Many people, especially women, who want to knock on a diet but the information problem. When reading books about the diet, the information provided was not suitable for Asians. From the selection of food alone, for example, the menu offered many examples of hard to get here. Another example, a healthy weight limit for Asians and Americans are different.

Another factor is the problem of delivery that is too scientific, so it is difficult to understand.

This book presents information on proper nutrition, exercise guidelines a complete and easy to do, to how to achieve perfect posture. In addition, there are various day by day an exciting tips & tricks.

Thus, the book consists of five chapters of this can change the paradigm of thinking that the weight-loss program is hard to follow, and not necessarily successful. According to Elisa, Sure-You-Can-Do-Diet Book invites readers to make the diet as a lifestyle, so can still enjoy life without torment.

Octupus Card is a smart card, the most successful in the world and has been recognized internationally and have been able to obtain an award from the World Information Technology and Services Alliance's 2006 Global IT Excellence Award. If you're enter Hong Kong then you will see a lot of peoples using smart cards for transportation, usually they called Octupus card or Baat Daaht Tung (read: Pad TAH Dong). Octupus Card can be used as payment of public transportation in Hong Kong except taxis and few percent of mini buses does not receive payment by Octupus Card.

Octupus Card can also be used as payment at supermarkets and mini markets are also several fast food restaurants (Mc. If we visit to Hongkong, we do not to worry about the ways to go...because the transportation in Hongkong is really good and really comfortable for us to visit any place we like...The easiest to go everywhere if we ride the train, there are MTR (Mass Transit Railway) and KCR (Kowloon-Canton Railway). There are MTR map and KCR map which will show you how to go...and no need to worry you will loss your way if you visit Hongkong...(if you visit any place and you loss your way, you just ask the peoples arround you about : where the MTR station is? :D)

Now is the summer holiday, maybe you are preparing to visit somewhere..but you know that Outside is very hot, there is very bright sunshine make our eyes dazzling and burn our body..and of course we need the sun glasses to protect and sun block for our skin.

anyway, ...If we choose the sunglasses, we have to see how it has UV protection not just looking the nice style, and If you need the sunglasses for you Travel..you have To prepare it and find it the good one long days ago before you start to get a trip to other place or other country otherwise you will be dissapoint...If you buy it suddenly and just choose exactly because you have no Time anymore to choose and also you do not know weather that will be match for your fashion, the quality is good or not.

Before, I just bought the sunglasses, I think is really match and the style is very good, there is France design but when I put it on, my eyes feels really pain and I had headache after all. Then i bought the new one, there is available for 400 UV protection..when I put it on..it really match for fashion and also really comfortable for my eyes, I do not feel painfull or headache..and I feel really comfortable even I stand under the sun..What do you think?

Egg Beancurd with Seafood in Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients :

2pcs egg beancurd,
4 pcs prawns,
1pcs fresh squids
4 pcs mussels
8 pcs straw mushrooms [soak in boling water and rinse]
1 clove of sliced ginger
a stalk of spring onion
a few sliced of curved carrot [soak in boling water and rinse]
1 cup of oil

Marinade :
1/3 table spoon salt, 1/2 tsp cornflour, pinch of pepper, a dash of sesame oil

Sauce :

2tsp black pepper sauce
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cornflour

Method :

Cut Egg beancurd into thick pieces. Fry until both sides turn golden
Rinse seafood, wipe dry and blend with marinade
Heat 2 tsp of cooking oil. Saute ginger sliced, garlic sliced and sectioned spring onion. Put in seafood and saute thoroughly. Add mushrooms and curved carrots
Add black pepper sauce and stir fry for a while. Pour in sauce and stir well
Pour all cooked ingredients onto egg beancurd
