前陣子朋友好心送了我二株已經長大了的九層塔，讓我可以隨時有新鮮的九層塔可以用（心）。

八月九層塔剛來我家時，長得像上面那樣稀稀疏疏的。



細心照顧一陣子後，整個"開枝散葉"...&lt;br/&gt;

上半年度看了海鷗食堂（かもめ食堂），透過34號迷人的介紹，喜歡上小林聰美不做作的自然和演技，特別是看完了海鷗食堂後。整齣看似沒有主題，其實整部都在貫徹主角對食物、經營的堅持。主角戲裡認真的模樣、學習的精神，上市集採買的樣子、簡單卻很有北歐風的小店、樸實但又溫暖人心的食物，人與人之間的互動，都讓我看得好入迷呢，特別...&lt;br/&gt;

某天煮飯沒idea，逛到蘿瑞娜的瑞典主婦手札的“懶人料理之電鍋搞定雞肉飯“，看起來似乎不難，隔天馬上去買了雞腿來試。

現在這裡買不到好吃的可頌，只好自己動手。烘烤時，奶油味滿室。雖然自己做的，步驟很繁瑣，成果卻很美好，且不用擔心吃到一堆化學的材料。只不過奶油可是放了整整一條，吃時要克制啊......

之前去日本，只要有看到路邊在賣抹茶冰淇淋，總忍不住上前掏出錢包把錢給老闆買了隻抹茶味極濃的霜淇淋來吃，深怕回台灣就吃不到了（在台灣，是真的吃不太到）







所以在旅程中，只要有看到在賣抹茶、玉露的店，幾乎都會買抹茶、玉露等。這次抹茶的部份就是用日本帶回來的抹茶粉做的。

塔皮：

無鹽奶油104g

165g低筋麵粉

20g高筋麵粉

糖20～30g

全蛋液40g



奶油放置室溫回軟（手指壓有指印就可以了），加糖打發，再分次將蛋液加...&lt;br/&gt;

喜歡吃到有次某人載我在路上，我看到前面摩托車後面架了個架子載了一些布丁，應該是歐巴桑在市場沒賣完，還把她攔下來，直接在路邊跟她買布丁呢，呵呵。



台南有很多賣布丁的店家，最喜歡類似銀波布丁的那種布丁，可是近來布丁名聲大譟，價錢也水漲船高，常常買，荷包真是吃不消。

最省錢又可以一次吃到好幾個（真貪心）的方法...&lt;br/&gt;

以前吃不完的餅乾袋都用夾子夾，以台灣的天氣那麼潮濕來說，沒夾好過陣子後，餅乾都受潮了。不只可以夾餅乾袋，只要是塑膠袋可以對折的，都可以這樣夾，開斜口的也可以夾，重點就是對折，穿過去而已。







至於夾子後方那個是一般手套用完破掉...&lt;br/&gt;

特別是蘋果的酸和蛋糕配在一起，酸酸甜甜，一點也不膩。

 









  

切開來，一開始看起來好像裡面組織很硬...



 

可是切了一口，吃進嘴裡，卻是蛋糕軟軟的口感，但比一般蛋糕香，我想應該是加入cream cheese的關係吧。

相信很多人都有在用，把我的經驗寫上來，給有困擾的人不妨一試。



先試著進去日曆設定（右上角），把實驗室的一、二個功能暫時停用，然後做了個test事件，設定通知測試看看，Voila，又可以恢愎通知功能了！(...&lt;br/&gt;
