Web-Standards Compliance?

Recently, it was brought to our attention that this Blog (the Johnex3 Motorsports Blog)was not displaying properly. However, when Daniel looked into it, he did not see any problems. Today, we realized that the issue was actually a symptom of Microsoft Internet Explorer's lack of compliance to web-standards, which are easy to access/review on the World Wide Web Consortium's web-site. So, we just diagnosed and corrected the problem: MSIE did not render the layers of information in the correct order, and was hiding content behind the background! Of course, Internet Explorer's quirks still need to be taken into consideration, because [with questionable ethics] Microsoft ensured that it is the most-used web-browser. Many people are realizing that they have been manipulated into using an inferior product, and are turning to the superior alternatives, as you can see on W3Schools' Browser Statistics page. So, if you haven't yet ditched IE, please do a favour for yourself and all the frustrated web-site developers/programmers like Daniel: Get a web-browser that is standards-compliant, more secure, higher performance, and multi-platform - Get Firefox.
