Suits are the only look that I am planning to wear this spring. Why oh why? they're perfect for day to night outfit. Spring is always mean many parties, We can go straight to the party after work if we prepare ourself by wearing the suits (trust me it saves our time and health cos some traffic could makes us crazy). We just need invested our money to a few of (maybe a dozen of) high quality of suits. If you can't afford to buy high quality suits, I have some tips based on my life experience, I usually buy suits or blazer on high street store like Zara or Mango, then I go to tailor to repair the suits to fit perfectly on my body. It's only cost a little money than you buy designer label.

These Mara Hoffman blazer (you could get similar women double pocket blazer) and matching pants are perfect suits for spring/summer, they made from lightweight organic linen and have all the classics details (the lapels and the loose fit). I literally don't mind wear them 24 hours. I'm pairing them with Gucci Elton John shirts to give some surprise (I always think Sir Elton John if I look at suits, maybe because he always wear them). I added a few of masculine accessories such as a IWC Schaffhausen fine watch (it's very pretty, I'm starting to find online credit shopping right now) and matrix style sunglasses from Adam Selman x Le Specs (I'm obsessed with their collection, are you?). I like to mix masculine and feminine on my looks, so I combine those masculine clothes with ladylike bag from The Row, this bag make you look serious just to carry that bag. and some colorful Mansur Gavriel yellow pumps.

Spring has sprung and it's time for wearing your sunglasses Hello Guys, I'm pleased to meet you again. This is my first (OMG why time flies so fast) post in 2018. March feels like January for me. Let me say that I lose my passion in fashion last year (I had a hard life last year but thanks God I'm survived). So, I didn't have any ideas to make a content on my blog. I'm happy that my passion is back. Fashion changes a lot since the last time I religiously read anything about it. The "irony" fashion is trending right, It reminds me of my childhood when I listened to Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys. I remember that I'm obsessed with Mel C's pink tinted shapes. I think fancy sunglasses were must wanted accessories back then. Almost of the girl/boy bands were wearing them, they made them looking very cool. I'm glad that they're happening again, we don't need to find them on vintage store anymore.

There're any fancy sunglasses this season, but I prefer cat-eye shapes. I believe they're more timeless., they're always on the market whatever season it is. They give instant hit of edgy to our looks, so no wonder fashion icon like Hadid sisters chose them as their favorite. They're perfect for every situation, If you're lazy to dress up and just want to wear your sweatshirt but you accidentally find a perfect #ootd spot, you don't need to be worry just wear these sunglasses then you're ready, it will look like off-white style. Fashion could be fun cos it doesn't have any boundaries, you just need your courage and you're ready for the world.

Sometime you find dozen of perfect sunglasses and you want to buy all of them cos you think they're good investment for your closet, but at the same time you also need to pay your apartment rent, gas, phone and etc. It makes you stressed but don't worry, I just found creditcatalogues.org.uk where you can buy your most wanted fashion item. Cold Weather

We don't need to take fashion serious, It's stress relief if you could make it fun!

Hello guys, I'm extremely happy that I can write and say hi to you. I was quite busy last month, I had dozen of to-do-list from my own shoes label aka June+Julia and other (psst it's still a secret) project that require Academic English test which I failed, but I'm not give up, I'm going to retake the test. I guess this blog it's my escape place for anything stressful. How about you? What's your escape place from work? I believe you also have it ;)

I wanna talk about my trip with my bestie couple months back. We went to Cikole, Lembang (it's very beautiful place with dozen of pine trees) and the weather is so cold since it's very near a mountain. It was my first time that I visited Cikole and I was amaze with the scenery in there. Julia has a tour and travel company which based in Lembang. She really know that place very well, and she thinks it would be great place for my blog photo shoot. If you wanna go to this place please wear sneakers, I don't recommend you wear heels. Tbh, I only wore heels for photo shoot purpose after that I'm back to my comfy converse.

I chose layering my clothes. It's for kept me warm in the cold weather. I tried layering three clothes, first I wore turtleneck, then camisole, lastly oversized sweater. I bought this oversized sweater five years ago from NeedSupply and it's great investment cos It's never out of style. I'm obsessed with DIY, I made this camisole by myself (It's still not perfect). I've got the tutorial on A pair and A spare, they have dozen of amazing tutorial, you guys should check it here. I also obsessed with Vetements socks boots who don't like that trending boots hehe, so I tried to DIY them (thanks to ManRepeller who posted great tutorial about it, you guys are genius) It's super easy and you don't need sewing skill, just one pairs of heels, socks, and scissor Voila you have Vetements inspired socks boots!! I also found white rope and I created DIY Off-White inspired rope belt. Julia thought it was a joke, But I said to her it's trending now and she rolled her eyes hahaha. Fashion sometime is funny and we don't need to take it very serious!.

DIY black scarves/hijab, Unknown black turtleneck (I've got it at Pasar baru only $2 but you can get similar turtleneck in ASOS ), DIY black silk camisole, Cheap Monday oversized cardigan (I bought it on Need Supply but you can get lots of women hot sweaters in here), Vintage lee blue jeans, DIY Off-White inspired rope belt, and DIY Vetements inspired socks boots (I used June+Julia heels and my dad's socks).

Casual Look

I believe if we want people appreciate us, we should appreciate them, so our look should reflect that.

Hello guys, I'm so happy to write a new blog post. it's one of my goals to write more often. I have two reason, one It's very nice to share a story with other people (ohh how i love have a new friends from around the world) and second, ugh english academic test that need to retake in September or November (I've got 5 huhuhu) so, I need to practice a lot and writing blog post would be a good exercise.

When we talk about #OfficeApropos it's depend on what's your work. We can't make rules for anyone, because they have different kind of jobs. for instance I work in a small space at my home where most days I always wear comfy and comfort clothes (I have a small vegan shoes company called June+Julia), but sometimes I also work with cooperate clients such as fabric owner, people from the bank, and meet up with clients. When I see them I want to look as professional as I can. I believe if we want people appreciate us, we should appreciate them, so our look should reflect that.

I like to create an outfit that can wear from day to night, this vintage grey blazer it's perfect for that purpose. If you doesn't want to look formal you just need to take off the blazer. What I love from this vintage blazer is the shape, it's my dad blazer when he was 30 years old, so it was 34 years ago. The blazer is made by professional tailor, it's fit perfectly on my dad. I'm so lucky that my dad has the same height and weight with me (we are like a twins) so I borrowed his blazer. I never have blazer that fit perfectly on me (I usually buy blazer at Zara), It makes great shape. I understand now why professional tailor and couture clothes are expensive.

I paired the vintage blazer with t-shirts and turtleneck to create a casual look, So this look not too formal and serious. I also chose black jeans and a pairs of converse, if I want to look formal i just change the converse with pumps. I DIY this white scarves, I used chiffon fabrics, because it's very easy to style, I'm amateur hijabi >.< for my experience chiffon is best scarves material for beginner hijabi. I tried turban style again this time I got a big help from my best friend Dewi, she styled my turban, I love it! and I added DIY big circle earrings for feminine touch to balance my masculine look. ah I forgot to mention the belt, I wore it to create fake an neat hourglass body shape, It's perfect for people who have lean column body shape. Vintage Puma

When you wore a jacket that almost has the same age with you

For this post I decided to style a vintage puma jacket that my mom got at flea markets when I was 5 years old. I don't usually wear bold colors but this one has perfect colors that are slightly faded. If you want to try wear more colors but still afraid with them, you should look for vintage clothing. Vintage clothes are usually have a nice faded worn colors. I have seen a few of fashion bloggers wore jacket of this Demna Gvasalia's style, I really love it but I don't think I would be able to buy Balenciaga or Vetements so I created my own with this vintage puma jacket. I paired the jacket with vintage dyed blue jeans and a pair of converse shoes to bring more casual feel.

ohh I forgot to mention that I wore my first DIY hijab in this post, I made it from chiffon fabrics. I made it because I can't understand the hijab price why it's so expensive, the prices range are $10 - $20. So, I went to fabrics store and bought two meters light and soft chiffon fabrics, it's only $3!! and I made two hijab. I'm going to make more of it soon.

I believe that "the most beautiful thing a woman can wear is confidence"

I have been challenging myself more often when it comes to styling my outfits. I guess this all blush look different with I usually wear but I'm trying to break my comfort zone. I am trying to layer three pieces of clothes which have different pattern and colors. I wouldn't normally play with colors, because it is very difficult and need lot of time but thanks to A Pair and A Spare who created a helpful articles about how to choose color palette for your wardrobe (complete with the color palette chart), you should check it too. I paired red sweater with gingham shirts and blush sweatshirt to create volume on my upper body. I believe that an outfit needs to be balanced above and upper, especially if you have skinny figure. I put flare jeans on them and I loved the way they looked together. A girl colors but still with tomboy touch. The most difficult part is matching the hijab colors with the outfit tone. I'm not an expert at this subject but I believe unknown quotes from Pinterest that "the most beautiful thing a woman can wear is confidence" so, I think what I am trying to say is wear what you like and make you fell confidence.

Turban Style

Hello guys, I'm so glad to be back at home after long holidays at countryside. I spent ten days in my mom's village to celebrate Eid Mubarak. I also traveled to another village and one of them is a famous beach in our province. Pangandaran beach is very beautiful but sadly it's dirty with lots of garbage :( I'll post about it soon on next post. I'm sure that you will also like the beach. Btw, talk about my outfit in this post. I tried to learn about turban style, Youtube made my life easier, I'm still far away from expert, I didn't get the low bun (I saw some famous hijab vlog, got a perfect low bun not a flat bun like mine) and I chose wrong scarf material. I just know that scarves material is sooo important in turban & hijab style. I wore squared scarf in this outfit and it's hardly to make low bun. I learned that pashmina is perfect for this kind of style. I'm planning to buy pashminas soon, do you guys know where to get a perfect pashmina?, please share the link or a store name, I would love to know it :).

New Journey

Stepping new age with new journey is very challenging. I had been thought about this new journey for quite long time (more than half of my ages, trust me). I don't want make a promise to God which I know I can't do it. So, I learned more about modest fashion also deepened my faith in Islam. I decided wearing scarves at 14th June 2017 where is my 28 birthday. It was very long process before that time and I don't want to bother you with my long and bored story, you will be sleep if you hear it. Finally, I'm ready to share my first modest style with all you guys today. I have new purpose on this blog, I want to share that we can follow recent fashion but in modest way. I just got home from happy times with my family, and as a result I have very sore feet. I've been wearing this pretty Romwe dress a lot more than you've seen on this post - such a perfect dress for the hottest summer time. I mixed this dress with Mango pants and Converse shoes. That's for today, I need to packing for a holiday and taking care my betta fish before I go.

I'm wearing pretty blouse from SheIn - love the collar details. and The heels from June+Julia, I really need to buy the bright spring heels (maybe red, why not?) Hello all you guys! I can't believe it's already end of June. Sometimes I feel like I am on a roller coaster and things start spinning so fast before I have a chance to look up and voila! 6 months have come and gone. June is such a special month for me because I was born in this month on the 14th. My birthday day was amazing, I woke up when my best friend, Julia, along with my parents surprised me with a birthday cake. so so happy, It's been a great year, full of valuable lesson, God has been very generous to me. Thanks God!

That day, I wore a pair of vintage mom jeans that tend to pair really well with vintage denim shirts. In layering a slightly coral coat from SMK S/S 2015 (you may recognize it from this post) over the denim shirts and included a pair of glossy vegan leather flatworm from June+Julia.

The Weekender: Asian African Carnival

Hey everyone! I'm starting a blog series called "The Weekender", this is my first blog series and I'm so excited to sharing it with all guys. So, last month I went to Asian African Carnival one of the event from Asian African Summit 2015. The event held in Bandung, West Java and I was in there for two days of endless parties to celebrated 60th anniversary of Bandung Conference (Asian-African Conference) which took place on 18-24 April 1955. Let me break it down for you. There are thousand of people from all island in Indonesia (Bali, Java, Borneo, Sumatran, and Papua) and Asian country (China, Japan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Jordan, South Korea, and Cambodia) participated in this carnival. Everyone was wearing their traditional clothes and introduced their culture. The carnival location was held at historical Asian-African Street where dozen of leaders from Asian and African nations performed a historical walk during the 1955 Bandung Conference.

The carnival parade was really impressive, they were dancing their traditional dance and playing their traditional music instrument. They were also costumes parade, all of them are extremely amazing and unique with colorful of colors. At the end of the parade Bandung government introduced their new touring bus (with bold yellow colors) which we can use to explore every spot in Bandung. The audience were toddler until elderly from all city in Indonesia, It's so crowded and all I can saw only the sea of people.The atmosphere was great and festive and basically everyone has wonderful time. It's seriously the coolest and biggest event ever held in Bandung and also the most epic weekend ever!

Return of The Flare Jeans

Hello all you guys! yet again, long time no update. I went to Asia Africa Carnival on a couple of weeks ago with Talitha aka my BFF since high school. We had, quite possibly, the best time ever. Talking about our guys crush, watching wonderful carnival from around the world, acting like a child at the carnival. One of the best weekends I've had in long time. I wish I could hang out with her more often. I'm not talk about the carnival here, but I would post about it with tons of picture soon.

Okay, let's we talk about outfit now. The flare jeans rose used to fame in 70s. I remember saw some old photos of my dad wore them. Then trend fatigue had set flare jeans happened again and I turned to the tree from which apples had fallen (my dad). As you can see, the flare jeans feel more relaxed and comfortable (I had bad experience with skinny jeans, have you?). I took a three pieces of cardigan (more layer more good) and turn them into delicious triplets. Rock them with belt to created cool silhouette. The last touch is a pairs of feminine heels (believe it or not I'm not barefoot, I wore heels, so please ignore my toes ahahha). Based on my experience with my toes, I found that flare jeans more suitable with platforms ;)

My soul sister aka Julia asked me to open my lips in this photo. She said I should be attractive to change my status, and as a good friend I do what she said :p

You just need three pieces of cardigan to made a delicious triplets, each of them must have a different shape and fabric.

Voila! kick off my day with a style!

These past few months I have been trying to dress up more colorfully. I realized that my wardrobe were filled with mostly grey, black, white, and blue. So I made a goal to wear something bright. I'm still learning to know what colors that work with my skin tone and hair color (yellow skin and dark brown hairs). Oh dear, it's very challenging and yeah fun!

When I spotted this beautiful SMK orange coat I immediately said "I must have this". This orange coat is made from rayon and tencel, It's so light and very comfortable for tropic weather (very hot over here, 34 celsius). SMK designer Sandra Meynier Kang bring us simple and elegant clothes tending to sustainability. I love the way she positively develop SMK in a respective growing way for our environment. I mixed SMK orange coat with white pants and top, I've got this color inspiration from Salmon Sushi :p, for final touch I added hologram heels to made the outfits brighter.

Anyways, I made some photoshop experiment in these photo, I just learned how to select an object and change the background. It's very fun! I've got the background from an architecture blog called Minimalissmo, they features tons of unique home, you guys must check their site!

I DIY: Sophia Webster Inspired Faux Fur Heels

A standout heels have always been our go-to warm weather staple, I found a killer way to kick them up with faux fur! So, today I am going to show you how to make faux fur heels (inspired by Sophia Webster-Nicole fur heels). They're easy to make and yet very effective turning your casual outfit into something standout (I don't recommended wear them at dinner date, because man don't think they are cute, trust me :p). The best thing about using faux fur in your stuff, they are can be added in so many ways, be it a shirt collar for preppy touch, or bohemian earrings that inspired from Isabel Marant. And don't worry guys, in case you bored with this style, you can remove as you want (the reason I used glue gun) so you can get happy with these heels over and over again (make another style with chain or rhinestones later). Try this out, and you're guaranteed to be the coolest girl..er, woman in the room.

What you'll need:
- A pair of strappy heels (Asos has great heels too)
- One metre of faux fur ribbon
- Glue gun (It's easy to use)
- Needle
- Sewing thread
- Scissors

How to:

Step 1: Measuring how much faux fur ribbon you will need for each heels.

Step 2: Cut your faux fur ribbon into 16cm. Make it four pieces.

Step 3: They should be like these. Each pieces are 16cm, two pieces faux fur ribbon for each heels.

Step 4: Thread your needle and tie a knot in both of the end.

Step 5: So, you will have two attached faux fur ribbon for each heels.

Step 6: Cover both of the edge of the attached faux fur in glue.

Step 7: Press it down into the sole under the strap, so it's easy to remove if you not into this project without stain the straps with glue. Repeat for the other heels.

Step 8: Now wear them, they are to die for!

Hello friends. Sorry that I've disappeared for a while. I was busy with a job, so everything was messed and stressed during that time. I don't want to bore you to tears with the detail :p. I just realize that I haven't written in here and I feel the urge to talk with you all as I would usually do, talk with all you guys and share my story it's like self-therapy for me.

Over the past two months I've been launching a book. It's my very very first book, I'm so happy to the moon and back. The book is about DIY fashion project, I made four DIY tutorial (book clutch, jeweled earrings, studded pants, and pearl necklace). I am enjoyed every minute of this experience. I remember in the second year of my blogging I usually made a DIY tutorial but I forgot why it stopped. So, I made a personal goal for myself that I will start to make a DIY tutorial more often. so, I've been flooding my folder with DIY inspiration :)

On this outfit post, I share with you a look that I usually wore during workday. I love this shirt badly, I've been loving these Paul Smith polkadots shirt for a long time, my fav detail is his signature stripes on the sleeve and button, it's so classic! It's mixed perfectly with my mom jeans (my fav jeans style) and black heels to created parisian touch. Hope you guys enjoy my outfit!

Sugar Town - Nancy Sinatra

Helooo friends, It's been a long time (one weeks) since the last post. Thank you so much for all you guys who read and leave a comment on my blog, It means a lot for me. I'm still learning about write a personal diary (I'm not typical person who like to write) and all you guys comment are a spirit for me!. Over the weekend, me and my friends traveled to Lembang, West Java to celebrate our shoes line anniversary (It's been five year). We rented a villa near a mountain and the weather was very cold (for me 25 celsius is cold) , but the scenery was literally amazing. I will share it on the next post.

That day, I'm in the mood wearing my favorite vintage skirt. I thought of vintage more as a fun way to add some personality and making an outfit more character and special. I mixed it with American Apparel sweater and Asos t-shirts to add a modern touch and the most important for that day is to made me warm :) for final touch I paired them with edgy boots (it's 15cm and not recommended for walking in the garden, honestly I couldn't walk) and DIY faux fur clutch.

The Primer That I love

Hello Friends! We meet again in my new post. I used to be addicted to foundation, my foundation stocks have become high in recent times due to my obsession, I'm not typically one for primer. Honestly, I never thought about primer before. But after one months of extreme transition from wet to dry season my skin is looking bad. It's dull, dry, and sensitive (I'm shocked when saw the mirror). Laura Mercier hydrating primer is something I picked up a few weeks ago after reading an article at ITG where tons of beauty insider and enthusiasts arevmentioning this particular product. So, I said to myself "okay, let's try it"

Pumped with antioxidants vitamins (A, C, and E) and hyaluronic acid that leaves the skin moisturized. I religiously applied a dose of this primer before a foundation in my morning makeup routine. The result were amazing. My skin free from dullness and the most important it's not makes my skin oily and not clog my pores. I thought using primer made my skin overly matte but I was wrong, It does not make you fell like you have a layer on, it's very light and smooth. So moisturizing and it feels amazing on the skin.

The only cons, is the price $33 (I got it from Sephora) that not purse-friendly but because it makes my face flawless, it's worth! I love this primer so much, I just know that how much important it is, maybe I must change my addiction from foundation to primer. who'd have thought it.

Baby It's Hot Outside

Hello friends! I am happy to share my first outfit photos for this year. It's the idea of my best friends (she's who take this amazing photos) to change this blog to be more personal, It's brilliant. so, I can share not only about fashion and style but also lifestyle and more. At first it's very strange to pose in front of camera, I don't do that for like one years. I've been enjoying every part of my life, that's why I disconnected from blogsphere, and it feels so good. Maybe I need a long time to back but it gives me more things to say when I get back at it. It's okay if I must start from zero again but It's worth, I really exciting to meet new people around the world and have in depth conversations.

I feel very lucky to be live in such as tropic country, just to know that I can wear anything. My friends from USA keep writing to me to let me know how cold it was in new york city. That day, I decided to make my own DIY culottes, It was very nice to made our clothes by myself, you will be different from other people. They can't found the same pieces on other place, It's truly yours. I paired it with Zara tee and scarf to create a silhouette. I found this beautiful scarf at a little thrift store that looked like nothing from the outside, It's like found a treasures! I love playing with scarf so I used it to give volume and texture for the tee, so it felt like the scarf as the part of the tee. I mixed them up with edgy pieces such as these Stella McCartney platforms and Asos sunglasses to elevate the look.

As you might know, 2015 is full of goals for me. I love a good challenge, It drives me inspired, excited, and gives me something to work toward day in and day out. I ended up being so productive and so many exciting projects are on their way. committing to a new year's resolution can be intimidating. Let's choose a challenging goal and go for it, I believe that 2015 it's gonna be a great year!

Hello 2015

Hi all you guys! It's hard to believe that it's 2015 already. Now is the perfect time to reflect on the past year, be grateful for all the good things and learn from all the bad things. Every year I look forward to making New Year's resolution, It can be such an interesting moment. So, here are my resolution for the new year:

1. Write more more post, I really want to make an article that can make you happy. This week I will be posting three every week.

2. Take more photos of everyday life on Instagram. I've been in the habit of taking photos only when I intend to blog them. So, I want to do it as a hobby!

3. Learn how to make video, I love learning something new and sharing it to other people.

4. Make one DIY project every month. This will be a bit of challenge for me, I'm so excited!

5. Create a blog shop and mobile version of the blog, anything that requires html and codes takes me months to do. I don't know why, but I have a headache with coding. I have to do it!

Let's we talk about Alexander Wang x H&M that launch today , I was at the preview event last week and the collection is the best of Alexander Wang sport-luxe aesthetic. This is for all you guys who love activewear with high stretch fabrics. Sweaters and jackets are designed to be oversized. And he use his signature innovative fabrics such as waterproof outwear and bonded neoprene to create cool oversized silhouette, conclusion this is incredible and great investments (they are lots of cool pieces such as dress, sweater, and parkas). My favorite pieces is the dress with mesh details, it's beautiful.

The weather is getting colder and colder.

This season it's all about sweater dress! first time I spotted about sweater dressing at Acne Studio and Stella McCartney Fall 2014 runway. And then you know what happened, I'm fallin love with it. It's very fast like fallin love with charismatic man. I'm very happy when I've got this sweater dress at vintage store, it's conventional pullover intarsia-ed with woven details. In my opinion this sweater dress is one of must have item because it allows you to look dress up in a few seconds and works with minimal accessorizing. I mixed it with mid skirt to create a great shapes for my body and balance them with silver tassel flats to catch people attention. For final touch I picked up my new DIY fur clutch.

I just found about this site a couple of weeks back. I finally resigned of my stressful job and still in the process of seeking a new job, so buy now pay later catalogues is my options for my financial condition.
