Throughout the years, I have had the honor of participating as co-founder and director in several organizations which have served a similar purpose from different angles: To facilitate the next step in human evolution, generating more harmony and wellbeing in the way we live and in turn more happiness. The New Human New Earth initiative was born in 2013 to further fuel this same purpose. Its mission is to provide people from all walks of life with access to understandings and tools that are key in embracing the major evolutionary leap that is available to us humans of the 21st century. However, if we fine tune our senses we will also be able to perceive very revealing, inspiring and profoundly encouraging clues or keys, which whisper to us the possibility of a much better humanity as we go through these times of accelerated evolution. If we choose to align our actions with those keys and respect or even fuel their trend, it is very likely that we will be able to navigate these times without major disruptions and with a great sense of satisfaction. In other words, we can choose to hang on to an old ship that is now vanishing over the waters or to swim a bit and join the brand new ship that is already navigating not yet too far from the old one. What is your choice?

One of the main keys about the new times is the trend towards total transparency. I do not just mean the fact that everything has gotten so digitalized and connected that it becomes increasingly easier to reach reliable information, whether it is about a specific event, the whereabouts of a person, etc. I also mean – and very emphatically – that for some strange reason (science says it may be due to the so called “mirror neurons”, I just love it!) we humans are increasing our ability to perceive the intentions behind other people’s actions, or behind the actions of corporations or governments. This means that we may very well have begun to move from times charged with great manipulations to times of great coherence. The misalignment of intentions, speeches and actions is simply not working much anymore! And what is working increasingly better is to be very transparent and coherent.

Let’s take all this to the scope of our societies, our business environment or our governments. We are witnessing the emergence of movements that communicate their genuine intentions and undertake transparent actions to carry those intentions forward (transparent ways, unfortunately not necessarily kind or pacific). This is just the beginning; however we can already see two clear indicators of this trend. The first one is that we can see more and more movements that lack a reduced group of leaders (an example is the movements in Egypt in early 2011 which removed a 30-year dictatorship). The second one is the huge value created by a select group of corporations (value well above the one generated by the more usual profile of corporations) which are basing their actions in doing good to all those with whom they interact.

You may ask: “very well… And what can I do? What does it all have to do with me?”

You may choose to align your actions with your intentions in very transparent ways. Wherever you are, whatever work you do. Perhaps you are thinking that if you are transparent you may risk losing your job, or friends or family members. No one is able to guarantee to you that nothing like that will ever happen. However, I can certainly say that very likely new opportunities will present themselves and that your ideas and your heart will breathe fresh air.

The mindset of “the end justifies the means” is decaying. The emerging times are about “the end and the means are the same” (this last phrase is Gandhi’s).

Inner Management is a set of skills that enable us to generate high levels of harmony in our Inner World. These skills are like navigating. In a similar fashion to how the waters in the large oceans never present themselves the same, neither does life and it many times comes with surprises (how boring if it didn’t!). Good navigators apply their skills in the best way possible to bring their ships safely and timely to the desired port. Similarly, the use of good Inner Management skills enables navigating life well on a day-to-day basis, co-creating realities that we wish for ourselves, our families, businesses, communities, etc.

Skills comprised in Inner Management can be grouped into categories, based on what they are aimed at:

Sports people, chefs, health professionals, etc. they all study and actively develop very specific skills that allow them to perform their activities increasingly better. Just the same, anyone can learn about the foundational sets of skills mentioned above and strengthen her/his capability to build a life of consciously chosen experiences. Similar to trees, more external growth is possible as roots grow deeper and reach wider.

I have made it my mission to support all those interested in developing these skills in the most solid and scientific way possible, counting on tools simple enough for daily use. My desire is that more and more people may lead their life with purpose, with their souls in much higher plentitude, finding themselves reacting much less and instead graciously directing a beautiful creation: their own blossoming.

The best I can recommend in order to function much better day to day, raising your quality of life while generating well-being around you, is to integrate a quantum lifestyle. Do not be intimidated by the word “quantum”! – click here if you would like to know why I use this word. Just keep reading and you will see that it is simple to understand the basics of it all.

We live in very fortunate times. Today, the most advanced science is filling us with revealing and irrefutable evidence that our inner world and that which we call outer reality are so deeply connected that we could consider them as mirrors of each other. Not one thing of what we perceive or what takes place in our surroundings has manifested without us influencing it (mostly in unconscious ways). It also works the other way: not a thing of what takes place inside of us is separate or isolated from the outer world. A quantum lifestyle implies not only to live conscious of this deep connection between our inner and outer worlds, but also to know what to do to generate realities and experiences that we like better. And of course, it is key to put it all into practice day to day!

There are subtleties in all of this. We are not talking about the movie The Secret, neither are we saying to just think that everything is possible for us humans or to use positive thinking. We are talking about “understanding” much more about how reality is generated and applying that knowledge daily to create more harmony and fulfillment for ourselves and all around us. To think that you can achieve anything and everything not knowing how to do it has very limited value – it could indeed be quite frustrating. To say affirmations over and over again, with no understanding that the power of those affirmations is weak if other elements are not also present, can also lead to poor results. To decide that your intention will create what you want while paying little attention to your outer world is also a quite limited option. To live in a quantum way involves knowing better and putting this knowhow into practice. The impact on our lives is so large that it is no doubt one of the most important leaps forward for us human beings in several thousand years.

The change is huge. For example, quite likely you think of time today as a constant that ticks forward relentlessly, that a given day has the same duration as any other day. Accordingly, you quite likely expect your plans to make progress in a linear fashion, sequentially. Now, if you think of time in a quantum way you would know that it is not a constant but that it seems to be that way within the temporal, tridimensional space that we learned to perceive since we were kids. From a quantum perspective, you would know that time is a way to measure and organize the movement of human consciousness and that in the same way that you can walk faster or slower, sideways, backward or in a straight line, you can also live according to a more elastic or extended time or according to a shrinking time. Would you like to learn how to manage your time in a different way, to hurry less, or for things to take place in a more flowing manner within your time? Welcome to the adventure of becoming a new human: The Quantum Human. This new human acknowledges her/himself as an infinite being, much more than what is contained within the boundaries of the physical body. She/he is not thoughts or emotions trapped inside a body but an eternal being who is also able to express her/himself through a vehicle that we call physical body. Your intelligence, wisdom and power as an eternal, multi dimensional being are enormous, access them!

By Inner World we mean all that which takes place inside a human being. It includes of course the inner, subtle aspects of the physical body. However, it is infinitely greater in the emotional, energetic, thought-related aspects as well as the spiritual ones. These vast dimensions of the human existence, still mostly unexplored, cannot be removed and packaged in something external. They reside in our inner realm and from there give life, expression and shape to our thoughts, actions, relationships, our very surroundings (see Quantum Life)… in other words, to everything that is part of our day to day experience.

Why is a high level of harmony in our Inner World important?

First of all, because we feel much happier that way: more calmed, in peace, joyful of being alive and wanting to experience each day.

Secondly, because a higher level of inner harmony empowers us to be much more assertive, effective and creative in our daily activities in the world. We work better, we relate with others better, we experience much more clarity and a significantly enhanced capability to focus, we see more opportunities, etc.

Lastly, and perhaps the most evolutionary aspect of all, with higher inner harmony we increase our inner power exponentially, which in turn increases our ability to influence the reality that manifests around us.

Our latest science reports very solid and conclusive evidence that there is nothing in our reality that is free from the effect of our very observation, or our thinking, feeling or experiencing. However, that influence of ours is primarily unconscious and therefore carries little direction and is ultimately weak. As we generate higher levels of inner harmony, our inner power is greatly increased and along with it our capability to consciously influence what takes place. We can learn to “Choose” more and more of the reality that we get to experience. That means that we get away from living in linear ways. Things begin to happen with surprising agility and flow.
