R&B singer Robin Thicke was arrested for marijuana possession while sitting in a Cadillac Escalade near 3rd Avenue and East 21st, in NYC.

Thicke, son of sitcom actor Alan Thicke and husband of knockout Paula Patton, was on the passenger seat when police said they observed him puffing a joint.

In Toronto, the Canadian country singer Shania Twain testified that she has the compassion in accordance to the man being accused for stalking her last Friday. However, he remained concerned that he won’t be pursuing her again.

The accused stalker, Giovanni Palumbo has been charged with about three counts of the failure in order to comply with the court order as well as criminal harassment. He pleaded up guilty last Friday with the charges right after pleading “not guilty” earlier from this week.

Palumbo was then a former doctor from Ottawa and he is allegedly sending Twain letters, stating with the unwanted visits for her family cottage in Ontario and also attended Twain’s grandmother’s funeral prior to being arrested at the ceremony for the Canadian awards, which just happened few months ago.

Gary Barnes defense lawyer said Friday throughout Twain’s cross- examination that the former Ottawa doctor did not realize that she wasn’t really interested.

However, the country songstress appeared by the video link from the undisclosed location in Europe, did not really see it that way.

She even said, “I’m torn emotionally, because I have compassion for anybody who’s reaching out in need, fans often do that.” She added, “I feel very sad and awkward having to go through this very personal matter with Mr. Palumbo because it’s such an invasion of his privacy.”

The only thing is that, she said nothing she heard at the trial, making her feel different about the accused. She said, “I still have the fear and anxiety of being contacted in the future by Mr. Palumbo. And I do want it to stop.”

For two consecutive days, the process look like being too much for the former doctor, who was then dressed on Friday, in to a rumpled black suit as well as with the navy slip-on sneakers.

There was then the skinny man lying on the floor, with his eyes open and a kind of surgical cap into his head. His skin complexion is turning into blue. The paramedic, Richard Senneff questioned Dr. Murray, who was sweating and looking really frantic about the condition that stricken Jackson.

Senneff told the jurors about the trial for involuntary manslaughter of Jackson’s personal doctor, Conrad Murray, “He said, ‘Nothing. He has nothing.’” Senneff also added, “Simply, that did not add up to me.”

For over 42 minutes in which the paramedics tried harder to revive Jackson’s life, some of the other things about the room and the doctor’s responses tend to be inconsistent with what really took place, he said.

Right after the repeated jabbing, Dr. Murray also revealed some details about what he did. He continued saying that he only gave Jackson a dose of the lorazepam. It is a kind of sedative that could help him to sleep. Senneff noted that there had been bottles of medicine on the nightstand of Jackson, and the doctor then offered that he was back then treating the “Thriller” singer for exhaustion and dehydration.

However, the doctor did not mention that he gives doses of propofol and other sedatives to Jackson. These are the key omission in which the prosecutors say that he is trying to cover up his actions throughout the struggle of saving Jackson.

The 58-year-old Dr. Murray, has pleaded to be not guilty. Once convicted, he may face four years of imprisonment and the hardest thing is that, he could lose his medical license.

The prosecutors vie the doctor about his repeated lies to the medics as well as emergency room doctors regarding the medications that he’s been giving to Jackson.
