&lt;p&gt;1 tsp Cod Liver Oil (EPA/DHA, Vit A + D)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;20mg CQ10&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I take the multi vit + CQ10 together with one of my main meals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I take the Cod Liver Oil + Vit C + Vit D with a snack i.e almonds &amp;#38; fruit.&lt;/p&gt;
