			<title>Tabs Come to the Accessible Administrator Template</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>My project creating an Accessible Administrator Template is coming along. I've restructured part of it. The different submenus lacked clarity so I switched to a tabbed menu and moved them above the toolbar icons. This makes it more obvious what section you are in. As you look at the graphic you will also note that I have pulled out most of the styling, going back to almost a wireframe.
