pe care eu nu mi-o doream. Presupun ca si voi mai patiti "din astea". Cartea era semnata de Donald TRUMP si dintre ideile si principiile sale multe am retinut "&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;THINK&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;BIG&lt;/span&gt;!&lt;/b&gt;" si daca nu am retinut nu inseamna ca am si inteles sau "priceput" (verb pe care il aud foarte des in ultimul timp). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;Cred ca este greu de inteles. Daca ai un plan cu anumite obiective, de ce sa dublezi (sa zicem) standardul de performanta? Adica lucrurile merg bine, inspre grozav, de ce sa nu te bucuri de aceasta fericire si sa-ti pui in carca mai mult? Cred ca am gasit un raspuns. Cand business-ul tau merge bine, cel al competitorilor mai mult ca sigur merge mai bine. Cand tu esti in zona de confort, altii se indreapta spre lux. Cand tie iti merge greu, celor care ies din zona de confort le va merge binisor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;Simplu fapt ca iti este bine, spune ca modelul da rezultate si trebuie multiplicat pentru a te ajuta sa-ti dublezi, triplezi standardul. Imi aduc aminte ce gandeam cand am vazut persoane scriind pentru prima data........uaaaa, cum le zic de bine, cu punctulete, liniute, emoticoane (asa am vazut ca se numesc) si am zis oare eu cum as scrie, daca as fi invitat sa fac asta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;La inceput doresc sa va spun ca demult, demult doream sa ma sune cineva la telefon si sa vorbesc intr-o limba straina (daca se poate undeva unde sunt oameni), ca sa ma dau si eu mare.......iar cand mi  s-a oferit sansa, m-am retras sa nu ma auda prea multa lume. De ce va scriu acestea, deoarece asa s-a intamplat si in cazul de fata, cand am scris dupa exact 20 de zile de la data invitatiei, cand Marian mi-a dat cartea "Biblia Vanzarilor" de Jeffrey Gitomer si mi-a spus sa pun si pe blog cateva idei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Da, fac parte din tagma vanzatorilor, a celor care ofera clientilor ceea ce doresc sa cumpere, si voi scrie despre esecurile mele si succesele altora (ce ziceti? ne punem mai prejos decat interlocutorul? ). Deci, Jeffrey nu-mi cere bani pe copywright, pentru ca si eu promovez cartea gratis. :)).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Inca de la inceput cartea atrage atentia prin multitudinea de feedback-uri date de cei care au citit cartea, siii !!!.......Dale Carnagie o posteaza in top 10 carti despre vanzari (sunteti cat de cat, curiosi?Eu am fost). Cartea este o serie de observatii, tehnici si cugetari realiste, adaptabile propriului stil de vanzare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;De asemenea vanzarile inseamna &lt;b&gt;DISCIPLINA&lt;/b&gt;, spune Jeffrey. Unul dintre oamenii de afaceri cu care am interactionat, mi-a spus "Singura diferenta intre tine si un milionar este modul cum te organizezi". Ce credeti?.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Jeffrey spune sa citesti si sa aplici, apoi sa observi diferenta. Poate o sa spuneti, Ciprian acestea sunt principii de viata, nu de vanzari. Dar, oare nu cumparam si vindem fiecare dintre noi, "ceva", in fiecare zi?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Dar, aici ne referim la "agentul de vanzari" si cum poate prospera el, pentru ca in carte scrie - agentul de vanzari e "&lt;b&gt;cea mai importanta&lt;/b&gt;"  persoana din lumea afacerilor- deci are o anumita responsabilitate (destul de mare as zice eu). De acord?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Deci, ca si rezumat al primului capitol Jeffrey spune ca agentul de vanzari, a carei cota de piata nu scade, are cea mai buna atitudine, cunoaste foarte bine produsul si ofera cele mai bune servici, printr-o munca asidua. Vizualizeaza calea &lt;b&gt;TA&lt;/b&gt; spre succes, prin postit-uri, pune-le peste tot si cat de multe doresti, pentru ca citindu-le zilnic vei incepe sa actionezi. Adu-ti aminte de rezultatele obtinute (cat de bine te-ai simtit cand le-ai atins), pentru ca te vei motiva pentru obiectivele viitoare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Insusind cele 7,5 reguli si aplicand cele 24,5 strategii, detaliate in carte, nu se va atinge nimeni de "cota ta de piata".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Va multumesc pentru rabdare si interes, si daca v-a placut poate voi reveni si cu celelate capitole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Nu sunt filosof, filolog sau psiholog, ci inginer dupa studii, asa ca daca veti gasi greseli in exprimare, scuzati-ma (am citit despre un agramat care a vandut mai mult decat tot departamentul din care facea parte, era si nou venit in companie). A venit cu ultimele noutati pe care vi le impartasim si voua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Au refuzat o zi libera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;Fetele invata intens germana si sunt extrem de motivate. Ieri, in Germania fost sarbatoare nationala, iar guvernul a declarat zi libera inclusiv azi, 3 iunie. Cele cinci cursante romance au refuzat aceasta zi libera si au insistat sa mearga la curs. Intrucat fetele fac acest curs de germana in cadrul unei scoli, ele au fost singurele care s-au aflat in scoala, restul lunadu-si zi libera. Dorinta lor este aceea de a invata limba germana cat mai bine, intr-un timp cat mai scurt, astfel ca au considerat ca nu isi pot permite o zi libera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;Cei 5 medici ar fi trebuit sa finalizeze cursul in 27 iunie, insa profesoara a decis ca este potrivit sa prelungeasca acest curs cu 1-2 saptamani. Profesorii examinatori din Germania ar putea fi foarte exigenti de aceea, medicii vor fi foarte bine pregatite dupa aproape doua luni de curs intensiv. De asemenea, cursantele vor primi un manual nou, ''Germania pentru medici'', care le vor ajuta foarte mult atunci cand isi vor incepe activitatea in cadrul clinicii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Masa gratuita&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Cele 5  romance sunt foarte prietenoase. In scurt timp, si-au facut prieteni printre cursantii care invata in cadrul aceleiasi scoli. Sunt cursanti din toata lumea, cu care fetele ies la o cafea si converseaza in limba germana.&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Mici probleme organizatorice mai apar, dar se rezolva rapid atunci cand ai parte de profesionism. La inceperea cursului, cei cinci medici au primit cupoane de masa gratuite. Cu acestea, ele pot lua masa zilnic la cantina clinicii, alaturi de ceilalti angajati. Zilele trecute, fetele au ramas fara bonuri, insa imediat au primit un ''supliment'' de cupoane din partea clinicii. Totul s-a intamplat foarte rapid, incat au ratat un singur mic dejun in cadrul cantinei. Nu au ramas infometate, ci au mancat ''Semmeln'', paine tipic bavareza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Pregatirile pentru obtinerea Approbation-ului (dreptul de a profesa in Germania) au inceput deja. Cei 5 medici din Weiden au facut deja controlul medical in cadrul clinicii, urmand ca partenerii nostri din Germania sa se ocupe personal de depunerea dosarelor cu acte. Primul feedback al fetelor ( pentru ca toti cei 5 medici sunt femei) este unul cat se poate de pozitiv. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Se spune ca Germania este o tara frumoasa, insa oamenii sunt “reci” si nu prea prietenosi. Imi face placere sa aud din partea fetelor exact contrariul, in ceea ce-i priveste pe germani. “In Germania este frumos, mancarea multa si delicioasa, iar oamenii deschisi si prietenosi” - este o scurta descriere a ceea ce inseamna Germania, dupa doua saptamani.  Cel mai greu de suportat este dorul de cei dragi, cu care fetele nu s-au obisnuit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Excursie in N&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ürnberg&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Evident, in primele zile fetele au iesit “in recunoastere”. Au vizitat orasul in care locuiesc, au interactionat cu nativi germani si, suprinzator pentru ele, chiar i-au inteles si au putut comunica. Asta le-a cam dat aripi; atat de mari, incat, weekend-ul trecut, au ajuns tocmai in N&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;ürnberg. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;O excursie scurta de doar o zi, dar extrem de placuta si relaxanta. Problema a fost timpul, care a fost mult prea scurt pentru cate erau de vizitat. Cele 5 fete s-au plimbat prin centrul vechi al orasului, au facut poze si si-au promis solemn sa se reintoarca in curand. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Jocuri pentru medici&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Dar, sa nu uitam de ce sunt ele acolo. Obiectivul  pentru urmatoarele saptamani a fost fixat: obtinerea certificatului de limba germana nivel B2. Fetele acorda importanta la fel de mare si studiului. Profesoara de limba germana are incredere in cursantele ei si este sigura ca, cei 5 medici vor termina cu bine cursul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Fetele sunt incantate de profesoara “prietenoasa”, asa cum au numit-o ele, si de metodele de predare folosite. Una dintre acestea este: folosirea unor “jocuri”, care destind cursantii, dar sunt menite si sa invete lucruri utile. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Aceste jocuri nu pot fi decat binevenite, intrucat fetele invata germana cel putin 7 ore pe zi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Pentru a diversifica putin activitatile, in perioada urmatoare, directorul lantului de clinici le-a pregatit medicilor vizite in cadrul spitalelor in care vor profesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Sprijin din Romania&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Cei care cred ca rolul companiei de recrutare se finalizeaza in momentul in care medicul ajunge in Germania, se inseala. Din contra, poate ca rolul este din ce in ce mai important, dupa ce un medic ajunge in Germania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;De exemplu, de curand, medicii cursanti au intampinat o problema. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;La curs, fetele au nevoie de mai multe manuale si dictionare de specialitate. Acestea nu sunt deloc ieftine, astfel ca, ele ne-au intrebat ce pot sa faca, intrucat nu si le permit. Evident aceasta problema a ajuns la reprezentantii clinicii, care au platit manualele si le-au pus la dispozitia medicilor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;Pentru noi este foarte important sa tinem legatura cu medicii care ajung in Germania prin intermediul nostru. Si nu doar atat, ci si sa le acordam suport ori de cate ori au nevoie. In plus, compania Maracon Germania, partenerul nostru, este la fel de implicata. Unul dintre reprezentantii firmei Maracon ii viziteaza pe cei 5 medici din Weiden, saptamanal, si afla care este starea acestora, daca mai au nevoie de ceva, daca au nemultumiri sau, din contra, multumiri. Fetele stiu ca pot apela oricand la noi pentru a primi sprijin, daca in relatia cu clinica apar dificultati. Si asta este foarte important pentru ele!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Obtinerea Approbation-ului&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;In timpul in care cei 5 medici se pregatesc la limba germana, firma Maracon, impreuna cu reprezentanti ai clinicii, se ocupa de obtinerea permisului de a profesa in Germania (Approbation). Acest lucru le da posibilitatea medicilor sa inceapa activitatea in cadrul clinicilor imediat dupa terminarea cursului.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;De asemenea, Job Connect, impreuna cu Maracon, se implica inclusiv in cautarea unei oferte de job, pentru partenerii medicilor. Oferta continea un curs de germana gratuit nivelul B2, precum si un job in cadrul unei clinici. Obiectivul nostru a fost formarea unei echipe de 5 medici motivati, care sa aiba nivelul limbii germane B1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;si sa fie pregatiti pentru a profesa intr-o clinica germana. Cu toate ca pentru noi organizarea acestei grupe  a fost prima experienta de acest gen, rezultatul a fost unul de succes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;S-a format prima grupa de medici&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Selectia celor 5 candidati s-a incheiat, iar grupa este completa si pregatita sa plece in Germania. Cinci medici, din Bucuresti, Craiova, Cluj si Targu-Mures au format prima grupa de cursanti care vor pleca sa aprofundeze limba germana in Germania. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Mai multi medici au sustinut interviul cu directorul medical al lantului de clinici, insa doar 5 au fost alesi. Cei 5 a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; dovedit ca au cunostinte  si ca pot conversa in limba germana, de asemenea ca sunt foarte motivati. Un aspect foarte important de care a tinut cont directorul german a fost flexibilitatea candidatilor. Cei 5 au dovedit ca sunt flexibili in ceea ce priveste specializarea pe care vor incepe sa profeseze in Germania. Mai exact, fiecare din cei 5 si-a ales specializarea dorita, insa pentru inceput vor profesa pe medicina interna. Urmand ca dupa o perioada de aproximativ un an, fiecare &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;sa isi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; continu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; activitatea pe specializarea dorita, respectiv radiologie, ginecologie, neurologie, pediatrie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;In cele 6 saptamani de curs, activitatea principala va fi invatarea limbii la nivel B2. Insa, in acelasi timp vor primi suport din partea noastra si a clinicii in obtinerea Approbation-ului (dreptul de a profesa in Germania). Tot in cele 6 saptamani au fost deja programate mai multe vizite in cadrul clinicilor, pentru ca medicii sa se familiarizeze cu noile locuri de munca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Desi  initial nu era stabilit ca cei 5 medici sa primeasca bani pe perioada cursului, clinic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; le va oferi fiecarui medic cate 300 de euro. In plus, cheltuielile privind cursul, cazarea, masa dar si examinarea Goethe vor fi suportate de catre lantul de clinici. Tot clinica va suporta cheltuilelie de transport Romania - Germania. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="en-US" style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Suport in pregatirea actelor&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="en-US" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Pana in 16 mai, cand va avea loc plecarea spre Germania, candidatii trebuie sa pregateasca actele.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Lista cu documentele necesare plecarii in Germania nu este scurta, iar pregatirea dosarului necesita timp si rabdare.  Noi le oferim candidatilor toate informatiile si tot sprijinul de care au nevoie pentru a pregati dosarul de acte. Fiecare candidat a primit o lista cu actele necesare pe care trebuie sa le obtina in Romania, precum si  institutiile de la care trebuie sa le obtina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;De asemenea, ei au primit si o lista cu acte obligatorii de care vor trebui sa se ocupe in Germania, unde vor avea parte de mult sprijin din partea clinicii. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="de-DE" style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p lang="en-US" style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Grupa 2 pentru Germania&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; margin-bottom: 0cm; "&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Grupa de medici pentru curs B2 in Germania a fost primul proiect de acest tip de care noi ne-am ocupat. Proiectul a fost unul de succes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;asa ca ne dorim sa il continuam. A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;stfel ca, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;vrem&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="de-DE"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; ca in luna iunie-iulie sa organizam o doua grupa de medici care vor urma un curs B2 in Germania. Pentru medicii interesati de a profesa in Germania, conferintele organizate de Job Connect sunt un foarte bun prilej de a primi informatii complete despre sistemul medical german si, cel mai important, de a primi oferte concrete de job.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;2 conferinte intr-o zi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Anul 2011 a debutat cu cea de-a patra conferinta din cadrul proiectului “Medici pentru Germania”, organizata la Sibiu. Urmatorul centru universitar a fost Targu Mures, unde a avut loc cea de-a cincia conferinta. In 7 aprilie, impreuna cu partenerii nostri germani ne-am intalnit cu 24 de medici rezidenti si studenti in ultimul an, din Mures. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Pentru o mai buna comunicare intre participanti si partenerii germani, ne-am gandit sa sustinem conferinta intr-un mod mai organizat. Astfel ca, pentru prima data, in Targu Mures, am organizat conferinta de doua ori in aceeasi zi. Mai exact, a existat o prezentare in limba engleza pentru 8 medici cu nivelul limbii germane A1-A2. Si o a doua prezentare, de data aceasta in limba germana, pentru 16 medici si viitori medici cu nivel de cunoastere a limbii germane nivel B1, B2, respectiv C1. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Managerul firmei de recrutare Maracon Germania, Max J. Rauch, si dr. Manfred Hausel, director medical, au fost din nou prezenti in Romania pentru a prezenta oferte venite din partea unui lant de clinici din sudul Germaniei. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Fiti flexibili&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Datorita faptului ca au existat doua grupe d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;e participanti, fiecare dintre ei a avut posibilitatea de a se prezenta si de a adresa intrebari. Cele mai multe intrebari venite din partea participantilor au fost legate de specializarile cautate in Germania. Dr. Hausel a precizat ca Medicina Interna este de departe cea mai cautata specializare de catre clinicile germane. De asemenea, a pus accent pe importanta flexibilitatii fiecarui candidat, in ceea ce priveste alegerea specializarii. Specializari precum chirurgia si anestezia sunt, de asemenea, cautate in Germania. Feedback-ul venit din partea partenerilor germani a fost acela ca nu gasesc flexibilitate in optiunile candidatilor romani. Insa, au apreciat motivatia lor, dar si gradul de cunoastere al sistemului medical. Concluzia a fost urmatoarea: cu cat un candidat este mai adaptabil si mai motivat, cu atat sansele lui de a profesa in Germania sunt mai mari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nu se da examen pentru Approbation&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Multi dintre medicii prezenti la conferinta din Mures au cerut detalii despre obtinerea Approbation-ului (dreptul de a profesa ca medic) in Germania. Unii dintre ei stiau ca acest drept se obtine in urma unui examen destul de dificil. In realitate, nu este deloc asa. Atat domnul Rauch, cat si dr. Hausel i-au asigurat ca Approbation-ul nu se obtine prin examen. Nu este nevoie decat de o lista de acte. Unele dintre ele trebuie pregatite in tara, inaintea plecarii, iar altele, in momentul in care se ajunge in Germania. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;2 medici selectati pentru curs gratuit&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Tot ca noutate, in cadrul conferintei de la Targu Mures, a fost prezentata o oferta de job, care include si un curs gratuit de limba germana nivel B2, parcurs in Germania. Oferta s-a adresat medicilor cu nivel B1. Cursul este organizat exclusiv pentru medici, iar intr-o luna, cei cinci medici romani selectati in urma unor interviuri vor obtine nivelul B2 in Germania. &lt;/span&gt;Doi dintre medicii prezenti la conferinta au fost selectati pentru a face parte din echipa de 5 medici care vor pleca in Germania in 16 mai. Timp de cinci saptamani vor invata intensiv limba germana, nivelul B2, apoi vor incepe activitatea in cadrul clinicilor care organizeaza acest curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span&gt;Cei 5 medici romani vor incepe cursul in Germania in 16 mai, urmand sa il finalizeze in 17 iunie. Pe perioada cursului, medicii au asigurata cazarea si masa, inclusiv decontarea transportului pana in Germania, precum si examinarea pentru certificatul B2. In acelasi timp, medicii vor primi tot suportul necesar pentru obtinerea aprobarii de a profesa pe teritoriul Germaniei&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="LEFT" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Candidatii motivati sunt pentru noi foarte importanti, indiferent de nivelul limbii germane. Unii dintre medicii inscrisi la conferinta de la Targu Mures nu au fost disponibili in ziua organizarii evenimentului. Astfel ca, reprezentantii Job Connect au organizat separat o serie de intalniri cu acestia. Urmeaza chirurgia si anestezia, specializari alese de 19.500, respectiv 18.800 de medici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span &gt; Cu toate ca, in Germania, acestea sunt specializarile cu cei mai multi medici, clinicile nemtesti isi  doresc sa angajeze cei mai multi medici straini pe aceste specializari. Astfel ca medicii care au  profesat in Romania pe aceste specializari sau isi doresc ca in Germania sa urmeze medicina interna,  chirurgie, anestezie vor fi preferati de spitalele germane.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span &gt; In timp ce, specializarile Radiologie, Oftalmologie, ORL, Dermatologie sau Urologie sunt mai putin  cautate de catre spitalele din Germania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small; "&gt;Trebuie stiut faptul ca daca un medic isi alege, in Germania, specializari precum: angiologie, endocrinologie si diabetologie,gastroenterologie, hematologie si oncologie, cardiologie, nefrologie sau pneumologie,  vor trebui sa isi insuseasca,in primii ani, cunostinte generale de Medicina Interna. Astfel ca, managerii de spitale din Germania vin cu oferte din ce in ce mai competitive. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Cunoasterea limbii germane la un nivel avansat de catre medici este o cerinta obligatorie a guvernului Germaniei, iar clinicile nu pot decat sa o respecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Exista multe situatii cand medicii romani incep sa abordeze clinicile, firme de recrutare din tara si din Germania inca de cand ajung la nivelul limbii germane B1 sau chiar A2. De cele mai multe ori raspunsul acestora este: “Contactati-ne cand veti avea nivelul B2.” Nivelul B2 stabilit de Germania este unul realist, intrucat in domeniul medical comunicarea este foarte importanta, iar o conversatie medic - pacient la nivelul B1 este foarte dificila, lucru recunoscut chiar de medicii romani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Medicii vor curs in Germania&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mai multi medici cu nivelul B1, dar si A1, A2 au fost interesati de ofertele Job Connect. Chiar daca nu s-au incadrat cerintelor, noi am incercat sa gasim o solutie pentru fiecare dintre ei. Astfel ca, o parte dintre medicii si studentii in an terminal, cu nivel de cunostinte minime de limba germana, care ne-au abordat au fost incadrati intr-un program de invatare a limbii germane. Este vorba de un curs intensiv de limba germana organizat de Job Connect, in cadrul caruia exista deja doua grupe de cursanti (medici si studenti in anul VI la Medicina). Toti cursantii vor avea asigurat un loc de munca in Germania, conform cerintelor lor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Cei mai multi medici care ating nivelul de limba germana B1 au dorinta de a continua invatarea limbii germane pana la B2, in Germania. Vor acest lucru pentru ca, spun ei, cunostintele de limba germana se dobandesc mult mai repede si mai bine daca acest curs se face in Germania, iar perioada de curs de dinaintea angajarii o privesc ca pe o perioada de acomodare pana incep munca propriu-zisa. In ideea asta, ei cauta oferte de job-uri in Germania care sa includa si un curs de limba germana nivelul B1-B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;De curand, Job Connect are o astfel de oferta, parcurgerea unui curs in Germania si un job asigurat dupa finalizarea cursului.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;“&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Training” in limbaj medical&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Oferta vine din partea unui lant de clinici aflat in zona de sud a Germaniei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Cursul este adresat medicilor care au nivelul de limba germana B1 si isi doresc sa ajunga la nivelul B2 urmand un curs in Germania. Durata cursului este de 6 saptamani, iar o grupa este formata din 6 medici. Continutul textului va  include si un “training” bazat pe limbajul medical, precum si  informatii cu privire la sistemul medical din Germania si nu numai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Cursul se va organiza cinci zile pe saptamana, cate 7 ore in fiecare zi, in total aproximativ 200 de ore. Invata limba germana, isi pregatesc actele, consulta ofertele si aleg ce e mai bine pentru ei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Proiectul “Medici pentru Germania” devine tot mai atragator pentru medicii rezidenti si specialisti, deopotriva, iar seria conferintelor organizate in cadrul acestui proiect continua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Cea de-a patra conferinta adresata medicilor, “Cum sa obtii un job in Germania”, organizata de Job Connect, a avut loc in 9 februarie, la Sibiu.  27 de participanti - medici rezidenti, specialisti, dar si studenti in an terminal la Facultatea de Medicina – au fost prezenti la intalnirea cu Job Connect si partenerii nostri germani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;Managerul firmei de recrutare Maracon Germania, Max J. Rauch, si dr. Manfred Hausel, directorul medical al unei clinici din Germania au prezentat cateva spitale din zona Bavaria, conditiile de munca din cadrul acestor clinici, salarizare, dar si conditii pe care candidatii trebuie sa le indeplineasca pentru a ajunge medici in Germania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Primul pas spre Germania&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Conditia cea mai importanta si fara de care niciun medic nu poate ajunge sa profeseze in Germania este cunoasterea limbii germane la nivelul B1, cel putin. Insa, pentru a fi angajat in cadrul unui spital, medicul respectiv trebuie sa aiba certificat Goethe de nivel B2. Asta pentru ca, guvernul Germaniei nu le permite clinicilor sa angajeze medici fara ca acestia sa aiba cunostinte B2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;Astfel ca partenerii germani au pus accent pe acest aspect si au precizat ca primul pas in obiectivul medicilor de a pleca trebuie sa fie invatarea limbii germane. “Este foarte importanta comunicarea dintre medic si pacient. In clinicile din Germania, acest lucru este unul dintre cele mai importante. Se intampla ca un medic sa stea de vorba cu pacientul lui chiar si 45 de minute. Iar daca medicul nu cunoaste limba nu poate intelege care sunt problemele pacientului si nici nu ii poate comunica ceva. Fara cunostinte de limba germana nivel B2, medicul nu se poate intelege cu un pacient. Trebuie sa ne gandim ca medicul roman va vorbi cu un nativ si, uneori, ne este greu sa ne intelgem chiar si intre noi germanii”, a spus dr. Manfred Hausel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span  &gt;&lt;b&gt;Salarii de peste 10 ori mai mari&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Cei doi invitati germani au vorbit si despre specializarile cele mai cautate in Germania, si anume: Medicina Interna, Chirurgie, Anestezie, Radiologie. Insa nu sunt excluse celelalte specializari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Un medic rezident care ajunge sa profeseze intr-un spital german poate castiga aproximativ 3000 de euro brut, la care se adauga 1000 de euro, pentru garzile de noapte. Asta inseamna in jur de 2800 de eruo net/luna, in conditiile in care, in Romania, un rezident castiga, in primii ani,  intre 200 si 300 de euro pe luna. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Un medic specialist castiga in Germania in jur de 4000 de euro net pe luna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Motivatia medicilor romani de a pleca in Germania este una comuna. Isi doresc conditii mai bune de munca si bani mai multi. “Am fi ipocriti sa spunem ca banii nu conteaza, insa nu in totalitate. Si nu in ultimul rand partea financiara este cea mai avantajoasa de pe piata. Facand acest curs, nu trebuie sa ma mai gandesc ca in toamna ar trebuie sa sustin examenul de rezidentiat.Daca as fi facut cursul de germana la Scoala Generala nr. 5 unde am inceput sa fac germana, trebuia sa sustin si examenul de rezidentiat si sa mai stau in tara inca un an pana sa imi iau diploma de B2. Sunt convins ca am fi plasat mai mult de 100, poate 200, poate 500 de oameni pentru job-urile clientilor nostri daca ar exista oameni buni mai multi si/sau mai vizbili si mai mult promovati. Peste tot auzim ca ducem lipsa de specialisti, ca nu sunt suficienti. Optica mea, s-a schimbat un pic. Cred ca ducem lipsa de &lt;b&gt;oameni buni&lt;/b&gt;. Un om bun, in viziunea mea, ar trebui sa stie ce vrea sa FACA in viata sa profesionala. Un astfel de om poate vorbi mult despre ceea ce FACE, despre ceea ce a INVATAT, INVATA. Un astfel de om GANDESTE pentru ca viata lui nu are valoare, sau, pentru a nu exagera, nu are aceeasi valoare, daca ceea ce face este MEDIOCRU. Un astfel de om, indiferent de meseria sa si de competentele sale, vrea rezultate, merge in directia lor tot TIMPUL.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Un astfel de om lipseste si daca exista sta izolat, probabil asta este marea problema si tragedie din societate. Sunt ferm convins ca oamenii care l-au adus acolo pacalesc pacienti ca ii trateaza. Cei ce se aseamana se aduna. Am aflat in dimineata asta ca platim impozite si taxe ca sa sustinem si 30.000 de bugetari care au ca rol si menire sa colecteze banii acestia. Va vine sa credeti?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ceilalti lucreaza fara sa gandeasca. Lucreaza prost si gandesc putin. Nu vad ca exista o legatura. Trebuie sa lucrezi mult si bine si sa gandesti putin si bine, dar ca sa ajungi acolo trebuie neaparat sa le faci pe ambele. Am un mare dezgust pentru oamenii care spun ca au un salariu mare si muncesc putin. Am o mare dezamagire cand intalnesc oameni care muncesc mult si primesc bani putini si vor sa fie in situatia celor pe care ii dezgust. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;ROMANIA!! Ne lipsesc oamenii buni, formam roboti, angajam "brate de munca" si probabil vom ajunge sa fim condusi doar de astfel de persoane, daca nu iesim in evidenta, nu-i scoatem la lumina pe acei OAMENI BUNI si nu le ducem mai departe obieciurile si valorile. Ieri am dat un telefon la o doamna directoare care mi-a spus dupa ce i-am spus numele meu si al firmei ca NU ESTE INTERESATA, fara sa stie ce vreau sa-i ofer. Cei care lucreaza in vanzari cunosc tipologia aceasta de om. Va vine sa credeti ca acestia reprezinta majoritatea oamenilor cu care un agent de vanzari interactioneaza cand face cold calling? E un pic amuzant.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Concluzia!! Prezent pentru a 3-a oara in Romania, clientul nostru a vorbit despre nevoia Germaniei de a angaja personal medical (avand un deficit de 18 000 medici in Germania de E), principalele etape pe care un candidat este sfatuit sa le parcurga pentru a profesa in aceasta tara, precum si despre beneficiile acestui program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A 3-a editie a evenimentului «&lt;a href="http://http//www.jobconnect.ro/Medici-rezidenti-si-specialisti-pentru-Germania.aspx"&gt; Cum sa obtii un job in Germania ! &lt;/a&gt;» a reunit 25 participanti, majoritatea fiind absolventi ai promotiei 2010, care opteaza pentru un rezidentiat in aceasta tara. Motivele sunt numeroase si depind de obiectivele, disponibilitatea fiecaruia insa exista o motivatie comuna : aceea de a profesa intr-o tara care ofera conditii de dezvoltare prielnice (tehnologii moderne, suport din partea specialistilor, salarii motivante. Un tanar rezident poate ajunge la suma de 3700 euro brut/luna).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Candidatii ideali sunt persoanele care au diploma de licenta in Medicina, Certificatul B2, care atesta cunostintele de limba germana si disponibilitate de a locui in Germania de E. Avantajele unui loc de munca in zone precum Brandenburg, Saxon, Thuring sunt legate de nivelul de trai si pretul chiriilor mult mai mici decat cele din Germania de Vest (200-250 euro/luna comparativ cu chiriile din Munchen sau Frankfurt care ajung la costuri de 700 euro).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clientul nostru cauta rezidenti dornici de a practica urmatoarele specializari : chirurgie, anestezie, radiologie, medicina interna. Este vorba despre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://ro.linkedin.com/pub/adina-mitran/9/806/20b"&gt;Adina MITRAN&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;, iar cercetarea sa se numeste "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Using Social Networks for Staff Recruiting"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;si o puteti regasi in continutul &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://jurnalismsicomunicare.eu/rrjc/index.html"&gt;Revistei Romane de Jurnalism si Comunicare&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;. In primul rand, mai mult de 70% se pare ca folosesc surse online pentru a identifica potentiali candidati. Lucru imbucurator, dar nu neaparat reprezentativ pentru masa de "Ha si eR-isti". Daca oamenii au fost abordati de pe linkedin si li s-a cerut sa raspunda la e-mail atunci cred ca este la mintea cocosului ca oamenii folosesc metode surse online. Asa cum probabil era de asteptat cumparaturile de CV-uri se fac electronic de pe magazinele de job-uri si candidati (60% dintre respondenti folosesc astfel de resurse) si 34% folosesc retelele sociale. In jur de 65% dintre respondenti au folosit astfel de mijloace de mai multe ori. Aici sunt un pic uimit. Spun asta pentru ca acest fenomen pare sa devina cum era headhunting-ul in 2007, toata lumea spunea ca face asta, ca abordeaza direct companii pentru a ajunge la candidati valorosi ce lucreaza acolo si un pic inainte de asta, toata lumea spunea ca are acces la baza de date a magazinelor de candidati, dar acestea erau vorbe, pitch-uri de vanzari, nu tehnici ce se regaseau in know-how si proceduri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Mie, cercetarea imi pare un pas mare inspre constientizarea impactului pe care il are acest tool asupra metodelor clasice de a identifica noi specialisti si pentru a comunica cu acestia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Cercetarea nu este prima de acest gen. Daca nu ati ghicit inca, este vorba despre Michael ARMSTRONG - "Managementul Resurselor Umane - manual practic". Pentru ca domeniul este atractiv deoarece este despre oameni si noi suntem oameni si amicii, iubitii, parintii ca sa vezi sunt si ei oameni, am inceput cu un capitol numit "Caractersticile oamenilor". Pe scurt, nenea ARMSTRONG ne spune ca putem intelege un angajat daca mancam elefantul bucatica cu bucatica si oamenii sunt vazuti din prisma a 3 dimensiuni:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1. Diferentele individuale&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Este vorba nu doar despre personalitate cum v-ati gandi, ci despre abilitati, inteligenta si alte caracteristici dupa care cica facem discriminari: rasa, sex, provenienta culturala. Pe scurt suntem diferiti pentru ca sunte inzestrati cu PUTERI DIFERITE (competente) si ne raportam la STANDARDE diferite (valori, planuri autoimpuse, asteptari, personalitatea). Acestea din urma ne modeleaza, ne impun limite in ceea ce facem si ne directioneaza PUTERILE.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2. Atitudinile&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In limbajul stiintific la care ne inchinam, atitudinea tine de pozitia ta fata de un anumit lucru. Cu alte cuvinte, este "un mod deja adoptat de gandire" (Armstrong, 2009, p. 201) prin care luam decizia de a accepta sau alunga o idee, un comportament, un sfat, o regula, o procedura. Din nefericire atitudinile acestea sunt deja adoptate, ele pot fi modificate in anumite limite, daca reusesti sa cunosti un om in tiparele mentale ale sale. interesant este ca de multe ori, un om nu accepta neaparat ideea ci sursa (managerul spre exemplu) sau o face pentru ca ii este setat prin educatie sa respecte ceea ce ii spune superiorul, oricat de "al dracului" ar fi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;3. Mediul organizational&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Acesta este compus din roluri, factori / parghii motivationale, structura, valori organizationale, managementul si leadership-ul ce stau la baza companiei.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pe scurt, un om este definit ca resursa umana prin greutatile (Atitudini si STANDARDE) ce le are pe umeri cand este implicat in sarcina, de PUTERI (competente) si de suportul extern (echipa ce il ajuta sau ii pune si mai multe greutati in carca).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Si cu asta inchei discutia despre oameni cu ceva cunostinte asezate de pe BRAT PUTERNIC (ARMSTRONG). Va doresc sa va cunoasteti pe voi pentru a va descoperi PUTERILE si sa foloiti de atitudini, planuri autoimpuse pentru a accepta si incerca ceea ce vi se spune sa faceti, cred ca este mai bine si corect asa. Clientii vechi au incredere din ce in ce mai mare in noi si ne dau de lucru cat cuprinde. Asa se face ca in momentul de fata ni s-au adunat 2 clienti mari din Romania care au inceput sa externalizeze catre noi intre 3 si 8 pozitii pe luna si un client extern care vrea pana la sfarsitul anului sa plasam vreo 20 de &lt;a href="http://www.jobconnect.ro/Medici-rezidenti-si-specialisti-pentru-Germania.aspx"&gt;&lt;b&gt;medici&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; in Germania.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Lucrurile aratau grozav si au inceput sa explodeze pur si simplu cand inspre noi a mai venit un proiect din partea unui nou partener extern cu care port discutii de vreo 3 luni. Imaginea lor arata foarte bine si cred ca va fi un partener cu care o sa lucram pe termen lung. Asadar, incepem de marti, 7.09.2010 sa cautam pentru aceasta companie foarte bine vazuta in Germania si premiata pentru rezultatele aduse in anul 2010 de catre Statul German, de catre partenerii de business, sa cautam ingineri pentru industria automotive care vor sa lucreze in Germania. Salariul este unul foarte bun pentru pozitiile de entry-level (pana in 2 ani experienta) si cerinta de limba straina este pentru ENGLEZA. Pentru dansii incepem sa cautam luna aceasta &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.jobconnect.ro/Embedded-Software-developers-for-GERMANY.aspx"&gt;EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPERI&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. O sa avem un pic de lucru deoarece au in jur de 20 de pozitii libere si se pare ca suntem primul lor partener de recrutare din Romania.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cu toate ca incepem sa aratam ca o companie de recrutare pentru Strainatate si se pare ca e un business bun aceste segment pentru noi, in permanenta ne vom axa in eforturile de dezvoltare a business-ului pe parteneriate cu intreprinzatori locali si companii multinationale ce doresc sa angajeze oameni meniti sa isi uneasca destinele cu dansii.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pentru ca e weekend, imi rezerv placerea de a va prezenta o melodie pe care am descoperit-o si eu saptamana trecuta si pe care sper sa o savurati intr-un mod cat mai placut. Ca sa raspund la toate aceste intrebari cred ca cel mai bine ar fi sa ma prezint. &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Sunt Simona Oltean si reprezint o companie de consultanta in Resurse Umane, numita Job Connect. Sau... sunt Simona Oltean de la Ropardo. Reprezint o companie care activeaza pe piata serviciilor IT. Acestea sunt primele cuvinte pe care le rostesc persoanei aflate la capatul celalalt al firului. Si nu este deloc usor! Trebuie sa zambesc, sa transmit energie, sa comunic si sa relationez cu directori de Resurse Umane, cu directori Economici, cu Administratori sau cu directori Generali...si toate acestea prin telefon, deocamdata! &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Am 21 de ani si sunt cel mai tanar si cel mai nou membru al echipei Job Connect. M-am alaturat acesteia in luna aprilie, din dorinta de a acumula experienta intr-un domeniu pe care il consider incitant si deosebit de dinamic. E un domeniu in care organizarea, perseverenta si dorinta sincera de a ajuta reprezinta ingredientele succesului. Ma atrage tot ceea ce tine de intalnirea unor oameni, de identificarea nevoilor pe care acestia le au, de solutionarea acestor nevoi, de tratarea obiectiilor si de inchiderea vanzarii, si sa nu uitam de minunata relatie care poate fi creata cu partenerul de afaceri dupa incheierea vanzarii.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Cred ca v-ati dat seama cu ce ma ocup in cadrul Job Connect! Iata cuvantul magic: „Vanzari!”. Rolul meu este acela de a identifica potentiali clienti, de a stabili o legatura intre compania pe care o reprezint si acestia, si bineinteles am rolul de a mentine „vie” aceasta legatura. Pe de-o parte ma ocup alaturi de colegul meu,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Catalin, de identificarea unor noi clienti pentru serviciile de recrutare si selectie ale Job Connect si pe de alta parte, impreuna cu Marian, ma ocup de promovarea unor aplicatii software ale companiei Ropardo in randul companiilor care activeaza in industria alimentara, in domeniul productiei sau distributiei. &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Ce am scris pana acum suna frumos. Activitatile pe care le desfasor chiar sunt interesante si ma bucur pentru faptul ca ocup aceasta pozitie in cadrul Job Connect! Cu toate acestea vreau sa va marturisesc ca au existat momente care nu erau tocmai satisfacatoare, momente de frustrare si momente in care imi puneam tot felul de intrebari legate de natura umana si de modul in care oamenii percep lucrurile. Ca orice agent de vanzari aflat la inceput de cariera, stiu ca voi avea de parcurs un drum lung si anevoios pana sa ajung sa „ma transform ” in consultantul care imi doresc sa fiu.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Instinctul meu imi spune ca sunt pe drumul cel bun! Trebuie sa deschid bine ochii, sa ascult mult, si mai presus de toate sa invat sa inteleg lucrurile care se petrec in jurul meu si oamenii pe care ii intalnesc. Aceste lucruri sunt valabile pentru orice fiinta umana de pe fata Pamantului, asa ca va incurajez cu drag ca inainte de a lua orice decizie sau a judeca pe cineva, sa incercati sa intelegeti motivul sau motivele pentru care o persoana actioneaza intr-un fel sau altul. E un exercitiu dificil, care necesita destul timp, dar care e esential pentru dezvoltarea unor relatii!&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;&lt;a title="data:post.title" url="data:post.url" class="addthis_button"&gt;Bun... m-am intins putin scriind acest articol, dar pentru mine e important sa comunic, iar acest mod e unul ideal de a comunica idei si impresii catre un grup de oameni. Prin urmare, daca e cineva care doreste sa povesteasca fie despre vanzari, fie despre un alt subiect, puteti sa imi scrieti si discutam. Training-ul este o investitie de lunga durata; implica nu doar elemente precum formatorul, ci si factori care tin de participantii la programul de instruire, motivatiile si asteptarile acestora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify"&gt;      &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;Exista cateva aspecte pe care cred ca ar trebui sa le aducem in discutie:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Training-ul 	face minuni!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;p style="margin-left: 0.13in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Cred ca asteptarile  angajatorilor care investesc in programe de training sunt mult prea mari, cel putin din punctul de vedere al timpului de obtinere a rezultatelor. Trebuie sa fim constienti ca, spre exemplu, un training de 2 zile nu poate schimba fundamental un om astfel incat acesta sa devina performant peste noapte. Da, cunostintele se pot schimba in 2 zile, insa e nevoie de cateva saptamani pentru competente noi si luni pentru o alta atitidine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol start="2"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Training-ul 	e teorie!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;p style="margin-left: 0.13in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Asa este! Training-ul este teorie pura…in baza careia se vor arata cursantilor metodele si tehnicile concrete pentru a fi eficienti. Orice practica buna porneste de la o teorie buna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol start="3"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Training-ul 	sau…la cat mai multe pauze!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;p style="margin-left: 0.13in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Este minunat ca organizatiei sa ii pese de oamenii sai. Atunci cand o echipa este trimisa la un program de pregatire, sunt convinsa ca cei mai multi dintre oameni se gandesc la iesirile de dupa si la cum sa se disteze pe banii companiei. Intr-adevar, nu se poate lucra cu oameni surmenati si, farad oar si poate, nu e buna numai seriozitaea. Solutia idela este disciplina la cursuri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-left: 0.13in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Este essential ca un cursant sa poata separa training-ul de componenta excesiva de fun si relaxare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol start="4"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Esti 	prea tanar ca formator!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt; &lt;p style="margin-left: 0.13in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Nici prea-prea, nici foarte-foarte! Cred ca e solutia pentru un formator ideal. Niciun om nu e perfect…cum si formatorul este un om, regula este una valabila. Experienta formatorului (care, de cele mai multe ori, este un predictor al clientului in programul de instruire), ca prejudecata, ar trebui depasita. Daca un trainer ar trebui sa fie perfect, ne-am astepta ca acesta sa aiba undeva  la 70 de ani: pana atunci a trait si a invatat multe. Revenind cu picioarele pe pamant, un trainer bun ar trebui sa fie acela care se afla intr-un process continuu de perfectionare. Sa vrei mai mult, coincide cu adaptarea si dezvoltarea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;" align="justify" lang="en-US"&gt;

Pentru acestia, am rezervat o parte din eveniment “ planului de cariera”. Am constatat astfel ca marea majoritate inca nu se gandisera la acest aspect , si mai ales la ideea de a-l asterne pe o hartie.&lt;br /&gt;Acum, finalizandu-se si etapa sustinerii lucrarii de licenta primim tot mai multe solicitari din partea absolventilor pentru a-i indruma in gasirea unui loc de munca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ne-am revenit din stresul licentei? Am luat si vacanta bine meritata? Atunci putem sa ne adunam gandurile astfel incat sa decidem ce vom face in etapa viitoare. Pentru tine, IT-istule care ai finalizat facultatea si nu stii ce sa faci in viitor, am pregatit mai jos cateva raspunsuri: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. “Ma angajez sau ma pregatesc pentru admiterea la master?” Admiterea la master se face in proportie de 90% pe baza de dosar. Practic ce era de invatat, pregatit ai facut déjà in timpul anilor de studiu. Stiu ca e o decizie grea insa e momentul in care trebuie sa investesti in dezvoltarea ta profesionala! Ai nevoie de acea experienta in munca! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. “ Colegii mei lucreaza ca si freelanceri, eu de ce sa nu fac acelasi lucru?” Pentru ca dupa o anumita perioada, vei dori sa socializezi, vei dori sa fii parte integranta a unei echipe si ti se va solicita ca nivel de experienta- proiecte desfasurate si in prezenta altor persoane.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. “ Mai bine lucrez de acasa!” Ma intalnesc cu seniori din bransa voastra care, dupa anumiti ani de experienta cu lucrul “ de acasa” isi dau seama ca au respectat dead-line-uri si au primit bani. Atat! Un job, si mai ales primul job te formeaza ca si profesionist, dar si ca persoana. Vei face parte dintr-o echipa, vei avea responsabilitati si vei intelege ca pe rezultatele tale se sprijina si performanta echipei. Te vei simti apreciat, laudat si incurajat in permanenta! Vei invata de la colegii tai! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Atat pentru noi cat si pentru clientul nostru, recrutarea absolventilor IT continua! Acest proiect devine din ce in ce mai dificil. Pe masura ce trece timpul si asteptarile noastre de la oameni cresc. Am avut ocazia sa intalnesc si de aceasta data, tineri care isi doresc acest job si care vor sa ne devina colegi. Insa noi cautam oameni care iubesc profesia de recruiter, nu doar job-ul. El controleaza 2 mari forte din piata: cererea si oferta de locuri de munca. Un recruiter are un renume, e cunoscut si apreciat de oamenii cu care interactioneaza. Mai mult decat a comunica si relationa eficient cu angajatori sau candidati, el este un expert in relatii profesionale, deoarece ajuta oameni care interactioneaza pentru prima data sa puna bazele unor relatii care faciliteaza atingerea unor obiective de business. Aceasta expertiza in relatii, il fac pe recruiter apreciat de oamenii cu care interactioneaza. Este un om influent cunoscut de manageri generali si manageri de resurse umane. Acestea sunt rezultate pe care el/ea le obtine prin performante profesionale, dar si datorita calitatilor sale personale si modului in care ajunge sa se raporteze la reusitele si esecurile sale.
