Qualifications:

• Stationed at Site Kalimantan

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or equivalent.

• Construction Manager / Construction Superintended of the previous contractors are highly desirable.

• Having the experience on gold / core mining, creating concrete

• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): construction, engineering, site, supervisor, structural, mechanical

• Preferably senior / experienced professional who specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Have had the experience to work for gold / ore mining, concrete, machine fondation, tankage fondation, tankage installation, tankage fabrication, site fabrication, steel structure erection, mechanical equipment fitting, piping installation,ball mill and others related work.

• Have a copy of legalized diploma (legalisir ijazah) that can be shared.

Responsibilities:

• Overview planning, coordination and supervision of the technical aspects of the construction projects.

• Oversee Operation on day-today basis and ensure work is done safely, on time and within budget.

• Solving technical issues, providing guidance/advice, management and preparing reports.

• Keeping the client or account updated regularly

• Act as the first person of contact for members.

• Having the straightforward attitude and capability to think quickly and respond effectively to issues.

• Strong interpersonal level with great managerial attitude; that involves capabilities to coach, train and strong team building manner.

2. Site Human Resource Supervisor (Mining Construction)

Qualifications:

• Stationed at Site

• Having experience (8-10 years) in the site location / remote area.

• Having experience (8-10 years) to help starting the project from the begining such as; meetings with clients, meetings with heads of regions, interviewing the local employees, and preparing for the start of the project (Mess, Food, infrastructure, and so forth).

• Having experience (8-10 years) to regist and deal directly for some administration needs; BPJS, Ministry of Manpower, Police Administration, and regional heads.

• Graduated from Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, or related fields with minimum GPA 3.3.

• Having a good communication skills, positive work attitude and high personal integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the administration in the site location - remote areas (away from the city) such as Mining area, energy, and gas oil area.

• Preparing the employment contract of all employees who will work in the field.

• Coordinating of all progress of Medical Check Up for field Employee, with client and internal staff.

• Coordinating the registration of BPJS to all employees who will go to site location.

• Maintaining and developing the cooperative relationships with local parties in the site location.

• Maintaining the administrative progress in order to avoid misunderstanding.

• Performing manpower updates regularly with client and internal management.

• Carring out the process of recruitment and salary negotiations with local workers.

• Dealing with the problems in the site location related to administration, manpower and regional relationships in orderto strengthen the relationship between the client, the community and the internal team.

3. Safety Manager (Mining Project)

Qualifications:

• Stationed at Site Kalimantan

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

• Willing to be located in Site or following project timeline.

• Required language(s): English (strong and certified), Bahasa Indonesia

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, such as working extensively on mining site, overseas, and other similar location / field.

• Required Skill(s): srong in JSA, Hot Work, Safety, Site Procedures, Lifting, Rigging, Confined Space, LOTO, WAH, SMKP Certified

• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines

• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety

• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law

• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations

• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions

• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims

• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures

• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics

4. Site Engineer, Senior Structural Mechanical Piping

Qualifications :

• Stationed at Site

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience for mining project & familiar with Structure Mechanical Piping is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Auto CAD, Tekla, Microsoft Project

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Superintendent on the job standards and specifications required for the project

• Make progress report and send report to project leader / client according to schedule

• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

5. Project Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Coordinator/ Project Planner in Steel Fabrication and Construction for Mining/ Civil/ oil & gas/ Power Plant Project

• 3-5 years experience on creating shop detail drawing (Structural/Mechanical Platework/ Tankage/ Conveyor/ Piping).

• Expert at Tekla/AutoCad

• Expert at Microsoft Project/Primavera for Project Controlling

Responsibilities :

• Carry out every task coordinated by Project Manager

• Clearly understand the fabrication procedure of each project and its manufacturing strategy so that it can be properly poured in Shop Drawing

• Follow every activity in project from start to end & report to Project Manager every weekly

• Understand K3 equipment in their field

• Checking fabrication items to stay efficient in terms of time and price

• Coordinate schedule of completion of checking completion to planner as making master schedule

6. Project Planner

Qualification

• Minimum 2-5 years experiences with Steel Fabrication company or related field.

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with GPA minimum 3.5 above.

• Past experience on handling workshop erection or steel structure.

• Located in Cikarang, Bekasi or around the area – or willing to relocate to Site.

• Minimum 2 years of using Ms. Project & Primavera (P6) other engineering planning tools.

• Capable to work under pressure and strong project mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create calculation on foundation and building structure.

• Create each step on project activities to be implemented to work planning.

• Prepare and update S-curve,project progress, engineering and procurement documents registers

• Understanding design drawing and capable to read and comprehend shop drawing.

• Creating project RAB.

• Coordinate as well as supervise so that the project runs according to schedule.

• Capable to user measuring tools such as Theodolite.

• Capable to conduct and supervise work related to civil engineering.

7. Cost Controller – Steel Fabrication

Currently, we are seeking Cost Controller professional to be responsible for calculating budget and Purchase Order (PO) coming in regarding tender or related calculation.

Qualifications:

• Min 24-30 years old

• Candidate must possess at least diploma or bachelor degree Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent (with GPA above 3.0)

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as cost controller for steel construction and fabrication company.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

• Having 1 year experience (minimum) in steel fabrication

• Having knowledge and understanding about fabrication drawing and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, material and methods.

Requirements:

• Collect and identify legal and other requirements related to the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 program. The legal requirements may include the following, but not limited to: Government Regulations; Presidential Decrees; Ministerial Decrees; BAPEDAL Decrees; Governor of East Kalimantan Decree; and Local Government Regulations. Other relevant requirements to the operation: Licences and relevant permits; any state or regional environmental planning or protection policies; voluntary requirements; industry codes of practice; industry guidelines; any formal agreements with government; and any other relevant orders or notices.

• Obtain, review and if it is necessary redefine the environmental objectives and targets of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and Energy Management System (EnMS) defined by the top management KPC related to the needs of the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. The RKL may be the first source to start with the Environmental Objectives and define the targets and plan a program accordingly on how to achieve the defined targets.

• Identify and plan training needs concerning with the ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 50001 EnMS programs. The trainings should essentially reflect the conformance with KPC environmental policy and procedures and with the requirements of the international standards ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 50001 EnMS.

• Prepare material training and provide training to all level of management regarding EMS as scheduled in annual training program.

• Establish internal communication mechanism program for disseminating the ISO14001 and ISO 50001 programs. Establish and maintain procedures for internal communication between the various levels and functions of the organisation and receiving, documenting and responding to relevant communication from external interested parties.

• External Communication with: Regulatory Authorities – Ministry of Environment, Directorate General of Geology & Mineral Resources, Regional Mining Offices, Provincial Mining Office, BLH, etc., research and academic institutions, partners: relevant NGOs, Customers of Coal Sales, Shareholders, etc. Internal Communication: General issues on environment including environmental incidents and accidents; Planning and Monitoring issues. The organisation needs to ensure that the critical environmental issues are reported to top management in order to ensure that they are addressed.

• Carry out other tasks as required by the Manager HSES System and Management Representative (GM HSES).

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental field particularly with ISO 14001.

The role of the Engineer Mechanical Reliability is to develop and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques with the aim of improving process plant asset performance. The focus of the role will be 2 fold, first being managing and executing the condition monitoring program (vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography. NDT techniques) and second delivering on improved mechanical equipment reliability.

The role will provide input into the optimisation of current maintenance strategies in consultation with the Maintenance Execution and Planning departments to ensure that PM’s and other maintenance activities will safely deliver the desired equipment performance and reliability.

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN – DCS

You will be responsible to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Plant Automations (DCS and PLC), Fire Alarm and Detection System, CCTV System, Plant Master Clock and Paging System and other electronic Systems within the plant.

Candidate for this position should possess:

1. Maximum 35 years old;

2. Minimum Diploma 3 years (D3) in Physics Engineering or Electronic from a reputable University or Polytechnic;

3. Having 3 years minimum in relevant experiences at heavy industries or power plants;

4. Having good knowledge in control, instrumentation and electronic equipment v5. Good skill in PLC, DCS, electronic, Computers and automation system troubleshooting

6. Preferably familiar with Siemens DCS SPPA-T3000, Simatic S7/PCS7

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN – Electrical - C&I

You will be responsible to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Drivers, Field Control & Instrumentation equipment as well as equipment control / automation (PLC & DCS) of Auxiliary Plants (Coal, Ash, WTP, WWTP and Chlorination Plants).

Candidate for this position should possess:

• Having knowledge about Pressure Vessel, Welding and Welding inspection including NDE.

• Have knowledge about ASME, ASME 31.3 Process Piping, BOP related international standards

MECHANICAL ENGINEER for BOILER (MEB)

Responsibility :

• To inspect instalation/erection and observe operation to ensure compliance with design, equipment specification and related standards
