Once again I am happy to participate in the Artist Project which runs from Feb 21st – 24th

About the event:
From collectors and curators, to gallerists and designers, visitors can explore and discover works of art from over 250 top contemporary artists from Canada and abroad. This is a unique opportunity to meet and buy art directly from artists at Toronto’s favourite art fair.

Annex Art party

This year I am pleased to participate in “ifso,what“, an immersive event where an international art fair meets a pioneering music festival, complete with cutting edge innovation projects and a host of talks by leaders in the fields of technology, art, and design. Carlton Theatres Art Show

Once again I am partnered up with Art for All Canada and I am showing my artwork at Carlton Theatres for the months of September and October. The theatre is located at 20 Carlton St, Toronto, ON M5B 2H5, corner of Yonge and Carlton(College). You don’t have to purchase a movie ticket to se my work, it is in the lobby.

The Brain Project Launches!

I was asked to participate in the 2017 Brain Project for the Baycrest Foundation. They provided me with a 3 dimensional blank brain which I painted with my pixel style. The project was a lot of fun and my Brain has already been sponsored by Muse (they donated money to the foundation to have have their name travel with my brain), so I am pleased that my efforts have raised them a donation for their great cause.

All the brains will be touring around Toronto for next while, please let me know if you spot my brain anywhere. Also if you visit their website, they have an interactive 3D view of the brain. They have a people choice award for the most popular brain, please vote for my brain on the same page (you can vote every day!).

About the Project:

The Brain Project is a large-scale outdoor exhibit that brings brain health, art and imagination to the streets of Toronto. In 2016, The Brain Project launched its inaugural exhibit across the city to start a public conversation about brain health and bring awareness to diseases like Alzheimer’s.

As The Brain Project returns for its second year, one hundred artists from around the world will transform blank brain sculptures into beautiful, energetic and thought-provoking pieces of art. The sculptures are sponsored by corporations and philanthropists, and will be displayed in more than 15 locations around Toronto and the GTA.

Funds raised through the project are donated to Baycrest Health Sciences, a global leader in brain health and aging.

Recent Fine Art Sales

I am happy to announce that I have sold 11 pieces over the last 2 months! 7 were through a commission which I cannot reveal until the client has their own PR launch (Stay tuned!) and another was for a charity which I will be able to announce this week when they officially launch their event.

The 3 I can tell you about today are Stella (sold by Super Wonder Gallery), as well as Dasha and Vivi (Both sold by Art Interiors). It is a very exciting month and I am very happy to work with both of these great galleries, they have more of my work for sale so please be sure to visit them and follow their events. A big thanks to my beautiful models who are a pleasure to work with.

The Rosedale Art Fair
