		<description>Finally,  I got back to this after talking to a couple of people in the know (confirming what I thought). This is similar to the effect buildings have on the wind…they slow it down, focus and speed it up and do other things.  While with conservation of energy you can say (I believe) there is a reduction in the wind speed… however in terms of scale I am not sure anyone will every notice until we get to a very large coverage number. 		<description>Actually, assuming a modest wind speed of 5 meters per second, the 10 meters thick layer of air over the USA contains 300 times its annual energy needs if it is collected just for 1 hour per year. So it looks like we should not be afraid of this one.</description>
