                                The Opera development team introduced the Opera 11.01 final which is the latest version of web browser for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and FreeBSD operating systems. The Opera 11.01 includes many security fixes and stability improvements.

Security fixes and stability improvements are:

    * Support for window.DOMStringList object of the W3C DOM3 DOMStringList Interface.
    * Translation updates added throughout the user interface (UI).
    * Various mouse gesture sensitivity and recognition issues.
    * Fixed display and scripting issues.
    * Removed support for “javascript:” URLs in CSS -o-link values, to make it easier for sites to filter untrusted CSS.
    * Updated the HushMail mailproviders entry.
    * Added MobileMe Mail-me.com-to mail providers.
    * Now possible to open the mail panel as a tab when only using feeds.
    * The appearance of the signature editor.
    * HTML replying and forwarding format.
    * Added Opera Portable/USB for Mac and single profile.
    * Enabled the Mac OS File Quarantine.

A HACKER'S LIFE - 26 FACTS ON WIKILEAKS AND JULIAN ASSANGE

Julian Assange, founder of the controversial Internet project WikiLeaks, just a few days has become a global superstar whose popularity is comparable to the largest-known politicians, actors or musicians. A hacker in the past and fighter for freedom of information in the present, Assange perfect for the title "Person of the Year", which wants to award him the magazine Time. The revelations, published on the site WikiLeaks, made nervous U.S. administration, stated the possibility of "risk" that these publications may cause the country's reputation.

1. As a child, an Australian citizen Julian Assange was quite a good hacker (nickname - Mendax), helped write a book about the computer underground, and in the early 90's prosecuted by Australian authorities for entry into computer networks. This he considers authoritarian collusion - convictions for Assange, authoritarian management can not happen any other way, except the plot. Thus, he seeks to destroy the enemy with the help of leaks of classified material. According Assange in one of its policy documents, private organizations suffer from leaks immeasurably stronger than the open. The very same threat of disclosure of secrets, at any time, should dramatically reduce their total number.

Online video sites like YouTube and Hulu are comming with an annoyance where we have to wait for several seconds or minutes as an advertisement plays before we can watch the video.

However, there is a workaround which will allow us to skip an advertisement on YouTube by refreshing the page. To skip ads on YouTube, just refresh (press F5) the video page we are on and the video will automatically start playing. This will save you 20-25 seconds on a faster connection.

So I searched the way to chat in multiple accounts simultaneously and I got the way. I have explained How To Start Video Chat In Google Talk in my old post. Here I have given the step by step procedure to chat from multiple Google accounts simultaneously.

Steps :

   1. Right-Click on Google Talk shortcut.
   2. Select properties from that menu.
   3. You will get a window like below.
   4. Select the shortcut tab.
   5. The target address will be

"C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe"
6. Edit target as

"C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex
7. Save and click on that shortcut everytime you want to run a new instant of GoogleTalk.

Now you can log-in in all your google talk accounts simultaneously.

There are many Gmail tricks which can make you wonder. If someone says that he has @googlemail address what will you feel? If you are a Gmail user, then you also have a @googlemail address.

                         When you signed up for your Gmail address , with @gmail.com you also get @googlemail address. Suppose you have an email address with the name y.johnmoses@gmail.com that means you also have an email address with y.johnmoses@googlemail.com.

                         You can use these address to receive mail from your friends and from business newsletter in different folder.

                          Share your @googlemail.com address with your friends and set a filter to receive messages from @googlemail.com domain to a separate folder. This will also help you to quickly read important E-mails if you receive lots of Email address.

Word cloud means pictorial representation of words. By using word cloud we can easily get the words by seeing the word cloud. As it is in image form, it is easy and comfortable to see all words. In Blogs or Websites and all we can easily show the important key words with the help of word cloud. So that the viewers can easily view the important keywords of the website. Here I have given the keywords of http://johnmoses.blogspot.com for example.

Wordle.net is a website which creates a word cloud on any website URL or even a list of words you enter manually. This website will create your word cloud in a few seconds.

Features of Wordle.net
    1) A few seconds needed to create your word cloud.
   2) Wordle works on Java and creates a ‘word cloud’ of which you can take a screenshot and share it.
   3) You can choose three options on the content part which are a group of words, words from a webpage and also another cool feature which creates a word cloud of tags you have as on a del.icio.us account.
   4) There are a range of options to edit the word cloud. You can choose to have all the words displayed vertically or horizontally. Or also choose a mix of them. You can customize the colors and also delete unwanted common words in English.

HOW TO VIEW KEYBOARD INDICATOR LED LIGHTS IN SCREEN

Many but not all keyboards come with LED indicators that tell us that whether or not the keyboard is currently Caps Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock, etc. If we are using keyboard without these LED indicators or if it is not working properly means we might find difficult to check the on/off status of lock keys.

Keyboard Leds is a small and interesting application that can probably offer a solution for us especially touch typists who need to frequently change and refer to the current states of keyboard locks.

Keyboard Leds is a free application that stays in the Windows system tray and indicates to users whether the keyboard’s Caps Lock, Scroll Locks, and Num Locks are on/off via the indicator lights customized by the users. Users can customize different light colors and show on the screen whether the keyboard is Caps Locked. Besides, users also can create a small onscreen alert to signal to users when they press any or all of the lock keys.

As we all know, Windows 7 is a latest and wonderful Operating System. But many of us are not aware of its new shortcuts which are not available in its older versions. Now we can see some of its amazing shortcuts which are useful to you.

1) Ctrl + Shift + N to Create a New Folder

2) Window+1, Window+2.. so on for Opening Taskbar Programs

3) Shift+Click on a Taskbar Application to Open a New Instance of the same Application

HOW TO TYPE CURRENCY SYMBOLS IN WINDOWS

We are using currency symbols in order to represent the name of the money. The most common currency symbols are given below.

1) US Dollar ($)

2) Euro (€)

3) Sterling Pound (£)

4) Japanese Yen (¥)

5) Cent sign (¢)

In the above symbols we can easily type US Dollar symbol which is in keyboard itself. I thought you might like to know how to write other symbols on your keyboard even they are not easily made available like the US Dollar sign. Now we can see how to type other symbols.

Type the below to get the corresponding symbol in windows.

Alt + 0128 =   € for Euro Currency Symbol
Alt + 0162 =   ¢ for Cent sign
Alt + 156 = £   for Sterling Pound

HOW TO VIEW PASSWORDS HIDDEN BY ASTERISK SYMBOL

Whenever you log-in your online account your password will be hidden by asterisk symbol due to security reasons. But if you want to check that you have typed correct password or not means its not possible due to security reasons.

Some times Caps Lock may on so that you may type wrong password. Many web services such as online banking or mail services come with security login feature (https), these services give you only few chance (3 to 5 times) to enter the correct password. If you fail to do so then it may be possible that your account get banned or locked.

If you want to know what is hidden behind asterisk character means use bookmarklet. I found a nice bookmarklet which is given below. Drag the below given bookmarklet(View Password) into your bookmark bar. Listen the following screen-shot.

Now visit any webpage in which login is required. For example, let’s say Gmail.com. Enter your Gmail ID and password. Now click on the bookmarklet on the bookmark bar which you dragged in previous step.

A small dialog box appears displaying the password of your account.

I am a free user of Rapidshare. As I have to wait 15 mins in between the downloads, many times I have failed to download the files after the waiting time is completed. So I need a solution for this problem. Rapidshare Autowait + Queue is a chrome extension which is used to download Rapidshare files in a queue. You can add file download links to the queue and it will automatically download each of the files one by one. After one file is downloaded, it takes next one from the queue. No need to click on anything else.

After you install this extension, a small icon appears at the end of the address bar. Go to any Rapidshare search engine and search for any file you want to download. Once you click on the file, it will be automatically added in the queue. Add as many files as you want.

Click on the small icon on the address bar and a pop up will appear showing all the queued files. You can skip a file, add, delete, clear, move first and refresh the links with the help of options given at the bottom of the window.

If you want to install this extension click here from your Chrome browser. But, it won't use any other download managers which you are using in your system, so be careful as it will start download when you start Chrome. If you don't want to use this and don't want to wait means just disconnect and connect your network connection, so that you can able to download rapidshare files without wait, I got this idea by experience.

The name of the Firefox addon is ByTubeD. You can also use ByTubeD for videos embedded on a blog post, related search videos and from search engines results. It means it is for all those videos which are directly or indirectly linked to YouTube.

HOW TO CONVERT PDF FILE INTO TEXT FILE | HOW TO GET TEXT CONTENT FROM PDF FILE

If we want to get the text from a PDF file means it is not possible using PDF reader as it is not having an in-built option for that. Suppose if we want the text from a PDF file then we can't just copy and paste. Once I want the text from a PDF file. So I searched in the web to get such a software.

There is a software called A-PDF which is used to extract the text from the PDF file. We have to download and install this small (875 KB) application on our computer. Click Open button on that software and select the PDF file on your computer.

If you want to extract page number 4 to page number 6 then fill the number 4 and 6 in the box titled “Page from” in the option button. There is also an option to extract text from odd and even pages.

After conversion a small dialog box appears prompting you to open the extracted text file. Click on “Yes” button to open it in a notepad.
